This paper argues that the history of life sciences is of great significance in biology teaching for middle school students, as it can arouse students’ learning motivation, cultivate their critical thinking, and improve their subject literacy. It also proposes relevant teaching strategies, such as creating problem-based scenarios, paying attention to teaching introduction, and organizing scientific inquiry, in order to provide reference and guidance for teachers to carry out science history teaching, thereby improving teaching quality, arousing students’ interest in learning, and promoting their development.展开更多
