关于评估高等学校外部效能的思考

A novel catalyst for CO2 electroreduction based on nanostructured SnO2 was synthesized using a facile hydrothermal self-assembly method. The electrochemical activity showed that the catalyst gave outstanding catalytic activity and selectivity in CO2 electroreduction. The catalytic activity and formate selectivity depended strongly on the electrolyte conditions. A high faradaic efficiency, i.e., 56%, was achieved for formate formation in KHCO3 (0.5 mol/L). This is attributed to control of formate production by mass and charge transfer processes. Electrolysis experiments using SnO2-50/GDE (an SnOz-based gas-diffusion electrode, where 50 indicates the 50% ethanol content of the electrolyte) as the catalyst, showed that the electrolyte pH also affected CO2 reduction. The optimum electrolyte pH for obtaining a high faradaic efficiency for formate production was 8.3. This is mainly because a neutral or mildly alkaline environment maintains the oxide stability. The fara- daic efficiency for formate production declined with time. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy showed that this is the result of deposition of trace amounts of fluoride ions on the SnO2-50/GDE surface, which hinders reduction of CO2 to formate. 展开更多

V-5Cr-5Ti alloys have been fabricated using a laser melting deposition(LMD)additive manufacturing process,showing precipitates aggregated near the grain/dendrite boundaries.Since the mechanical properties of vanadium alloys considerably depend on the precipitates,solution and aging treatments have been applied to eliminating the aggregations of the precipitates.The results show that as the solution temperature increases from 800 to 1560℃,the densities and the lengths of the precipitates are reduced,while the widths of the precipitates are increased.When the solution temperature reaches 1560℃,most impurity elements diffuse into the matrix and form into a nearly uniform supersaturated solid solution.Aging treatments have been applied to the 1560℃solution treated samples.It shows that as the aging temperature increases from 800 to 1200℃,the precipitate length increases,and the shapes of precipitates change from near-spherical to lath-like.Compared to 800 and 1200℃,aging at 1000℃results in the highest precipitate density.Compared to the LMD and solution-treated samples,the aged samples have the highest micro-hardness,due to the precipitation strengthening. 展开更多

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of docetaxel and vinorelbine as second-line chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: 48 histologically or cytologically confirmed NSCLC patients with progressive or recurrent disease after first-line treatment were treated with docetaxel and vinoretbine. The chemotherapy included vinorelbine (25 mg/m^2) on days 1,5 and docetaxel (60 mg/m^2) on day 1. The treatment was repeated every 3 weeks. Patients receiving at least two cycles were evaluated for efficacy and toxicity. Results: Of 48 patients, 1 patient achieved complete response and 16 achieved partial response. Overall response rate for all 48 patients was 35.4% (17/48). Main hematologic toxicities included neutropenia (60.4%) and febrile neutropenia (29.2%) and non-hematologic toxicities were mild. Conclusion: The combination of docetaxel-vinorelbine as second-line chemotherapy is an effective regimen with manageable toxicity for the treatment of advanced NSCLC. If the uncertainty principle applies to the Verlinde entropic idea, it leads to a new term in the Newton's second law of mechanics in the Planck's scale. This curious velocity dependent term inspires a frictional feature of the gravity. In this short letter we address that this new term modifies the effective mass and the Newtonian constant as the time dependent quantities. Thus we must have a running on the value of the effective mass on the particle mass m near the holographic screen and the G. This result has a nigh relation with the Dirac hypothesis about the large numbers hypothesis (L.N.H.). We propose that the corrected entropie terms via Verlinde idea can be brought as a holographic evidence for the authenticity of the Dirac idea. 展开更多
