Peroxodiphosphate anion (a powerful oxidant) can be formed in a special water-based cleaning agent through an electrochemical reaction on boron-doped diamond electrodes. This electrochemical reaction was applied during the oxidation,decomposition, and removal of organic contaminations on a silicon wafer surface, and it was used as the first step in the diamond electrochemical cleaning technique (DECT). The cleaning effects of DECT were compared with the RCA cleaning technique, including the silicon surface chemical composition that was observed with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and the morphology observed with atomic force microscopy. The measurement results show that the silicon surface cleaned by DECT has slightly less organic residue and lower micro-roughness,so the new technique is more effective than the RCA cleaning technique. 展开更多

[Method] By difference method with different amount of alternative feeds (20% -50%), two4 x4 Latin- square-designed trials were taken on eight castrated male pigs [ Yorkshire x Landrace x Neijiang pig, initial body-weight: (46 ±2) kg ] to deter- mine the apparent digestible energy (ADE) of the eight kinds of plant protein supplement commonly used in China, that is, corn gluten meal (sol.), soybean meal ( sol. ), fababean, pea, rapeseed meal ( sol. ), sesame meal ( sol. ), rapeseed meal ( exp. ) and cotton seed meal (sol.). [Resultl (1) Fiber was the most important factor to estimate the ADE of plant protein supplement in pigs, and ADF was the best one. (2) The most effective equations were as below: ( 1 ) OE (kJ/kg DM) = 14 741.86 - 185.01ADF+54.01SCHO+22.45CP ( R =0.988,RSD= 67.9,P〈0.01 ) ; (2) DE (kJ/kg DM) =22 223.26 -209.58ADF+26.79SCHO-1.09GE ( Ff =0.989,RSD=66.9, P〈0.01 ) . During molten salt cleaning of remanufactured 27SiMn hydraulic support column,oxidation occurs on the surface of metal substrate.This results in a change of the surface roughness of metal substrate after cleaning,which affects subsequent remanufacturing process.To decrease the effect is very important.This paper analyzed the oxidation mechanism of molten salt cleaning,explored the oxidation reaction that occurred during cleaning,and determined the key process parameters of cleaning that affecting oxidation reaction.By using central composite experimental design method and taking surface roughness variation of 27SiMn steel samples before and after molten salt cleaning as response variable to optimize the key process parameters,the optimal parameters of molten salt for cleaning remanufactured 27SiMn hydraulic support column could be obtained.The results show that the oxidation reaction of cleaning paint dirt can protect metal substrate from oxidation to a certain extent,and cleaning temperature and placement depth of metal substrate have a direct impact on the degree of oxidation reaction.When the cleaning temperature is 300℃and the distance between paint dirt and free surface of molten salt is 0.5 times the height of the parts,the surface roughness variation is minimal.Therefore,the cleaning quality will be improved under such parameters. 展开更多

The objectives of the study were to investigate the effects of different levels of urea treatments on chemical composition, nutritional value and rumen degradability of sorghum stover. Two groups of animals were used in this experiment. The first group, which served as control, was offered untreated sorghum stover. The other, the experiment group recived sorghum stover to which was added 2%, or 4% urea. Crude protein (CP) content of the treated sorghum was enhanced (P 〈 0.05) over the untreated one, and ranked as 7.30% and 6.05% CP for 4% and 2% respectively. Nutrient detergent fiber (NDF) content was decreased (P 〈 0.05) from 92.5% (control) to 89.8% and 87.8% for 2% and 4% urea respectively.Ether extract (EE) content was decreased (P 〈 0.05) from 1.77% (control) to 1.63% and 0.82% for 2% and 4% respectively. The rumen degradability was increased (P 〈 0.05) from 59.2% (control) to 64.2%, and 67.2% for 2%, and 4% sorghum and in hours 0, 4, 8, 16, 24, 48, 72 and 96. 展开更多

The contents of dry matter, crude fat, crude protein, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, crude ash, Ca and P in 43 Saccharum spontaneum L.germplasms during the vegetative period were determined. Among them, the crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, P and Ca contents were treated as the judging indicators. The nutritional value evaluation was carried out with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The results showed A49(Guangxi)had the highest nutritional value. Its dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude ash,neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, Ca and P contents were 32.35%,7.20%, 4.06%, 8.07%, 75.81%, 50.72%, 0.23% and 0.16% respectively. While A3(Guangdong) had the lowest nutritional value. Its dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude ash, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, Ca and P contents were32.24%, 4.62%, 0.51%, 6.38%, 46.40%, 40.02%, 0.15% and 0.09% respectively.The crude protein content differed significantly among different germplasms. A48 had the highest crude protein content(9.11%), and A14 had the lowest crude protein content(3.72%). Based on the evaluation results, the 43 Saccharum spontaneum L.germplasms were divided into 3 groups: high-nutritional value type, moderate-nutritional value type and low-nutritional value type. Effect of Long-term Experimental Warming on the Nutritional Quality of Alpine Meadows in the Northern Tibet 被引量:3

The nutritional quality of grasslands is closely related to recruitment of young and population dynamics of livestock and wild herbivores. However, the response of nutritional quality to climate warming has not been fully understood in the alpine meadow on the Tibetan Plateau, especially in the Northern Tibet. Here, we investigated the effect of experimental warming(beginning in 2008) on nutritional quality in three alpine meadows(site A: 4313 m, B: 4513 m and C: 4693 m) in the Northern Tibet. Crude protein(CP), neutral detergent fiber(NDF), acid detergent fiber(ADF), crude ash(Ash), ether extract(EE) and water-soluble carbohydrate(WSC) were examined in 2018–2019. Experimental warming only increased the content of CP by 27.25%, ADF by 89.93% and NDF by 41.20%, but it decreased the content of Ash by 57.76% in 2019 at site B. The contents of CP and WSC both increased with soil moisture(SM). The content of CP decreased with vapor pressure deficit(VPD). The combined effect of SM and VPD was greater than air temperature(Ta) in controlling the variations of the CP content, ADF content and nutritional quality. Compared to Ta, VPD explained more of the variation in NDF and Ash content. All of these findings suggest that warming effects on nutritional quality may vary with site and year, and water availability may have a stronger effect on the nutritional quality than temperature in the alpine meadow of the Northern Tibet. 展开更多

Considering the short length of building roofs, a theoretical analysis of the first flush of roof runoff was conducted based on the kinematic wave and pollutant erosion equations. This mathematical derivation with analytical solutions predicts pollutant mass first flush (MFF), mean concentration of initial runoff (MCIF), mean concentration of roof runoff (MCRR) with diversion of initial portion and residual mass available on the bed surface (RS) after the entire runoff under the condition of con-stant excess rainfall. And the effects of the associated influencing factors (roof length, roof gradient, roof surface roughness, rainfall intensity, rainfall duration, and erosion coefficients) on them were discussed while the values of parameters referred to the previous studies. The results showed that for roofs whose length is shorter than 20 m, both the increase in roof length and roof gradient and the decrease in roof surface roughness result in larger MFF and MCIF and smaller MCRR and RS, which is beneficial to water reuse and pollution reduction. The theoretical relationship between the first flush and the influencing factors may aid the planning and design of roof in terms of rainwater utilization or diffuse pollution control. 展开更多
