喷射沉积颗粒增强铝基复合材料有着广阔的应用前景,但是因成形困难、强韧性低而使得应用受到限制,制备时控制热变形过程中的动态再结晶行为和揭示强韧化机制是关键。本文综述了喷射沉积铝基复合材料的冶金结合情况,分析了导致强韧性降... 喷射沉积颗粒增强铝基复合材料有着广阔的应用前景,但是因成形困难、强韧性低而使得应用受到限制,制备时控制热变形过程中的动态再结晶行为和揭示强韧化机制是关键。本文综述了喷射沉积铝基复合材料的冶金结合情况,分析了导致强韧性降低的因素,认为通过旋球同步微变形能抑制沉积颗粒表面的氧化,使增强颗粒与基体结合紧密,并通过冶金结合调控增强颗粒的分布,优化材料的组织,实现梯度材料的制备;同时通过选择不同的增强颗粒得到不同的增强效果,针对性地提高强度、耐磨性等性能;通过显微组织调控(如层状结构、网状结构等)实现构型强韧化。本文还展望了喷射沉积铝基复合材料的发展趋势,认为系统研究增强颗粒、组织构型和颗粒增强复合材料强韧性机制是进一步提升颗粒增强铝基复合材料综合性能的关键问题。 展开更多

目的建立重组人组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(tissue type plasminogen activator,tPA)改构体(TNK-tPA)的质控方法。方法采用气泡法测定TNK-tPA原液的生物学活性,非还原SDS-PAGE和RP-HPLC法测定其纯度,还原型SDS-PAGE确定其相对分子质量,HPLC-... 目的建立重组人组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(tissue type plasminogen activator,tPA)改构体(TNK-tPA)的质控方法。方法采用气泡法测定TNK-tPA原液的生物学活性,非还原SDS-PAGE和RP-HPLC法测定其纯度,还原型SDS-PAGE确定其相对分子质量,HPLC-SEC法测定其单链含量,胰酶裂解法分析其肽图,Edman降解法测定其N-末端氨基酸序列,毛细管等电聚焦电泳法测定其等电点,Lowrry法测定其蛋白质含量,地高辛法测定其外源DNA残留量。按《中国药典》三部(2005版)要求,对TNK-tPA成品进行鉴别试验及外观、pH值、水分含量、无菌、装量、异常毒性等检测。结果 3批TNK-tPA原液的生物学活性为(2.09~2.16)×106U/ml,比活性均大于3.5×105U/mg,因此确定TNK-tPA原液的比活性不得低于3.0×105U/mg。3批TNK-tPA原液的非还原型SDS-PAGE纯度均大于98.0%,RP-HPLC纯度均大于97.0%;经还原型SDS-PAGE分析可见两条带,相对分子质量分别为68 000和35 000;样品原液的单链含量为75.7%;3批TNK-tPA原液的肽图酶切图谱与理化参考品一致;TNK-tPA原液的N-末端氨基酸序列、等电点、蛋白质含量、外源DNA残留量及成品的鉴别试验结果、外观、pH值、水分含量、无菌、装量、异常毒性等均符合《中国药典》三部(2005版)要求。结论建立的质控方法可保证产品安全、有效、质量可控,可用于TNK-tPA产品的常规检定。 展开更多

A set of uniaxial tensile creep tests at different pre-deformations, aging temperatures and stress levels were carried out for Al-Li-S4 alloy, and the creep behavior and the effects of pre-deformation on mechanical properties and microstructures were determined under basic thermodynamics conditions of aging forming. The results show that pre-deformation shortens the time of primary creep and raises the second steady-state creep rate. Then, the total creep strain is greater, but in the range of test parameters it is still smaller than that without pre-deformation. In addition, transmission electron microscopy(TEM) observation shows that pre-deformation promotes the formation of T1 phase and θ′ phase and makes them distribute more dispersively, while inhibits the generation of δ′ phase, which leads to the improvement of mechanical properties of the alloy. A unified constitutive model reflecting the effects of aging mechanism, stress levels and different pre-deformations was established. The fitting results agree with the experimental data well. 展开更多

Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Gd-Y-Zr alloy cast by metal mould and lost foam casting 被引量:15

The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-10.1Gd-3.74Y-0.25Zr (mass fraction, %) alloy (GW104 alloy) cast by metal mould casting (MMC) and lost foam casting (LFC) were evaluated, respectively. It is revealed that different forming modes do not influence the phase composition of as-cast alloy. In the as-cast specimens, the microstructures are similar and composed of α-Mg solid solution, eutectic compound of α-Mg+Mg 24 (Gd, Y) 5 and cuboid-shaped Mg 5 (Gd, Y) phase; whereas the average grain size of the alloy produced by metal mould casting is smaller than that by lost foam casting. The eutectic compound of the alloy is completely dissolved after solution treatment at 525 ℃for 6 h, while the Mg 5 (Gd, Y) phase still exists after solution treatment. After peak-ageing, the lost foam cast alloy exhibits the maximum ultimate tensile strength of 285 MPa, and metal mould cast specimen 325 MPa at room temperature, while the tensile yield strengths of them are comparable. It can be concluded that GW104 alloy cast by lost foam casting possesses similar microstructure and evidently lower mechanical strength compared with metal mould cast alloy, due to slow solidification rate and proneness to form shrinkage porosities during lost foam casting process. 展开更多

Hot compression tests of an extruded Al-1.1Mn-0.3Mg-0.25RE alloy were performed on Gleeble-1500 system in the temperature range of 300-500 ℃ and strain rate range of 0.01-10 s-l. The associated microstructural evolutions were studied by observation of optical and transmission electron microscopes. The results show that the peak stress level decreases with increasing deformation temperature and decreasing strain rate, which can be represented by a Zener-Hollomon parameter in the hyperbolic-sine equation with the hot deformation activation energy of 186.48 kJ/mol. The steady flow behavior results from dynamic recovery whereas flow softening is associated with dynamic recrystallization and dynamic transformation of constituent particles. The main constituent particles are enriched rare earth phases. Positive purifying effects on impurity elements of Fe and Si are shown in the Al-l.lMn-0.3Mg-0.25RE alloy, which increases the workability at high temperature. Processing map was calculated and an optimum processing was determined with deformation temperature of 440-450 ℃ and strain rate of 0.01 s-1. 展开更多

In order to simultaneously improve strength and formability,an analytical model for the concentration distribution of precipitates and solute elements is established and used to theoretically design and control the heterogeneous microstructure of Al−Zn−Mg−Cu alloys.The results show that the dissolution of precipitates is mainly affected by particle size and heat treatment temperature,the heterogeneous distribution level of solute elements diffused in the alloy matrix mainly depends on the grain size,while the heat treatment temperature only has an obvious effect on the concentration distribution in the larger grains,and the experimental results of Al−Zn−Mg−Cu alloy are in good agreement with the theoretical model predictions of precipitates and solute element concentration distribution.Controlling the concentration distribution of precipitates and solute elements in Al−Zn−Mg−Cu alloys is the premise of accurately constructing heterogeneous microstructure in micro-domains,which can be used to significantly improve the formability of Al−Zn−Mg−Cu alloys with a heterostructure. 展开更多

Although human beings have come to understand and utilize coal for a very long history, no theoretical breakthrough in the study of coal structure has been made, which still needs continuous efforts of coal chemical workers. Based on the viewpoint of ‘vague/clear', the species classification and accurate analysis on coal were conducted by using the natural clustering all-component separation method. A more systematic and detailed coal embedded structure model theory which is suitable for coal of all ranks was developed from the previous one and a more complete theoretical system about the component and structure of coal was constructed. The whole establishment process of the theory was summarized and some of the main support data and analysis test results, including TEM, AFM, FTIR, GC/MS, MALDI/TOF/MS, DART/MSD, fractal analysis and so on were provided. The coal embedded structure theory fully considers both the identity and the particularity of all-rank coal, reflects the coal component and structure in the full range of coal rank, solves the systematic cognitive problem of coal component and structure on macro and micro level, and provides a valuable and meaningful theoretical approach for the coal processing and conversion technology. 展开更多

Isothermal compression experiments were conducted to study the hot deformation behaviors of a Sr-modified Al-Si-Mg alloy in the temperature range of 300-420°C and strain rate range of 0.01-10 s-1.A physically-based model was developed to accurately predict the flow stress.Meanwhile,processing maps were established to optimize hot working parameters.It is found that decreasing the strain rate or increasing the deformation temperature reduces the flow stress.The high activation energy is closely related to the pinning of dislocations from Si-containing dispersoids.Moreover,the deformed grains and the Si-containing dispersoids in the matrix are elongated perpendicular to the compression direction,and incomplete dynamic recrystallization(DRX)is discovered on the elongated boundaries in domain with peak efficiency.The flow instability is mainly attributed to the flow localization,brittle fracture of eutectic Si phase,and formation of adiabatic shear band.The optimum hot working window is 380-420°C and 0.03-0.28 s-1. 展开更多

Interfaces play critical roles in electronic devices and provide great diversity of film morphology and device performance.We retrospect the substrate mediated vacuum film growth of benchmark high mobility material 2,7-dioctyl[1]benzothieno[3,2-b]benzothiophene(C8-BTBT)and the interface electronic structures.The film growth of C8-BTBT molecules is diversified depending on the substrate-molecule and molecule-molecule interactions.On atomic smooth substrates C8-BTBT film grows in layer-by-layer mode while on coarse substrate it grows in islands mode.The initial molecular layer at dielectric,semiconductor and conductive substrates displays slight different lattice structure.The initial molecule orientation depends on the substrate and will gradually change to standing up configuration as in bulk phase.C8-BTBT behaves as electron donor when contacting with dielectric and stable conductive materials.This usually induces a dipole layer pointing to C8-BTBT and an upward bend bending in C8-BTBT side toward the interface.Although it is air stable,C8-BTBT is chemically reactive with some transition metals and compounds.The orientation change from lying down to standing up in the film usually leads to decrease of ionization potential.The article provides insights to the interface physical and chemical processes and suggestions for optimal design and fabrication of C8-BTBT based devices. 展开更多

To develop accounting information systems in a SMEs cluster of Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, this research used research and development (R&D) method. Hot deformation behaviors and microstructure evolution of Ti-3Al-5Mo-4Cr-2Zr-1Fe(Ti-35421)alloy in theβsingle field are investigated by isothermal compression tests on a Gleeble-3500 simulator at temperatures of 820-900°C and strain rates of 0.001-1 s^(-1).The research results show that discontinuous yield phenomenon and rheological softening are affected by the strain rates and deformation temperatures.The critical conditions for dynamic recrystallization and kinetic model of Ti-35421 alloy are determined,and the Arrhenius constitutive model is constructed.The rheological behaviors of Ti-35421 alloys aboveβphase transformation temperature are predicted by the constitutive model accurately.The EBSD analysis proves that the deformation softening is controlled by dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization.In addition,continuous dynamic recrystallization is determined during hot deformation,and the calculation model for recrystallization grain sizes is established.Good linear dependency between the experimental and simulated values of recrystallized grain sizes indicates that the present model can be used for the prediction of recrystallized grain size with high accuracy. 展开更多

Solidification structure is critical in the control of the mechanical properties and quality during the continuous casting process. The thermo-physical properties of 13 Cr steel added some rare metals, such as Mo, V, Nb, are measured to better understand the solidification structure of 13 Cr bloom. A computational model using CA-FE(cellular automation-finite element) method coupled with heat transfer model is developed to describe the solidification structure in continuous casting process. It is found that the calculated solidification structure is in good agreement with the observed data. The influence of casting speed and superheat on the solidification structure of the bloom is studied in detail. In order to obtain more equiaxed crystal ratio and low degree of the segregation in the bloom, the optimized casting speed 0.6 m/min and superheat less than 25 °C are determined for the caster. Using the optimized manufacturing parameters, these samples are 60% with the equiaxed zone ratio of 8%–10% and below the degree of segregation 1.05. 展开更多
