肉源性芽孢杆菌致腐性能异质性研究

为评估芽孢杆菌的致腐潜能异质性,本研究以从腐败低温香肠中分离出来的6株芽孢杆菌为研究对象,探究其在20℃(常温)和37℃(最适生长温度)条件下的致腐性能。试验分别测定了6株芽孢杆菌的生长曲线、产酸能力、产气能力、蛋白酶活力、脂肪... 为评估芽孢杆菌的致腐潜能异质性,本研究以从腐败低温香肠中分离出来的6株芽孢杆菌为研究对象,探究其在20℃(常温)和37℃(最适生长温度)条件下的致腐性能。试验分别测定了6株芽孢杆菌的生长曲线、产酸能力、产气能力、蛋白酶活力、脂肪酶活力和淀粉酶活力。结果表明,蜡样芽孢杆菌(C)的产酸能力较强,在37℃条件下培养48 h,pH较空白组下降0.71;解淀粉芽孢杆菌(G)的产蛋白酶和淀粉酶的能力更强,其蛋白酶活力高达7.17 U/mL,37℃条件下培养至5 d的淀粉分解圈面积为16.53 cm^(2);蜡样芽孢杆菌(C)的综合腐败能力最弱,具体表现为其蛋白酶活力为2.63 U/mL,37℃条件下培养5 d的淀粉分解圈面积为7.55 cm^(2)。同时发现生长温度对菌株致腐性能有较大影响。研究结果说明芽孢杆菌菌株的致腐性能存在显著的异质性,在探究其腐败特性时,应充分考虑菌株的异质性。 展开更多

研究矿区复垦土壤中鞘氨醇单胞菌促进秸秆腐解的性能,揭示鞘氨醇单胞菌在矿区复垦土壤沃土化中的作用,可为采煤沉陷区土地复垦和土壤质量快速提升提供科学依据。依托山西省襄垣县采煤沉陷复垦区的长期定位试验,通过矿化试验和腐解试验,... 研究矿区复垦土壤中鞘氨醇单胞菌促进秸秆腐解的性能,揭示鞘氨醇单胞菌在矿区复垦土壤沃土化中的作用,可为采煤沉陷区土地复垦和土壤质量快速提升提供科学依据。依托山西省襄垣县采煤沉陷复垦区的长期定位试验,通过矿化试验和腐解试验,测定活性碳变化、微生物数量及多样性指标,研究矿区复垦土壤中鞘氨醇单胞菌促进秸秆腐解性能。结果表明,添加菌剂有利于促进秸秆腐解能力。在培养期间,累计矿化量均以菌+秸秆处理最高,CK最低,添加菌剂的处理土壤矿化速率大于不添加菌剂的处理;灭菌土处理速效氮、磷、钾养分释放速率和活性有机碳含量高于不灭菌处理,其中,添加菌剂处理的养分释放速率和活性有机碳含量高于不添加菌剂处理,灭菌土条件下菌+秸秆处理的腐解率最高;在添加菌剂后土壤纤维素酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶、磷酸酶活性均得到提高,具体表现为菌+秸秆>菌>秸秆>CK;在菌+秸秆处理中,细菌、放线菌、真菌的数量较多;0~72 h各处理的微生物多样性(AWCD)值增长快速,碳源利用能力处于最强的阶段,灭菌条件各处理增长率大于不灭菌处理,添加菌剂处理中微生物对碳源的利用能力大于不接菌处理。鞘氨醇单胞菌可以显著促进秸秆的腐解和养分释放,有利于矿区复垦土壤有机碳的累积和肥力的提高,可以作为矿区复垦土壤修复的良好菌质资源。 展开更多

The evolution of mechanical properties,localized corrosion resistance of a high purity Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy during non-isothermal aging(NIA)was investigated by hardness test,electrical conductivity test,tensile test,intergranular corrosion test,exfoliation corrosion test,slow strain rate tensile test and electrochemical test,and the mechanism has been discussed based on microstructure examination by optical microscopy,electron back scattered diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and scanning transmission electron microscopy.The NIA treatment includes a heating stage from 40℃to 180℃with a rate of 20℃/h and a cooling stage from 180℃to 40℃with a rate of 10℃/h.The results show that the hardness and strength increase rapidly during the heating stage of NIA since the increasing temperature favors the nucleation and the growth of strengthening precipitates and promotes the transformation of Guinier-Preston(GPI)zones toη'phase.During the cooling stage,the sizes ofη'phase increase with a little change in the number density,leading to a further slight increase of the hardness and strength.As NIA proceeds,the corroded morphology in the alloy changes from a layering feature to a wavy feature,the maximum corrosion depth decreases,and the reason has been analyzed based on the microstructural and microchemical feature of precipitates at grain boundaries and subgrain boundaries. 展开更多

The effects of interrupted aging on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 7A75 aluminum alloy extruded bar were investigated through various analyses,including electrical conductivity,mechanical properties,local corrosion properties,and slow strain rate tensile stress corrosion tests.Microstructure characterization techniques such as metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)were also employed.The results indicate that the tensile strength of the alloy produced by T6I6 aging is similar to that produced by T6I4 aging,and it even exceeds 700 MPa.Furthermore,the yield strength increases by 52.7 MPa,reaching 654.8 MPa after T6I6 aging treatment.The maximum depths of intergranular corrosion(IGC)and exfoliation corrosion(EXCO)decrease from 116.3 and 468.5μm to 89.5 and 324.3μm,respectively.The stress corrosion factor also decreases from 2.1%to 1.6%.These findings suggest that the alloy treated with T6I6 aging exhibits both high strength and excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance.Similarly,when the alloy is treated with T6I4,T6I6 and T6I7 aging,the sizes of grain boundary precipitates(GBPs)are found to be 5.2,18.4,and 32.8 nm,respectively.The sizes of matrix precipitates are 4.8,5.7 and 15.7 nm,respectively.The atomic fractions of Zn in GBPs are 9.92 at.%,8.23 at.%and 6.87 at.%,respectively,while the atomic fractions of Mg are 12.66 at.%,8.43 at.%and 7.00 at.%,respectively.Additionally,the atomic fractions of Cu are 1.83 at.%,2.47 at.%and 3.41 at.%,respectively. 展开更多

Thermal modification is emphasized and developed quickly in developing countries, especially in European countries. A large number of researches have been conducted and some industrial production plants have been built. This paper reviewed the history of heat treatment, exemplifies the industrial developments in several European countries, summarized the basic principle of heat treatment and describes the environmental characteristics. Zinc calcium phosphate (Zn-Ca-P) coating and cerium-doped zinc calcium phosphate (Zn-Ca-Ce-P) coating were prepared on AZ31 magnesium alloy. The chemical compositions, morphologies and corrosion resistance of coatings were investigated through energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron probe micro-analysis (EPMA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) together with hydrogen volumetric and electrochemical tests. The results indicate that both coatings predominately contain crystalline hopeite (Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O), Mg3(PO4)2 and Ca3(PO4)2, and traces of non-crystalline MgF2 and CaF2. The Zn-Ca-Ce-P coating is more compact than the Zn-Ca-P coating due to the formation of CePO4, and displays better corrosion resistance than the Zn-Ca-P coating. Both coatings protect the AZ31 Mg substrate only during an initial immersion period. The micro-galvanic corrosion between the coatings and their substrates leads to an increase of hydrogen evolution rate (HER) with extending the immersion time. The addition of Ce promotes the homogenous distribution of Ca and formation of hopeite. The Zn-Ca-Ce-P coating has the potential for the primer coating on magnesium alloys. 展开更多

Microstructural analysis reveals that the alloy with a diameter of 1.5 mm is almost completely composed of amorphous phase. However, with the cooling rate decline, a little α-Mg and MgZn dendrites can be found in the amorphous matrix. Based on the microstructural and tensile results, the ductile dendrites are conceived to be highly responsible for the enhanced compressive strain from 1.3% to 3.1% by increasing the sample diameter from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. In addition, the Mg69Zn27Ca4 alloy with 1.5 mm diameter has the best corrosion properties. The current Mg-based alloys show much better corrosion resistance than the traditionally commercial wrought magnesium alloy ZK60 in simulated sea-water. 展开更多

Magnesium alloy wires were processed by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) in a modified silicate-phosphate composite electrolyte containing hydroxyapatite (HA) nanopowders and NaOH. Effects of NaOH content in the composite electrolyte on the microstructure and properties of the MAO ceramic coatings on magnesium alloy wires were studied. It is found that the arc voltage of magnesium alloy wires in the micro-arc oxidation process is significantly reduced while the oxidation rate is accelerated. Addition of 2 g/L NaOH in the composite electrolyte is a better choice for improving corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy wires. During early simulated body fluids (SBF) immersion, the micro-arc oxidized magnesium alloy wires undergo a slow and stable degradation. After soaking for 28 d, the protective ceramic coating still shows no damage but significant degradation is observed for magnesium alloy wires after immersion for more than 60 d. 展开更多

Ti/TiN/Zr/ZrN multilayer coatings were deposited on Cr_17Ni_2 steel substrates with different surface roughnesses by vacuum cathodic arc deposition method. Microstructure, micro-hardness, adhesion strength and cross-sectional morphology of the obtained multilayer coatings were investigated. The results show that the Vickers hardness of Ti/TiN/Zr/ZrN multilayer coating, with a film thickness of 11.37 μm, is 29.36 GPa. The erosion and salt spray resistance performance of Cr_17Ni_2 steel substrates can be evidently improved by Ti/TiN/Zr/ZrN multilayer coating. The surface roughness of Cr_17Ni_2 steel substrates plays an important role in determining the mechanical and erosion performances of Ti/TiN/Zr/ZrN multilayer coatings. Overall, a low value of the surface roughness of substrates corresponds to an improved performance of erosion and salt spray resistance of multilayer coatings. The optimized performance of Ti/TiN/Zr/ZrN multilayer coatings can be achieved provided that the surface roughness of Cr_17Ni_2 steel substrates is lower than 0.4μm. 展开更多

Pretreated Mg-Li alloy sheets were pre-plated in a NiCO3?2Ni(OH)2?4H2O solution to form a thin Ni-P alloy film and then plating in a NiSO4?6H2O solution was carried out to obtain a protective coating.The surface morphology,structure and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied.The results showed that a flat,bright and compact plating layer,which was integrated into the matrix metal,was obtained.The P content of the Ni-P coating reached 13.56%(mass fraction).The hardness value of the Ni-P coating was about HV 549.The polarization curve showed that the corrosion potential of the Ni-P coating reached ?0.249 V(vs SCE).A long passivation region was found on the polarization curve,and this phenomenon indicated that the coating has an excellent anti-corrosion property. 展开更多
