自动串级萃取装置控制系统设计与实现

提高串级萃取试验的自动化程度对提高核工业的劳动生产率以及降低生产成本有着十分重要的意义。在面向串级萃取试验自动化需求的基础上,设计了包括视觉系统和伺服控制两部分的自动串级萃取装置控制系统。视觉系统负责在提取试剂时协调... 提高串级萃取试验的自动化程度对提高核工业的劳动生产率以及降低生产成本有着十分重要的意义。在面向串级萃取试验自动化需求的基础上,设计了包括视觉系统和伺服控制两部分的自动串级萃取装置控制系统。视觉系统负责在提取试剂时协调移液器抽取试剂动作和试管上移动作,保证移液器底部尖端与试管的相对位置;伺服控制主要负责工艺流程的顺序执行,并在移液时基于视觉系统获取的液位下降速度调整试管上升速度,不断消除偏差达到移液器探针始终保持在液位以下相对固定的位置处,并且在移液器达到试管底部时停止吸液的目的。实际运行结果表明,该系统具有高可靠性和稳定性,同时又具有良好的可扩展性和可维护性,能满足串级萃取试验作业的实际需要,符合工业应用要求。 展开更多

The results showed thatas to the available rate of allelochemicals, the pressure and temperature of extraction were themost important factors. The allelochemicals of Chinese-fir root extracted by pure CO_2 and ethanolmixed with CO_2 have different allelopathic activities to seed germination, and the allelochemicalsextracted by ethanol mixed with CO_2 had stronger inhibitory effects on seed germination than thatextracted by pure CO_2. 展开更多

粉煤灰中富集的部分重金属元素在地表水的长期作用下随着降水渗入地下继而迁移至周围水体,从而造成环境污染。研究三道沟煤矿粉煤灰的中重金属元素的赋存状态,可为神东地区燃用动力煤粉煤灰的环境管理及资源化利用提供科学的理论依据。... 粉煤灰中富集的部分重金属元素在地表水的长期作用下随着降水渗入地下继而迁移至周围水体,从而造成环境污染。研究三道沟煤矿粉煤灰的中重金属元素的赋存状态,可为神东地区燃用动力煤粉煤灰的环境管理及资源化利用提供科学的理论依据。通过对三道沟煤矿粗颗粒、细颗粒的粉煤灰样品开展理化性质分析及逐级化学萃取试验,从而研究三道沟煤矿粉煤灰中重金属元素的赋存状态。结果表明:三道沟煤矿粗、细粉煤灰中的As、Pb和Cr在盐酸溶液中的浸出率高,在去离子水和醋酸铵溶液中有微量或部分浸出;三道沟煤矿粗、细粉煤灰中As、Pb、Cr、Hg和Cd的水溶态、离子交换态和碳酸盐态含量均远低于残留在萃余残渣中的含量,主要以残留态赋存;在碱性和强酸条件下,三道沟煤中重金属元素的浸出量均未超出煤炭工业废水有毒污染物排放量限值的要求。 展开更多

我原是学理科的,最早学化学。我学得不坏,老师讲的东西我都懂。化学光懂了不成,还要做试验,做试验我就不行了。用移液管移液体,别人都用橡皮球吸液体。我老用嘴去吸——我知道移液管不能用嘴吸,只是橡皮球经常是找不着了——吸别的还好... 我原是学理科的,最早学化学。我学得不坏,老师讲的东西我都懂。化学光懂了不成,还要做试验,做试验我就不行了。用移液管移液体,别人都用橡皮球吸液体。我老用嘴去吸——我知道移液管不能用嘴吸,只是橡皮球经常是找不着了——吸别的还好,有一回我竟去吸浓氨水,好像吸到了陈年的老尿罐,此后有半个月嗓子哑掉了。做毕业论文时,我做个萃取试验,烧瓶里盛了一大瓶子氯仿,滚滚沸腾着,按说不该往外跑,但我的装置漏气,一会儿就漏个精光。漏掉了我就去领新的,新的一会又漏光。一个星期我漏掉了五大瓶氯仿。漏掉的起码有一小半被我吸了进去。这种东西是种麻醉药,我吸进去的氯仿足以醉死十条大蟒。说也奇怪。我居然站着不倒,只是有点迷糊。在这种情况下,我还把试验做了出来,证明我的化学课学得满好。但是老师和同学一致认为我不适合干化学。 展开更多

Extraction of Perilla Seed Oil Using Supercritical Carbon Dioxide and GC-MS Analysis 被引量:5

[Objective] This study was aimed to determine the optimal parameters for the extraction of perilla seed oil to obtain high-quality perilla seed oil and analyze its compositions. [Method] In this study, perilla seed oil was extracted using supercritical CO2 (SC-CO2). The effects of extraction time, temperature and pressure were investigated by single-factor experiments and orthogonal array testing (ORT). The chemical compositions of extracted perilla seed oil were investigated by GC-MS. [Result] The optimal conditions for the extraction of perilla seed oil using SC-CO2 were extraction time of 4 h, extraction temperature at 40 ℃, and extraction pressure at 23 MPa. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of perilla seed oil was maximized to 12.43%. GC-MS analysis revealed that perilla seed oil was a complex mixture containing 76.183% α-linolenic acid. [Conclusion] Supercritical CO2 extraction was proven to be an effective technology to extract oil from perilla seed, and GCMS was also a satisfactory method for analyzing the compositions of perilla seed oil. 展开更多

The separation of the by-product (The volume fraction of 3-picoline is 68.472 2% and 4-picoline 26. 517 6% .) in the synthesis of pyridine by dissociation extraction wasstudied. Six separation conditions of the dissociation extraction-the kind and the dosage ofextractant and organic solvent, the concentration of the extractant and separation temperature-wereinvestigated. Different levels of each factor were chosen to form an orthogonal test of six factorsand five levels. The results show that the volume ratio of 3-picoline and 4-picoline in organicphase is the highest when 24 mL picolines are separated at 0 t by 2. 0 mol/L p-toluenesulfonic andn-heptane whose dosages are 40 mL and 48 mL, respectively. The effect of the separation isconsiderably improved with repetition test. This process of dissociation extraction has commendablepotential for industrial exploitation. 展开更多

The treatment of the Gacun complex Cu concentrate with high contents of Pb,Zn,Ag,etc by oxygen pressure acid leaching was studied.It is unusual that tetrahedrite,whose treatment was rarely studied,is the primary copper mineral of the concentrates.Most of silver also occurs in the mineral.The optimum operating parameters of oxygen pressure acid leaching were established by conditional tests.Pilot scale test was carried out under the parameters,and the leaching rates of copper and zinc are as high as 97.10% and 89.83% while lead and silver are transformed into sulfate and sulfide respectively and stay in leaching residue.The copper and zinc in lixivium were reclaimed by extraction-electrowinning and purification-electrowinning,respectively,and the lead and silver in the residue were reclaimed separately by chloride leaching and thiourea leaching.The extraction rate of copper achieves 96%,and the leaching rates of lead and silver reach 90% and 95%,respectively. 展开更多

Evaluation of the genotoxic and cytotoxic potentials is a part of the analysis process where plant products with therapeutic properties must be submitted for being safely employed, mainly through long time points, doannesia princeps, also known as "cotieira" has been used on popular medicine as laxative and several diseases treatment. Aiming to analyze genotoxic potential ofd. princeps leaves extract, Allium cepa assay and micronucleus test were employed. No genotoxic activity presented J. princeps leaves extract; however, extracts cytotoxic activity over A. cepa meristematic cells and mice marrow cells was observed. J. princeps leaves extract presented antiproliferative activity at concentrations and systems employed indicating their therapeutic potential for cellular cycle inhibition. Moreover, results showed that in regard to its mutagenic effect, usage of J. princeps leaves tea on popular medicine has been a safe procedure, as well. 展开更多
