The model indicated that the controlled pneum...The pneumatic rotary position system, in which an electro-pneumatic proportional flow valve controled a rotary cylinder, was studied, and its mathematical model was built. The model indicated that the controlled pneumatic system had disadvantages such as inherent non-linearity and variations of system parameters with working points. In order to improve the dynamic performance of the system, feed forward compensation self-tuning pole-placement strategy was adopted to place the poles of the system in a desired position in real time, and a recursive least square method with fixed forgetting factors was also used in the parameter estimation. Experimental results show that the steady state error of the pneumatic rotary position system is within 3% and the identified system parameters can be converged in 5 s. Under different loads, the controlled system has an excellent tracking performance and robustness of anti-disturbance.展开更多
The natural frequency of the electrohydraulic system in mobile machinery is always very low,which brings difficulties to the controller design.To improve the tracking performance of the hydraulic system,mathematical m...The natural frequency of the electrohydraulic system in mobile machinery is always very low,which brings difficulties to the controller design.To improve the tracking performance of the hydraulic system,mathematical modeling of the electrohydraulic lifting system and the rubber hose was accomplished according to an electrohydraulic lifting test rig built in the laboratory.Then,valve compensation strategy,including spool opening compensation (SOC) and dead zone compensation (DZC),was designed based on the flow-pressure characteristic of a closed-centered proportional valve.Comparative experiments on point-to-point trajectory tracking between a proportional controller with the proposed compensations and a traditional PI controller were conducted.Experiment results show that the maximal absolute values of the tracking error are reduced from 0.039 m to 0.019 m for the slow point-to-point motion trajectory and from 0.085 m to 0.054 m for the fast point-to-point motion trajectory with the proposed compensations.Moreover,tracking error of the proposed controller was analyzed and corresponding suggestions to reduce the tracking error were put forward.展开更多
In the process of grid-connected wind and solar power generation,there are problems of high rate of abandoning wind and light and insufficient energy.In order to solve these problems,we construct a grid-connected wind...In the process of grid-connected wind and solar power generation,there are problems of high rate of abandoning wind and light and insufficient energy.In order to solve these problems,we construct a grid-connected wind-solar hydrogen storage(alkaline electrolyzer(AE)-hydrogen storage tank-battery-proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC))coupled system architecture.A grid-connected compensation/consumption hierarchical control strategy based on wind-solar hydrogen coupling is proposed.During the grid-connected process of wind and solar power generation,the upper-level control allocates power reasonably to the hydrogen energy storage system by dispatching the power of wind and solar power generation.At the same time,the control strategy ensures that the pressure of the hydrogen storage tank is within the safety range limit,and the lower control completes the control of the duty cycle of the converter in the system.Due to the randomness of wind and light,the hydrogen energy storage system is divided into three working conditions,namely compensation,balance and consumption,and five working modes.The simulation results show that the hydrogen energy storage system compensates for 40%of the power shortage,and consumes 27.5%of the abandoned wind and solar energy,which improves the utilization rate of clean energy.展开更多
