为了克服传统电子湿敏传感器易脆的缺点,制备了一种柔性湿敏纤维并对其性能进行表征。以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)柔性纤维为基底,将MIL-88A作为湿敏材料负载在PDMS纤维表面制得该纤维;探究了MIL-88A在吸湿/脱湿过程中给纤维带来的形状变化... 为了克服传统电子湿敏传感器易脆的缺点,制备了一种柔性湿敏纤维并对其性能进行表征。以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)柔性纤维为基底,将MIL-88A作为湿敏材料负载在PDMS纤维表面制得该纤维;探究了MIL-88A在吸湿/脱湿过程中给纤维带来的形状变化,并且使用饱和盐溶液模拟相对湿度的测试来进一步观察纤维变形;结合形貌表征和结构分析研究湿敏纤维形状变化的机理。结果表明:PDMS纤维表面已成功负载MIL-88A晶体;湿敏纤维的形状能够在升高湿度过程逐渐舒展、在降低湿度过程逐渐收缩,并且在以饱和盐溶液模拟相对湿度时也有相似的形状变化,表明其具有良好的形状记忆性和可重复性;拉伸应力-应变曲线和热重分析曲线分别表明,该纤维具备一定的机械性能和热稳定性。结果表明此柔性湿敏纤维可以用于对环境湿度的定性表征。 展开更多

Based on the local canning compression,severe plastic deformation(SPD) is able to lead to the almost complete amorphous nickel-titanium shape memory alloy(NiTi SMA),in which a small amount of retained nanocrystalline phase is embedded in the amorphous matrix.Crystallization of amorphous NiTi alloy annealed at 573,723 and 873 K was investigated,respectively.The crystallization kinetics of the amorphous NiTi alloy can be mathematically described by the Johnson-MehlAvrami-Kolmogorov(JMAK) equation.NiTi SMA with a complete nanocrystalline phase is obtained in the case of annealing at 573 K and 723 K,where martensite phase transformation is suppressed due to the constraint of the grain boundaries.Crystallization of amorphous NiTi alloy at 873 K leads to the coarse-grained NiTi sample,where(001) martensite compound twin is observed at room temperature.It can be found that the martensitic twins preferentially nucleate at the grain boundary and they grow up towards the two different grains.SPD based on the local canning compression and subsequent annealing provides a new approach to obtain the nanocrystalline NiTi SMA. 展开更多

利用海藻酸盐分子和共聚物链上丰富的羧基与多价金属离子的高配位能力,采用“一步法”离子双交联制备了高强度、高韧性的海藻酸钠/聚(丙烯酰胺-co-丙烯酸)-Fe^3+(S/P-Fe^3+)双网络水凝胶。对浸泡多种金属离子(Na^+、Ca^2+、Cu^2+、Al^3+... 利用海藻酸盐分子和共聚物链上丰富的羧基与多价金属离子的高配位能力,采用“一步法”离子双交联制备了高强度、高韧性的海藻酸钠/聚(丙烯酰胺-co-丙烯酸)-Fe^3+(S/P-Fe^3+)双网络水凝胶。对浸泡多种金属离子(Na^+、Ca^2+、Cu^2+、Al^3+、Fe^3+)溶液得到的金属离子双交联水凝胶的力学性能展开研究,结果表明,随着金属离子价态的升高,水凝胶的力学强度逐渐增大,其中铁离子的增强效果最好。通过优化SA含量、AAc与AAm的比例以及Fe^3+浓度,获得最佳配比的S/P-Fe^3+(SA 2%(质量分数,下同),AAc 5%(摩尔分数,下同)和Fe^3+0.06 mol/L)高强度水凝胶,其力学性能优越(拉伸强度3.24 MPa,断裂伸长率1228%),同时该离子双交联高强度水凝胶还具有高的含水量(76%)。此外,S/P-Fe^3+水凝胶的交联强度受环境影响,通过pH值变化可调节其力学性能,使其具备形状记忆性。 展开更多

The microstructure,martensitic transformation behavior,mechanical and shape memory properties of Ni56Mn25-xCrxGa19(x=0,2,4,6) alloys were investigated.Single phase of martensite with tetragonal structure is present for x=0,and dual-phase containing martensite and γ phase is observed for x≥2.The martensitic transformation peak temperatures decrease monotonically from 401 ℃ for x=0 to 197 ℃ for x=6.The introduction of γ phase by Cr addition is proved to be effective in improving the workability and ductility.The tensile stress and strain are 497 MPa and 8 % for x=4,and 454 MPa and 5.5 % for x=6,respectively.The shape memory strain values are 2.7 % under a residual strain of 4.5 % for x=4,and 1.9 % under a residual strain of 3.5 % for x=6,respectively. 展开更多

As a new attempt, local canning compression was applied in order to implement large plastic deformation of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy (NiTi SMA) at room temperature. The plastic mechanics of local canning compression of NiTi SMA was analyzed according to the slab method as the well as plastic yield criterion. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to study the microstructural evolution as well as deformation behavior of NiTi samples under local canning compression. Increasing the hydrostatic pressure with the increase in the outer diameters of the steel cans is responsible for suppressing the initiation and growth of the micro-cracks, which contributes to enhancing the plasticity ofNiTi SMA and avoiding the occurrence of brittle fracture. Plastic deformation of NiTi SMA under a three-dimensional compressive stress state meets von-Mises yield criterion at the true strains ranging from about 0.15 to 0.50, while in the case of larger plastic strain, von-Mises yield criterion is unable to be met since the amorphous phase arises in the deformed NiTi sample. 展开更多

As-received nickel-titanium (NiTi) shape memory alloy with a nominal composition of Ni50.9Ti49.1 (mole fraction,%) was subjected to solution treatment at 1123 K for 2 h and subsequent aging for 2 h at 573 K, 723 K and 873 K, respectively. The influence of solution treatment and aging on microstructural evolution and mechanical behavior of NiTi alloy was systematically investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and compression test. Solution treatment contributes to eliminating the Ti2Ni phase in the as-received NiTi sample, in which the TiC phase is unable to be removed. Solution treatment leads to ordered domain of atomic arrangement in NiTi alloy. In all the aged NiTi samples, the Ni4Ti3 precipitates, the R phase and the B2 austenite coexist in the NiTi matrix at room temperature, while the martensitic twins can be observed in the NiTi samples aged at 873 K. In the NiTi samples aged at 573 and 723 K, the fine and dense Ni4Ti3 precipitates distribute uniformly in the NiTi matrix, and thus they are coherent with the B2 matrix. However, in the NiTi sample aged at 873 K, the Ni4Ti3 precipitates exhibit the very inhomogeneous size, and they are coherent, semi-coherent and incoherent with the B2 matrix. In the case of aging at 723 K, the NiTi sample exhibits the maximum yield strength, where the fine and homogeneous Ni4Ti3 precipitates act as the effective obstacles against the dislocation motion, which results in the maximum critical resolved shear stress for dislocation slip. 展开更多

A new kind of passive damping device that is composed of TiNi shape memory alloy (SMA) rings is designed.The basic mechanical behaviors of the device are investigated and its damping capacity is analyzed.There still exist hysteresis loops during loading and unloading when the deformation of the ring(s) is restricted in the horizontal direction properly,but the force-displacement curves are tilted and not parallel to the abscissa,which can improve the ability to withstand overloading.If there is no restriction,the force-displacement curves of the rings are near linear though the unloading paths are slightly different from those of loading.The basic mechanical and damping properties of the device may be changed by using different numbers of TiNi alloy rings,and the damping capacity will be increased markedly by increasing the number of rings. 展开更多

The effect of heat treatment on the transformation temperature of Ti?52.2%Ni (mole fraction) alloy was studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The transformation temperatures of the alloy can be adjusted effectively by heat treatment. Dense and stable SiO2 coatings were deposited on the surface of the pre-oxidized TiNi alloy by sol?gel method. The bonding strength of films and matrix was (65.9±1.5) N. The electrochemical corrosion test shows that the TiNi alloy with SiO2 coating has excellent corrosion resistance in the Hank’s simulated body fluid. The release behaviors of Ni ion of the alloy with and without SiO2 coating implanted in the acoustic vesicle of guinea pig were studied by EDS testing, which was inhibited effectively by the dense and stable SiO2 coating on the alloy. 展开更多

The microstructure and coupling between structural and magnetic domains of ferromagnetic shape memory alloy Ni55Mn20.6Ga24.4 were investigated by scanning electron acoustic microscopy (SEAM). Stripe ferroelastic domains (martensite variants) exist in every grain, and exhibit the configurations of the typical self-accommodation arrangement. Magnetic domain structure of Ni55Mn20.6Ga24.4 was observed by the Bitter method and magnetic force microscopy (MFM). Due to the unique subsurface imaging capability of SEAM, combined with the Bitter method, the ferroelastic domain structure can be compared with in situ ferromagnetic domain structure. It is found that the martensitic variant boundaries coincide well with the ferromagnetic domain walls, which is beneficial for the understanding of the correlation between two kinds of ferroic domains. 展开更多
