质量一致性限制的编码模型设计

传统编码器虽然具有可控的码率,但却无法有效控制编码视频的质量,存在随图像内容变化而产生抖动的缺陷。针对当前互联网带宽特性,如自适应码率(Adaptive Bitrate,ABR)网络带宽控制技术中带宽固定的限制条件比传统广播网松弛,在以失真为... 传统编码器虽然具有可控的码率,但却无法有效控制编码视频的质量,存在随图像内容变化而产生抖动的缺陷。针对当前互联网带宽特性,如自适应码率(Adaptive Bitrate,ABR)网络带宽控制技术中带宽固定的限制条件比传统广播网松弛,在以失真为约束的条件下,提出了一种新的率失真优化的失真分配方案,根据每个编码单元的拉格朗日乘子与图像组(Group of Pictures,GOP)级别的乘子之间的相互关系模型,设计了以帧级为单元的失真分配策略。基于高效率视频编码(High Efficiency Video Coding,HEVC)模型随机编码结构的默认配置下,对通用测试条件中规定的标准测试序列,实验结果显示质量一致性限制的编码器率失真性能Bj ntegaard Delta-Peak Signal to Noise Rate(BD-PSNR)提升了0.057 dB,编码后的图像组失真的方差减小了50%,能有效地减少编码视频的质量抖动,具有更加平稳的编码质量。 展开更多

针对卫星高速数传系统的高增益、多码率、高可靠性通信编码应用需求,提出了一种低密度奇偶校验(LDPC)码组的低实现复杂度、高速的编码器设计实现方案,通过高效复用不同码率和不同扩展因子的编码硬件资源,并采用低存储和局部三模冗余设计... 针对卫星高速数传系统的高增益、多码率、高可靠性通信编码应用需求,提出了一种低密度奇偶校验(LDPC)码组的低实现复杂度、高速的编码器设计实现方案,通过高效复用不同码率和不同扩展因子的编码硬件资源,并采用低存储和局部三模冗余设计,有效降低了多码率高速LDPC编码器的整体硬件规模并显著提升了编码速率和可靠性。现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现结果表明:该方法设计的融合28种码字的航天加固编码器可基于单片Xilinx XC2V3000FPGA芯片实现,最高编码速率可达3.2Gb/s;其触发器、查找表和存储器资源与已有方案相比,分别降低了24.5%、34.4%和11.1%。该编码器设计方案在当前及未来的卫星数传系统中具有较高应用价值。 展开更多

Based on flexible pneumatic actuator(FPA),bending joint and side-sway joint,a new kind of pneumatic dexterous robot finger was developed.The finger is equipped with one five-component force sensor and four contactless magnetic rotary encoders.Mechanical parts and FPAs are integrated,which reduces the overall size of the finger.Driven by FPA directly,the joint output torque is more accurate and the friction and vibration can be effectively reduced.An improved adaptive genetic algorithm(IAGA) was adopted to solve the inverse kinematics problem of the redundant finger.The statics of the finger was analyzed and the relation between fingertip force and joint torque was built.Finally,the finger force/position control principle was introduced.Tracking experiments of fingertip force/position were carried out.The experimental results show that the fingertip position tracking error is within ±1 mm and the fingertip force tracking error is within ±0.4 N.It is also concluded from the theoretical and experimental results that the finger can be controlled and it has a good application prospect. 展开更多

The decisive testing patterns are generated by using the selected fold distance. Then the folding counter seeds are encoded by the specialized seed encoder and clock gating, the ineffective patterns do not act upon the circuit under test, these testing patterns are designed to form a pseudo single input change set, so as to lead to prominent decreases in power consumption and redundant testing patterns generated by different seeds, without losing stuck-at fault coverage. To maximize the throughput of frequency-selective multicast channel, the minimum-phase Finite Impulse Response (FIR) precoder design is investigated in this paper. This problem can be solved in two steps. Firstly, we focus on designing a nonminimum-phase FIR precoder under the criterion of maximizing the throughput, and develop two efficient algorithms for the FIR precoder design from perspectives of frequency domain and time domain. In the second step, based on the theory of spectral factorization, the nonminimum-phase FIR precoder is transformed into the corresponding minimum-phase FIR precoder by a classic iterative algorithm without affecting the throughput. Numerical results indicate that the achievable rate of the proposed design has remarkable improvement over that of existing schemes, moreover, the group delay introduced by the FIR precoder is minimized. 展开更多

Design and analysis of a network coding algorithm for ad hoc networks

Considering the feature of strong node mobilit... Network coding is proved to have advantages in both wireline and wireless networks. Especially, appropriate network coding schemes are programmed for underlined networks. Considering the feature of strong node mobility in aviation communication networks, a hop-by-hop network coding algorithm based on ad hoc networks was proposed. Compared with COPE-like network coding algorithms, the proposed algorithm does not require overhearing from other nodes, which meets confidentiality requirements of aviation communication networks. Meanwhile, it does save resource consumption and promise less processing delay. To analyze the performance of the network coding algorithm in scalable networks with different traffic models, a typical network was built in a network simulator, through which receiving accuracy rate and receiving delay were both examined.The simulation results indicate that, by virtue of network coding, the proposed algorithm works well and improves performance significantly. More specifically, it has better performance in enhancing receiving accuracy rate and reducing receiving delay, as compared with any of the traditional networks without coding. It was applied to both symmetric and asymmetric traffic flows and, in particular, it achieves much better performance when the network scale becomes larger. Therefore, this algorithm has great potentials in large-scale multi-hop aviation communication networks. 展开更多

The mechanical performance of the FSM is tested. The results show that the tilting range of the mirror is about 4 mrad, and the 1st-order resonance frequency is about 250 Hz. A self-designed grating encoder is taken as the sensor, which ensures the optimal precision of 10 μrad. The novel mechanical design can meet the requirement of engineering in incoherent laser beam combination. 展开更多
