The approach uses an indirect coordination mechanism, called pheromone, which comes from the collective behavior of ant colonies for food foraging. Therefore it can automat- ically find efficient manufacturing cells for processing tasks and reduce communication overhead, which exists in the contract net protocol. Experimental results confirm that the approach has excellent stability and optimization ability for task allocation problems in a static environment.展开更多

It is considered to be open, modularized, distributed, configurable, interoperable and maintainable. After introducing some core techniques of J2EE as the basic foundations of the proposed MES, this paper briefly analyzes the MES domain in manufacturing systems and constructs the abstract object and component model, and then establishes the MES architecture. This MES can be facilely integrated with other manufacturing applications. Finally, an example of integration with the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is given.展开更多
By analyses on the trace elements of coals,host-rocks and wall-rocks,this study aims to trace the sources and evaluate the utilization prospects of REE+Y(REY)in coals from Bayili Coal Mine(Wensu,Xinjiang,China).The di...By analyses on the trace elements of coals,host-rocks and wall-rocks,this study aims to trace the sources and evaluate the utilization prospects of REE+Y(REY)in coals from Bayili Coal Mine(Wensu,Xinjiang,China).The distribution patterns of REY in the coals are divided into two groups,flat-type and heavy REE-enrichment type(H-type).The REY of the former was mainly from the gneisses of the basement of the coal-bearing basin,and that of the later was partly from hydrothermal solution.The host-rocks show two types of REY patterns,middle REE-enrichment type(M-type)and H-type,which are due to the injection of REY from acid terrestrial water and hydrothermal solution,respectively.Almost all the coal samples are plotted into the promising area on the diagram of percentage of critical elements(REY_(def,rel))vs ratio of sum of critical elements to the sum of excessive elements(C_(outl))and half of the coal samples have high contents of Ga closing to the cut-off grade of Ga deposit as by-product,which indicate that the REY and Ga in Bayili Coal Mine are of utilization prospects as by-product.展开更多

Under the constraints of land shortage, how to allocate the finite land resources to the multiple land users in China considering various political, environmental, ecological and economic conditions have become research topics with great significance. In this study, an interval fuzzy national-scale land-use model(IFNLM) was developed for optimizing land systems of China. IFNLM is based on an integration of existing interval linear programming(ILP), and fuzzy flexible programming(FFP) techniques. IFNLM allows uncertainties expressed as discrete interval values and fuzzy sets to be incorporated within a general optimization framework. It can also facilitate national-scale land-use planning under various environmental, ecological, social conditions within a multi-period and multi-option context. Then, IFNLM was applied to a real case study of land-use planning in China. The satisfaction degree of environmental constraints is between 0.69 and 0.97, the system benefit will between 198.25 × 1012 USD and 229.67 × 1012 USD. The results indicated that the hybrid model can help generate desired policies for land-use allocation with a maximized economic benefit and minimized environmental violation risk. Optimized land-use allocation patterns can be generated from the proposed IFNLM.展开更多

Then, the glue viscosity is approxim...A new consistency control method for jet dispensing is proposed. First, the working parameters, namely, viscosity, supply pressure and supply time, are experimentally investigated. Then, the glue viscosity is approximated by a polynomial model using the least square method. Based on this model and temperatme control implemented using the Dahlin principle, the viscosity of the glue can be maintained at a constant value. Then, the viscosity model of the glue is applied to deriving the droplet mass as the nominal model of the temperature controller. The robustness of the temperature controller is analyzed by applying the small gain theory. The glue supply pressure controller is designed using the consistency control strategy, and the robustness is analyzed. Finall), simulations and experiments are conducted using a jet dispensing control system. The results show that the proposed control strategy can significantly improve the droplet consistency.展开更多
