冕宁稀土矿是我国西南地区的大型轻稀土矿床。它不仅含有丰富的轻稀土,而且铕、钇等中重稀土较国内外同类型矿床高。该矿的特点是工业稀土矿物组成简单,矿石易选、易冶。矿石中90%左右的REO呈稀土矿物产出,其中氟碳铈矿占稀土矿物总量... 冕宁稀土矿是我国西南地区的大型轻稀土矿床。它不仅含有丰富的轻稀土,而且铕、钇等中重稀土较国内外同类型矿床高。该矿的特点是工业稀土矿物组成简单,矿石易选、易冶。矿石中90%左右的REO呈稀土矿物产出,其中氟碳铈矿占稀土矿物总量的80%—97%。矿石和主要稀土矿物的REF配分均属Ce>La>Nd富LREE的强选择配分型。矿石中轻稀土配分值高达97.48%—98.81%。矿石中Eu、Y配分值较高,而氟碳铈矿反而比矿石低。矿石中的黑色风化土状物富含次生稀土,其Eu、Y配分值比矿石、氟碳铈矿都高。 展开更多

A pheromone-based coordination approach and a prototype implementation for task allocation are pro- posed, for dealing with the static task allocation. The approach uses an indirect coordination mechanism, called pheromone, which comes from the collective behavior of ant colonies for food foraging. Therefore it can automat- ically find efficient manufacturing cells for processing tasks and reduce communication overhead, which exists in the contract net protocol. Experimental results confirm that the approach has excellent stability and optimization ability for task allocation problems in a static environment. 展开更多

Using the Java 2 enterprise edition (J2EE), the industry standard technique, a component and web-based manufacturing execution system (MES), is presented. It is considered to be open, modularized, distributed, configurable, interoperable and maintainable. After introducing some core techniques of J2EE as the basic foundations of the proposed MES, this paper briefly analyzes the MES domain in manufacturing systems and constructs the abstract object and component model, and then establishes the MES architecture. This MES can be facilely integrated with other manufacturing applications. Finally, an example of integration with the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is given. 展开更多

By analyses on the trace elements of coals,host-rocks and wall-rocks,this study aims to trace the sources and evaluate the utilization prospects of REE+Y(REY)in coals from Bayili Coal Mine(Wensu,Xinjiang,China).The distribution patterns of REY in the coals are divided into two groups,flat-type and heavy REE-enrichment type(H-type).The REY of the former was mainly from the gneisses of the basement of the coal-bearing basin,and that of the later was partly from hydrothermal solution.The host-rocks show two types of REY patterns,middle REE-enrichment type(M-type)and H-type,which are due to the injection of REY from acid terrestrial water and hydrothermal solution,respectively.Almost all the coal samples are plotted into the promising area on the diagram of percentage of critical elements(REY_(def,rel))vs ratio of sum of critical elements to the sum of excessive elements(C_(outl))and half of the coal samples have high contents of Ga closing to the cut-off grade of Ga deposit as by-product,which indicate that the REY and Ga in Bayili Coal Mine are of utilization prospects as by-product. 展开更多

A Hybrid Inexact Optimization Model for Land-use Allocation of China 被引量:7

Land scarcity has become the prominent obstacle on the way to sustainable development for China. Under the constraints of land shortage, how to allocate the finite land resources to the multiple land users in China considering various political, environmental, ecological and economic conditions have become research topics with great significance. In this study, an interval fuzzy national-scale land-use model(IFNLM) was developed for optimizing land systems of China. IFNLM is based on an integration of existing interval linear programming(ILP), and fuzzy flexible programming(FFP) techniques. IFNLM allows uncertainties expressed as discrete interval values and fuzzy sets to be incorporated within a general optimization framework. It can also facilitate national-scale land-use planning under various environmental, ecological, social conditions within a multi-period and multi-option context. Then, IFNLM was applied to a real case study of land-use planning in China. The satisfaction degree of environmental constraints is between 0.69 and 0.97, the system benefit will between 198.25 × 1012 USD and 229.67 × 1012 USD. The results indicated that the hybrid model can help generate desired policies for land-use allocation with a maximized economic benefit and minimized environmental violation risk. Optimized land-use allocation patterns can be generated from the proposed IFNLM. 展开更多

First, the working parameters, namely, viscosity, supply pressure and supply time, are experimentally investigated. Then, the glue viscosity is approximated by a polynomial model using the least square method. Based on this model and temperatme control implemented using the Dahlin principle, the viscosity of the glue can be maintained at a constant value. Then, the viscosity model of the glue is applied to deriving the droplet mass as the nominal model of the temperature controller. The robustness of the temperature controller is analyzed by applying the small gain theory. The glue supply pressure controller is designed using the consistency control strategy, and the robustness is analyzed. 在结合矿石分布与系统布点、取样的基础上,通过元素分析结果与地球化学、统计学等研究方法相结合,以白云鄂博矿床东矿体内现存各类型矿石为研究目标,开展了多方面的研究,发现当前采场内东矿体深部稀土最重要的矿石类型有:霓石型、萤石... 在结合矿石分布与系统布点、取样的基础上,通过元素分析结果与地球化学、统计学等研究方法相结合,以白云鄂博矿床东矿体内现存各类型矿石为研究目标,开展了多方面的研究,发现当前采场内东矿体深部稀土最重要的矿石类型有:霓石型、萤石型和白云石型3大类共5种矿石类型;总体而言,铁矿石中稀土含量较非铁矿石要高,在白云石型与云母型矿石中REO与Fe有较为明显的正相关性;矿体中LREE、HREE分异程度较大,镧、铈、镨、钕四种元素的氧化物含量占稀土氧化物总量的93%以上,是最主要的REE元素种类;配分结果显示,矿体中LREE分馏程度高且较为富集,HREE显著亏损;各类型矿石中REE显现明显的负铕异常,与学术界中“热液叠加、多次交代”的成矿观点相吻合。本研究过程系统阐述了东矿体深部各类型矿石中的REE分布与配分模式,为进一步揭示白云鄂博矿床成因和综合利用深部稀土资源提供了一定的科学依据和理论基础。 展开更多

离子吸附型稀土矿床是一个具有显著经济价值的矿床。安徽省广德县新岭稀土矿产于北纬30°以北地区,它是一个以轻稀土矿富集为主,有异于南方以重稀土为主的新型矿床。通过采集样品,运用XRF、电感耦合等离子质谱仪ICP-MS测试方法,进... 离子吸附型稀土矿床是一个具有显著经济价值的矿床。安徽省广德县新岭稀土矿产于北纬30°以北地区,它是一个以轻稀土矿富集为主,有异于南方以重稀土为主的新型矿床。通过采集样品,运用XRF、电感耦合等离子质谱仪ICP-MS测试方法,进行主微量与稀土元素分析测试。主量元素表明,刘村岩体是一个源自于深源的玄武质熔浆,受壳源混染作用形成花岗闪长岩;微量元素中高强场小半径的离子如Th、U和稀土元素趋于富集;稀土配分型式呈明显右倾的"V"型,(La/Yb)N7.30,δEu 0.31,δCe 1.47。据稀土元素与微量元素的相关分析得知:铈族稀土元素与Th、Nb、Ta、Zr、Ba、Be、P、Ni、Cu、Fe的相关系数较大,与W为负相关;钇族稀土元素与Ba、Cd、In、Co、Zn、W关系密切,与其它多为负相关关系。与赣南地区离子吸附型稀土矿床比较,两者∑REE、LREE/HREE、(La/Yb)N、δEu、δCe存在差异。新岭稀土矿化产于刘村花岗闪长岩体风化壳全风化层内,稀土矿物主要以铈族矿物为主,含少量钇族类矿物。氧化稀土平均品位为0.055%,矿石中LREE/HREE为3.79,属于轻稀土类型。矿石组分有独居石、褐帘石、少量磷钇矿等。控矿因素是含矿母岩体和地形、地貌条件。 展开更多
