试验了解啤酒花浸膏抗氧化的生理活性,为开发天然油脂抗氧化剂提供参考。采用DPPH法测定体外抗氧化能力;采用Schaal烘箱法研究啤酒花浸膏浓度、油脂种类、增效剂及人工合成抗氧化剂的抗油脂氧化效果。0.02%啤酒花浸膏对4种食用油脂均有... 试验了解啤酒花浸膏抗氧化的生理活性,为开发天然油脂抗氧化剂提供参考。采用DPPH法测定体外抗氧化能力;采用Schaal烘箱法研究啤酒花浸膏浓度、油脂种类、增效剂及人工合成抗氧化剂的抗油脂氧化效果。0.02%啤酒花浸膏对4种食用油脂均有良好的抗氧化效果,且对猪油具有较强的抗氧化效果,其作用具有剂量效应关系;啤酒花浸膏添加量达0.10%时抗氧化效果最佳;0.02%维生素C、0.02%柠檬酸及0.02%酒石酸对0.02%啤酒花浸膏的抗氧化作用均有协同增效作用;与合成抗氧化剂相比啤酒花浸膏添加量达0.10%时,抗氧化效果优于0.02%丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)和二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)。将啤酒花浸膏添加到油脂中,既能起到抗氧化作用,延长含油食品的保质期,又有一定的保健作用。 展开更多

Objectives To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid (SUA) and left atrial spontaneous echo contrast (LA-SEC) in non-valvular atrial fibrillation (AF) patients. Methods We retrospectively screened 1,476 consecutive hospitalized patients with AF who underwent transesophageal echocardiography prior to radiofrequency catheter ablation, left atrial appendage closure and electric cardiover- sion at Guangdong General Hospital. Data on the clinical baseline characteristics of all patients were collected from electronic medical re- cords and analyzed. Results After exclusion of patients with left atrial thrombus, 1,354 patients entered into present study and 57 were LA-SEC. The mean female SUA level (380.88 ± 94.35 μmol/L vs. 323.37 ± 72.19μmol/L, P 〈 0.001) and male SUA level (416.97 ± 98.87 μmol/L vs. 367.88 + 68.50 μmol/L, P = 0.008) were both significantly higher in patients with LA-SEC than in the controls. The mean left atrial dimension (41.32 ± 5.12 mm vs. 36.12 ± 5.66 mm, P 〈 0.001) was markedly larger in patients with LA-SEC. In multivariate regression analysis, SUA level was an independent risk factor for LA-SEC (OR: 1.008, P 〈 0.001). In receiver operating characteristic curve analysis, the corresponding area under the curve for SUA predicting LA-SEC in female and male were 0.670 and 0.657, respectively. SUA level is significantly higher in non-valvular AF patients with LA-SEC. Conclusion SUA level is an independent risk factor and has a moderate predictive value for LA-SEC among non-valvular AF patients in Southern China. 展开更多

Oxidation Stability of Camellia Oil During Refining

In this paper, the crude camellia oil extracted by cold pressing and deacidified oil, decolorized oil, dewaxed oil and finished tea oil obtained in different refining stages were studied. The changes of acid value, peroxide value and free radical scavenging ability of camellia oil in each stage were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the total phenol content of crude oil was the highest, and the total phenol content of alkali refined crude oil decreased significantly. After dewaxing, the total phenol concentration of camellia oil increased by 63.5%. The reason may be that low temperature conditions contributed to the recovery of phenolic structure in camellia oil, and without the influence of alkaline solution, the damage degree of phenolic substances was greatly reduced, thus elevating the total phenol content. The lowest peroxide value of camellia oil was observed in the alkali-refining deacidification stage, which decreased by 29.3%. Crude oil had the highest acid value and concentration of antioxidant substances. After alkali-refining deacidification,the acid value and the concentration of antioxidant substances dropped by 85.3%and 88.9%, respectively. Total phenols had the strongest correlation with acid value,followed by free radical scavenging ability, and the correlation with peroxide value was not obvious. 展开更多

目的:同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)检测在盐敏感性(SSH)伴高同型半胱氨酸血症患者中的应用价值。方法:本次研究选取2019年6月到2020年6月期间经盐负荷试验筛选出SSH患者90例、同期非SSH患者45例、非SSH且正常血Hcy患者45例作为研究对象。经盐负荷... 目的:同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)检测在盐敏感性(SSH)伴高同型半胱氨酸血症患者中的应用价值。方法:本次研究选取2019年6月到2020年6月期间经盐负荷试验筛选出SSH患者90例、同期非SSH患者45例、非SSH且正常血Hcy患者45例作为研究对象。经盐负荷试验筛选出SSH患者90例,以患者血Hcy为分组标准:将血Hcy<15.4μmol/L的SSH者作为SSH组(n=45),将血Hcy≥15.4μmol/L的SSH患者作为SSH合并高Hcy组(n=45)。另外选取45例血Hcy≥15.4μmol/L的非SSH患者作为高Hcy组,选取45例非SSH且正常血Hcy患者作为对照组,对比SSH组、SSH合并高Hcy组、非SSH组、对照组的Hcy水平。结果:SSH组(不伴高Hcy)、SSH合并高Hcy组、非SSH组、对照组Hcy分别为(9.85±2.58)umol/L、(16.68±)umol/L、(9.25±)umol/L、(8.59±2.54)umol/L。SSH合并高Hcy组高于非SSH患者、对照组,对比具有明显差异(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,Hcy与SSH患者收缩压呈正相关(r=0.816,P=0.000<0.05),而与舒张压则无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Hcy检测在SSH伴高同型半胱氨酸血症患者血压具有紧密关系,是此类患者的危险因素,检测简便、经济,值得推广。 展开更多

Objective:The purpose of this study was to assess the clinical application value of bone turnover markers in non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients with bone metastases.Including diagnosing bone metastases,detecting bone metastatic spread.Methods:Alkaline phosphatase(AKP),β-C-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen(β-CTx),osteocalcin(OST) and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP) were measured in 76 patients with bone metastases from NSCLC and 44 normal people.Results:The level of AKP,β-CTx and BALP in patients with bone metastasis was significantly higher than in the normal people.Significant correlation was observed among bone turnover markers.The levels of BALP and OST were significantly correlated with the extent of bone metastasis.The patients with high-level CTx and low-level BALP had higher risk of pathologic fracture.Conclusion:In NSCLC patients with bone metastases,bone turnover markers can help to make diagnosis and evaluate the severity.It will have a wide range of use in clinical practice. 展开更多

Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of quantitative determination of serum lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and beta 2-microgtobulin (β2-MG) in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Methods: Date of the 65 patients from 2003 to 2004 were retrospectively analyzed, relationship between LDH and β2-MG activities and tumor phase, effect of treat- ment as well as prognosis were studied. Results: The levels of LDH and β2-MG in the advanced stage, B group and bone marrow involvement were obviously higher than their comparison counterpart and the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference between the high LDH group and normal LDH group in the two-year survival rate. But the difference in the four-year survival rate was significance. Conclusion: The level of LDH and β2-MG are valuable for clinical stage, prognosis and evaluation of therapeutic response in patients with NHL. 展开更多

Synthesis of polyols from carbon dioxide(CO2) is attractive from the viewpoint of sustainable development of polyurethane industry;it is also interesting to adjust the structure of the CO2-polyols for versatile requirement of polyurethane.However,when renewable malonic acid was used as a starter,the copolymerization reaction of CO2 and propylene oxide(PO) was uncontrollable,since it proceeded slowly(13 h) and produced 40.4 wt%of byproduct propylene carbonate(PC) with a low productivity of 0.34kg/g.A careful analysis disclosed that the acid value of the copolymerization medium was the key factor for controlling the copolymerization reaction.Therefore,a preactivation approach was developed to dramatically reduce the acid value to 0.6mg(KOH)/gby homopolymerization of PO into oligo-ether-diol under the initiation of malonic acid,which ensured the controllable copolymerization,where the copolymerization time could be shortened by 77%from 13 to 3 h,the PC content was reduced by 76%from 40.4 wt%to 9.4 wt%,and the productivity increased by 61%from 0.34 to 0.55 kg/g.Moreover,by means of preactivation approach,the molecular weight as well as the carbonate unit content in the CO2-diol was also controllable. 展开更多
