量化评测与流程再造体系在护理质量管理中的应用 被引量:5

目的探讨如何达到最高的护理质量标准,实现护理质量零缺陷。方法运用流程再造体系在临床护理文件书写、健康教育、基础等级护理、抢救物品、药品及预防医院感染方面引入细节管理方法,对每个临床科室进行连续3个月的细节量化管理评测。... 目的探讨如何达到最高的护理质量标准,实现护理质量零缺陷。方法运用流程再造体系在临床护理文件书写、健康教育、基础等级护理、抢救物品、药品及预防医院感染方面引入细节管理方法,对每个临床科室进行连续3个月的细节量化管理评测。每个临床科室根据自己的问题进行细节整改,时间为3个月。整改完成后再次连续进行3个月的细节量化管理评测。结果实施细节量化评测体系后,40个科室护理质量的平均分提高了7.45分,差异有显著意义(P<0.001)。结论护理管理者在临床护理质量中,不断应用细节与量化评测体系,才能达到护理质量管理的最佳效能。 展开更多

目的探讨互动式健康引导联合量化评测管理对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床干预效果。方法选择2018年11月—2019年11月本院收治的84例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各42例。对照组患儿给予常规护... 目的探讨互动式健康引导联合量化评测管理对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床干预效果。方法选择2018年11月—2019年11月本院收治的84例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各42例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予互动式健康引导联合量化评测管理。比较两组患儿临床效果依从性、临床症状改善时间、肺功能情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿总依从率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿体温、肺部症状、咳嗽、气促等临床症状改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿病情观察、心理疏导、生活护理、饮食护理各护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿护理技术、护理态度满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿护理沟通、健康教育满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予肺炎支原体肺炎患儿互动式健康引导联合量化评测管理临床效果好,可有效提高患儿依从性、缩短临床症状改善时间、提升护理质量,提高护理满意度。 展开更多

目的通过医院焦虑抑郁情绪测定问卷(HAD)以及简明疼痛调查表(BPI)的调查,评测晚期癌症患者心理状态、疼痛的量化指标以及两者之间的关系。方法选取晚期癌症患者74例,发放HAD和BPI两份问卷,由患者本人完成或由研究者协助完成。结... 目的通过医院焦虑抑郁情绪测定问卷(HAD)以及简明疼痛调查表(BPI)的调查,评测晚期癌症患者心理状态、疼痛的量化指标以及两者之间的关系。方法选取晚期癌症患者74例,发放HAD和BPI两份问卷,由患者本人完成或由研究者协助完成。结果晚期癌症患者的HAD—A(焦虑)分值为(7.68±4.09),而HAD—D(抑郁)39(7.19±3.38)。HAD—A和HAD-D分值与BPI问卷中的疼痛严重程度各项均相关(P〈0.001)。HAD.A与BPI问卷中疼痛影响程度的各项除睡眠外均相关(P〈0.001);而HAD-D与疼痛影响程度各项中的社会关系和情绪相关(P〈0.01),而与其他各项(工作、日常活动、快乐程度、睡眠以及行走能力)不相关(P〉0.05)。结论晚期癌症患者属于怀疑有情绪问题患者,有心理治疗的必要;疼痛除了直接影响晚期癌症患者的心理状态,对于患者生活的影响程度也可继发影响其心理状态。 展开更多

Water extracts prepared from seven varieties of olive leaves native to the Mediterranean area but planted in Sichuan province, P.R. China, namely Frantoiao, Leccio, Ezhi, Picholine, Pendollino, Chenggu and Huaou 9#, were examined for their total phenonic and flavonoid contents, antioxidant capacity. Total phenolic and flavonoid content were measured by Folin-Ciocalteu method and a colorimetric method, respectively. ABTS+ method and FRAP were used for examining antioxidant activity. Response surface methodology (RSM) was used for optimizing the extract condition. Under the optimum condition, the total phenolic and flavonoid content of aqueous extracts of the dry olive leaves (DOL) ranged from 40.27 to 56.58 mg gallic acid (GAE)/g DOL and 21.59 to 33.72 mg catechin (CE)/g DOL in June, 34.31 to 52.81 mg GAE/g DOL and 17.11 to 23.53 mg CE/g DOL in November. The ABTS+ method and FRAP ranged from 0.23 to 0.35 mmol trolox (TE)/g DOL and 313.01 to 409.69 μmol Fe2+/g DOL in June, 0.19 to 0.30 mmol TE/g DOL and 254.69 to 418.10 pmol Fe2+/g DOL in November. Our results revealed that the total phenolic and flavonoid, or antioxidant capacity of the water extract were higher in June than November. Moreover, it was noticed that the antioxidant activity depends on the flavonoid and phenolic. 展开更多

A method was proposed to evaluate the real-time reliability for a single product based on damaged measurement degradation data.Most researches on degradation analysis often assumed that the measurement process did not have any impact on the product's performance.However,in some cases,the measurement process may exert extra stress on products being measured.To obtain trustful results in such a situation,a new degradation model was derived.Then,by fusing the prior information of product and its own on-line degradation data,the real-time reliability was evaluated on the basis of Bayesian formula.To make the proposed method more practical,a procedure based on expectation maximization (EM) algorithm was presented to estimate the unknown parameters.Finally,the performance of the proposed method was illustrated by a simulation study.The results show that ignoring the influence of the damaged measurement process can lead to biased evaluation results,if the damaged measurement process is involved. 展开更多

Non-destructive measurement of absolute stress in steel members can provide useful information to optimize the design of steel structures and allow the safety of existing structures to be evaluated.This paper investigates the non-destructive capability of ultrasonic shear-wave spectroscopy in absolute stress evaluation of steel members.The effect of steel-member stress on the shear-wave amplitude spectrum is investigated,and a method of absolute stress measurement is proposed.Specifically,the process for evaluating absolute stress using shear-wave spectroscopy is summarized.Two steel members are employed to investigate the relationship between the stress and the frequency in shear-wave echo amplitude spectrum.The H-beam loaded by the universal testing machine is evaluated by the proposed method and the traditional strain gauge method for verification.The results show that the proposed method is effective and accurate for determining absolute stress in steel members. 展开更多

Multi-environmental Evaluation of Triticale, Wheat and Barley Genotypes by GGE Biplot Analysis

The research was carried out with 9 triticale, 3 bread wheat, 3 durum wheat and 3 barley varieties and advanced lines in Tekirdag, Edime and Silivri locations during three years. In the study, the data obtained from combined variance analysis were performed and the significance of the differences between the averages was determined by LSD multiple comparison test. GGE biplot analysis and graphics were made by using the statistical package program. The genotypes G2 and G3 for thousand kernel weight, genotype G1 for the heading time and test weight, genotypes G14 and G15 for the maturation time, number of spikelets per spike and grain weight per spike and G13 for the plant height, spike length and grain yield per hectare decare revealed the highest values. The genotypes G6, GS, G4, G14, G9, G8 and G7 gave lower values than the average in terms of grain yield, whereas the other genotypes gave higher values than the general average. According to biplot graphical results, while locations 1 and 8 were closely related, locations 9, 2 and 7 were positively related to these environments. Although the location 7 is slightly different from the other 4 locations, these 5 locations can be seen as a mega environment. Genotypes G12, G2, G3 and G10 for this mega-environment showed the best performances. According to the results of grain yields obtained from 9 different locations, the location 5 was the most discriminating area while the location 1 was the least discriminating. Location 2 was the best representative location, while locations 4 and 7 were with the lowest representation capability. The locations that are both descriptive and representative are good test locations for the selection of adapted genotypes. Test environments, such as location 8, with low ability to represent are useful for selecting genotypes that perform well in specific regions if the target environments can be subdivided into sub-environments. 展开更多

The objective of Performance-Based Earthquake Engineering (PBEE) is the analysis of performance objectives with a specified annual probability of exceedance. Increasingly undesirable performance is caused by increasing levels of strong ground motion having decreasing annual probabilities of exceedance. The development of this methodology includes three steps: (1) evaluation of the distribution of ground motion at a site; (2) evaluation of the distribution of system response; (3) evaluation of the probability of exceeding decision variables within a given time period, given appropriate damage measures. The work has taken a systematic approach to determine the impact of increasing levels of detail in site characterization on the accuracy of ground motion and site effects predictions. Complementary studies have investigated the use of the following models for evaluating site effects: (1) amplification factors defined on the basis of generalized site categories, (2) one-dimensional ground response analysis, and (3) two-dimensional ground response analysis for surface topography on ground motion. The paper provides a brief synthesis of ground motion and site effects analysis procedures within a Performance-Based Design framework. It focuses about the influence on the evaluation of site effects in some active regions by different shear waves velocity measurements Down Hole (D-H), Cross Hole (C-H), Seismic Dilatometer Marchetti Test (SDMT) and by different variation of shear modulus and damping ratio with strain level and depth from different laboratory dynamic tests for soil characterization: Resonant Column Test (RCT), Cyclic Loading Torsional Shear Test (CLTST). 展开更多
