在羊肉生产加工的屠宰线上,为了较快地预测胴体净肉质量和净肉率,并按照不同产肉性能对肉羊胴体进行等级划分,以建立科学合理的优质优价收购体系,本实验选取30头4~8月龄巴美肉羊,对其进行屠宰、冷却、分割,并分别测定其宰前羊体活质量(... 在羊肉生产加工的屠宰线上,为了较快地预测胴体净肉质量和净肉率,并按照不同产肉性能对肉羊胴体进行等级划分,以建立科学合理的优质优价收购体系,本实验选取30头4~8月龄巴美肉羊,对其进行屠宰、冷却、分割,并分别测定其宰前羊体活质量(X1)、热胴体质量(X2)、眼肌面积(X3)、背肉厚度(X4)等指标。将数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行相关分析和线性回归,最终得到以X1、X2和X3三因子共同预测净肉质量(Y1)的线性方程Y1=-1.113+1.088X2-0.141X1-0.004X3(R2=0.996)和预测净肉率(Y2)的线性方程Y2=31.187+2.362X2-1.090X1+0.068X3(R2=0.920),结果表明这两个方程均可在实际生产中用于巴美肉羊净肉质量和净肉率的预测。 展开更多

新疆准噶尔泌乳双峰驼体重与体尺性状相关性及乳房生长发育特征分析

为了探究新疆准噶尔泌乳双峰驼体重与体尺性状相关性及乳房生长发育特征,试验首先对新疆阿勒泰地区247峰4~15岁准噶尔泌乳双峰驼的体重、体尺性状指标(体长、体高、胸围、管围)、乳头性状指标(乳头长度、乳头直径)进行测定,然后采用R语... 为了探究新疆准噶尔泌乳双峰驼体重与体尺性状相关性及乳房生长发育特征,试验首先对新疆阿勒泰地区247峰4~15岁准噶尔泌乳双峰驼的体重、体尺性状指标(体长、体高、胸围、管围)、乳头性状指标(乳头长度、乳头直径)进行测定,然后采用R语言软件进行体重与各体尺性状指标的相关性分析,采用SPSS 26.0软件进行各体尺性状指标对体重的通径分析,通过逐步回归分析建立体重预测回归方程,最后从阿勒泰地区吉木乃县牧区4~15岁的新疆准噶尔泌乳双峰驼中每个年龄阶段各随机挑选出2峰骆驼对所建立的体重预测回归方程进行验证。结果表明:新疆准噶尔泌乳双峰驼的平均体重为522.30 kg,平均体高为169.07 cm,平均体长为148.80 cm,平均胸围为218.69 cm,平均管围为19.18 cm;体高的变异系数最小,其次是体长和胸围,体重的变异系数最大。右前、右后、左前、左后乳头长度平均值分别为3.15,2.96,3.03,3.02 cm,乳头长度极差为2.08 cm;右前、右后、左前、左后乳头直径平均值分别为2.91,2.88,2.91,2.88 cm,乳头直径极差为1.78 cm。体重和各体尺性状指标数据均呈正态分布。体重与体高、体长、胸围、管围均呈极显著正相关(P<0.001),其中与胸围的相关性最高(0.74),然后依次为体长(0.61)、体高(0.58)和管围(0.56)。胸围对体重的直接作用最大(0.498),然后依次为体长(0.406)和体高(0.369),管围对体重的直接作用最小(0.358);体高对体重的间接作用最大(0.271),然后依次为胸围(0.268)和体长(0.263),管围对体重的间接作用最小(0.254);其中胸围与体重的相关系数最大(0.640)。通过逐步回归分析建立的体重预测回归方程为Y=-1085.980+2.450X1+3.075X2+2.822X3+6.923X4(Y、X1、X2、X3、X4分别为体重、体高、体长、胸围和管围)。实测体重值与该模型的预测体重值之间的均方根误差为0.51,拟合曲线拟合良好;Pearson相关系数为0.882,为极显著相关(P<0.01);在显著水平α=0.05的置信区间内差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明新疆准噶尔泌乳双峰驼群体生长发育过程中的体重变化幅度较大,体尺的变化幅度较小;不同个体的乳头长度和乳头直径差异较大,且前乳头长度普遍长于后乳头;各体尺性状指标中,胸围对体重的影响较大;建立的体重预测回归方程可以较为准确地预测准噶尔泌乳双峰驼的体重。 展开更多

Estimation of Fat-tail Weight by External Fat-tail Dimensions in Lori-Bakhtiari Sheep

In this study fat-tail weight was estimated by external fat-tail dimensions. External fat-tail dimensions included upper, middle and lower width, length, length of gap, depth, upper and middle circumference recorded on 1,482 head of Lori-Bakhtiari lambs at 6 months. Of these about 311 lambs were slaughtered at the age of six months. Prediction equations were derived for fat-tail weight by multiple regression analyses with two methods. The results showed that the measure of middle circumference fat-tail was as most important measure in estimation of fat-tail weight. The measure of middle circumference fat-tail accounted for 76 percent of variation in fat-tail weight. The regression equations for predicting fat-tail weight using external fat-tail dimensions obtained from stepwise regression procedure can be estimated only with using from the lower width, length, middle circumference fat-tail and body weight with high acc, uracy (0.92). Average of fat-tail weight estimated in the age of six months in lambs was 2.39 kg. The highest regression coefficient of external fat-tail dimensions on fat-tail weight observed for the length of fat-tail (0.095 kg). Results of the present investigation showed that fat-tail weight in live sheep of Lori-Bakhtiari, could be estimated by measuring external fat-tail dimensions. 展开更多

The oxidative yeast Candida maltosa firstly isolated from the spoiled fruit yoghurt surface in Slovakia belongs to the yeast contaminants of fermented dairy products. The effect of the cultivation temperature and the presence of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG on the growth of dairy spoilage yeasts in ultrapasteurized milk was studied. Addition of Lb. rhamnosus GG in milk caused partial inhibition of the yeast growth dynamics in milk. The water activity transformation of Gibson model after the temperature modification (Tw) was applied to model growth dynamics of G. candidum in pure and mixed culture, respectively: In μ_Gc=-5.0376+2.7281 Tw-0.4217Tw^2, lnμ_CC_LGG=-6.0033+3.2996Tw-0.5553Tw^2. Objective: To assess the correlation between five anthropometric parameters and the distance from tibial tuberosity to medial malleolus in 100 volunteers. Methods: Six anthropometric parameters were measured in 50 male and 50 female medical students using a metallic scale: medial knee joint line to ankle joint line (K-A), medial knee joint line to medial malleolus (K-MM), tibial tuberosity to ankle joint (TT-A), tibial tuberosity to medial malleolus (TT- MM), olecranon to 5th metacarpal head (O-MH) and body height (BH). Nail size predicted based upon Tr-MM measurement was chosen as ideal nail size. A constant was derived for each of the six anthropometric parameters which was either added or subtracted to each measurement to derive nail size. A regression equation was applied to BH measurements. Nail sizes calculated were compared with that obtained from TI'-MM measurement and accuracy was evaluated. Accuracy of O-MH and BH regression equations recommended by other authors were calculated in our data. Results: Adding 11 mm to Tr-A distance had highest accuracy (81%) and correlation (0.966) in predicting nails correctly. Subtracting 33 mm from K-MM measurement and 25 mm from K-A distance derived accurate sizes in 69% and 76% respectively. Adding 6 mm to O-MH distance had a poor accuracy of 51%. Nail size prediction based upon body height regression equation derived correct nail sizes in only 34% of the cases. Regression equation analysis by other authors based on O-MH and BH distances yielded correct sizes in 11% and 5% of the cases respectively. Conclusion: TT-A, K-A and K-MM measurements can be used simultaneously to increase accuracy of nail size prediction. This method would be helpful in determining nail size preoperatively especially when one anatomic landmark is difficult to palpate. 展开更多
