文摘目的:观察侧脑室注射促性腺激素抑制激素(Gn IH)对OEP大鼠血浆促性腺激素释放激素(Gn RH)和黄体生成素(LH)水平的影响。方法:健康成年雌性SD大鼠40只,均建立卵巢摘除兼予雌激素注射(OEP)模型。随机分为Gn IH实验组和生理盐水对照组,每组20只,大鼠分别给予侧脑室注射Gn IH(5μl)和同等剂量生理盐水。采用ELISA法检测注射后1h、2h、4h、6h(n=5)大鼠血浆Gn RH和LH的水平。结果:与对照组相比,注射Gn IH1h、6h Gn RH、LH水平无明显变化(P>0.05);注射Gn IH 2h、4h Gn RH、LH水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:侧脑室注射Gn IH可影响OEP大鼠血浆Gn RH和LH的水平,且影响作用与时间有关。
