SAR regional all-azimuth observation orbit design for target 3D reconstruction

Three-dimensional(3D) synthetic aperture radar(SAR)extends the conventional 2D images into 3D features by several acquisitions in different aspects. Compared with 3D techniques via multiple observations in elevation, e.g. SAR interferometry(InSAR) and SAR tomography(TomoSAR), holographic SAR can retrieve 3D structure by observations in azimuth. This paper focuses on designing a novel type of orbit to achieve SAR regional all-azimuth observation(AAO) for embedded targets detection and holographic 3D reconstruction. The ground tracks of the AAO orbit separate the earth surface into grids. Target in these grids can be accessed with an azimuth angle span of360°, which is similar to the flight path of airborne circular SAR(CSAR). Inspired from the successive coverage orbits of optical sensors, several optimizations are made in the proposed method to ensure favorable grazing angles, the performance of 3D reconstruction, and long-term supervision for SAR sensors. Simulation experiments show the regional AAO can be completed within five hours. In addition, a second AAO of the same area can be duplicated in two days. Finally, an airborne SAR data process result is presented to illustrate the significance of AAO in 3D reconstruction. 展开更多

【目的】应用响应面法对产木聚糖酶的工艺进行优化,为进一步大规模生产提供参考依据。【方法】通过单因素试验分别考察碳源、氮源、pH、温度、接种量和转速6个因素对蜡样芽孢杆菌W-3产木聚糖酶的影响。通过Design Expert 10.0.3软件中的... 【目的】应用响应面法对产木聚糖酶的工艺进行优化,为进一步大规模生产提供参考依据。【方法】通过单因素试验分别考察碳源、氮源、pH、温度、接种量和转速6个因素对蜡样芽孢杆菌W-3产木聚糖酶的影响。通过Design Expert 10.0.3软件中的Box-Behnken进行响应面优化设计。通过对小麦麸皮、氯化铵、pH、温度、接种量和转速进行不同组合,系统地优化了发酵条件。利用二次响应面回归方法建立酶产量与各因素之间的数学模型,并通过回归分析确定各因素对酶产量的影响程度。【结果】小麦麸皮添加量、氯化铵添加量、pH和温度是影响发酵的主效应因素,单因子优化显示,蜡样芽孢杆菌W-3发酵产木聚糖酶条件为小麦麸皮35 g/L、氯化铵5 g/L、pH 8.0、温度70℃、接种量2%、转速210 r/min。在单因子优化的基础上进一步应用响应面优化,找到了更优的发酵参数,经过优化后的发酵条件为小麦麸皮33.0 g/L、氯化铵5.1 g/L、pH 8.3、温度73℃、接种量2%、转速210 r/min,该条件下蜡样芽孢杆菌W3发酵产生的木聚糖酶的酶活为523.24 U/mL。【结论】本试验通过响应面法优化了蜡样芽孢杆菌W-3发酵条件,在33.0 g/L小麦麸皮、5.1 g/L氯化铵、pH 8.3、73℃、2%接种量、210 r/min条件下,可获得较高的木聚糖酶的酶活(523.24 U/mL),比优化之前(225.53 U/mL)提高了2.32倍。 展开更多

Photocatalysis driven by abundant yet intermittent solar energy has considerable potential in renewable energy generation and environmental remediation.The outstanding electronic structure and physicochemical properties of graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4)),together with unique metal-free characteristic,make them ideal candidates for advanced photocatalysts construction.This review summarizes the up-to-date advances on g-C_(3)N_(4)based photocatalysts from ingenious-design strategies and diversified photocatalytic applications.Notably,the advantages,fabrication methods and limitations of each design strategy are systemically analyzed.In order to deeply comprehend the inner connection of theory–structure–performance upon g-C_(3)N_(4)based photocatalysts,structure/composition designs,corresponding photocatalytic activities and reaction mechanisms are jointly discussed,associated with introducing their photocatalytic applications toward water splitting,carbon dioxide/nitrogen reduction and pollutants degradation,etc.Finally,the current challenges and future perspectives for g-C_(3)N_(4)based materials for photocatalysis are briefly proposed.These design strategies and limitations are also instructive for constructing g-C_(3)N_(4) based materials in other energy and environment-related applications. 展开更多

目的探究分析自拟心衰保元汤辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果及对血清髓样分化因子88(MyD88)和半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)的影响。方法选取南阳市第二人民医院2021年5月至2022年5月收治的108例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组(54... 目的探究分析自拟心衰保元汤辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果及对血清髓样分化因子88(MyD88)和半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)的影响。方法选取南阳市第二人民医院2021年5月至2022年5月收治的108例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组(54例)和对照组(54例)。对照组患者接受曲美他嗪治疗,观察组接受曲美他嗪联合自拟心衰保元汤辅助治疗,治疗时间为1个月。比较两组患者中医证候疗效和治疗前后心功能、心室重构[左心室心肌治疗指数(LVMI)、平均室壁应力(MWS)]、血管内皮功能[内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)]、血清MyD88、Galectin-3水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率(96.30%)优于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者LVEF升高,而LVEDD、BNP、LVMI、MWS、ET-1、NO、vWF和血清Galectin-3、MyD88降低,且观察组较对照组变化更明显(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组患者不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟心衰保元汤辅助有助于延缓慢性心力衰竭患者心室重构,促进血管内皮细胞功能提高,进而改善患者心功能,并能降低血清MyD88、Galectin-3水平,疗效显著,且安全可靠。 展开更多

MXene has been the limelight for studies on electrode active materials,aiming at developing supercapacitors with boosted energy density to meet the emerging influx of wearable and portable electronic devices.Despite its various desirable properties including intrinsic flexibility,high specific surface area,excellent metallic conductivity and unique abundance of surface functionalities,its full potential for electrochemical performance is hindered by the notorious restacking phenomenon of MXene nanosheets.Ascribed to its two-dimensional(2D)nature and surface functional groups,inevitable Van der Waals interactions drive the agglomeration of nanosheets,ultimately reducing the exposure of electrochemically active sites to the electrolyte,as well as severely lengthening electrolyte ion transport pathways.As a result,energy and power density deteriorate,limiting the application versatility of MXene-based supercapacitors.Constructing 3D architectures using 2D nanosheets presents as a straightforward yet ingenious approach to mitigate the fatal flaws of MXene.However,the sheer number of distinct methodologies reported,thus far,calls for a systematic review that unravels the rationale behind such 3D MXene structural designs.Herein,this review aims to serve this purpose while also scrutinizing the structure–property relationship to correlate such structural modifications to their ensuing electrochemical performance enhancements.Besides,the physicochemical properties of MXene play fundamental roles in determining the effective charge storage capabilities of 3D MXene-based electrodes.This largely depends on different MXene synthesis techniques and synthesis condition variations,hence,elucidated in this review as well.Lastly,the challenges and perspectives for achieving viable commercialization of MXene-based supercapacitor electrodes are highlighted. 展开更多

为了研究单推-3液体推进剂在储运和使用过程中遭遇火灾刺激时的爆炸当量,利用极不敏感引爆物质(EIDS)隔板试验确定单推-3的冲击波感度,采用高速摄像机、红外热成像仪、压力数据采集系统分别记录火烧刺激条件下不同尺度(18和120 kg)单推-... 为了研究单推-3液体推进剂在储运和使用过程中遭遇火灾刺激时的爆炸当量,利用极不敏感引爆物质(EIDS)隔板试验确定单推-3的冲击波感度,采用高速摄像机、红外热成像仪、压力数据采集系统分别记录火烧刺激条件下不同尺度(18和120 kg)单推-3储罐的燃爆过程、火球表面最高温度以及冲击波超压峰值,进一步计算了爆炸TNT当量。结果表明:单推-3在强冲击波的直接作用下不能传播爆轰。不同包装强度单推-3在外部火灾条件下发生了爆燃,甚至是整体爆轰反应,制式包装18和120 kg单推-3爆炸平均TNT当量分别为0.629和0.0293,其产生的冲击波效应与尺度效应之间不存在正相关关系。显然,样品的制式包装设计强度对其爆炸烈度具有显著影响,应在实际使用允许范围内,降低单推-3液体推进剂壳体的设计压力,以有效减弱其整体爆炸危险性。 展开更多

This paper takes the fuselage bracket of the quadrotor UAV as the object,combined with the characteristics of less constraints in the 3D printing process,achieves the optimal structure of the UAV body structure design form,using the inspire topology optimization analysis,with the optimization goal of maximizing the overall stiffness and the optimized structure was checked for strength and verified by 3D printing prototype.The results show that under the premise of meeting the design strength and stiffness requirements,the mass is reduced by 53.29%compared with the original design.The research shows that the application of topology optimization and 3D printing technology to the structural design of UAVs will achieve significant weight reduction effects,providing a feasible way to realize lightweight,complex and integrated design and manufacturing of components. 展开更多

Iron oxide(Fe_(2)O_(3))emerges as a highly attractive anode candidate among rapidly expanding energy storage market.Nonethe-less,its considerable volume changes during cycling as an electrode material result in a vast reduced battery cycle life.In this work,an ap-proach is pioneered for preparing high-performance Fe_(2)O_(3)anode materials,by innovatively synthesizing a triple-layer yolk-shell Fe_(2)O_(3)uniformly coated with a conductive polypyrrole(Ppy)layer(Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ppy-TLY).The uniform polypyrrole coating introduces more reac-tion sites and adsorption sites,and maintains structure stability through charge-discharge process.In the uses as lithium-ion battery elec-trodes,Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ppy-TLY demonstrates high reversible specific capacity(maintaining a discharge capacity of 1375.11 mAh·g^(−1)after 500 cycles at 1 C),exceptional cycling stability(retaining the steady charge-discharge performance at 544.33 mAh·g^(−1)after 6000 ultrafast charge-discharge cycles at a 10 C current density),and outstanding high current charge-discharge performance(retaining a reversible ca-pacity of 156.75 mAh·g^(−1)after 10000 cycles at 15 C),thereby exhibiting superior lithium storage performance.This work introduces in-novative advancements for Fe_(2)O_(3)anode design,aiming to enhance its performance in energy storage fields. 展开更多

Background: Rhinoplasty is a complex surgical procedure that requires critical analysis and precise design before surgery, making it a challenging operation for both the surgical team and medical educators. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of 3D design involvement on learning curves and to establish a more effective method for rhinoplasty education.Methods: Surgeons who participated in an educational program were divided into two groups. The experimental group was involved in the 3D design before the operation, and the control group was asked to review the rhinoplasty atlas. A self-assessment questionnaire was used to evaluate the learning curve of the eight rhinoplasty procedures for each surgeon, and the overall satisfaction rate data were also collected.Results: The self-assessment scores in both groups showed an increasing trend from the first to the eighth operation. The mean scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group at the fifth operation(P=0.01). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group(91.7%) was higher than that of the control group(54.5%).Conclusion: The 3D imaging system can improve the learning curve and satisfaction rate of rhinoplasty education,proving that it is an easy and effective tool for medical education. 展开更多

采用并联机构替换现有的方位-俯仰式串联机构作为反射面天线的驱动机构可以满足其位姿调整的功能,并有效改善反射面天线整体结构的轻量化效果。目前少有将并联机构应用于大口径天线的分析与实际工程应用案例,故需要对承受较大载荷的并... 采用并联机构替换现有的方位-俯仰式串联机构作为反射面天线的驱动机构可以满足其位姿调整的功能,并有效改善反射面天线整体结构的轻量化效果。目前少有将并联机构应用于大口径天线的分析与实际工程应用案例,故需要对承受较大载荷的并联机构展开力学分析并对其结构进行优化,从而使其满足承载与运动精度的要求。针对3-RPS并联机构承受较大载荷时支链的结构方案展开优化设计并进行有限元仿真分析。首先,对3-RPS并联机构展开静力学分析,得到在动平台承受一定载荷的情况下机构各个支链的受力特性;其次,在给定机构基本尺寸参数及活动范围要求下,对3-RPS并联机构支链的结构方案进行设计,针对并联机构支链弯曲变形较为严重的情况提出了并联液压缸的结构方案;最后,对并联液压缸结构方案进行了优化以及稳定性分析。结果表明,优化后的并联液压缸方案各项性能指标均优于原有方案,且满足稳定性安全性要求,为实际的工程应用提供参考。 展开更多

超极化^(3)He气体在中子极化、基础物理和诊断医学等领域广泛应用.测量其极化率对于^(3)He极化系统至关重要.通常使用自由感应衰减核磁共振(FID NMR)线圈来检测^(3)He原子的FID信号.线圈的测量信噪比与直径、匝数、以及其与气室的相对... 超极化^(3)He气体在中子极化、基础物理和诊断医学等领域广泛应用.测量其极化率对于^(3)He极化系统至关重要.通常使用自由感应衰减核磁共振(FID NMR)线圈来检测^(3)He原子的FID信号.线圈的测量信噪比与直径、匝数、以及其与气室的相对位置等因素相关.关于FID NMR线圈的优化分析,目前仅有少量的文献提及且缺乏详细的实验验证.本文通过对FID信号和线圈噪声的理论分析,建立了线圈测量信噪比模型,并且在基于亚稳态交换光泵(Metastability-Exchange Optical Pumping,MEOP)极化技术的^(3)He极化系统中对FID NMR线圈进行了实验验证.实验结果显示,在半径和高度均为r_(cell)的柱形气室中,线圈的测量信噪比在半径为r_(cell)/2时达到最优值,此结论与理论分析结果相符.该信噪比模型的相对误差不超过10%,证明了理论模型的有效性.这些研究结果对于优化设计^(3)He极化系统具有重要的指导意义. 展开更多

Pattern making plays a key role in the aspect of fashion design and garment production, as it serves as the transformative process that turns a simple drawing into a consistent accumulation of garments. The process of creating conventional or manual patterns requires a significant amount of time and a specialized skill set in various areas such as grading, marker planning, and fabric utilization. This study examines the potential of 3D technology and virtual fashion designing software in optimizing the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of pattern production processes. The proposed methodology is characterized by a higher level of comprehensiveness and reliability, resulting in time efficiency and providing a diverse range of design options. The user is not expected to possess comprehensive knowledge of traditional pattern creation procedures prior to engaging in the task. The software offers a range of capabilities including draping, 3D-to-2D and 2D-to-3D unfolding, fabric drivability analysis, ease allowance calculation, add-fullness manipulation, style development, grading, and virtual garment try-on. The strategy will cause a shift in the viewpoints and methodologies of business professionals when it comes to the use of 3D fashion design software. Upon recognizing the potential time, financial, and resource-saving benefits associated with the integration of 3D technology into their design development process, individuals will be motivated to select for its utilization over conventional pattern making methods. Individuals will possess the capacity to transfer their cognitive processes and engage in introspection regarding their professional endeavors and current activities through the utilization of 3D virtual pattern-making and fashion design technologies. To enhance the efficacy and ecological sustainability of designs, designers have the potential to integrate 3D technology with virtual fashion software, thereby compliant advantages for both commercial enterprises and the environment. 展开更多
