Asset-backed securities are developed through complex processes such as asset restructuring and credit enhancement.Therefore,the information asymmetry between issuers and investors is greater compared to traditional securities,which imposes higher requirements on information disclosure for asset-backed securities.Asset-backed securities have characteristics such as diversified disclosers,differentiated disclosure content,and specialized risk factors.China has already formulated a series of rules and regulations regarding information disclosure of asset-backed securities.It is imperative to develop specialized laws and regulations for asset-backed securities,encompass original equity holders and credit enhancement agencies as information disclosers,incorporate information such as underlying asset details,cash flow projections,and credit ratings and enhancements into the disclosure content,and improve the legal liability rules to effectively address false disclosures. 展开更多

Understanding the factors behind apple farmers’willingness to pass on the management of their farms to their descendants is crucial to the continuity of apple production.Due to the high specificity of the human capital,physical assets,land assets,and geographical location in apple production,this study used a binary logistic regression and a mediating effect model to explore the impact of asset specificity on farmers’intergenerational succession willingness of apple management(FISWAM)and to examine the mediating effects of loss aversion in the impact of asset specificity on the FISWAM.The results showed that about 18.68%of the respondents expressed willingness to transfer their apple business between generations,and the FISWAM was generally weak.In addition to the negative impact of geographical location specificity(GLS),human capital specificity(HCS),physical assets specificity(PAS),and land assets specificity(LAS)can enhance the FISWAM.Loss aversion plays a partial mediating role in the impact of PAS,LAS,and GLS on the FISWAM. 展开更多

With the rapid development of Internet technology,the issues of network asset detection and vulnerability warning have become hot topics of concern in the industry.However,most existing detection tools operate in a single-node mode and cannot parallelly process large-scale tasks,which cannot meet the current needs of the industry.To address the above issues,this paper proposes a distributed network asset detection and vulnerability warning platform(Dis-NDVW)based on distributed systems and multiple detection tools.Specifically,this paper proposes a distributed message sub-scription and publication system based on Zookeeper and Kafka,which endows Dis-NDVW with the ability to parallelly process large-scale tasks.Meanwhile,Dis-NDVW combines the RangeAssignor,RoundRobinAssignor,and StickyAssignor algorithms to achieve load balancing of task nodes in a distributed detection cluster.In terms of a large-scale task processing strategy,this paper proposes a task partitioning method based on First-In-First-Out(FIFO)queue.This method realizes the parallel operation of task producers and task consumers by dividing pending tasks into different queues according to task types.To ensure the data reliability of the task cluster,Dis-NDVW provides a redundant storage strategy for master-slave partition replicas.In terms of distributed storage,Dis-NDVW utilizes a distributed elastic storage service based on ElasticSearch to achieve distributed storage and efficient retrieval of big data.Experimental verification shows that Dis-NDVW can better meet the basic requirements of ultra-large-scale detection tasks. 展开更多

The goal of asset management is to identify and track the maintenance and replacement of assets that have reached their useful life. For that reason, gathering data and collecting information is a critical step when developing an asset management plan. Such data gathering includes physical and operational properties of the assets as well as collecting and tracking important events during the lifespan of the asset (i.e., pipe breaks, replacement year, maintenance performed, etc.). Critical factors in the asset management plan may be overlooked when there is no data or poor quality data. However, many utilities lack the resources for examining buried infrastructure and lack good quality work order data, so other methods of data collection are needed. The concept for this paper was to develop a means to acquire data on the assets for a condition assessment to identify pipes that were most likely to break and those with the highest consequences for same. Three utilities were used as examples. It was found that for buried infrastructure, much more information was known than anticipated but the actual predictions relied on only a few factors related to pipe type. However, there is a need to track the consequences, in this case breaks, which would indicate a failure. The latter would be useful for predicting future maintenance needs and the most at-risk assets, but is often missing in utility systems as many utilities do not adequately track breaks sufficiently. In this case two utilities were analyzed and predication on a third was developed. 展开更多

Organizations cannot rely solely on technical solutions for defense, since many cyber attacks attempt to exploit non-technical vulnerabilities such as how well employees comply with the organization’s cybersecurity policies. This study surveyed 245 randomly selected employees of government organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with an electronically distributed questionnaire about factors that influence employees’ compliance with cybersecurity policies. The study found that ethical factors had the most influence on employee compliance with cybersecurity policies, followed in decreasing order of influence by legislative factors, technical factors, and administrative factors. 展开更多

Mobile games are gaining in popularity among students, although the factors driving engagement remain poorly understood. This study, conducted among 378 students studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Digital Sciences at the Université Virtuelle de Côte d’Ivoire, explores the influence of game assets and colours on player engagement. Using an online questionnaire, the study identified students’ gaming preferences and their perception of colours. The results show that the key elements most favoured by students are graphics, sound design, the game system, narrative, interactivity and accessibility. What’s more, colour plays a decisive role in their preferences and commitment to educational mobile games. 展开更多

The Investigain is a progressive web application to make mutual funds investments through a Systematic Investment Plan.The application utilizes the web’s modern capabilities,such as Asynchronous JavaScript and XML(AJAX),JavaScript,and Hypertext Marker Language(HTML5).The application also uses a powerful relational database management system,such as MySQL,to display asset management information.The application has two portals,one for investors and one for a particular asset manager or asset management company.Each investor has an account in the investor portal.The investor can view his/her profile,current balance,balance history,dividends,the units of mutual funds bought,unit price,the value of each mutual fund,and can pay installments using an embedded online payment gateway.Asset managers can monitor all investments,manage user accounts,and reimburse dividends using the admin portal.This paper also presents the experimental results of using the Investigain application,compares them with existing systems,and details the application’s prospect to improve its socio-economic conditions.The system’s frontend is designed with Bootstrap and jQuery frameworks.The backend is designed using Hypertext Preprocessor(PHP)server-side scripting language.The system demonstrated increased satisfaction from its clients. 展开更多

目的探讨ASSET-DW-FLAIR系列对急性脑梗死的诊断价值与临床意义。方法共60例确诊急性脑梗死患者,患者均进行常规头颅MRI检查系列(T1加权、T2加权、FLAIR-T2WI、DWI)及ADFLAIR检查扫描;对这60例头颅MRI检查的成功率进行分析。结果 60例... 目的探讨ASSET-DW-FLAIR系列对急性脑梗死的诊断价值与临床意义。方法共60例确诊急性脑梗死患者,患者均进行常规头颅MRI检查系列(T1加权、T2加权、FLAIR-T2WI、DWI)及ADFLAIR检查扫描;对这60例头颅MRI检查的成功率进行分析。结果 60例急性脑梗死患者在ASSET-DW-FLAIR系列图像中,其ASSET-EPI-DWI图与常规DWI比较,病灶数目相同,位于颅底的病灶信号相对较低;在DW-FLAIR与常规FLAIR比较中,位于颅顶部DW-FLAIR梗死灶信号较常规FLAIR梗死灶信号稍高,梗死灶数目上DW-FLAIR为36个,常规FLAIR为34个,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在颅底的梗死灶中,DWI-FLAIR系列显示的梗死灶为23个,常规FLAIR为26个,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而检查时间明显缩小。结论 ASSET-DW-FLAIR能有效的检查出急性脑梗死,并能缩短患者检查时间,更快速为临床诊断急性脑梗死提供影像学证据,为临床科室诊疗赢得时间。 展开更多

A Fast Fourier transform approach has been presented by Carr & Madan (2009) on a single underlying asset. In this current research paper, we present fast Fourier transform algorithm for the valuation of Multi-asset Options under Economic Recession Induced Uncertainties. The issue of multi-dimension in both finite and infinite case of Options is part of the focus of this research. The notion of economic recession was incorporated. An intuition behind the introduction of recession induced volatility uncertainty is revealed by huge volatility variation during the period of economic recession compared to the period of recession-free. Nigeria economic recession outbreak in 2016 and its effects on the uncertainty of the payoffs of Nigeria Stocks Exchange (NSE) among other investments was among the motivating factors for proposing economic recession induced volatility in options pricing. The application of the proposed Fast Fourier Transform algorithm in handling multi-assets options was shown. A new result on options pricing was achieved and capable of yielding efficient option prices during and out of recession. Numerical results were presented on assets in 3-dimensions as an illustration taking Black Scholes prices as a bench mark for method effectiveness comparison. The key findings of this research paper among other crucial contributions could be seen in computational procedure of options valuation in multi-dimensions and uncertainties in options payoffs under the exposure of economic recession. 展开更多

目的探讨并行采集技术(ASSET)联合平面回波扩散加权像(EPI-DWI)技术在脑梗死中的应用。资料与方法搜集40例脑梗死患者资料,均行T1WI、T2WI、ASSET-EPI-DWI及EPI-DWI扫描。比较分析ASSET-EPI-DWI及EPI-DWI对脑梗死灶显示图像质量和表观... 目的探讨并行采集技术(ASSET)联合平面回波扩散加权像(EPI-DWI)技术在脑梗死中的应用。资料与方法搜集40例脑梗死患者资料,均行T1WI、T2WI、ASSET-EPI-DWI及EPI-DWI扫描。比较分析ASSET-EPI-DWI及EPI-DWI对脑梗死灶显示图像质量和表观扩散系数(ADC)值。结果(1)ASSET-EPI-DWI的对比噪声比(CNR)均值高于对应EPI-DWI(t=6.327,P=0.0001)。(2)ASSET-EPI-DWI丘脑的ADC值均高于对应EPI-DWI的ADC值(t=10.494,P=0.0001);其梗死灶/对侧的脑组织ADC值的比值均大于对应EPI-DWI的ADC值的比值(t=4.844,P=0.0001)。(3)与EPI-DWI相比,ASSET-DWI序列的病灶清晰显示率高(EPI-DWI:80%,ASSET-DWI:100%,P<0.05)。结论ASSET-EPI-DWI技术不但具有成像时间短的优势,而且图像质量较高,正常的ADC值及病灶与对侧脑组织的比值有助于对脑梗死临床分期诊断,在脑梗死诊断中的应用优于EPI-DWI技术。 展开更多
