Application of Chinese Landscape Painting Ambience in Modern Residential Landscape

Planning and design of modern residential landscapes in China has experienced rapid growth, but many residential areas have simulated western landscape designs and lost the ambience of traditional Chinese landscape painting, and the designs have shown poor diversity, artistic quality or unification of landscapes and environmental effects. Hence, the paper proposed that modern residential landscape design should be integrated with Chinese landscape painting factors, and the concept of "human-nature oneness" should be demonstrated to create garden landscapes suitable for appreciating, sightseeing, living and enjoying, and also living spaces with picturesque scenery. Through analyzing landscape designs of "Century Sunshine Garden" in Hefei City, Anhui Province, the study explored the integration of modern residential landscapes and Chinese landscape painting ambience, so as to create green, ecological, healthy, practical landscapes for modern residential areas. 展开更多

ZnO thin films were deposited on Si(111) substrates through a radio frequency (rf) magnetron sputtering system. Then the samples were annealed at different temperatures in air ambience and ammonia ambience respectively. The structure and composition of the ZnO films were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The morphology of the samples was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Measured results show that ZnO films with hexagonal wurtzite structure were grown on Si(111) substrates when annealed in the two ambiences. The volatilization process of ZnO in the ammonia ambience at high temperature was discussed and the mechanism of the reaction was analyzed. 展开更多

Urban evolution becomes a space-transforming agent capable of changing Normalised Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)and Land Surface Temperature(LST)emissivity reflectance on the land surface.Therefore,this study identifies NDVI and LST variations locally,but it can also be applied in other cities on a global scale.In general,it aims to analyse NDVI and LST on surface areas of avenues and urban streets of Sector 1,located in downtown Passo Fundo,in the southern region of Brazil,from 2013 to 2020.Methodologically,treated Landsat 8 satellite images were used to obtain NDVI and LST variations in this study.Subsequently,data of 80 points in the avenues and streets of Sector 1 were collected over a distance of 100 meters spaced from each point.These data were statistically analysed concerning the dispersion of NDVI and LST from 2013 to 2020.The results revealed a strong interaction between NDVI and LST,demonstrating the need to conserve urban vegetation to improve temperature,which positively favours urban ambience indexes. 展开更多

The spatial transformations can be observed at different religious-historic towns of India due to urbanization. Research is based upon fact that there is substantial change in the built environment because of spatial transformations at the religious-historic towns. The process of modernization in the functions and spatial layout is unavoidable at any historic town. The study attempts to focus on various urban historic conservation components, including the look of historic buildings, their earlier uses, and its immediate surroundings to improve the built environment of historic towns. A theoretical framework for the urban conservation of ancient towns is the main objective of study. How to modernize the historic conservation function while preserving the space’s texture and integrity. The research started with the investigation of the morphological growth of Mathura district, India through satellite images and in-depth study of the evolution process of street network in Vrindavan town, which is one of the main temple towns of Mathura district. There is a significant difference in the layout & architectural character of old part and the newly developed Vrindavan. Due to increased accessibility and movement, the spatial structure of traditional religious precincts, which were once local integration centres, has significantly changed. Increasing & changing mode of transportation and further increase in the religious tourism might be the cause or a big reason for the spatial transformations and correspondingly there is a challenge to conserve & preserve the religious precincts of historic towns. The study tries to analyze spatial transformations with the help of Historical GIS at different scales of urban form. Suggestive measures to conserve the environmental ambience of religious-historic towns are the outcome of the research. 展开更多

Deep level defects in high temperature annealed semi-condctng InP have been studied by deep level transient spectroscopy (DLTS). There is obvious difference in the deep defects between as-grown InP InP annealed in phosphorusambient and iron phosphide ambient, as far as their quantity and coneentration are concerned. Only two defects at 0.24 and 0.64 eV can be detected in InP annealed in iron phosphide amibent, while defects at 0.24,0.42,0.54 and 0.64 eV have been detected in InP annealed in phosphorus ambient, in contrast to two defects at 0.49 and 0.64 eV or one defect at 0.13 eV in as-grown InP. A defect suppression phenomenon related to iron diffusion process has been observed. The formation mechanism and the nature of the defects have been discussed. 展开更多
