The water quality of main rivers in Binzhou City,Shandong Province was comprehensively evaluated based on RAGA-PPCE model. Six main factors such as ammonia nitrogen(NH_3-N),total phosphorus(TP),total nitrogen(TN),chemical oxygen demand(COD),dissolved oxygen(DO) and p H were used to establish the evaluation and classification standards of water quality. The results show that the evaluation results of water quality by RAGA-PPCE model and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are basically the same. The evaluation results of RAGA-PPCE model are objective and reasonable and can be applied to the comprehensive evaluation of water quality. 展开更多

This paper aims to explore the pH,COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and other indices regarding Xinli River water in Binzhou City.The results show that the pH of the water quality index is between 7.3 and 7.8,slightly alkaline;the COD content of Xinli River is about 140-163 mg/L,and the COD pollution is serious in some water sections;the ammonia nitrogen content of Xinli River is 0.2-2.17 mg/L,the total nitrogen content is about 0.799-1.3 mg/L,the total phosphorus content is about 0.54-0.92 mg/L,suggesting that the water eutrophication is very serious.Due to the large amount of domestic sewage discharged into Xinli River without treatment,slow circulation of river water and other factors,the eutrophication is serious in the urban watercourse. 展开更多

The optimal tax rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen was estimated based on the estimated economic loss caused by domestic sewage and the determined tax base in Binzhou City.The results show that due to the pollution of COD and ammonia nitrogen,the average economic loss of domestic sewage in Binzhou City from 2010 to 2017 was 167.292 million and 178.040 million yuan respectively.The average pollution equivalent amount of COD and ammonia nitrogen in domestic sewage in Binzhou City was 43435 and 3900 t respectively,and the average optimal tax rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen was 3.85 and 45.65 yuan/kg respectively.That is,residents should pay a pollution tax of 3.85 yuan for every 1 kg of COD discharged and a pollution tax of 45.65 yuan for every 1 kg of ammonia nitrogen discharged. 展开更多

Using the GIS spatial analysis tool,the spatial distribution situation and spatial network structure of 56 tourist attractions graded AAA and above in Binzhou City were studied through the nearest distance,connectivity,accessibility,and compactness analysis.In view of the existing problems,some measures to optimize the spatial structure of the tourist attractions in Binizhou were put forward to ensure the development of regional tourism in Binzhou City.The results show that the spatial distribution of tourist attractions graded AAA and above in Binizhou City is uniform.The β index and γ index are respectively 1.36 and 0.47,and the average accessibility is 45.26 km.Binzhou has a weak tourism traffic connection and the accessibility is not high.The compactness index C of the tourist attractions is 0.74,and the compactness degree of the tourist attractions in Binizhou is above the average. 展开更多

The results showed that with the increase of GDP per capita,the emissions of industrial wastewater,COD and ammonia nitrogen in Binzhou City increased at first and then decreased during 2001- 2013,showing inverted-U-shaped curves where turning points appeared in the middle; the emission of domestic sewage showed an upward trend,and a turning point would not appear in a short term; the emissions of domestic COD and ammonia nitrogen dropped firstly and then rose gradually,showing U-shaped curves,and they would not decrease in a short time. The turning points of industrial wastewater,COD and ammonia were at( 4. 29,14 550),( 2. 46,44 803) and( 2. 27,2 708) respectively; domestic sewage had no turning point,and domestic COD and ammonia nitrogen would not reach the turning points in a short term. 展开更多

Ecological Optimum Population of Binzhou City Based on PEER Model

Taking into account the regional carrying capacity,the population capacity and optimum population of Binzhou City from 2007 to 2017 under certain economic,resource and environmental conditions were calculated based on PEER model.The results show that the population capacity of Binzhou City during 2007-2017 ranged from 6.03 million to 6.43 million,and ecological optimum population was between 5.05 million and 5.34 million.The actual population of the city was between 3.74 million and 3.94 million.The impact of the "two-child" policy on population growth was small,and there was still room for population growth.The population pressure index was greater than 0.7 and less than 1,showing that economic and resource population carrying capacity had certain surplus but were still not optimistic.Environmental pressure index was relatively high,and population carrying capacity was low. 展开更多

The results showed that the agricultural non-point source nitrogen pollution and phosphorus pollution in Binzhou City changed from 114400 t and 28800 t in 2008 to110600 t and 24400 t in 2015,respectively; for the non-point source nitrogen pollution sources,the proportion of chemical fertilizer,manure and domestic sewage changed from 80. 41%,10. 47% and 9. 13% in 2008 to 82. 94%,4. 77% and 12. 29% in 2015,respectively; for the non-point source phosphorus pollution sources,the proportion of chemical fertilizer,manure and domestic sewage changed from 89. 29%,8. 32% and 2. 39% in 2008 to 91. 6%,4. 78% and 3. 62% in 2015,respectively; in 2015,the non-point source nitrogen pollution was most serious in Wudi County and Huimin County and least serious in Zhanhua County; the non-point source phosphorus pollution was most serious in Zouping County and least serious in Wudi County. 展开更多

To evaluate the levels of heavy metal pollution and risks in consumption of aquatic products from a market in Binzhou,the contents of Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr and Pb in the edible part of eight aquatic species such as Ctenopharyngodon idellus were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The results show that the levels of the five elements differed among different species of aquatic products.The ability of bivalves to accumulate heavy metals was significantly higher than that of fish.Compared with relevant food hygiene standards,there was a certain excess of Cr in Ruditapes philippinarum and Penaeus vannamei.The results of human exposure risk assessment show that the THQ values of the heavy metals in the eight aquatic species were all less than 1,indicating that the consumption of these aquatic products had no potential non-carcinogenic risks. 展开更多

To fully understand swine streptococcosis in Binzhou and surrounding areas,we studied its incidence rate and incidence characteristics in 2013,in order to put forward constructive suggestions for scientific prevention and control of swine streptococcosis. Isolation and purification,biochemical and molecular biology identification and drug susceptibility test of Streptococcus suis were carried out,and mixed infection of S. suis with classical swine fever virus,pseudorabies virus and porcine circovirus virus was statistically analyzed. The results showed that 46 strains of S. suis were screened,and the positive rate was approximately 24. 9%,with high degree of resistance and multiple resistances. S. suis had different degrees of mixed infection with classical swine fever virus,pseudorabies virus and porcine circovirus virus,and the total mixed infection rate was 58. 7%. 展开更多

[Objective]The research aimed to analyze precipitation change and agricultural drought and flood degrees during crop growth season in Binzhou.[Method]Based on monthly rainfall and average temperature data at Binzhou meteorological observatory during March-November of1981-2010,by using linear regression,climatic tendency rate and dry-wet coefficient,precipitation change and agricultural drought and flood degrees during crop growth season of the past 30 years in Binzhou were analyzed from natural precipitation tendency change and satisfaction degree of agricultural water demand during crop growth season.[Result]In the past 30 years,precipitation during growth season in Binzhou presented increasing tendency.Spring,summer and autumn precipitation all increased somewhat,especially summer precipitation.Monthly average rainfall distribution was very uneven,and rainfall in July and August was more.In the past 30 years,average dry-wet coefficient K value during crop growth season in Binzhou was 0.60,it overall belonged to moderate drought climate type,and occurrence frequency of drought was 97%.It belonged to serious drought climate type in spring and autumn and light drought climate type in summer.Dry-wet coefficient presented rising tendency,illustrating that climate was developing toward wet direction.Seen from mean over the years,except humid in July,it was over light drought in other months.[Conclusion]Climate was overall arid during crop growth season in Binzhou,but precipitation somewhat increased in the past 30 years.Therefore,we suggested that artificial rainfall work should be enhanced. 展开更多

The results showed that the suitability of urban ecological environment in Binzhou City was high overall from 2008 to 2015. It was at grade II in 2008 and 2009 and at grade I in the other years. 目的比较分析滨州市不同环境重要病媒生物,包括蚊、蝇、鼠等的群落特征,为进一步的综合防制提供科学依据。方法蚊虫用灯诱法在城镇的居民区、公园(含街心公园)、医院、农村住房和牲畜棚各1处监测;蝇用笼诱法随机选择农贸市场、餐饮外环... 目的比较分析滨州市不同环境重要病媒生物,包括蚊、蝇、鼠等的群落特征,为进一步的综合防制提供科学依据。方法蚊虫用灯诱法在城镇的居民区、公园(含街心公园)、医院、农村住房和牲畜棚各1处监测;蝇用笼诱法随机选择农贸市场、餐饮外环境、绿化带和居民区各不少于2处监测;鼠用鼠夹法或粘捕法在特殊行业和农村自然村监测。同时引入群落生物多样性指数,如物种丰富度(S,species richness index)、种群密度(M,population density)、种群多样性指数(H′,Shannon-Weaner diversity index)、均匀度指数(J,pielou evenness index)4个指标进行分析。结果共监测到蚊类4属6种,蝇类6属9种,鼠类3属3种。蚊类与蝇类在7—8月密度达到高峰。不同的环境条件下,以群落的多样性指数为前提,蚊类的生物多样性指数由高到低的顺序是畜牧环境>医院>农户>公园>居民区;蝇类是农贸市场>餐饮外环境>绿化带>居民区;鼠类是农村自然村>特殊行业。结论不同的环境条件下重要病媒生物群落的生物多样性指数明显不同,在制定综合防制对策上应有针对性的区别对待。 展开更多
