鉴于对云南省高质量充分就业水平测度的研究不足,本文从数量指数、质量指数和结构指数三个一级指标,以及其下的七个二级指标和二十个三级指标,运用CRITIC法与熵值法对云南省2012年至2022年高质量充分就业水平进行综合量化测量。研究发现...鉴于对云南省高质量充分就业水平测度的研究不足,本文从数量指数、质量指数和结构指数三个一级指标,以及其下的七个二级指标和二十个三级指标,运用CRITIC法与熵值法对云南省2012年至2022年高质量充分就业水平进行综合量化测量。研究发现:云南省高质量充分就业水平整体呈现上升趋势,其中就业质量指数增速最快,就业结构指数呈现波动上升的趋势,就业数量指数增速不明显。因此建议云南省政府稳定就业市场;加强劳动者权益保障;促进性别平等就业和建立动态监测与评估机制以提升云南省高质量充分就业水平。In view of the lack of research on the measurement of the level of high-quality full employment in Yunnan Province, this paper utilizes the CRITIC method and entropy method from the three first-level indexes of quantity index, quality index and structure index, as well as the seven second-level indexes and twenty third-level indexes under them, to carry out a comprehensive and quantitative measurement of the level of high-quality full employment in Yunnan Province from 2012 to 2022. The study found that the level of high-quality full employment in Yunnan Province shows an overall upward trend, with the employment quality index growing at the fastest rate, the employment structure index showing a fluctuating upward trend, and the employment quantity index growing at an insignificant rate. Therefore, it is recommended that the government of Yunnan Province stabilize the employment market, strengthen the protection of workers’ rights and interests, promote gender equality in employment and establish a dynamic monitoring and evaluation mechanism to improve the level of high-quality full employment in Yunnan Province.展开更多
