To understand the current situation of institutional registration in Shaanxi Province after the implementation ofregistration system management in drug clinical trial institutions.Relevant information was collected on...To understand the current situation of institutional registration in Shaanxi Province after the implementation ofregistration system management in drug clinical trial institutions.Relevant information was collected on the“Announcement on the Accreditation of Drug Clinical Trial Institutions”issued by the National Medical Products Administration from 2005 to August 2022,the record management information system of drug and medical device clinical trial institutions,and the drug clinical trial registration and information publicity platform.A retrospective analysis was carried out in terms of institutional development,regional distribution,registered majors,principal investigators,and the number of drug clinical trials.After the implementation of institution registration,the number of drug clinical trial institutions in Shaanxi Province increased by 47.4%,884 principal investigators were registered,the number of registered majors expanded from 58 qualified to 117,and the professional scope increased by 50.4%.The policy of institution registration is conducive to promoting the rational use of medical resources and the development of drug clinical trial institutions and improving the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry in Shaanxi Province.展开更多

However, the existing constitutive models present challenges tot...Eddy current dampers (ECDs) have emerged as highly desirable solutions for vibration control due to theirexceptional damping performance and durability. However, the existing constitutive models present challenges tothe widespread implementation of ECD technology, and there is limited availability of finite element analysis (FEA)software capable of accurately modeling the behavior of ECDs. This study addresses these issues by developing anewconstitutivemodel that is both easily understandable and user-friendly for FEAsoftware. By utilizing numericalresults obtained from electromagnetic FEA, a novel power law constitutive model is proposed to capture thenonlinear behavior of ECDs. The effectiveness of the power law constitutive model is validated throughmechanicalproperty tests and numerical seismic analysis. Furthermore, a detailed description of the application process ofthe power law constitutive model in ANSYS FEA software is provided. To facilitate the preliminary design ofECDs, an analytical derivation of energy dissipation and parameter optimization for ECDs under harmonicmotionis performed. The results demonstrate that the power law constitutive model serves as a viable alternative forconducting dynamic analysis using FEA and optimizing parameters for ECDs.展开更多

Objective To provide reference for the relevant departments to train and manage online drug sellers.Methods A questionnaire was conducted among 124 grass-roots drug sellers from 13 online drug sales enterprises,includ...Objective To provide reference for the relevant departments to train and manage online drug sellers.Methods A questionnaire was conducted among 124 grass-roots drug sellers from 13 online drug sales enterprises,including Tmall Medical Center and JD Home Health Channel and 265 teachers and students from 33 pharmaceutical colleges and universities.The problems were analyzed in this paper and some specific suggestions were made.Results and Conclusion 389 questionnaires were sent out and 371 effective questionnaires were recovered.The effective recovery rate was 95.37%.The universities surveyed mainly recruited undergraduates,accounting for 66.7%of the total.Most of the employees in the online drug sales enterprises surveyed graduated from secondary school or universities,accounting for 91.9%.The number of graduates surveyed who were willing to work in the online drug sales enterprises was low,accounting for only 8.67%.Besides,it was difficult for online drug sellers to be promoted,71.7%of the respondents had no promotion opportunities.In view of the main problems such as the low professional quality of online drug sellers,their low willingness to engage in online drug sales,and few promotion opportunities,it is suggested the reform of licensed pharmacists should be deepened to improve the number and quality of online drug sellers.Meanwhile,we should learn the advanced experience from developed countries.In addition,the income and welfare of the online drug sellers should be improved.Lastly,a unified management platform must be set up for online drug sellers by technical means.展开更多
