通过超高液相色谱-串联四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)对鸡爪风(Desmos chinensis lour.)茎的化学成分进行研究。将干燥的鸡爪风茎粗粉用甲醇超声提取,经0.22μm微孔滤器过滤进入UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS分析,采用Thermo scientific Acc... 通过超高液相色谱-串联四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)对鸡爪风(Desmos chinensis lour.)茎的化学成分进行研究。将干燥的鸡爪风茎粗粉用甲醇超声提取,经0.22μm微孔滤器过滤进入UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS分析,采用Thermo scientific Accucore C_(18)色谱柱分离,以0.1%甲酸水-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,并在全扫描模式进行飞行时间质谱鉴定。结果发现,通过对高分辨一级和二级质谱数据进行解析,结合参考文献数据并与数据库进行比对,共鉴定了27个化合物,主要为有机酸、氨基酸及其衍生物和黄酮类化合物。 展开更多
