To implement the multi-way phase shifting maintaining the compact size and simplicity in structure,the uniform reference line concept was proposed for the differential phase shifter.However,the performance in bandwidth and phase range deteriorates with the additional requirements considered.To solve this problem,a quarter wavelength coupled line section loaded with open/short stubs is proposed as the basic element to implement the main line and also reference line.According to the theoretical analysis on this basic element,the loading stubs can be used to control the phase shift and also the phase slope of the basic element without affecting the amplitude property.With the predetermined parameters of the uniform reference line,only two parameters are required for the implementation of different differential phase shifts.This demonstrates the high simplicity of the proposed structure.For demonstration,an eight-way differential phase shifter operating at 3.5 GHz was implemented using the vertically installed planar structure.The prototype was further fabricated and measured.Good agreement between simulation and measurement can be observed.The implemented phase shifter can provide a wide range of phase shifting values from 45°to 315°with reference to the uniform reference line over a relative bandwidth of 62.3%. 展开更多

逐次逼近寄存器模数转换器(SAR ADC)在逐次逼近的过程中,电容的切换会使参考电压上出现参考纹波噪声,该噪声会影响比较器的判定,进而输出错误的比较结果。针对该问题,基于CMOS 0.5μm工艺,设计了一种具有纹波消除技术的10 bit SAR ADC... 逐次逼近寄存器模数转换器(SAR ADC)在逐次逼近的过程中,电容的切换会使参考电压上出现参考纹波噪声,该噪声会影响比较器的判定,进而输出错误的比较结果。针对该问题,基于CMOS 0.5μm工艺,设计了一种具有纹波消除技术的10 bit SAR ADC。通过增加纹波至比较器输入端的额外路径,将参考纹波满摆幅输入至比较器中;同时设计了消除数模转换器(DAC)模块,对参考纹波进行采样和输入,通过反转纹波噪声的极性,消除参考纹波对ADC输出的影响。该设计将信噪比(SNR)提高到56.75 dB,将有效位数(ENOB)提升到9.14 bit,将积分非线性(INL)从-1~5 LSB降低到-0.2~0.3 LSB,将微分非线性(DNL)从-3~4 LSB降低到-0.5~0.5 LSB。 展开更多

In order to overcome the limitations of a unitary reference station in mobile communication positioning network differential barometric altimetry(DBA)and broaden the action scope of the reference station and improve positioning accuracy of elevation,an integrated interpolation algorithm model based on generalized extended approximation(GEA)algorithm and Kriging interpolation in time-space domain of reference station is proposed.In the time domain,barometric measured data is considered the maximum value estimated by bilateral extension to avoid wrong direction of estimation,which is approaching true value.In the spatial domain,barometric relevance among multiple reference stations is utilized,the weighted coefficients of multiple reference stations is calculated by the integrated algorithm model based on the GEA algorithm and Kriging interpolation.The impact of each reference station to the measured station is quantified,so that a virtual reference station is constructed,which can overcome the limitation of barometric correction by a unitary reference station.In addition,the measurement error due to irregular change in atmospheric pressure will be eliminated. 展开更多

A preliminary numerical model of the buoyant drum by wave action is presented, which is based on The Finite Boundary Element Method of the source distribution. A series formula of Green’s function is used for the derivation of the model. In the paper the calculated results of the examples for a sphere and a buoyant drum are close to the data in some references. A subject of great interest to ocean engineers is the response a floating body suffers in ocean waves. In this paper, the oscilatory motion of a buoyant drum is analysed and a calculating method is presented. Applying this calculating method, the hydrodynamic coefficient for any kind of floating bodies can be obtained. 展开更多

Large vertical steel tanks for fluid storage are usually constructed on soft foundations, so it is not surprising that the tank wall will settle unevenly with the settlement of the foundation, thus inducing deformations and stresses in the tank. This work investigates the linear static behavior of floating-roof tanks under harmonic settlement through finite element (FE) analyses. The influences of the radius-to-thickness ratio, the height-to-radius ratio and the wind girder stiffness on the structural behavior are first analyzed. Comparisons between the circumferential stresses in the wind girder and the vertical stresses in the tank bottom are then made. The displacement and the stress along the tank height are also discussed, and the concept of tank division along its height is presented. Finally, a design approximation for the radial displacement at the tank top is developed based on FE results, and a settlement criterion based on the top radial displacement is proposed which can be used in practical design. 展开更多

基于双波长等基线差示融合图谱的中药黄芩“质-量”双标质量分析方法研究

建立了以对照药材为基准物质的定性和不依赖多种对照品定量的黄芩药材“质-量”双标控制方法。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,以对照药材为基准物质建立了黄芩特征图谱,通过鉴定特征峰的化学成分,共确定了11个共有特征峰,通过质谱鉴定出... 建立了以对照药材为基准物质的定性和不依赖多种对照品定量的黄芩药材“质-量”双标控制方法。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,以对照药材为基准物质建立了黄芩特征图谱,通过鉴定特征峰的化学成分,共确定了11个共有特征峰,通过质谱鉴定出黄岑药材的8个成分,经对照品比对,指认出共有特征峰中的4个化学成分,分别为黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素以及汉黄芩素。通过对照药材和供试药材特征峰的相似度,可明确药材真伪,即“质”,结果显示各批次供试药材与黄芩对照药材的相似度均大于0.990;对内标成分“黄芩苷”进行准确定量,以内标成分计算不同批次供试品中各特征峰的相对含量,取“平均数-标准差”作为特征峰化学成分相对于内标物质化学成分的相对含量下限,依据特征峰相对含量下限明确黄芩药材优劣,即“量”。该方法不依赖多种对照品,能清晰、快速地判断药材的真伪优劣,可为黄芩的质量控制方法提供参考。 展开更多

故障自同步法以装置检测到故障发生的时刻为基准,能够以较低成本实现配电网差动保护的数据同步,但其同步精度受故障检测算法灵敏度的影响,在极端故障条件下将出现较大的同步误差。为此,提出了一种基于参考相量校正的改进故障自同步方法... 故障自同步法以装置检测到故障发生的时刻为基准,能够以较低成本实现配电网差动保护的数据同步,但其同步精度受故障检测算法灵敏度的影响,在极端故障条件下将出现较大的同步误差。为此,提出了一种基于参考相量校正的改进故障自同步方法,在保护装置启动后利用故障前特定时刻的参考相量实现对传统故障自同步法的误差校正。该方法不受故障检测延时以及通道时延的影响,可在不具备保护专用信道及外部授时信号的配电网中实现满足差动保护需求的数据同步。仿真结果表明,该方法在不同类型的馈线中均能满足馈线差动保护的同步精度,不受故障初相角和装置采样频率的影响,且具有较强的抗噪声能力。 展开更多

综合考虑减排投入延迟效应与消费者低碳参考效应对产品需求和品牌商誉的影响,构建了由制造商和零售商组成的双渠道低碳供应链,并基于最优控制理论先后对分散、集中和成本分担3种模式下的成员运营策略、产品低碳水平、品牌商誉以及整体... 综合考虑减排投入延迟效应与消费者低碳参考效应对产品需求和品牌商誉的影响,构建了由制造商和零售商组成的双渠道低碳供应链,并基于最优控制理论先后对分散、集中和成本分担3种模式下的成员运营策略、产品低碳水平、品牌商誉以及整体利润进行了比较与分析。研究发现:参考效应总会调动制造商低碳生产的积极性,提升产品低碳水平和品牌商誉稳态值,挫伤企业广告宣传热情;只有当延迟时间低于一定阈值时,供应链成员采取集中决策才是有意义的;延迟时间抬高了消费者对产品低碳水平的心理预期;参考效应会加剧延迟时间对不同决策机制下供应链整体利润的影响。 展开更多

复合筒型基础分舱间允许压差对其安全运输具有重要意义,针对复合筒型基础浮运过程中允许压差问题,以某海上风电项目中复合筒型基础浮运工程为背景,基于有限元软件ABAQUS定量分析了复合筒型基础浮运过程中允许压差与基础外吃水、分舱板... 复合筒型基础分舱间允许压差对其安全运输具有重要意义,针对复合筒型基础浮运过程中允许压差问题,以某海上风电项目中复合筒型基础浮运工程为背景,基于有限元软件ABAQUS定量分析了复合筒型基础浮运过程中允许压差与基础外吃水、分舱板厚度、基础直径、内舱压强值等参数变化的影响。研究结果表明:复合筒型基础浮运过程中分舱板Mises应力最大值与允许压差最大值随外吃水和分舱板厚度的增加表现为指数增长趋势,但相对于分舱板厚度变化,基础分舱板允许压差最大值对外吃水变化比较敏感;分舱板增设加强肋对复合筒型基础允许压差最大值有20%~35%的显著提升。当允许压差最大值确定时,可以根据实际工程需要选取基础各变化参数安全组合中的最优解。 展开更多

This paper proposes a high-throughput short reference differential chaos shift keying cooperative communication system with the aid of code index modulation,referred to as CIM-SR-DCSK-CC system.In the proposed CIM-SR-DCSK-CC system,the source transmits information bits to both the relay and destination in the first time slot,while the relay not only forwards the source information bits but also sends new information bits to the destination in the second time slot.To be specific,the relay employs an N-order Walsh code to carry additional log_(2)N information bits,which are superimposed onto the SRDCSK signal carrying the decoded source information bits.Subsequently,the superimposed signal carrying both the source and relay information bits is transmitted to the destination.Moreover,the theoretical bit error rate(BER)expressions of the proposed CIMSR-DCSK-CC system are derived over additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN)and multipath Rayleigh fading channels.Compared with the conventional DCSKCC system and SR-DCSK-CC system,the proposed CIM-SR-DCSK-CC system can significantly improve the throughput without deteriorating any BER performance.As a consequence,the proposed system is very promising for the applications of the 6G-enabled lowpower and high-rate communication. 展开更多

The current investigations provide the solutions of the nonlinear fractional order mathematical rape and its controlmodel using the strength of artificial neural networks(ANNs)along with the Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation approach(LMBA),i.e.,artificial neural networks-Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation approach(ANNs-LMBA).The fractional order investigations have been presented to find more realistic results of the mathematical form of the rape and its control model.The differential mathematical form of the nonlinear fractional order mathematical rape and its control model has six classes:susceptible native girls,infected immature girls,susceptible knowledgeable girls,infected knowledgeable girls,susceptible rapist population and infective rapist population.The rape and its control differential system using three different fractional order values is authenticated to perform the correctness of ANNs-LMBA.The data is used to present the rape and its control differential system is designated as 70%for training,14%for authorization and 16%for testing.The obtained performances of the ANNs-LMBA are compared with the dataset of the Adams-Bashforth-Moulton scheme.To substantiate the consistency,aptitude,validity,exactness,and capability of the LMBA neural networks,the obtained numerical values are provided using the state transitions(STs),correlation,regression,mean square error(MSE)and error histograms(EHs). 展开更多

通过分析仝小林院士提出的“以病为先,以态为基,以靶为参”这一全新的中医特色辨治模式的内涵,探索将态靶辨证理论应用于肾病的辨证与治疗,以期提高临床治疗肾病疗效的精确性、靶向性。参照现代医学对肾病发病机制的认识,把握本病整个... 通过分析仝小林院士提出的“以病为先,以态为基,以靶为参”这一全新的中医特色辨治模式的内涵,探索将态靶辨证理论应用于肾病的辨证与治疗,以期提高临床治疗肾病疗效的精确性、靶向性。参照现代医学对肾病发病机制的认识,把握本病整个发展阶段中的核心病因病机,提出肾病中医态的发展演变规律即邪结态→肾虚态→络瘀态。邪结态可分为风热郁结证、水湿蕴结证;肾虚态可分为肾气虚证、肾阴虚证、肾阳虚证、肾阴阳两虚证;络瘀态可分为瘀热阻络证、瘀毒阻络证、痰瘀阻络证。并据此确立治法处方,同时结合中药药理学研究成果,筛选出针对症靶、标靶的多种靶药,辨态识靶,态靶同调,标本兼治,以提高临床疗效。 展开更多

近红外光谱的相对测量对实现人体血糖浓度的在体高精度检测具有重要意义。离体检测中常用的相似背景扣除以及双光路设计等方法不适合人体的复杂背景变化,而基于位置的参考测量方法被认为是有希望实现在体参考测量的方法之一。因此课题... 近红外光谱的相对测量对实现人体血糖浓度的在体高精度检测具有重要意义。离体检测中常用的相似背景扣除以及双光路设计等方法不适合人体的复杂背景变化,而基于位置的参考测量方法被认为是有希望实现在体参考测量的方法之一。因此课题组提出差动式浮动基准参考测量方法来实现在体的相对测量。差动式浮动基准参考测量方法是一种具有普适性的参考测量方法,在实际应用中面临着径向检测距离的确定和差动检测信号中有效信号提取的问题。在差动式浮动基准参考测量方法的基础上,提出了基于NAS(net analyte signal)-VIP(variable importance in projection)-SPXY(sample set partitioning based on joint X-Y distances)-PLS(partial least square)的差动浮动基准测量方法,在离体实验中验证了该方法的可行性。结果表明经过该方法处理后,模型的均方根误差明显降低,相关系数也有了一定的提高。对该方法在人体实验中的有效性进行了研究,结果也表明该方法处理后所建模型的精密度和准确性有了明显改善。 展开更多
