This paper aims to examine the impact of digital transformations on the business performance of the meetings,expositions,events,and conventions(MEEC)industry in Chengdu by conducting an empirical analysis of 68 MEEC e...This paper aims to examine the impact of digital transformations on the business performance of the meetings,expositions,events,and conventions(MEEC)industry in Chengdu by conducting an empirical analysis of 68 MEEC enterprises in the city.The study employed the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method to explore the pathways and factors involved.Drawing on the theory of synergetics,nine condition variables were carefully selected from four dimensions:digital technologies,digital strategy,digital infrastructure,and digital innovation.The findings revealed that digital transformations were an intricate systematic process,whereby a single factor alone did not serve as a necessary condition for MEEC enterprises to achieve high business performance.The analysis identified five distinct pathways that would lead to high performance,which can be categorized into three distinct models:the“organization-human resources”dominated model,the“human resources-infrastructure”driven model,and the multi-factor coordination model.The analysis also identified two pathways that would result in low performance,categorized as the“basic condition absent”model.Notably,there was substantial heterogeneity observed in the configurational pathways in terms of the magnitude of the impact of digital transformation on business performance across MEEC enterprises of different sizes.This paper suggests that the government should assume the role of a platform,providing policy and financial support to MEEC enterprises to help guide them through the process of digital transformation and that MEEC enterprises themselves should seize the opportunities arising from digital transformation to strengthen their digital infrastructure construction,human resources development,and innovation in brand building.This study presents empirical evidence that contributes to the understanding of the transformation process of MEEC enterprises within the digital economy era,as well as valuable insights into understanding the channels and internal conditions involved in digital transformations.展开更多

Tin(Sn)holds great promise as an anode material for next-generation lithium(Li)ion batteries but suffers from massive volume change and poor cycling performance.To clarify the dynamic chemical and microstructural evol...Tin(Sn)holds great promise as an anode material for next-generation lithium(Li)ion batteries but suffers from massive volume change and poor cycling performance.To clarify the dynamic chemical and microstructural evolution of Sn anode during lithiation and delithiation,synchrotron X-ray energydispersive diffraction and X-ray tomography are simultaneously employed during Li/Sn cell operation.The intermediate Li-Sn alloy phases during de/lithiation are identified,and their dynamic phase transformation is unraveled which is further correlated with the volume variation of the Sn at particle-and electrode-level.Moreover,we find that the Sn particle expansion/shrinkage induced particle displacement is anisotropic:the displacement perpendicular to the electrode surface(z-axis)is more pronounced compared to the directions(x-and y-axis)along the electrode surface.This anisotropic particle displacement leads to an anisotropic volume variation at the electrode level and eventually generates a net electrode expansion towards the separator after cycling,which could be one of the root causes of mechanical detachment and delamination of electrodes during long-term operation.The unraveled chemical evolution of Li-Sn and deep insights into the microstructural evolution of Sn anode provided here could guide future design and engineering of Sn and other alloy anodes for high energy density Li-and Na-ion batteries.展开更多

文摘Guangdong Supply and Marketing Cooperative serves as an important institution for the“Three Rural Areas”in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Its digital transformation and optimization serve as powerful supports for rural revitalization.This paper systematically reviews the main practices and effectiveness of the digital transformation within the Guangdong Supply and Marketing Cooperative.It also analyzes the current development dilemmas faced in the construction of digital supply and marketing.Additionally,it proposes targeted solutions,including building a big data resource base,optimizing the digital supply and marketing cloud platform,developing digital publictype agricultural social service applications,establishing a new model of rural e-commerce,enhancing the traceability management system for agricultural products,and strengthening the construction of the digital human resources system.These proposals aim to further promote the strategy for revitalizing the countryside.

文摘The rapid development of new-generation information technology has triggered the evolution of education and teaching towards digitalization,accelerating the digital transformation of higher education and bringing an important opportunity for the high-quality development of higher education.Firstly,we give an overview of the digital development of higher education and discuss how information technology is reshaping the teaching and learning of higher education.Secondly,we explain the consensus on the digital development of higher education,and focus on summarizing the digital achievements of higher education in China and analyzing the successful experience through the introduction of the digital development trend of higher education in the world.Finally,we point out the current problems and challenges and make a preliminary discussion.Digital empowerment has arrived,and in the era of digitization,the transformation and development of higher education will lead to systemic changes in universities.This is an inevitable stage in the process of higher education development.Digital transformation will drive higher education to be more competitive,inclusive,and accessible,enabling universities to unleash their digital vitality in various service functions and contribute to the construction of a digital China.
文摘The impact that the digital transformation(DT)has on businesses,suppliers,and other third parties has increased significantly now.Digital transformation means improving traditional manufacturing processes with the help of digital technologies.The goal of digital transformation is to increase production efficiency and reduce costs,improve the quality of goods and services produced,and quickly adapt to changes in the global market.The state of industrial production is constantly changing due to the instability of global,economic and political decisions,so the adoption and expansion of digital solutions based on Industry 4.0,the Internet of things,machine learning,and other technologies of the future is accelerating.With the help of these technologies,companies are trying to change approaches and find new ways to solve problems.In this article the author analyzed the phenomenon of a complex system of knowledge management with tools as SMAC,AI,IoT and Edge computing in intelligent organizations as a part of intelligent economy.The arguments are illustrated with the results of own research conducted by the author in 2021-2022 in selected SMEs from the Polish Wielkopolska Province and their reference to the general development trends in this area.
文摘With a long industrial chain and a powerful ability to drive other industries,the automobile manufacturing industry has a prominent strategic position in the national economy.In recent years,many countries have put on their agenda the digitalization of the automobile manufacturing industry,leading to an connected,autonomous,shared,and electric(also known as CASE)①development trend in the industry.As one of the six major automobile industry clusters in China,the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle has achieved initial results in the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry.However,the region is still faced with some constraints,such as insufficient digital infrastructure,relatively slow development of new automobile products,insufficient innovation ability of the automobile industry,and complex digital transformation of small and medium-sized automobile enterprises(automobile SMEs).This paper intends to construct a framework for the mechanism of action of the digital transformation in the automobile manufacturing industry,analyze the effects of the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and propose feasible paths for the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry in the region by drawing on domestic and international experience in this regard.The specific paths include:(a)Smoothing the“dual-core”data chain to facilitate the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry;(b)Developing the new energy vehicle(NEV)industry to upgrade the quality of automobile products;(c)Achieving corner overtaking in the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry with digital technology;(d)Jointly building the automobile industrial park to promote the digital transformation of the industry;(e)Addressing problems facing automobile SMEs in digital transformation via targeted policy tools.

The researchers chose the military Hospital in Medina as his study location. The study aimed to identify and address the main challenges facing the digital transformation of medical maintenance at the Military Hospital in Medina. It seeks to analyze the current state of digitalization in medical maintenance operations, identify areas requiring improvement, and propose effective strategies to overcome obstacles. The study will evaluate the impact of digital transformation on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, patient care, and overall operational performance. At the end of the research, the researchers reached several results, including that introducing digital systems and technologies into medical maintenance can increase efficiency in various aspects, such as scheduling equipment maintenance, inventory management, and resource allocation. 文摘The travel industry is witnessing rapid changes due to the advent of digital technologies. Traditional travel enterprises face challenges from online travel agencies, sharing economy platforms, and new customer expectations. As a result, adapting to the digital age has become a necessity for their survival. This paper discusses the development path and related countermeasures of the digital transformation of tourism enterprises. In the literature review, the concept and significance of digitalization, industrial transformation and tourism digital transformation are analyzed. In the description of the evaluation index selection, the evaluation index of the digital development level of the tourism enterprises is determined, and the evaluation method of the entropy value method and the grey relative correlation degree analysis are introduced. Through data calculation and result analysis, the digital level and contribution of China’s tourism industry is evaluated. In the restriction analysis, the paper focuses on the constraints of online tourism, sustainable development, infrastructure, development potential and information technology level. Finally, the key measures to strengthen customer demand insight, strengthen the construction of information technology infrastructure, promote the application and innovation of new technologies, and strengthen the development of social responsibility projects are put forward in the path selection and countermeasures. This study has important guidance for promoting the digital transformation and sustainable development of tourism.

This paper analyzes the current situation of informatization of professional degree postgraduate training in China, and puts forward the construction scheme of digital comprehensive service platform for professional degree postgraduate education and teaching based on the actual situation of China University of Geosciences (Beijing). It focuses on three aspects: postgraduate education information management, intelligent online teaching and teachers’ digital literacy improvement. The article also discusses the significance of the digital ecology of the education industry and the entire country for the evaluation of the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in colleges and universities.

文摘In recent years,with the rapid advancement of digital technologies,digitization in vocational education has become a major trend.Among these advancements,digital textbooks have emerged at the forefront of digitization,significantly impacting both their form and content.This article aims to analyze the existing issues in the use of digital textbooks in vocational education and emphasize the importance of recognizing the vital role of teachers in the wave of digital textbook innovation.It is crucial to clarify the role and positioning of teachers to avoid inadvertently diminishing their classroom significance while prioritizing technological innovations.Teachers should fully leverage the role of digital textbooks as tools for organizing classroom activities and recognize the core and essence of classroom teaching as digital technologies enter the scope of vocational education.By doing so,teachers can contribute to the high-quality development of modern vocational education.

文摘“Digital transformation of education”is a hot topic of present educational reform and the development tendency of future educational innovation.Digital transformation of education,as a process stressing technology-driven educational innovation and reform,boasts the importance of development in its birth and practice.It is driven jointly by social and cultural transitions,the impetus of technical innovation,the guidance of national policies,and the endogenous development of the education system.The logic of practice of the transformation can be regarded as the behavior choice dominated by value and intentions,and the underlying generation principles in practice comprise the“problem-driven+concept-led”principle,the“system evolution+innovative breakthrough”principle,and the“value assessment+iterative optimization”principle.At present,under the background of constructing the new ecology of a smart society and a high-quality education system,and under the pressure of COVID-19 pandemic,the transformation faces golden development opportunities.Nonetheless,the present transformation practice still has some differences from the expected value orientation.Therefore,it is required to research and develop a mature digital education model or framework,carry out a national digital education preparation campaign,work for pilot schemes for the transformation at all levels and of all kinds,attach importance to theoretical research on education relating to the digital transformation of education,and more actively embrace the new wave of educational reform worldwide.
文摘The impacts of the current digital era are growing more and more on the way in which higher education(HE)offers learning programs at every level.Smart learning(SL)represents the evolution of educational approaches and techniques that capitalizes on all the opportunities deriving from new digital ecosystems.This study argues that the usefulness of HE can benefit from rethinking the traditional active learning(AL)model to smart ones.Thus,this research aims at investigating how to adapt the performance evaluation when the operations of HE turn to digitalized models.Therefore,this paper designs a research approach that allows accounting for the effects that the adoption of some SL strategies and tools has on the engagement of students and the aggregate performance of HE programs that adopt AL.The results of this study would help academics and HE managers assess the effectiveness of SL initiatives they plan to adopt.

文摘Tin(Sn)holds great promise as an anode material for next-generation lithium(Li)ion batteries but suffers from massive volume change and poor cycling performance.To clarify the dynamic chemical and microstructural evolution of Sn anode during lithiation and delithiation,synchrotron X-ray energydispersive diffraction and X-ray tomography are simultaneously employed during Li/Sn cell operation.The intermediate Li-Sn alloy phases during de/lithiation are identified,and their dynamic phase transformation is unraveled which is further correlated with the volume variation of the Sn at particle-and electrode-level.Moreover,we find that the Sn particle expansion/shrinkage induced particle displacement is anisotropic:the displacement perpendicular to the electrode surface(z-axis)is more pronounced compared to the directions(x-and y-axis)along the electrode surface.This anisotropic particle displacement leads to an anisotropic volume variation at the electrode level and eventually generates a net electrode expansion towards the separator after cycling,which could be one of the root causes of mechanical detachment and delamination of electrodes during long-term operation.The unraveled chemical evolution of Li-Sn and deep insights into the microstructural evolution of Sn anode provided here could guide future design and engineering of Sn and other alloy anodes for high energy density Li-and Na-ion batteries.

文摘The rural revitalization strategy aims to prioritize the development of agriculture and rural areas and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.With the continuous advancement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and breakthroughs in technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and blockchain,the traditional circulation industry is undergoing intelligent and digital transformation and upgrade.The digital development of agricultural product circulation will be a significant boost for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the future.However,taking full advantage of the productive capacity of digitalized agricultural product circulation is currently accompanied by both opportunities and challenges.This article first analyzes the current status of digital development in circulation in China,provides a detailed analysis of the advantages and opportunities of digital circulation in the context of rural revitalization,and examines the shortcomings and challenges that may be faced behind these opportunities.Finally,the article proposes relevant policy recommendations to address the existing issues and promote the development of digitalized rural circulation.
