Long-time integration technique is an effective way of improving target detection performance for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)in the passive bistatic radar(PBR),while range migration(RM)and Doppler frequency migration(DFM)may have a major effect due to the target maneuverability.This paper proposed an innovative long-time coherent integration approach,regarded as Continuous Radon-matched filtering process(CRMFP),for low-observable UAV target in passive bistatic radar.It not only mitigates the RM by collaborative research in range and velocity dimensions but also compensates the DFM and ensures the coherent integration through the matched filtering process(MFP).Numerical and real-life data following detailed analysis verify that the proposed method can overcome the Doppler mismatch influence and acquire comparable detection performance. 展开更多

Passive detection of low-slow-small(LSS)targets is easily interfered by direct signal and multipath clutter,and the traditional clutter suppression method has the contradiction between step size and convergence rate.In this paper,a frequency domain clutter suppression algorithm based on sparse adaptive filtering is proposed.The pulse compression operation between the error signal and the input reference signal is added to the cost function as a sparsity constraint,and the criterion for filter weight updating is improved to obtain a purer echo signal.At the same time,the step size and penalty factor are brought into the adaptive iteration process,and the input data is used to drive the adaptive changes of parameters such as step size.The proposed algorithm has a small amount of calculation,which improves the robustness to parameters such as step size,reduces the weight error of the filter and has a good clutter suppression performance. 展开更多

To improve the navigation accuracy of an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV), a novel terrain passive integrated navigation system (TPINS) is presented. According to the characteristics of the underwater environment and AUV navigation requirements of low cost and high accuracy, a novel TPINS is designed with a configuration of the strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS), the terrain reference navigation system (TRNS), the Doppler velocity sonar (DVS), the magnetic compass and the navigation computer utilizing the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) to fuse the navigation information from various navigation sensors. Linear filter equations for the extended Kalman filter (EKF), nonlinear filter equations for the UKF and measurement equations of navigation sensors are addressed. It is indicated from the comparable simulation experiments of the EKF and the UKF that AUV navigation precision is improved substantially with the proposed sensors and the UKF when compared to the EKF. The TPINS designed with the proposed sensors and the UKF is effective in reducing AUV navigation position errors and improving the stability and precision of the AUV underwater integrated navigation. 展开更多

The exponential passive filtering problem for a class of nonlinear Markov jump systems with uncertainties and time-delays is studied. The uncertain parameters are assumed unknown but norm bounded, and the nonlinearities satisfy the quadratic condition. Based on the passive filtering theory, the sufficient condition for the existence of the mode-dependent passive filter is given by analyzing the reconstructed observer system. By using the appropriate Lyapnnov-Krasovskii function and applying linear matrix inequalities, the design scheme of the passive filter is derived and described as an optimization one. The presented exponential passive filter makes the error dynamic systems exponentially stochastically stable for all the admissible uncertainties, time-delays and nonlinearities, has the better abilities of state tracking and satisfies the given passive norm index. Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the proposed approach. 展开更多

By making full use of marginalization, the distributions of the tractable linear part of the total state variables are updated analytically using Kalman filter, and only the lower-dimensional nonlinear state variable needs to be dealt with using particle filter. Simulation studies are performed on an illustrative example, and the results show that the MPF method leads to a significant reduction of the tracking errors when compared with the direct particle implementation. The purpose of this work is to determine the appropriate allocation of a single tuned passive filter “STPF” in a real distribution network at Tala city to prevent harmonic distortion caused by nonlinear loads. This design will cover the ideal filter parameter as well as the best filter position. The filter design is based on single and multi-objective functions that optimize the cost of the proposed filters, real power losses, total harmonic distortion “THD,” and individual harmonic distortion “IHD”. Upper and lower limitations for filter parameters, quality factor, voltage and harmonic distortion limits are determined using inequality constraints. This will be done under the equality constraint of power balance. The challenge of optimization is solved using two modern algorithms, jellyfish optimization technique “JFOT” and arithmetic optimization algorithm “AOA”, in which the placements of the filters and their parameters are selected. IEEE 33-bus radial system and an actual system as a part of the Egyptian network at Tala city are used for demonstrating the results obtained by the proposed techniques. The results reveal that the system’s harmonic distortion of current and voltage is reduced less than the limitations of the IEEE 519 standards. 展开更多

A criterion for the passivity of time-delay systems was firstly provided in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMI). Then an LMI sufficient condition for the existence of a robust filter was established and a design procedure was proposed for this type of systems. We propose a target tracking method based on particle filtering(PF) to solve the nonlinear non-Gaussian target-tracking problem in the bistatic radar systems using external radiation sources. Traditional nonlinear state estimation method is extended Kalman filtering (EKF), which is to do the first level Taylor series extension. It will cause an inaccuracy or even a scatter estimation result on condition that there is either a highly nonlinear target or a large noise square-error. Besides, Kalman filtering is the optimal resolution under a Gaussian noise assumption, and is not suitable to the non-Gaussian condition. PF is a sort of statistic filtering based on Monte Carlo simulation that is using some random samples (particles) to simulate the posterior probability density of system random variables. This method can be used in any nonlinear random system. It can be concluded through simulation that PF can achieve higher accuracy than the traditional EKF. 展开更多

This problem of harmonic distortion can be mitigated by reshaping the non-sinusoidal waveform to pure sine wave. Different wave shaping techniques have been developed by using different filters among which one is tuned passive filter. This paper proposed power factor improvement and harmonic mitigation of AC-DC converters based on separately excited DC motor using tuned passive filter. 传统的星载无源定位系统对空中辐射源定位求解通常采用假设高程的方法,高程假设误差将对定位跟踪精度造成较大影响。为实现未知高程运动辐射源的高精度定位跟踪,针对异轨三星构型的无源定位系统,提出了一种基于时差、频差和二维测向融... 传统的星载无源定位系统对空中辐射源定位求解通常采用假设高程的方法,高程假设误差将对定位跟踪精度造成较大影响。为实现未知高程运动辐射源的高精度定位跟踪,针对异轨三星构型的无源定位系统,提出了一种基于时差、频差和二维测向融合的迭代扩展卡尔曼滤波(Iterative Extended Kalman Filter,IEKF)跟踪方法。在WGS-84坐标系下建立了状态方程和观测方程,并采用IEKF方法对目标状态进行估计。仿真结果表明,该方法可对未知高程的运动目标进行高精度状态估计,典型仿真场景下的目标高程估计精度达到百米量级,相对于已有方法收敛时间更短,并且在卫星覆盖范围内具有更大的高精度定位跟踪区域。 展开更多

在多传感器无源声学定位问题中,不同传感器接收的来自同一目标的信号均对应于此目标位置,依据这一物理基础,提出了一种基于粒子滤波的无源声学定位方法,以有效融合多传感器数据,进而提高定位性能。该方法将粒子滤波中的似然函数定义为... 在多传感器无源声学定位问题中,不同传感器接收的来自同一目标的信号均对应于此目标位置,依据这一物理基础,提出了一种基于粒子滤波的无源声学定位方法,以有效融合多传感器数据,进而提高定位性能。该方法将粒子滤波中的似然函数定义为粒子状态所对应不同传感器信号之间互相关输出的乘积。该似然函数的设计确保所提方法可以充分获取多传感器的处理增益。此外,所提方法摆脱了传统定位范式,因此可以规避传统定位范式必须面对的测量−跟踪关联问题。湖上试验表明,在强多途干扰的条件下,传统定位方法的平均定位误差为7.2 m,而所提方法的平均定位误差为1.2 m,具有更好的性能。 展开更多

基于模块化多电平变换器(MMC)的高压直挂电池储能系统(MMC-BESS)将海量电芯分散到众多功率子模块中进行分割管控,能够克服电芯参数不一致、电池管理系统等对单机容量的限制。分析了MMC-BESS的拓扑结构、工作原理及其子模块直流侧固有的... 基于模块化多电平变换器(MMC)的高压直挂电池储能系统(MMC-BESS)将海量电芯分散到众多功率子模块中进行分割管控,能够克服电芯参数不一致、电池管理系统等对单机容量的限制。分析了MMC-BESS的拓扑结构、工作原理及其子模块直流侧固有的脉动电流成分,进而解析出在电池与功率子模块间引入LC无源滤波器参数对电池电流和直流侧电压成分的影响。电池和滤波电感支路接入后使得MMC-BESS相间环流产生的机理不同于传统的MMC,从理论上推导出环流与桥臂电抗和LC无源滤波器之间的耦合关系,进而提出了一种桥臂电抗和LC无源滤波器的参数设计方法。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了35 kV/100 MW/100MW·h的MMC-BESS,仿真结果验证了所提关键参数的设计方法及其对环流影响规律的正确性。 展开更多
