In the present paper, effects of electroacupuncture (EA) of 3 points of the Heart Meridian and other 3 points of the Lung Meridian on changes of electrocardiogram (ECG), small intestinal electrogram (SIG) and electroencephalogram (EEG) in intravenous drip of pituitrin induced myocardial ischemia rabbits. The three points of the Heart Meridian are "Shenmen" (HT 7), "Lingdao" (HT 4) and one point between HT 7 and HT 4, the 3 points of the Lung Meridian are "Taiyuan"(LU 9), Lieque (LU 7) and one point between LU 9 and LU 7. These points are punctured with filiform needles and stimulated electrically by setting the parameters being frequency of 2.5 Hz, dense sparse waves and duration of 10 min. Results display that the regulative effect of EA of the Heart Meridian is superior to that of EA of the Lung Meridian on the three indexes, showing a closer correlation between the whole Heart Meridian and activities of ECG, SIG and EEG. 展开更多

Subjective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) of acupoints of the Heart Meridian and Lung Meridian on ischemic cardiac systolic ability for analyzing the relative specific relationship between the Heart Meridian and the heart. Methods: Acute myocardial ischemia (AMI) was produced by intravenous infusion of pituitrin (40 u + 5% glucose injection 500 ml, 60 drips/min) in the rabbit. Left intraventricular pressure (LVP), maximal rising velocity of LVP (dp/dt max), isovolumetric pressure (IP) and end-diastolic pressure (EDP) of the left cardiac ventricle were used as the indexes. Three points of Heart Meridian [HM, from 'Shenmen' (HT 7) to 'Lingdao' (HT 4)] and the three points of Lung Meridian [LM, from 'Taiyuan' (LU 9) to 'Lieque' (LU 7)] were punctured with filiform needles and stimulated with hand-manipulation and electrically with ZY2-1 EA Therapeutic Apparatus. 30 rabbits anesthetized with urethane (1 g/kg) were randomly and evenly divided into control group, HM group and LM group. Result-s: The effects of EA of HM points were evidently superior to those of EA of LM points in promoting the recovery of both AMI-induced decrease of LVP and dp/dtmax, and AMI-induced increase of IP and EDP. Conclusion: Acupoints of Heart Meridian has a relatively specific connection with the heart in comparison with those of Lung Meridian; and the Heart Meridian is a functional whole. 展开更多

Electroacupuncture improves myocardial fibrosis in heart failure rats by attenuating ECM collagen deposition through modulation of TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway

Background: To explore the effects of electroacupuncture on cardiac function and myocardial fibrosis in rat models of heart failure, and to elucidate the underlying mechanism of electroacupuncture in heart failure treatment. Methods: Healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were allocated into three groups: Sham group, Model group, and electroacupuncture (Model + EA) group, with each group comprising 8 rats. The model underwent a procedure involving the ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery to induce a model of heart failure. The Model + EA group was used for 7 consecutive days for electroacupuncture of bilateral Shenmen (HT7) and Tongli (HT5), once a day for 30 min each time. Left ventricular parameters in rats were assessed using a small-animal ultrasound machine to analyze changes in left ventricular end-diastolic volume, left ventricular end-systolic volume, left ventricular ejection fraction, and left ventricular fractional shortening. Serum interleukin-1β (IL-1β), cardiac troponin (cTn), and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor levels were measured using ELISA. Histopathological changes in rat myocardium were observed through HE staining, while collagen deposition in rat myocardial tissue was assessed using the Masson staining method. Picro sirius red staining, immunohistochemical staining, and RT-qPCR were utilized to distinguish between the various types of collagen deposition. The expression level of TGF-β1 and SMAD2/3/4/7 mRNA in rat myocardial tissues was determined using RT-qPCR. Additionally, western blot analysis was conducted to assess the protein expression levels of TGF-β1, SMAD3/7, and p-SMAD3 in rat myocardial tissues. Results: Compared with the Sham group, the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional shortening values of the Model group were significantly decreased (P < 0.01);the left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume values were remarkably increased (P < 0.01);serum N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor content was increased (P < 0.01);serum IL-1β and cTn levels were increased (P < 0.01);myocardial collagen volume fraction were increased (P < 0.01);and those of the expression of TGF-β1 and SMAD2/3/4 mRNA was increased (P < 0.01);the expression of SMAD7 mRNA was decreased (P < 0.01);the protein expression levels of TGF-β1, SMAD3, and p-Smad3 were increased (P < 0.01);the protein expression level of SMAD7 was decreased (P < 0.01) in the Model group. Compared to the Model group, the expression levels of the proteins TGF-β1, SMAD3, and p-Smad3 in myocardial tissue were found to be decreased (P < 0.01), and the expression level of the protein SMAD7 was found to be increased (P < 0.01) in the Model + EA group;the collagen volume fraction and deposition of type Ⅰ /Ⅲ collagen were decreased (P < 0.01) in the Model + EA group. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture alleviates myocardial fibrosis in rats with heart failure, and this effect is likely due to attributed to the modulation of the TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway, which helps reduce collagen deposition in the extracellular matrix. 展开更多

Results: Obvious difference existed in the improvement of end diastolic intraventricular pressure on the HM and LM with EA treatment. Objective: To discovery the central mechanism of acupuncture Heart Meridian precondition myocardial ischemia in gene expression pattern, the authors applied gene chip tech to filter variably expressed genes in hypothalamus. Methods: Rats were seperated into normal, model, acupuncture Heart Meridian group and acup Lung Meridian group randomly. Acute myocardial ischemia rat model was made with ligation left anterior descending branch of the coronary artery. After model succeed, select hypothalamus seperately and mixed the same group together of 3 rats. Then applied Rats U230A genechip refered by Affymetrix Co. to compare the variations between these groups. Results: To compare with normal group, differential expression genes and expression sequence tags (ESTs) in model group were 73 with signal log ratio ≥ 1 and 92 with signal log ratio ≤-1 , mainly included ion channel, calcium/ calmodulin-dependent protein kinase Ⅱ inhibitor, antigen and so on. Similarly, compared with model group, differential expression genes and expression sequence tags (ESTs) were 190 with signal log ratio ≥ 1 and 34 with signal log ratio ≤-1 in acupuncture Heart Meridian group, mainly included 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor, cellular metabolism, fatty, immuno reaction, G-protein coupled receptors, ion transport, signal transductions and so on, while in acupucnturc Lung Meridian, the number is 57 and 26 correspondly. Conclusion: There were exactly variations in hypothalamus mechanism that relate to acupuncture Heart and Lung Meridians. 展开更多

It has been demonstrated that an important clinical phenomenon often associated with visceral diseases is the referred pain to somatic structures, especially to the body areaof homo-segmental innervation. It is interesting that the somatic foci of cardiac referred pain wereoften and mainly distributed along the heart meridian (HM), whereas the acupoints of HM havebeen applied to treat cardiac disease since ancient times. The purpose of this study was to inves-tigate the neural relationship between the cardiac referred pain and the heart meridian.Fluorescent triple-labeling was injected into the pericardium, some acupoints of HM and lung me-ridian (LM, for control). The responses of the left cardiac sympathetic nerve and of the EMG in left HM and LM were electrophysiologically studied, when the electrical stimuli were applied to the acupoints of left HM and to the left cardiac sympathetic nerve. More double-labeled neurons in HM-heart, not in LM-heart, were observed in the ipsilateral dorsal root ganglia of the spinal segments C8-T3. Electric stimulation of the acupoints of left HM was able to elicit more responses of left cardiac sympathetic nerve than that of the LM-acupoints. Electric stimulation of the left cardiac sympathetic nerve resulted in stronger activities of EMG-response in the acupoints of left HM than in LM-acupoints. We conclude that double-labeling study has provided direct evidence for the existence of dichotomizing afferent fibers that supply both the pericardium and HM. Electrophysiological results show that HM is more closely related functionally to heart. These findings provide a possible morphological and physiological explanation for the referred cardiac pain and HM-heart interrelation. 展开更多

目的:探讨电针心经/心包经对阿尔茨海默病大鼠学习记忆能力及心脏HO-1、Aβ1-42表达的影响。方法:选用SD大鼠35只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、心包经组、心经组,每组7只。分别对模型组、心包经组、心经组大鼠采用双侧海马内注射... 目的:探讨电针心经/心包经对阿尔茨海默病大鼠学习记忆能力及心脏HO-1、Aβ1-42表达的影响。方法:选用SD大鼠35只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、心包经组、心经组,每组7只。分别对模型组、心包经组、心经组大鼠采用双侧海马内注射0.9%氯化钠溶液和Aβ1-42法建立AD模型。成模后对心包经组、心经组进行电针干预,正常组、假手术组、模型组捆绑处理,不进行电针刺激。治疗结束后运用Morris水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力、HE染色法观察大鼠心肌组织病理改变、免疫组化法和免疫印迹法检测大鼠心肌HO-1和Aβ1-42蛋白表达情况。结果:假手术组各项指标与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠的逃避潜伏期明显延长,第二象限百分比、跨越平台次数减少,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。心肌纤维排列紊乱,炎症反应明显,HO-1蛋白表达下调,而Aβ1-42蛋白表达增加,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与模型组比较,心经组、心包经组大鼠各项异常指标均得到改善,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与心经组比较,心包经组的逃避潜伏期缩短,第二象限百分比和跨越平台次数增加,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。心经组HO-1与Aβ1-42蛋白表达与心包经组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针心经/心包经可改善阿尔茨海默病大鼠空间学习记忆能力,其作用机制可能与上调HO-1表达,减轻Aβ1-42神经毒性损伤有关。 展开更多

目的观察电针对阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠学习记忆能力的影响,基于蛋白质组学探讨其潜在作用机制。方法36只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、心经穴组,每组12只。于双侧海马CA1区注射β淀粉样蛋白1-42建立AD大鼠模型,假手术组注射... 目的观察电针对阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠学习记忆能力的影响,基于蛋白质组学探讨其潜在作用机制。方法36只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、心经穴组,每组12只。于双侧海马CA1区注射β淀粉样蛋白1-42建立AD大鼠模型,假手术组注射等体积生理盐水。心经穴组予相应穴位电针刺激,20 min/次,针刺6 d休息1 d,连续7周。Morris水迷宫实验评估大鼠学习记忆能力,串联质谱标签(TMT)标记定量蛋白质组学技术和生物信息学分析筛选差异表达蛋白及潜在功能,通过平行反应监测(PRM)验证差异蛋白表达。结果各组大鼠游泳速度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与假手术组比较,模型组Morris水迷宫实验逃避潜伏期显著延长(P<0.01);与模型组比较,心经穴组第2~4日逃避潜伏期均显著缩短(P<0.01)。TMT标记定量共鉴定出209个差异表达蛋白,其中有12个蛋白在3组间均有显著变化。GO注释涉及金属离子输运、钠离子传输、钠离子跨膜转运等生物过程,突触、突触前、突触囊泡等细胞组分,溶质:钠协同转运蛋白活性,有机酸:钠协同转运蛋白活性,氨基酸:阳离子转运体活性,氨基酸:钠转运蛋白活性等分子功能;KEGG分析显著富集于突触囊泡通路。PRM验证结果表明,电针心经穴可降低钠和氯依赖的GABA转运蛋白3(GAT3)表达,与TMT标记定量检测结果一致。结论电针心经穴可改善AD大鼠学习记忆能力,可能是通过调控突触囊泡通路上的突触转运体GAT3表达发挥神经保护作用。 展开更多

当归四逆汤合督脉灸治疗寒凝心脉型微血管性心绞痛疗效观察

目的研究当归四逆汤合督脉灸治疗寒凝心脉型微血管性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2022年6月—2022年12月医院诊治的寒凝心脉型微血管性心绞痛患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组进行常规治疗,治疗... 目的研究当归四逆汤合督脉灸治疗寒凝心脉型微血管性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2022年6月—2022年12月医院诊治的寒凝心脉型微血管性心绞痛患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用当归四逆汤合督脉灸治疗。治疗4周后观察两组患者的中医证候评分、心绞痛发作、运动平板试验、生化指标以评估疗效,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果依据中医证候评分进行疗效评定发现,治疗组总有效率(95.00%,38/40)显著高于对照组(80.00%,32/40)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者心绞痛发作情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者心绞痛发作次数明显减少、每次发作持续时间缩短、疼痛程度降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组疼痛程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组运动平板试验各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组总运动时间、ST段压低0.1 mV时间均明显延长(P<0.05),ST段压低幅度降低(P<0.05),且治疗组以上各项指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(lipoprotein-associated phospholipaseA2,Lp-PLA2)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2水平显著降低(P<0.05),并且治疗组hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为7.50%(3/40)、12.50%(5/40),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论当归四逆汤合督脉灸治疗寒凝心脉型微血管性心绞痛的临床疗效满意,能够有效改善患者各项中医证候,发挥镇痛抗炎作用,同时具有良好的安全性。 展开更多

慢性荨麻疹是儿科临床上常见皮肤病之一,属于皮肤黏膜血管反应性疾病,常反复发作,危害儿童的身心健康。其发病、演变及预后和络病学说密不可分。现从络病学说角度总结小儿慢性荨麻疹的基本病机为禀赋不耐,风邪搏于肌腠,营卫失和,络脉受... 慢性荨麻疹是儿科临床上常见皮肤病之一,属于皮肤黏膜血管反应性疾病,常反复发作,危害儿童的身心健康。其发病、演变及预后和络病学说密不可分。现从络病学说角度总结小儿慢性荨麻疹的基本病机为禀赋不耐,风邪搏于肌腠,营卫失和,络脉受损而发。初期治疗方法应以祛邪通络为主,以祛除风邪为要,同时可结合运用散寒、清热、解毒、除湿等法以疏经通络,祛内邪,通达络脉;结合心部于表理论,注重调理心;恢复期应以扶正养络为要,以固本扶正、祛邪兼顾。无论在早期或后期治疗过程常贯穿活血化瘀法。 展开更多

经络刮痧联合中药热奄包改善慢性心力衰竭患者营养状况的疗效观察

目的探讨经络刮痧联合中药热奄包改善慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者营养状况的疗效观察。方法选取医院2022年10月~2024年4月收治的CHF伴食欲减退患者100例,以随机数表法分为对照组(50例)、观察组(50例);对照组予常规干预,观察组基于对照组予经... 目的探讨经络刮痧联合中药热奄包改善慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者营养状况的疗效观察。方法选取医院2022年10月~2024年4月收治的CHF伴食欲减退患者100例,以随机数表法分为对照组(50例)、观察组(50例);对照组予常规干预,观察组基于对照组予经络刮痧联合中药热奄包干预;对比两组营养状况、疲乏状态、生活质量及不良发应。结果干预后,观察组血红蛋白、前白蛋白、总白蛋白水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组简短疲乏量表(BFI)评分较对照组低,WHO生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CHF患者采用经络刮痧联合中药热奄包干预可改善营养状况,减轻疲乏状态,提升生活质量,且安全性好。 展开更多

基于径向脉搏波分析探讨冠心病合并高血压的中医病机

目的通过比较冠心病患者径向脉搏波谐波指标的差异,阐释冠心病合并高血压的中医病机。方法采集2022年12月至2023年6月于北京中医药大学第三附属医院心血管科住院且已明确诊断冠心病的183例患者资料,根据是否合并高血压,将研究对象分为... 目的通过比较冠心病患者径向脉搏波谐波指标的差异,阐释冠心病合并高血压的中医病机。方法采集2022年12月至2023年6月于北京中医药大学第三附属医院心血管科住院且已明确诊断冠心病的183例患者资料,根据是否合并高血压,将研究对象分为高血压组(113例)、非高血压组(70例)。运用脉诊仪采集研究对象径向脉搏波数据,通过傅立叶变换计算径向谐波指标,研究脉搏波谐波指标和冠心病合并高血压情况的相关性,从而分析冠心病合并高血压的中医病机。结果高血压组和非高血压组患者C0(心)、C1(肝)、C2(肾)、C3(脾)、C4(肺)、C5(胃)和C7(膀胱)比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。但高血压组C6(胆)高于非高血压组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,C6是冠心病高血压发病的危险因素(OR=1.011,P<0.05)。结论径向脉搏波C6对应的胆经状态越实,冠心病合并高血压的风险越高,考虑冠心病合并高血压背后的中医病机是胆气郁结,相火偏盛。 展开更多

失眠又称“不寐”,引起不寐的原因很多,但总与心神受扰密切相关,常认为失眠的病机有虚实两端,一为正虚,一为邪实,而邪实又易乘虚内陷,初受邪扰心包常代心受邪,邪扰心神;又“肝藏血,血舍魂”,魂为随神气而往来的精神活动,血为魂之归舍,... 失眠又称“不寐”,引起不寐的原因很多,但总与心神受扰密切相关,常认为失眠的病机有虚实两端,一为正虚,一为邪实,而邪实又易乘虚内陷,初受邪扰心包常代心受邪,邪扰心神;又“肝藏血,血舍魂”,魂为随神气而往来的精神活动,血为魂之归舍,血又运行于脉中,且心生血,脉助血行,因此肝所藏之血由心神所主宰而调动外出,若魂神受扰不安则不寐。随着现代生活方式的改变,易产生肝气不疏,继而气郁化热与气滞血瘀,热与血瘀相合形成瘀热,厥阴瘀热导致神魂不安的失眠越来越常见。文章以厥阴瘀热夹痰或湿浊引发失眠的病因病机和治疗进行阐述。 展开更多
