The personalized recommendation of the cloud platform for agricultural knowledge and agricultural intelligent service is one of the core technologies for the development of smart agriculture.Revealing the implicit laws and dynamic characteristics of agricultural knowledge demand is a key problem to be solved urgently.In order to enhance the matching ability of knowledge recommendation and service in human-computer interaction of cloud platform,the mechanism of agricultural knowledge intelligent recommendation service integrated with context-aware model was analyzed.By combining context data acquisition,data analysis and matching,and personalized knowledge recommendation,a framework for agricultural knowledge recommendation service is constructed to improve the ability to extract multidimensional information features and predict sequence data.Using the cloud platform for agricultural knowledge and agricultural intelligent service,this research aims to deliver interesting video service content to users in order to solve key problems faced by farmers,including planting technology,disease control,expert advice,etc.Then the knowledge needs of different users can be met and user satisfaction can be improved. 展开更多

With the development of vehicles towards intelligence and connectivity,vehicular data is diversifying and growing dramatically.A task allocation model and algorithm for heterogeneous Intelligent Connected Vehicle(ICV)applications are proposed for the dispersed computing network composed of heterogeneous task vehicles and Network Computing Points(NCPs).Considering the amount of task data and the idle resources of NCPs,a computing resource scheduling model for NCPs is established.Taking the heterogeneous task execution delay threshold as a constraint,the optimization problem is described as the problem of maximizing the utilization of computing resources by NCPs.The proposed problem is proven to be NP-hard by using the method of reduction to a 0-1 knapsack problem.A many-to-many matching algorithm based on resource preferences is proposed.The algorithm first establishes the mutual preference lists based on the adaptability of the task requirements and the resources provided by NCPs.This enables the filtering out of un-schedulable NCPs in the initial stage of matching,reducing the solution space dimension.To solve the matching problem between ICVs and NCPs,a new manyto-many matching algorithm is proposed to obtain a unique and stable optimal matching result.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can improve the resource utilization of NCPs by an average of 9.6%compared to the reference scheme,and the total performance can be improved by up to 15.9%. 展开更多

In the traditional well log depth matching tasks,manual adjustments are required,which means significantly labor-intensive for multiple wells,leading to low work efficiency.This paper introduces a multi-agent deep reinforcement learning(MARL)method to automate the depth matching of multi-well logs.This method defines multiple top-down dual sliding windows based on the convolutional neural network(CNN)to extract and capture similar feature sequences on well logs,and it establishes an interaction mechanism between agents and the environment to control the depth matching process.Specifically,the agent selects an action to translate or scale the feature sequence based on the double deep Q-network(DDQN).Through the feedback of the reward signal,it evaluates the effectiveness of each action,aiming to obtain the optimal strategy and improve the accuracy of the matching task.Our experiments show that MARL can automatically perform depth matches for well-logs in multiple wells,and reduce manual intervention.In the application to the oil field,a comparative analysis of dynamic time warping(DTW),deep Q-learning network(DQN),and DDQN methods revealed that the DDQN algorithm,with its dual-network evaluation mechanism,significantly improves performance by identifying and aligning more details in the well log feature sequences,thus achieving higher depth matching accuracy. 展开更多

According to the structural features of traffic images,the introduced algorithm selects the image atoms in a fast and flexible way from an over-complete image dictionary to adaptively match the local structures of traffic images and therefore to implement the sparse decomposition. As compared with the traditional method and a genetic algorithm of matching pursuit by using extensive experiments,the differential evolution achieves much higher quality of traffic images with much less computational time,which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

There are numerous application areas of computing similarity between process models.It includes finding similar models from a repository,controlling redundancy of process models,and finding corresponding activities between a pair of process models.The similarity between two process models is computed based on their similarity between labels,structures,and execution behaviors.Several attempts have been made to develop similarity techniques between activity labels,as well as their execution behavior.However,a notable problem with the process model similarity is that two process models can also be similar if there is a structural variation between them.However,neither a benchmark dataset exists for the structural similarity between process models nor there exist an effective technique to compute structural similarity.To that end,we have developed a large collection of process models in which structural changes are handcrafted while preserving the semantics of the models.Furthermore,we have used a machine learning-based approach to compute the similarity between a pair of process models having structural and label differences.Finally,we have evaluated the proposed approach using our generated collection of process models. 展开更多

为提升自动导引小车在“货到人”仓库中的运行效率,针对AGV-托盘任务分配、单AGV路径规划及多AGV碰撞避免三个子问题的研究,以最小化AGV行驶距离为目标构建数学模型。首先,根据AGV与托盘的双边匹配问题特点设计改进的匈牙利算法求解匹... 为提升自动导引小车在“货到人”仓库中的运行效率,针对AGV-托盘任务分配、单AGV路径规划及多AGV碰撞避免三个子问题的研究,以最小化AGV行驶距离为目标构建数学模型。首先,根据AGV与托盘的双边匹配问题特点设计改进的匈牙利算法求解匹配结果。其次,提出一种二维编码机制的改进遗传算法(improved genetic algorithm,IGA),采用一种局部搜索算子代替原变异操作,在提高算法搜索性能的基础上使其成功应用于单AGV路径规划问题。然后,利用时空数据设计一种三维网格冲突检测方法,并根据商品SKU数量设定AGV的优先级以降低多AGV执行任务时的碰撞概率。最后,在32 m×22 m的仓库中针对不考虑碰撞与考虑碰撞两种情形进行AGV路径优化分析,给出合理的行驶距离和碰撞次数。IGA与标准遗传算法的对比结果显示,IGA能够在合理的时间内获得更高质量的解,行驶距离减少约1.74%,算法求解时间缩短约37.07%。此外,针对AGV数量灵敏度分析,在不同目标托盘规模下测试不同数量的AGV对行驶距离和碰撞次数的影响,发现14~16台AGV数量是最佳配置,验证了模型的可行性和算法的有效性。 展开更多

To adress the problems of insufficient consideration of charging pile resource limitations,discrete-time scheduling methods that do not meet the actual demand and insufficient descriptions of peak-shaving response capability in current electric vehicle(EV)opti-mization scheduling,edge intelligence-oriented electric vehicle optimization scheduling and charging station peak-shaving response capability assessment methods are proposed on the basis of the consideration of electric vehicle and charging pile matching.First,an edge-intelligence-oriented electric vehicle regulation frame for charging stations is proposed.Second,continuous time variables are used to represent the available charging periods,establish the charging station controllable EV load model and the future available charging pile mathematical model,and establish the EV and charging pile matching matrix and constraints.Then,with the goal of maximizing the user charging demand and reducing the charging cost,the charging station EV optimal scheduling model is established,and the EV peak response capacity assessment model is further established by considering the EV load shifting constraints under different peak response capacities.Finally,a typical scenario of a real charging station is taken as an example for the analysis of optimal EV scheduling and peak shaving response capacity,and the proposed method is compared with the traditional method to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method. 展开更多

We advance here a novel methodology for robust intelligent biometric information management with inferences and predictions made using randomness and complexity concepts. Intelligence refers to learning, adap- tation, and functionality, and robustness refers to the ability to handle incomplete and/or corrupt adversarial information, on one side, and image and or device variability, on the other side. The proposed methodology is model-free and non-parametric. It draws support from discriminative methods using likelihood ratios to link at the conceptual level biometrics and forensics. It further links, at the modeling and implementation level, the Bayesian framework, statistical learning theory (SLT) using transduction and semi-supervised lea- rning, and Information Theory (IY) using mutual information. The key concepts supporting the proposed methodology are a) local estimation to facilitate learning and prediction using both labeled and unlabeled data;b) similarity metrics using regularity of patterns, randomness deficiency, and Kolmogorov complexity (similar to MDL) using strangeness/typicality and ranking p-values;and c) the Cover – Hart theorem on the asymptotical performance of k-nearest neighbors approaching the optimal Bayes error. Several topics on biometric inference and prediction related to 1) multi-level and multi-layer data fusion including quality and multi-modal biometrics;2) score normalization and revision theory;3) face selection and tracking;and 4) identity management, are described here using an integrated approach that includes transduction and boosting for ranking and sequential fusion/aggregation, respectively, on one side, and active learning and change/ outlier/intrusion detection realized using information gain and martingale, respectively, on the other side. 考虑订单拆分策略的AGV拣选效率优化方法

为提高智能仓库系统中AGV的拣选效率,针对AGV订单拣选优化问题分为AGV-货架任务分配、多AGV无冲突路径规划两个子问题进行研究,根据订单特点引入订单拆分策略,并以最小化AGV完成所有订单的总时间为目标构建数学模型。首先,设计了确定货... 为提高智能仓库系统中AGV的拣选效率,针对AGV订单拣选优化问题分为AGV-货架任务分配、多AGV无冲突路径规划两个子问题进行研究,根据订单特点引入订单拆分策略,并以最小化AGV完成所有订单的总时间为目标构建数学模型。首先,设计了确定货架优先级的AGV-货架任务分配算法(AGV-shelf task allocation algorithm, ASTA)求解匹配问题。然后,提出一种带有贪婪参数并嵌入冲突消解策略的改进Q-Learning算法,得到拆分策略下最优无冲突拣选路径方案。最后,通过在40 m×40 m仓库布局中的订单集数值实验对比分析,所提算法与现有的两种算法对比结果显示,AGV完成所有订单的总时间分别平均减少11.63%和26.74%,验证了拆分策略的有效性,并且通过AGV使用数量、完成订单时间和路径冲突等待时间占比三个指标的对比验证了拆分策略和所提算法能有效缓解拥堵情况,减少行驶路径长度,提高拣选效率。此外,针对AGV数量灵敏度分析,在不同数量的AGV对行驶时间和路径冲突等待时间的影响方面,发现19台AGV数量是最佳配置,验证了模型的可行性和算法的有效性。 展开更多

随着海量移动和物联终端用户及其应用的爆发式涌现,迅速增加的网络流量对基于现有互联网架构设计的网络带来了严峻挑战。特别是对于空天网络,由于资源稀缺、时空分布不均,资源部署与需求不匹配,网络性能亟需优化提升。为解决以上问题,... 随着海量移动和物联终端用户及其应用的爆发式涌现,迅速增加的网络流量对基于现有互联网架构设计的网络带来了严峻挑战。特别是对于空天网络,由于资源稀缺、时空分布不均,资源部署与需求不匹配,网络性能亟需优化提升。为解决以上问题,本文构建了基于赛博孪生的天空地智能网络体系架构。该架构通过软件定义网络和资源虚拟化将物理资源抽象为虚拟资源,并采用边缘云技术将赛博孪生内生于网络边缘侧,使得网络更加灵活、具有更强的扩展性、更高的安全性。同时,本文利用匹配理论将资源分配问题转化为多参数、多玩家的匹配博弈问题,通过构建匹配模型并求解效用函数,提出了高效稳定的三边匹配算法,实现了资源分配的整体性能最优。仿真结果表明,本文方法可有效提升网络性能,实现资源的高效分配。 展开更多

针对传统测井曲线深度校正需要手动调整曲线,而对于多口井的深度校正工作量巨大,需要大量人工参与,且工作效率较低的问题,提出一种多智能体深度强化学习方法(MARL)来实现多条测井曲线自动深度匹配。该方法基于卷积神经网络(CNN)定义多... 针对传统测井曲线深度校正需要手动调整曲线,而对于多口井的深度校正工作量巨大,需要大量人工参与,且工作效率较低的问题,提出一种多智能体深度强化学习方法(MARL)来实现多条测井曲线自动深度匹配。该方法基于卷积神经网络(CNN)定义多个自上而下的双滑动窗口捕捉测井曲线上相似的特征序列,并设计一个智能体与环境的互动机制来控制深度匹配过程。通过双深度Q学习网络(DDQN)选取一个动作来平移或缩放测井特征序列,并利用反馈的奖励信号来评估每个动作的好坏,以学习到最优的控制策略达到提升深度校正精度的目的。研究表明,MARL方法可以自动完成多口井、不同测井曲线的深度校正任务,减少人工干预。在油田实例应用中,对比分析了动态时间规整(DTW)、深度Q学习网络(DQN)和DDQN等方法的测试结果,DDQN算法采用双网络评估机制有效改进了算法的性能,能够识别和对齐测井曲线特征序列上更多的细节,具有较高的深度匹配精度。 展开更多

针对非结构化内河航道激光点云有效特征难以提取,导致回环检测准确率低的问题,提出一种基于反射强度扫描内容的回环检测算法。该算法首先提出了基于点云反射强度的全局描述子方法,对经过预处理后的点云进行反射强度校正,降低点云畸变影... 针对非结构化内河航道激光点云有效特征难以提取,导致回环检测准确率低的问题,提出一种基于反射强度扫描内容的回环检测算法。该算法首先提出了基于点云反射强度的全局描述子方法,对经过预处理后的点云进行反射强度校正,降低点云畸变影响;然后提出了基于ISC描述子的快速回环检测方法,将点云的反射强度扫描内容作为全局描述子,以增加有效特征点云;最后研究了基于帧-子地图匹配的回环位姿变换方法,并搭建了一套船载激光SLAM软硬件系统平台验证了上述算法的可行性。实验结果表明,文中的回环检测算法准确率提升了20%,处理时间减少了24%,说明该算法在提高检测速度的同时还提升了建图的精度。 展开更多

[目的/意义]深入理解科研合作多样性和文献新颖性间的因果关系,对指导科技工作者团队建设、促进我国基础性研究的原创性成果重大突破具有重要意义。[研究设计/方法]从人口特征和任务两方面出发,研究合作者团队的性别多样性、学术年龄多样性、机构多样性、学科多样性以及主题多样性对文献新颖性的影响,并以人工智能领域的科技文献为研究对象,综合相关分析、主效应回归和基于广义匹配的因果效应估计三种方法进行实证分析。[结论/发现]在人工智能领域,科研合作在学术年龄、学科和主题维度的多样性与文献新颖性间存在因果效应。通过增加合作者学术年龄(SATT=7.66%)、学科(SATT=5.98%)或主题(SATT=3.3%)分布的差异性程度,可以提高合作文献的新颖性程度,且科研合作主题多样性效应高于学术年龄多样性及学科多样性。[创新/价值]揭示了科研合作多样性和文献新颖性间因果关联,为人工智能和其他交叉领域的科研团队建设或科研项目评审提供参考。 展开更多

智能驾驶技术作为新一代智能交通系统的核心之一,受到了广泛关注。其中,感知融合技术在实现智能驾驶的精准定位和环境感知中起着至关重要的作用。在感知融合中使用的立体匹配算法更是关乎智能驾驶的安全性和准确性,是智能驾驶环境感知... 智能驾驶技术作为新一代智能交通系统的核心之一,受到了广泛关注。其中,感知融合技术在实现智能驾驶的精准定位和环境感知中起着至关重要的作用。在感知融合中使用的立体匹配算法更是关乎智能驾驶的安全性和准确性,是智能驾驶环境感知领域中重要的技术环节。针对智能驾驶汽车在硬件方面算力不足,但对立体匹配算法实时性和精度均有较高要求的问题,文章基于GwcNet,为智能驾驶环境感知模块设计了一种轻量化的立体匹配算法。利用ACV模型替代GwcNet立体匹配算法中参数量、运算量最大的3D卷积模块,使得算法的实时性和精度得到提升。为了进一步减少网络复杂度,减小ACV模块中的网络参数,提出一个Fast-ACV模型。最后在KITTI 2015数据集中对立体匹配算法进行对比分析。结果表明,所提出的轻量化GwcNet立体匹配算法在精度和实时性上均优于GwcNet算法。 展开更多
