A polymer, [NiL(bipy)·2H2O]n(1, bipy = 4,4ˊ-bipyridine), has been acquired by the reaction of Ni(OAc)2·4H2O with N,Nˊ-bis(2-hydroxyl-5-fluorobenzyl)-2-hydrxylpropane dii- mine in the presence of 4,... A polymer, [NiL(bipy)·2H2O]n(1, bipy = 4,4ˊ-bipyridine), has been acquired by the reaction of Ni(OAc)2·4H2O with N,Nˊ-bis(2-hydroxyl-5-fluorobenzyl)-2-hydrxylpropane dii- mine in the presence of 4,4ˊ-bipyridine. X-ray crystallographic analysis shows that it is comprised of a mononuclear Ni(Ⅱ) complex [NiL] linked by 4,4ˊ-bipyridine. Its crystal crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group C2/c with a = 22.595(3), b = 18.395(2), c = 15.434(2) , V = 6155(1)3, Dc = 1.259 g/cm-3, Z = 8, Mr = 583.23, F(000) = 2416.0, μ(MoKa) = 0.681 mm-1, S = 1.049, R = 0.0512 and wR = 0.1108 for 6032 observed reflections(I 〉 2σ(I)). There are water hexamers in the complex. A weak overall ferromagnetic behavior has been evaluated by Curie-Weiss rule and by the formula of alternating ferro-ferromagnetic coupling in one-dimensional Ni(Ⅱ) chain, which gives g = 2.005(1) and J1 = 0.31(3) cm-1. 展开更多

Two cobalt coordination polymers with the same 2D structure have been hydrothermally synthesized based on two bifunctional ligands with tetrazole and phosphonate(phosphonic acid) groups,namely,diethyl 4-(2H-1,2,3,4-tetrazol-5-yl) benzylphosphonate(C_2H_5-L1) and 4-(2H-1,2,3,4-tetrazol-5-yl)benzylphosphonic acid(H_2L2). The structures of the two complexes are characterized by elemental analysis,IR,TGA and X-ray single-crystal/powder diffraction. The pink block crystals of complex [Co(L1)(H_2O)]·H_2O(1) belong to the monoclinic system,space group C2/m with a = 20.8390(11),b = 7.2695(3),c = 10.0156(6) A,β = 109.773(7)°,V = 1427.80(13) A^3,Z = 4,D_c = 1.680 mg/cm^-3,M_r = 361.16,F(000) = 740,R = 0.0316 and wR = 0.0826 for 1702 observed reflections(I 〉 2σ(I)). The purple block crystals of complex [Co(L2)(H_2O)]·2H_2O(2) also belong to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 25.5382(16),b = 7.3844(3),c = 15.1925(11) A,β = 124.238(9)°,V = 2368.6(2) A^3,Z = 8,D_c = 1.969 mg/cm^-3,M_r = 351.12,F(000) = 1432,R = 0.0475,wR = 0.1617 for 2088 observed reflections(I 〉 2σ(I)). Both the nitrogen atoms of tetrazole group and oxygen atoms of phosphonate(phosphonic acid) groups in the ligands coordinated with the metal cobalt. 利用三氰基铁酸盐(Bu_(4)N)[FeⅢ(Tp)(CN)_(3)](Tp=氢化三(1-吡唑基)硼酸)与配体2,9-二吡唑基-1,10-菲咯啉(dpzpen)以及高氯酸镍反应合成了一例氰根桥联的Fe^(Ⅲ)_(4)Ni^(Ⅱ)_(2)六核配合物[Fe_(4)Ni_(2)(Tp)_(4)(CN)_(12)(dpzpen)_(2)]... 利用三氰基铁酸盐(Bu_(4)N)[FeⅢ(Tp)(CN)_(3)](Tp=氢化三(1-吡唑基)硼酸)与配体2,9-二吡唑基-1,10-菲咯啉(dpzpen)以及高氯酸镍反应合成了一例氰根桥联的Fe^(Ⅲ)_(4)Ni^(Ⅱ)_(2)六核配合物[Fe_(4)Ni_(2)(Tp)_(4)(CN)_(12)(dpzpen)_(2)]·12H_(2)O·3CH_(3)OH (1)。结构研究表明配合物1具有近似菱形的Fe^(Ⅲ)_(2)Ni^(Ⅱ)_(2)骨架结构,另外2个Fe则通过氰根延伸在菱形的外侧。磁性研究表明在配合物1中氰根桥联的Fe和Ni表现出铁磁相互作用。更为重要的是,基于配合物1的结构模型,对它的变温磁化率数据进行拟合得到了不同Fe-Ni之间的磁耦合常数,得到的最佳磁耦合常数J3d(15.73 cm^(-1))>J2d(3.53 cm^(-1))≈J1d(3.50 cm^(-1))与Ni-N键的键长以及Ni-N≡C键角的变化趋势有关(J3d:0.206 5 nm,169.8°;J2d:0.206 2 nm,163.1°;J1d:0.198 7 nm,161.6°)。以上结果表明Ni-N键长越短,Ni-N≡C键角越大,Fe与Ni之间的铁磁耦合越强。 展开更多

The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.206(2), b = 10.337(4), c = 12.480(4) , α = 89.887(11), β = 77.033(9), γ = 78.349(6)o, V = 886.3(5) 3, Z = 1, C36H30Ni2N6O16, Mr = 920.08, Dc = 1.724 g cm-3, F(000) = 472, μ = 1.152 mm-1, the final R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.1163 for 3372 observed reflections with I 2σ(Ⅰ). The two Ni(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by two 4-nitrophthalates both in a bis-monodentate mode. For HL: crystal structure determination indicates that there are two independent HLs with different conformations in one asymmetric unit. For complex 1: the Ni(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated by two carbonyl oxygen atoms from pyrazolone ring,two nitrogen atoms from different HL′ and two oxygen atoms from L-Leucine ethyl ester to form a distorted octahedral geometry. In 1, the Cu(ll) ion adopts a slightly distorted five-coordinated square pyramidal geometry. The L2- ligand adopts O of the carboxyl bridging adjacent Cu(Ⅱ)units to form an infinite chain structure along the c axis. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group Pn with a = 8.405(1), b = 9.995(1), c = 9.996(2) ? b = 104.479(2), V = 813.0(2) ?, Dc = 1.467 g/cm3, C14H12N4O4Co, Mr = 359.21, F(000) = 366, m = 1.079 mm-1, Z = 2, R = 0.0483 and wR = 0.1209 for 1583 observed reflections (I > 2s(I)). In the title complex, the Co(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by o-phthalate ligands in a bidentate mode, producing a zigzag infinite chain structure. Each four-coordinated cobalt(Ⅱ) center was coordinated by two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms to give a distorted tetrahedral geometry. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.163(2), b = 21.943(4), c = 9.6381(19) A, β = 113.92(3)°, V= 2158.2(7) A3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.518 g/cm^3, Mr = 493.31, F(000) =1004, R = 0.0303 and wR = 0.0808 for 3614 observed reflections (I〉 2σ(I)). A novel coordination polymer, [Cd2Cl4(bpme)]n·n(H2O) (1, bpme=2,5-bis(be-nzoimidazol-2-yl)pyrazine), has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the complex belongs to the triclinic system, space group P , with a=7.0737(9), b=8.7886(11), c=9.4561(12) , α=105.3580(10), β=94.981(2), γ=96.879(2)°, V=558.46(12) 3, Mr=714.97, Z=1, F(000)=346, Dc=2.126 g/cm3, μ=2.412 mm-1, T=296(2) K, S=1.057, R=0.0533 and wR=0.1480. According to the structural analysis, the Cd(Ⅱ) ion adopts a slightly distorted six-coordinated octahedral geometry. The Cd(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by four Cl atoms along the a direction, forming infinite straight chains which are further constructed to generate 2D network layer structures through the μ4-N bpme ligand in the b direction, and such 2D network layer structures finally form a novel three-dimensional infinite supramolecular framework through weak π-π stacking between two network layers and hydrogen bonds. 展开更多
