Background: Galliformes are widely distributed throughout the world and economically important to humans as domesticated animals or gamebirds. They are at a unique position for advancing knowledge and techniques of wi...Background: Galliformes are widely distributed throughout the world and economically important to humans as domesticated animals or gamebirds. They are at a unique position for advancing knowledge and techniques of wildlife conservation as the barometer of the status of applied ecology. Populations of many galliform species have declined mainly due to habitat loss and over-hunting. An assessment of knowledge of Galliformes could help to provide guidelines for future research and conservation strategies.Methods: Using the Web of Science search engine, we conducted a literature review of galliform-related articles published from 1990 to 2016. We used the "research area" option to filter articles focused on the zoology, environmental sciences ecology, biodiversity conservation, forestry, behavioral sciences, reproductive biology, biochemistry and molecular biology, cell biology, genetics and heredity, evolutionary biology, physiology and developmental biology. We then checked duplication based on the title, abstract and full text. In addition, we examined the reference lists of selected studies to include the publications that were missed by above searching.Results: We retained 1874 articles related to the Galliformes from the initial 243,128 publications that were found. About 91.4% focused on one or two species, and 85.0% were conducted within a short duration, typically 1–2 years. The majority of the articles concentrated on macroscopic ecology(55.5%), mainly focusing on habitat selection or habitat use. With recent advances of molecular biology, the studies of taxonomy and phylogenetics rose quickly in last two decades. The study of physiology and biochemistry was no longer limited to simple description but expanded to the mechanisms of phenotype and micro-evolutionary potential. An additional area receiving increasing attention is the conservation of Galliformes, with the assessment of the conservation status and conservation management effectiveness of Galliformes(e.g. species diversity and genetic diversity) becoming the focus.Conclusions: The studies on Galliformes have made great achievements since 1990, but there are still gaps, particularly in macroscopic ecology, molecular genetics, and conservation. There is an urgent need to enhance long-term monitoring and analysis of population dynamics, and applying different disciplines to galliform conservation. Moreover, life history information of many galliform species is still lacking, which has hindered conservation efforts and effectiveness. In addition, multidiscipline studies and new technologies are not common for galliform studies, and should be encouraged.展开更多

In China,the connection between coal utilization and environmental pollution has been increasingly evident due to the rapid growth in energy consumption.Clean coal technology(CCT)is one of the effective methods to add...In China,the connection between coal utilization and environmental pollution has been increasingly evident due to the rapid growth in energy consumption.Clean coal technology(CCT)is one of the effective methods to address coal-associated pollution.However,CCT needs the practical and theoretical support of clean coal geology(CCG).In this paper,a new definition of CCG is proposed,based on the definitions of coal,coal geology,and CCT,combined with the development of national CCG.CCG is the discipline comprehensively researching the genesis,nature,distribution,cleaning potential,clean utilization and environmental effects of resources(coal,coal bed methane,and other coal-associated resources)that can be cleaned by CCT.The research content of CCG is discussed from different aspects,such as cleaning potential evaluation,geological guarantee for coal mining,ash yields and sulfur contents,trace elements,pollution caused by coal,and mine reclamation.The progress of CCG in China is also briefly divided into four stages and delineated.Finally,scientific problems in CCG are summarized and an outlook for CCG is given.展开更多

Polar upper atmospheric observations started at this time. First began at Great Wall Station and then at Zhongshan Station in Antarctica, and later in the Arctic at Yellow River Station, Kjell Henriksen Observatory on Svalbard, and at the China-Iceland Joint Aurora Observatory in Iceland. In this paper, we reviewed the advances in polar upper atmosphere physics(UAP) based on the Chinese national Arctic and Antarctic research over the last five years. These included newly deployed observatories and research instruments in the Arctic and Antarctic; and new research findings, from ground-based observations, about polar ionosphere dynamics, aurora and particle precipitation, polar plasma convection, geomagnetic pulsations and space plasma waves, space weather in the polar regions, simulations of the polar ionosphere-magnetosphere. In conclusion, suggestions were made for future polar upper atmosphere physics research in China.展开更多

Routine diagnosis of rabies include clinical symptoms,while a final diagnosis depends on laboratory diagnostic methods,such as etiological diagnosis,serological diagnosis and molecular biological diagnosis. As a zoonotic infectious disease,rabies presents a global distribution situation,and the deaths caused by rabies virus infection in China ranks the second place in the world. Therefore,strengthening the recognition of disease etiology and epidemiology is very important to comprehensive prevention measures of rabies. The author mainly introduced the research progress on pathogen,epidemiology and diagnosis technology of rabies virus at home and abroad. This paper introduced the research progress of PAE antibodies and their rapid immunoassay technology,and performed evaluation,in order to provide guidance and help for the development and application of PAE rapid detection technology.

文摘Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi( AMF) can enhance plant stress resistance against biological and abiotic factors,playing an important role in increasing crop yield and reducing pesticide use. It is also of great development potential in agriculture,horticulture,forestry and environmental remediation. We summarized preparation of AMF inoculants from the components of inoculant preparation system,including mycorrhizal fungi,host plants,culture matrix and nutrition,and pointed out the direction and prospect of inoculants market in the future.

文摘Preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), as a new assisted reproductive technology which can select normal embryos for transplantation combined with in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)through the analysis of genetic materials before embryo implantation, holds a more and more important position in the diagnosis of genetic diseases and has made an important significance to the Aristogenics.PGD is an important aspect of assisted reproduction technology(ART)with its rapid development. Continuous appearances and comprehensive applications of new methods and technologies have greatly developed the PGD. In this review, we introduce some new methods and their principles about the new research advances of PGD.

文摘In recent years,the incidence of ischemic stroke has been increasing.Patients are prone to many complications after half a year of onset or has slow recovery of neuromotor function of one limb on one side of hemiplegia.The clinical effect of acupuncture in treating this disease is remarkable.According to research,acupuncture combined with medication and rehabilitation can reduce the degree of nerve defects in the early stage of the disease,improve daily life,and improve prognosis.This article summarizes the research on acupuncture in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke for future reference.

文摘Rabies is a zoonosis caused by rabies virus,which has been characterized by infection of central nervous system. Rabies virus,which can cause fatal infections in humans and other mammals,has the characteristic of neurotropism,and the mortality caused by rabies is almost 100%. Routine diagnosis of rabies include clinical symptoms,while a final diagnosis depends on laboratory diagnostic methods,such as etiological diagnosis,serological diagnosis and molecular biological diagnosis. As a zoonotic infectious disease,rabies presents a global distribution situation,and the deaths caused by rabies virus infection in China ranks the second place in the world. Therefore,strengthening the recognition of disease etiology and epidemiology is very important to comprehensive prevention measures of rabies. The author mainly introduced the research progress on pathogen,epidemiology and diagnosis technology of rabies virus at home and abroad. In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared respectively,in order to provide a scientific basis for further study and rapid diagnosis of rabies.

The research reviewed the application of HPLC-RID in the fields of quantitative determination of medicine and food,in order to lay a foundation for wider use of RID.
