AIM: To investigate whether 7-d triple therapies are still valid in populations with low levels of resistance.METHODS: A total of 1106 Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori)-positive patients were divided into three groups,ea...AIM: To investigate whether 7-d triple therapies are still valid in populations with low levels of resistance.METHODS: A total of 1106 Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori)-positive patients were divided into three groups,each of which received one type of 7-d triple therapy. Therapeutic outcomes of the patients were assessed by the 13C-urea breath test at 8 wk after treatment. The susceptibility of H. pylori to antibiotics was determined by an agar-dilution method. Data analysis was performed by χ2 tests.RESULTS: The eradication rates in groups A,B and C were 90.71%(332/366),90.46%(313/346) and 90.87%(189/208),respectively(P = 0.986). The resistance rates were 8.91% for clarithromycin,14.78% for levofloxacin and 0% for amoxicillin. The eradication rate was significantly different between clarithromycin-and levofloxacin-resistant patients(P < 0.05) in group A. Patients whose treatment failed in group A also had a higher clarithromycin resistance rate than did successive patients(P = 0.034). However,levofloxacin resistance had no obvious influence on the eradication rate. Furthermore,three main antibiotics(clarithromycin,levofloxacin and amoxicillin) had lower DID(defined daily dose per 1000 inhabitants per day) in this city.CONCLUSION: Clarithromycin resistance is the main reason for the failure of 7-d triple therapy. In populations with low levels of resistance,a 7-d triple therapy is a viable choice. The choice of therapy should not be influenced by conditions in high antibiotic resistance regions.展开更多
AIM:To detect whether the up-to-seven should be used as inclusion criteria for liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma.METHODS:Between April 2002 and July 2008,220hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients who w...AIM:To detect whether the up-to-seven should be used as inclusion criteria for liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma.METHODS:Between April 2002 and July 2008,220hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients who were diagnosed with HCC and underwent liver transplantation(LT)at our liver transplantation center were included.These patients were divided into three groups according to the characteristics of their tumors(tumor diameter,tumor number):the Milan criteria group(Group 1),the in up-to-seven group(Group 2)and the out up-toseven group(Group 3).Then,we compared long-term survival and tumor recurrence of these three groups.RESULTS:The baseline characteristics of transplant recipients were comparable among these three groups,except for the type of liver graft(deceased donor liver transplant or live donor liver transplantation).There were also no significant differences in the pre-operativeα-fetoprotein level.The 1-,3-,and 5-year overall survival and tumor-free survival rate for the Milan criteriagroup were 94.8%,91.4%,89.7%and 91.4%,86.2%,and 86.2%respectively;in the up-to-seven criteria group,these rates were 87.8%,77.8%,and 76.6%and 85.6%,75.6%,and 75.6%respectively(P<0.05).However,the advanced HCC patients’(in the group out of up-to-seven criteria)overall and tumor-free survival rates were much lower,at 75%,53.3%,and 50%and65.8%,42.5%,and 41.7%,respectively(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Considering that patients in the up-toseven criteria group exhibited a considerable but lower survival rate compared with the Milan criteria group,the up-to-seven criteria should be used carefully and selectively.展开更多

The seven basic quality tools are Check Sheet, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram, Control Chart, Flowchart and Scatter Diagram. They were implemented in various steps of the process in order to define the problems, measure its impacts, find out its root causes and solve these problems to ensure the production of non-defective items. The study shows how the seven basic tools of quality are very useful and effective in identifying and removal of defects from the manufacturing process. Droughts and floods o...The research on the characteristic frequency of precipitation is a great significance for guiding regional agricultural planning, water conservancy project designs, and drought and flood control. Droughts and floods occurred in northern Weihe Loess Plateau, affecting growing and yield of winter wheat in the area. Based on the daily precipitation data of 29 meteorological stations from 1981 to 2012, this study is to address the analysis of three different frequencies of annual precipitation at 5%, 50%, and 95%, and to determine the amount of rainfall excess and water shortage during seven growth stages of winter wheat at 5%, 10%, and 20% frequencies, respectively. Pearson type III curve was selected for this study to analyze the distribution frequency of annual rainfall and rainfall amount following seven growth stages of winter wheat crop in 29 stations of Northern Weihe loess plateau. As a result of our study, annual precipitation is gradually increasing from southwest to northeast of Northern Weihe loess plateau. The highest amount of annual precipitation occurred in the Baoji area and the lowest precipitation covered by the northwest area of Northern Weihe loess plateau. Moreover, the amount of rainfall of seven growth stages indicates that excessive rainfall occurs not only in the first stage (sowing to tillering) and seventh stage (flowering to ripening) but also in second stage (tillering to wintering). In the seventh stage, a large amount of excessive rainfall occurred in Changwu, Bin, Qianyang, Fengxiang, Baojiqu, and Baojixian. Moreover, water shortage is distributed in the third stage (from wintering to greening), the fourth stage (from greening to jointing), the fifth stage (from jointing to heading), and the sixth stage (from heading to flowering). Furthermore, the worst water shortages occurred in Hancheng, Heyang, Chengcheng, Pucheng, Dali, Tongchuan, and Fuping in the fourth stage (greening to jointing stage). Even though we study the crop water requirement under extreme rainfall conditions, the amount of rainwater still supply inadequate in some parts of the winter wheat growth stage. Therefore, this study provides main clues for the next step to study the irrigation water needs of winter wheat crops and to reduce agricultural risks in 29 counties in the northern loess plateau and other regions.展开更多

The amplifier's output average power is 60 W at ...We report a supercontinuum source generated in seven-core photonic crystal fibers(PCFs) pumped by a self-made all-fiber picosecond pulsed broadband fiber amplifier. The amplifier's output average power is 60 W at 1150 nm with spectral width of 260 nm, and its repetition rate is 8.47 MHz with pulse width of 221 ps. With two different lengths of seven-core PCF, different output powers and spectra are obtained. When a 10 m long seven-core PCF is chosen, the output supercontinuum covers the wavelength range from 620 nm to 1700 nm, with the output power of 11.7 W. With only 2 m long seven-core PCF used in the same experiment, the wavelength of the supercontinuum spans from 680 nm to 1700 nm,with the output power of 20.4 W. The results show that the pulse width is 385 ps in the 10 m long seven-core PCF and 255 ps in the 2 m long one, respectively, due to the normal dispersion of the PCF.展开更多

The four kinds of singularities of 2-DOF planar seven-bar linkages used in hybrid actuators are analyzed in detail by this method. Its five kinds of singular positions whose characteristics are discussed respectively are discovered. Three approaches are proposed on how to avoid the singular positions of planar multi-loop multi-DOF linkages. Based on the assemblability of planar single-loop N-bar chains or linkages, the geometry conditions are investigated and discovered to avoid the singular positions of the linkages. In order to versify aforementioned conclusions, a case is given in which the singular curves are plotted and simulated.展开更多

Methods: The cDNA library was screened to isolate novel cDNA fragment. The structure of novel gene was analysed by computer software. Expression of EST 1 was analyzed by dot blot and Northern blotting. Intracellular localization was observed after EST 1 enhanced green fluorescence protein (EGFP) fusion gene was transfected into mammalian cells. Results: The full length cDNA of mouse EST 1 was 1 802 bp, with a 1 293 bp open reading frame encoding 431 amino acids. It was predicated that protein encoded by EST 1 contained a signal peptide sequence at the N terminus, seven putative transmembrane domains, and an ER retaining signal at the C terminus. EST 1 EGFP fusion protein showed an ER like intracellular distribution in mammalian cells. Expression pattern analysis showed that EST 1 is expressed in all tissues examined. Conclusion: EST 1 is encoding a putative seven span transmembrane protein localized in endoplasmic reticulum. EST 1 was expressed in all tissues examined, suggesting an essential function of EST 1 in cells.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the actions of cytokine profile in the immune cells by a seven amino acid peptide mimic from HVR1 of HCV (GQTYTSG,named 7P).Methods:The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 17 healt...Objective:To investigate the actions of cytokine profile in the immune cells by a seven amino acid peptide mimic from HVR1 of HCV (GQTYTSG,named 7P).Methods:The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 17 healthy blood donors were stimulated with 7P,and the cytokine levels in CD4+CD8-,CD4-CD8+ T cells,NK,NKT cells were analyzed by the intracellular cytokine staining.Results:The frequency of cells which secreted interferon-γ (IFN-γ) was found to be significantly increased in all cells,interleukin-10(IL-10) was significantly increased in CD4+CD8-,CD4-CD8+ T cells but decreased in NK,NKT cells,and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) was decreased in CD4+CD8-,CD4-CD8+ but increased in NK cells.Conclusion:7P could induce a cytokine profile in different immune cells in vitro and there was some difference between the CD4+CD8-,CD4-CD8+ T cells which represented the adaptive immunity cells and NK,NKT cells which represented the innate immunity cells.This kind of variation of cytokine profile might contribute to anti-virus and anti-inflammatory immune reaction.展开更多

In this study, we investigated the effect of an antibody against E3 ubiquitin ligase seven in absentia homolog 1(SIAH-1) in PC12 cells. 1-Methyl-4-phenylpyridinium(MPP+) treatment increased α-synuclein, E1 and SIAH-1...In this study, we investigated the effect of an antibody against E3 ubiquitin ligase seven in absentia homolog 1(SIAH-1) in PC12 cells. 1-Methyl-4-phenylpyridinium(MPP+) treatment increased α-synuclein, E1 and SIAH-1 protein levels in PC12 cells, and it reduced cell viability; however, there was no significant change in light chain 3 expression. Treatment with an SIAH-1 antibody decreased m RNA expression levels of α-synuclein, light chain 3 and SIAH-1, but increased E1 m RNA expression. It also increased cell viability. Combined treatment with MPP+ and rapamycin reduced SIAH-1 and α-synuclein levels. Treatment with SIAH-1 antibody alone diminished α-synuclein immunoreactivity in PC12 cells, and reduced the colocalization of α-synuclein and light chain 3. These findings suggest that the SIAH-1 antibody reduces the monoubiquitination and aggregation of α-synuclein, promoting its degradation by the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. Consequently, SIAH-1 may be a potential new therapeutic target for Parkinson's disease.展开更多

Moreover, the amount of rainfall of seven growth stages indicates that excessive rainfall occurs not only in the first stage (sowing to tillering) and seventh stage (flowering to ripening) but also in second stage (tillering to wintering). In the seventh stage, a large amount of excessive rainfall occurred in Changwu, Bin, Qianyang, Fengxiang, Baojiqu, and Baojixian. Moreover, water shortage is distributed in the third stage (from wintering to greening), the fourth stage (from greening to jointing), the fifth stage (from jointing to heading), and the sixth stage (from heading to flowering). Furthermore, the worst water shortages occurred in Hancheng, Heyang, Chengcheng, Pucheng, Dali, Tongchuan, and Fuping in the fourth stage (greening to jointing stage). Even though we study the crop water requirement under extreme rainfall conditions, the amount of rainwater still supply inadequate in some parts of the winter wheat growth stage. Therefore, this study provides main clues for the next step to study the irrigation water needs of winter wheat crops and to reduce agricultural risks in 29 counties in the northern loess plateau and other regions.
文摘Image is a term that mainly embodies in the composition of classical Chinese poetry(CCP). Effective translation of images is crucial to the grasp of original meanings in a poem. As aesthetic beauty is the primary concern in poetry,the conveyance of beauty in image has a direct impact in translation. To analyze translation strategies of imagery beauty,the theory of"translation levels"by Xu Jun is adopted as a criterion in comparing variant English versions of CCP in the aesthetic level. Images are selected from Seven-character quatrains typified for abundant sources of images,and features of images are put forward at the aesthetic level. Through the analysis,images are rendered by recreation of the sensuous and emotional beauty.

文摘We report a supercontinuum source generated in seven-core photonic crystal fibers(PCFs) pumped by a self-made all-fiber picosecond pulsed broadband fiber amplifier. The amplifier's output average power is 60 W at 1150 nm with spectral width of 260 nm, and its repetition rate is 8.47 MHz with pulse width of 221 ps. With two different lengths of seven-core PCF, different output powers and spectra are obtained. When a 10 m long seven-core PCF is chosen, the output supercontinuum covers the wavelength range from 620 nm to 1700 nm, with the output power of 11.7 W. With only 2 m long seven-core PCF used in the same experiment, the wavelength of the supercontinuum spans from 680 nm to 1700 nm,with the output power of 20.4 W. The results show that the pulse width is 385 ps in the 10 m long seven-core PCF and 255 ps in the 2 m long one, respectively, due to the normal dispersion of the PCF.

文摘The reaction of 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (H2L),4, 4-diaminodiphenylmethane (DADPM) and Cd(NO3)2?H2O in methane/water gave rise to a seven-coordinate Cd(Ⅱ) complex [Cd2(HL)4(H2O)6]?H2O which has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pna21 with unit cell parameters: a = 10.3352(3), b = 12.0481(3), c = 28.2016(1) ? V = 3511.65(13) 3, Z = 4, C28H36Cd2O20, Mr = 917.37, Dc = 1.735 g/cm3, F(000) = 1840, (MoK? = 1.29mm-1. The final R and wR are 0.0536 and 0.1086 for 4898 observed reflections with I ≥ 4(I). The Cd(Ⅱ) is seven-coordinated in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The inter-molecular hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of a two-dimensional layer structure.

文摘Based on the Jacobian matrices relating the input speeds with the output speeds of linkages, a general method, which is used for solving the singularities of planar multi-loop multi-DOF linkages, is presented. The four kinds of singularities of 2-DOF planar seven-bar linkages used in hybrid actuators are analyzed in detail by this method. Its five kinds of singular positions whose characteristics are discussed respectively are discovered. Three approaches are proposed on how to avoid the singular positions of planar multi-loop multi-DOF linkages. Based on the assemblability of planar single-loop N-bar chains or linkages, the geometry conditions are investigated and discovered to avoid the singular positions of the linkages. In order to versify aforementioned conclusions, a case is given in which the singular curves are plotted and simulated.

文摘Objective: To clone and analyze the structure of a novel gene, named EST 1 (endoplasmic reticulum localized seven span transmembrane protein 1) and to analyze the expression pattern and intracellular location of EST 1. Methods: The cDNA library was screened to isolate novel cDNA fragment. The structure of novel gene was analysed by computer software. Expression of EST 1 was analyzed by dot blot and Northern blotting. Intracellular localization was observed after EST 1 enhanced green fluorescence protein (EGFP) fusion gene was transfected into mammalian cells. Results: The full length cDNA of mouse EST 1 was 1 802 bp, with a 1 293 bp open reading frame encoding 431 amino acids. It was predicated that protein encoded by EST 1 contained a signal peptide sequence at the N terminus, seven putative transmembrane domains, and an ER retaining signal at the C terminus. EST 1 EGFP fusion protein showed an ER like intracellular distribution in mammalian cells. Expression pattern analysis showed that EST 1 is expressed in all tissues examined. Conclusion: EST 1 is encoding a putative seven span transmembrane protein localized in endoplasmic reticulum. EST 1 was expressed in all tissues examined, suggesting an essential function of EST 1 in cells.

文摘Objective:To investigate the actions of cytokine profile in the immune cells by a seven amino acid peptide mimic from HVR1 of HCV (GQTYTSG,named 7P).Methods:The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 17 healthy blood donors were stimulated with 7P,and the cytokine levels in CD4+CD8-,CD4-CD8+ T cells,NK,NKT cells were analyzed by the intracellular cytokine staining.Results:The frequency of cells which secreted interferon-γ (IFN-γ) was found to be significantly increased in all cells,interleukin-10(IL-10) was significantly increased in CD4+CD8-,CD4-CD8+ T cells but decreased in NK,NKT cells,and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) was decreased in CD4+CD8-,CD4-CD8+ but increased in NK cells.Conclusion:7P could induce a cytokine profile in different immune cells in vitro and there was some difference between the CD4+CD8-,CD4-CD8+ T cells which represented the adaptive immunity cells and NK,NKT cells which represented the innate immunity cells.This kind of variation of cytokine profile might contribute to anti-virus and anti-inflammatory immune reaction.

文摘In this study, we investigated the effect of an antibody against E3 ubiquitin ligase seven in absentia homolog 1(SIAH-1) in PC12 cells. 1-Methyl-4-phenylpyridinium(MPP+) treatment increased α-synuclein, E1 and SIAH-1 protein levels in PC12 cells, and it reduced cell viability; however, there was no significant change in light chain 3 expression. Treatment with an SIAH-1 antibody decreased m RNA expression levels of α-synuclein, light chain 3 and SIAH-1, but increased E1 m RNA expression. It also increased cell viability. Combined treatment with MPP+ and rapamycin reduced SIAH-1 and α-synuclein levels. Treatment with SIAH-1 antibody alone diminished α-synuclein immunoreactivity in PC12 cells, and reduced the colocalization of α-synuclein and light chain 3. These findings suggest that the SIAH-1 antibody reduces the monoubiquitination and aggregation of α-synuclein, promoting its degradation by the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. Consequently, SIAH-1 may be a potential new therapeutic target for Parkinson's disease.
