Diagnosis of Premature Senescence of Cotton Using SPAD Value

Field experiments were conducted in 2011 on an experimental farm at the Cotton Research Insti-tute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Anyang, China. We conducted experiments with a “SPAD-502” meter to quickly measure the relative value of chlorophyll content in the leaf blades of field cotton. Our goal was to seek a suitable leaf on a cotton plant to diagnose senescence status of crop plants at later stages of growth. We began by studying the dynamic change rule of the dis-tal-most four leaves of the cotton plant during the entire growth period with two early-maturing cultivars (CCRI 36, CCRI 50) and two mid-maturing cultivars (CCRI 41, SCRC 28). We also examined the effect of different nitrogen and potassium fertilizer rates on SPAD values of the leaves of SCRC 28. Our results suggest that SPAD values of the 1st distal stem leaves from two early cultivars can act as good indicators of senescence status in the plants, if they are measured between 10 d before the boll-opening stage and 10 d after boll opening stage. Differences of SPAD values of the 3rd distal stem leaves of two mid-maturing cultivars measured between about 15 d before the boll opening stage and 15 d after the boll opening stage can also be used to measure senescence status in these cotton cultivars. The conclusion can be used for cotton producer to manage N fertilizer better at later growth stage. 展开更多

基于杂交水稻叶片SPAD值的氮素营养诊断模型的初步构建

为探明水稻叶片SPAD值的最佳测定叶位和最佳的SPAD值次级指标,并构建基于水稻叶片SPAD值的氮素营养诊断模型,开展以品种为主区,氮肥施用量为副区的双因素裂区设计试验。参试品种为Q优6号和宜香优2115,氮肥施用量设5个水平(纯N 0、75、15... 为探明水稻叶片SPAD值的最佳测定叶位和最佳的SPAD值次级指标,并构建基于水稻叶片SPAD值的氮素营养诊断模型,开展以品种为主区,氮肥施用量为副区的双因素裂区设计试验。参试品种为Q优6号和宜香优2115,氮肥施用量设5个水平(纯N 0、75、150、225、300 kg/hm^(2)),分析叶片的敏感性、代表性和稳定性,并探讨SPAD值次级指标与施氮量和叶片含氮量之间,及叶片氮积累量与叶片含氮量和产量之间的关系。结果表明,叶片敏感性、代表性和稳定性大小顺序分别为L4(顶4叶)>L3(顶3叶)>L1(顶1叶)>L2(顶2叶)和L3>L4>L2>L1、L2>L3>L4>L1,可见,L3、L4可作为氮素营养诊断的共同理想指示叶。选择L3、L4的SPAD值几何平均数(GMSI34)作为最佳的SPAD值次级指标。由叶片氮积累量与产量和叶片含氮量的抛物线方程、一元线性回归方程,GMSI34与叶片含氮量的指数方程,求得拔节期、孕穗期、抽穗期的SPAD值次级指标的临界值(GMSI34_(临))分别为48.5、44.3和42.9,与实际获取的GMSI34实相比较,若GMSI34_(实)-GMSI34_(临)<0时,则表明水稻缺氮,需要追氮,若GMSI34_(实)-GMSI34_(临)≥0,则表明水稻氮营养充足,无需追氮。综上,基于杂交水稻叶片SPAD值的氮素营养诊断模型,可为杂交水稻高效氮肥管理提供技术支持。 展开更多

田间即时鲜烟叶SPAD值预测和成熟度识别方法

成熟程度判定作为烟叶采收时的重要工作,需要满足即时性、科学性和准确性要求。目前烟叶成熟度识别实施存在测量仪器价格昂贵且操作繁琐,无法在田间推广使用;手机摄像头的内嵌图像处理算法干扰图像有效特征,田间复杂天气环境影响图像采... 成熟程度判定作为烟叶采收时的重要工作,需要满足即时性、科学性和准确性要求。目前烟叶成熟度识别实施存在测量仪器价格昂贵且操作繁琐,无法在田间推广使用;手机摄像头的内嵌图像处理算法干扰图像有效特征,田间复杂天气环境影响图像采集一致性;现存识别算法忽略植物学领域信息,影响模型准确性和普适性等问题。据此提出一种低成本且有效的田间即时鲜烟叶SPAD值预测和成熟度识别方法,通过提高识别准确率保障烟叶后续调制质量。研发便携式拍摄装置,实现田间高质量图片采集;并以CX-26烟叶品种为研究对象,提出一种适配于田间烟叶图像的分割方法,通过提取图像目标区域特征数据,利用XGBoost算法依次搭建鲜烟叶SPAD值预测模型和成熟度识别模型。提出两个模型的集成思路,集成模型能够利用SPAD值和成熟度的强相关关系,通过预测SPAD值提高成熟度识别准确性。该方法在各项评价指标中均表现优秀,其中SPAD值预测平均误差为0.4703,成熟度识别宏F1-Score为95.27%。研发手机APP完成拍摄装置和云端模型之间烟叶图像和预测结果的传输,实现在田间对烟叶成熟程度快速、客观、准确的即时预测。该成果可为田间农作物精准采收提供有效技术支持。 展开更多

基于叶片SPAD值的微型盆栽月季氮素营养诊断研究

氮素是微型盆栽月季生长发育的必需元素,实时监测植株生长过程中氮素的变化,精准估测氮素含量尤为重要。设置4个施氮水平(包含高氮处理),分析施氮量对微型盆栽月季生长发育的影响,测定不同施氮水平下4种微型盆栽月季在不同生长时期、不... 氮素是微型盆栽月季生长发育的必需元素,实时监测植株生长过程中氮素的变化,精准估测氮素含量尤为重要。设置4个施氮水平(包含高氮处理),分析施氮量对微型盆栽月季生长发育的影响,测定不同施氮水平下4种微型盆栽月季在不同生长时期、不同叶片层位的SPAD值,利用线性及非线性回归分析等方法,构建基于叶片SPAD值的单一品种和混合品种叶片氮含量估测模型,并对此模型进行检验和通用性评价,利用SPAD氮饱和指数评估临界氮含量。结果显示,4个不同微型月季品种在整个生长发育时期的营养生长趋势相似,且在不同施氮水平下性状指标具有差异。随着施氮量的增加,叶片氮含量和叶片SPAD值均呈先上升后平稳的趋势。叶片SPAD值与叶片氮含量之间存在显著相关性,且不同层位的叶片SPAD值与叶片氮含量的相关性存在差异。多品种混合构建的综合模型在通用性上优于单一品种模型,S1和S2时期的下层叶片、S3和S4时期的上层叶片SPAD值与叶片氮含量回归决定系数较高,构建的模型分别为y=0.0009x^(2)+0.6115x+0.8047、y=0.002x2+0.7118x+2.3382、y=0.1279x^(1.4938)、y=-0.0015x^(2)+0.5204x+3.7738。氮饱和指数利用多项式模型估测较为可靠。综上所述,施氮水平、生育期、叶片层位均会影响SPAD值与叶片氮含量的相关性,可利用混合品种建立的叶片氮含量估测综合模型作为通用模型,利用氮饱和指数多项式方程进行氮素诊断较为准确,为微型盆栽月季氮素营养实时诊断提供理论数据。 展开更多

机器学习结合高光谱植被指数与SPAD值估算冬小麦氮含量

冬小麦叶片氮含量与叶片光合作用和营养状况密切相关,直接影响植株生长发育,而茎秆中的氮含量与茎秆中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的比例和含量密切相关,直接影响茎秆质量及植株的抗倒伏能力。然而,有关对冬小麦茎秆氮含量估算研究较为有... 冬小麦叶片氮含量与叶片光合作用和营养状况密切相关,直接影响植株生长发育,而茎秆中的氮含量与茎秆中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的比例和含量密切相关,直接影响茎秆质量及植株的抗倒伏能力。然而,有关对冬小麦茎秆氮含量估算研究较为有限,限制了从氮含量角度判断茎秆质量及对倒伏的预测能力。为精准估算冬小麦不同器官(叶片、茎秆)氮含量,该研究通过2年田间试验,获取冬小麦4个关键生育期(拔节期、抽穗期、开花期、灌浆期)和3种施氮水平条件下(N1、N2和N3)的冠层光谱反射率、叶片、茎秆氮含量及叶片SPAD(soil and plant analyzer development,SPAD)值。分析了不同生育期和施氮水平条件下高光谱植被指数对叶片和茎秆氮含量的敏感性,并结合5种常用的机器学习算法:随机森林回归(random forest regression,RFR)、支持向量回归(support vector regression,SVR)、偏最小二乘回归(partial least squares regression,PLSR)、高斯过程回归(gaussian process regression,GPR)、深度神经网络回归(deep neural networks,DNN)构建冬小麦叶片和茎秆氮含量估算模型。结果表明:高光谱植被指数对叶片和茎秆氮含量的敏感性受到生育期和施氮水平的影响。在灌浆期,最佳植被指数双峰冠层植被指数DCNI(double-peak canopy nitrogen index)对叶片氮含量的敏感性最高,R^(2)为0.866。对茎秆氮含量,在抽穗期的敏感性最高,最佳植被指数归一化叶绿素比值指数NPQI(normalized phaeophytinization index)与氮含量决定系数R^(2)=0.677。施氮水平的提升增加了光谱植被指数对茎秆氮含量的敏感性。结合SPAD值的机器学习算法提升了氮含量的估算精度,对叶片氮含量,在不同生育期和施氮水平条件下估算精度提升了1%~7%,其中在全生育期的归一化均方根误差NRMSE从0.254降低到0.214,抽穗期的NRMSE提升最大,从0.201降低到0.128。对茎秆氮含量,全生育期的NRMSE从0.443降低到0.400,抽穗期的NRMSE变化最大,从0.323降低到0.268。在全生育期,结合SPAD值的DNN模型对叶片(R^(2)=0.782、NRMSE=0.214)和茎秆(R^(2)=0.802、NRMSE=0.400)氮含量的估算精度最佳。研究说明,SPAD值与光谱植被指数结合有利于提升冬小麦不同生育期和施氮水平条件下叶片和茎秆氮含量的估算精度。 展开更多

【目的】探明高光谱遥感技术反演葡萄叶片叶绿素含量的可能性,构建葡萄叶片叶绿素含量反演模型,为快速且无损估测葡萄长势提供技术参考。【方法】以西南山区成熟期葡萄叶片为研究对象,同步获取冠层叶片高光谱数据和SPAD值,研究不同分数... 【目的】探明高光谱遥感技术反演葡萄叶片叶绿素含量的可能性,构建葡萄叶片叶绿素含量反演模型,为快速且无损估测葡萄长势提供技术参考。【方法】以西南山区成熟期葡萄叶片为研究对象,同步获取冠层叶片高光谱数据和SPAD值,研究不同分数阶(0.0~1.4阶,步长0.2阶)微分光谱反演葡萄叶片SPAD值的能力,构建多个基于特征波段和光谱指数的单因素模型及基于连续投影算法的多因素模型。【结果】不同SPAD值葡萄叶片原始光谱曲线整体一致,在可见光区域反射率较低而在近红外区域反射率高;可见光、近红外区域反射率与SPAD值分别呈反比和正比;随着分数阶上升,特征波段由近红外向红边靠近,光谱指数由近红外与蓝光组合变更为近红外与绿光组合,单因素模型建模变量相关性呈先升后降趋势,在0.6阶达峰值;除0.6与0.8阶外,其余分数阶微分光谱单因素模型建模变量均为DSI;多因素模型优于单因素模型,机器学习算法可提升传统回归模型精度,所有模型以0.6阶下SPA⁃GA⁃XGBoost回归模型精度最优,其建模与验证R^(2)分别为0.79和0.75,相应均方根误差(nRMSE)分别为15.54%和14.45%。【结论】分数阶微分变换在葡萄叶片SPAD值反演方面具有较大潜力,特定分数阶下,光谱指数优于特征波段,GA⁃XGBoost算法能产生较好的建模效果。 展开更多

以坐果期枣树为研究对象,利用无人机可见光影像,对田间尺度的枣树冠层SPAD值进行监测,基于14种植被指数与枣树冠层实测SPAD值的相关性,优选植被指数构建单变量回归、多元逐步回归和随机森林回归的枣树冠层SPAD值估算模型,以期探讨无人... 以坐果期枣树为研究对象,利用无人机可见光影像,对田间尺度的枣树冠层SPAD值进行监测,基于14种植被指数与枣树冠层实测SPAD值的相关性,优选植被指数构建单变量回归、多元逐步回归和随机森林回归的枣树冠层SPAD值估算模型,以期探讨无人机可见光遥感影像估算枣树冠层SPAD值的可行性。通过相关性分析发现,红绿比值指数(RGRI)、超绿指数(EXG)、改进型绿红植被指数(MGRVI)、可见光波段差异植被指数(VDVI)、可见光大气阻抗植被指数(ARVI)与枣树冠层SPAD值的相关性极显著,其中EXG与枣树冠层SPAD值的相关系数达到-0.578。基于枣树冠层SPAD值的相关性极显著的5种植被指数构建的单变量反演模型的r^(2)在0.111~0.604之间,RMSE在1.936~3.085之间。其中,以EXG构建的线性模型为单变量反演模型中效果最优的模型,r^(2)达到0.604,RMSE为1.936。基于RGRI、MGRVI、EXG协同构建的多元逐步回归模型效果优于任何单一植被指数构建的单变量反演模型,R 2达到0.635。与使用单变量构建的线性或非线性模型相比,基于随机森林算法构建的枣树冠层SPAD值反演模型效果最佳,其r^(2)达到0.804,RMSE为1.317。基于随机森林算法的枣树冠层SPAD值反演模型表现出了对实测值较高的拟合能力和较优的模型预测能力,表现出了对枣树特殊种植结构比较健壮的反演能力,以及对土壤等背景因素的抗干扰能力。研究结果为低空遥感监测林果长势和健康评估提供了技术支撑。 展开更多

Indeed, the structure of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs collects groups of labeled objects and analyzesthem in the form of the part to part of objects, the part of objects to the whole group of objects, and the whole tothe whole group of objects at the same time.We have investigated the properties of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphsbased on any positive real number as valued fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs, considering the complement of valuedfuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs, the notation of isomorphism of valued fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs based onthe permutations, and we have presented the isomorphic conditions of (self complemented) valued fuzzy (quasi)superhypergraphs. The concept of impact membership value of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs is introducedin this study and it is applied in designing the real problem in the real world. Yellow mealworm larvae(YML;Tenebrio molitor) are considered as a valuable insect species for animal feed due to their high nutritional values and ability to grow under different substrates and rearing conditions. Advances in the understanding of entomophagy and animal nutrition over the past decades have propelled research areas toward testing multiple aspects of YML to exploit them better as animal feed sources. This review aims to summarize various approaches that could be exploited to maximize the nutritional values of YML as an animal feed ingredient. In addition, YML has the potential to be used as an antimicrobial or bioactive agent to improve animal health and immune function in production animals. The dynamics of the nutritional profile of YML can be influenced by multiple factors and should be taken into account when attempting to optimize the nutrient contents of YML as an animal feed ingredient. Specifically, the use of novel land-based and aquatic feeding resources, probiotics, and the exploitation of larval gut microbiomes as novel strategies can assist to maximize the nutritional potential of YML. Selection of relevant feed supplies, optimization of ambient conditions, the introduction of novel genetic selection procedures, and implementation of effective post-harvest processing may be required in the future to commercialize mealworm production. Furthermore, the use of appropriate agricultural practices and technological improvements within the mealworm production sector should be aimed at achieving both economic and environmental sustainability. The issues highlighted in this review could pave the way for future approaches to improve the nutritional value of YML. 展开更多

The study of extreme weather and space events has gained paramount importance in modern society owing to rapid advances in high technology.Understanding and describing exceptional occurrences plays a crucial role in making decisive assessments of their potential impact on technical,economic,and social aspects in various fields.This research focuses on analyzing the hourly values of the auroral electrojet(AE)geomagnetic index from 1957 to 2019 by using the peak over threshold method in extreme value theory.By fitting the generalized Pareto distribution to extreme AE values,shape parameter indices were derived,revealing negative values that establish an upper bound for this time series.Consequently,it became evident that the AE values had reached a plateau,suggesting that extreme events exceeding the established upper limit are rare.As a result,although the need for diligent precautions to mitigate the consequences of such extreme events persists,surpassing the upper limit of AE values becomes increasingly challenging.It is also possible to observe an aurora in the middle-and low-latitude regions during the maximum period of the AE index. 展开更多

This paper presents a novel cooperative value iteration(VI)-based adaptive dynamic programming method for multi-player differential game models with a convergence proof.The players are divided into two groups in the learning process and adapt their policies sequentially.Our method removes the dependence of admissible initial policies,which is one of the main drawbacks of the PI-based frameworks.Furthermore,this algorithm enables the players to adapt their control policies without full knowledge of others’ system parameters or control laws.The efficacy of our method is illustrated by three examples. 展开更多

The boundary value problem plays a crucial role in the analytical investigation of continuum dynamics. In this paper, an analytical method based on the Dirac operator to solve the nonlinear and non-homogeneous boundary value problem of rectangular plates is proposed. The key concept behind this method is to transform the nonlinear or non-homogeneous part on the boundary into a lateral force within the governing function by the Dirac operator, which linearizes and homogenizes the original boundary, allowing one to employ the modal superposition method for obtaining solutions to reconstructive governing equations. Once projected into the modal space, the harmonic balance method(HBM) is utilized to solve coupled ordinary differential equations(ODEs)of truncated systems with nonlinearity. To validate the convergence and accuracy of the proposed Dirac method, the results of typical examples, involving nonlinearly restricted boundaries, moment excitation, and displacement excitation, are compared with those of the differential quadrature element method(DQEM). The results demonstrate that when dealing with nonlinear boundaries, the Dirac method exhibits more excellent accuracy and convergence compared with the DQEM. However, when facing displacement excitation, there exist some discrepancies between the proposed approach and simulations;nevertheless, the proposed method still accurately predicts resonant frequencies while being uniquely capable of handling nonuniform displacement excitations. Overall, this methodology offers a convenient way for addressing nonlinear and non-homogenous plate boundaries. 展开更多

Thermal analysis plays a key role in the online inspection of molten iron quality.Different solidification process of molten iron can be reflected by thermal analysis curves,and silicon is one of important elements affecting the solidification of molten iron.In this study,FeSi75 was added in one chamber of the dual-chamber sample cup,and the influences of FeSi75 additive on the characteristic values of thermal analysis curves and vermiculating rate were investigated.The results show that with the increase of FeSi75,the start temperature of austenite formation TALfirstly decreases and then increases,but the start temperature of eutectic growth TSEF,the lowest eutectic temperature TEU,temperature at maximum eutectic reaction rate TEM,and highest eutectic temperature TERkeep always an increase.The temperature at final solidification point TEShas little change.The FeSi75 additive has different influences on the vermiculating rate of molten iron with different vermiculation,and the vermiculating rate increases for lower vermiculation molten iron while decreases for higher one.According to the thermal analysis curves obtained by a dual-chamber sample cup with 0.30wt.%FeSi75 additive in one chamber,the vermiculating rate of molten iron can be evaluated by comparing the characteristic values of these curves.The time differenceΔtERcorresponding to the highest eutectic temperature TERhas a closer relationship with the vermiculating rate,and a parabolic regression curve between the time differenceΔtERand vermiculating rateηhas been obtained within the range of 65%to 95%,which is suitable for the qualified melt. 展开更多

Missing Value Imputation for Radar-Derived Time-Series Tracks of Aerial Targets Based on Improved Self-Attention-Based Network

The frequent missing values in radar-derived time-series tracks of aerial targets(RTT-AT)lead to significant challenges in subsequent data-driven tasks.However,the majority of imputation research focuses on random missing(RM)that differs significantly from common missing patterns of RTT-AT.The method for solving the RM may experience performance degradation or failure when applied to RTT-AT imputation.Conventional autoregressive deep learning methods are prone to error accumulation and long-term dependency loss.In this paper,a non-autoregressive imputation model that addresses the issue of missing value imputation for two common missing patterns in RTT-AT is proposed.Our model consists of two probabilistic sparse diagonal masking self-attention(PSDMSA)units and a weight fusion unit.It learns missing values by combining the representations outputted by the two units,aiming to minimize the difference between the missing values and their actual values.The PSDMSA units effectively capture temporal dependencies and attribute correlations between time steps,improving imputation quality.The weight fusion unit automatically updates the weights of the output representations from the two units to obtain a more accurate final representation.The experimental results indicate that,despite varying missing rates in the two missing patterns,our model consistently outperforms other methods in imputation performance and exhibits a low frequency of deviations in estimates for specific missing entries.Compared to the state-of-the-art autoregressive deep learning imputation model Bidirectional Recurrent Imputation for Time Series(BRITS),our proposed model reduces mean absolute error(MAE)by 31%~50%.Additionally,the model attains a training speed that is 4 to 8 times faster when compared to both BRITS and a standard Transformer model when trained on the same dataset.Finally,the findings from the ablation experiments demonstrate that the PSDMSA,the weight fusion unit,cascade network design,and imputation loss enhance imputation performance and confirm the efficacy of our design. 展开更多

Establishing a sense of ritual within tourism consumption scenarios offers tourists the opportunity for interactive engagement.Drawing upon the value co-creation theory,this study constructed an influence mechanism model to examine tourists'active engagement in the process of co-creating tourism experience values.It employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM)to empirically test the proposed hypotheses.The findings demonstrate that the model constructed in the present study exhibits robust reliability,validity,and explanatory power.The perception of the sense of ritual in tourism exerts a significant positive influence on tourists’co-creation of tourism experience values,thereby significantly enhancing both the communitas and flow experienced by tourists during their travels.Moreover,such communitas and flow can mediate the influence of the sense of ritual in tourism on tourists’co-creation of tourism experience values.This study contributes to advancing the current research on tourists’co-creation of tourism experience values and the sense of ritual in tourism,thereby providing theoretical foundations for cultivating a sense of ritual within tourism consumption scenarios. 展开更多

In this study,a wavelet multi-resolution interpolation Galerkin method(WMIGM)is proposed to solve linear singularly perturbed boundary value problems.Unlike conventional wavelet schemes,the proposed algorithm can be readily extended to special node generation techniques,such as the Shishkin node.Such a wavelet method allows a high degree of local refinement of the nodal distribution to efficiently capture localized steep gradients.All the shape functions possess the Kronecker delta property,making the imposition of boundary conditions as easy as that in the finite element method.Four numerical examples are studied to demonstrate the validity and accuracy of the proposedwavelet method.The results showthat the use ofmodified Shishkin nodes can significantly reduce numerical oscillation near the boundary layer.Compared with many other methods,the proposed method possesses satisfactory accuracy and efficiency.The theoretical and numerical results demonstrate that the order of theε-uniform convergence of this wavelet method can reach 5. 展开更多
