充分挖掘负荷侧资源的响应潜力是提升负荷资源调控能力的有效手段之一。为有效感知负荷的响应潜力,提出了一种基于SWARA(逐步加权评估比率分析)-CRITIC(基于相关性的权重求取)-MARCOS(基于折中方案的备选方案排序)的负荷侧资源响应潜力... 充分挖掘负荷侧资源的响应潜力是提升负荷资源调控能力的有效手段之一。为有效感知负荷的响应潜力,提出了一种基于SWARA(逐步加权评估比率分析)-CRITIC(基于相关性的权重求取)-MARCOS(基于折中方案的备选方案排序)的负荷侧资源响应潜力评估方法。首先,基于负荷、经济、社会和系统层面构建负荷响应潜力的多维影响因素指标,并采用模糊数理论对指标权重和负荷的响应潜力进行评估;其次,将SWARA和CRITIC相结合计算各指标的综合权重;然后,采用MARCOS综合指标权重计算各负荷的响应潜力效用函数值,得到各类负荷的响应潜力排序结果;最后,以上海市部分可调度用户负荷为基础的算例验证了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

Graduate education is the main way to train high-level innovative talents,the basic layout to cope with the global talent competition,and the important cornerstone for implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and building an innovation-driven country.Therefore,graduate education is of great remarkably to the development of national education.As an important manifestation of graduate education,the quality of a graduate thesis should receive more attention.It is conducive to promoting the quality of graduates by supervising and examining the quality of the graduate thesis.For this purpose,this work is based on textmining,expert interviews,and questionnaire surveys to obtain the factors influencing the quality of a graduate thesis first.Then,through three rounds of expert consultation,a multidimensional evaluation indicator system for the graduate thesis quality is built.Furthermore,probabilistic linguistic termsets(PLTSs)are utilized to obtain the initial evaluation information and apply the stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis method to determine the weights of attributes.In the ensuing step,the novel multi-attribute border approximation area comparison based on the PLTS method is established.Finally,the proposed method is employed in a case study concerning the quality evaluation of a graduate thesis and the effectiveness of this approach is further illustrated. 展开更多

This study aimed to evaluate the components of a fintech ecosystem for distributed energy investments.A new decision-making model was created using multiple stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis and elimination and choice translating reality techniques based on quantum spherical fuzzy sets.First,in this model,the criteria for distributed energy investment necessities were weighted.Second,we ranked the components of the fintech ecosystem for distributed energy investments.The main contribution of this study is that appropriate strategies can be presented to design effective fintech ecosystems to increase distributed energy investments,by considering an original fuzzy decision-making model.Capacity is the most critical issue with respect to distributed energy investment necessities because it has the greatest weight(0.261).Pricing is another significant factor for this condition,with a weight of 0.254.Results of the ranking of the components of the fintech ecosystem indicate that end users are of the greatest importance for the effectiveness of this system.It is necessary to develop new techniques for the energy storage process,especially with technological developments,to prevent disruptions in energy production capacity.In addition,customers’expectations should be considered for the development of effective and user-friendly financial products that are preferred by a wider audience.This would have a positive effect on fintech ecosystem performance. 展开更多

Blockchain technology is a disruptive technology that changes business and supply chain models.Using distributed software architecture and advanced computing,blockchain can change the way information is exchanged between actors in the chain.Blockchain technol-ogy provides a platform for solving the problem of tracking product information in supply chain management.Accordingly,the present study aims to provide a model for evaluating the maturity of blockchain technology in the agricultural supply chain.The present research is applied that has been done in three stages.In the first phase,the dimensions of the blockchain are ranked by agricultural experts using the SWARA method.The research experts are 13 faculty members of the department of agriculture active in the field of technology application.In the second phase,a model is designed to evaluate blockchain maturity using each dimension of blockchain technology and maturity dimensions.In the third phase,the proposed model is tested using data collected by a questionnaire in the supply chain of a company active in the agriculture sector.The research findings show that smart contracts,Internet of Things(IoT),and transaction records are of the highest impor-tance among the blockchain dimensions.Also,the supply chain under study is in a good condition in digital documents.Theoretically,the originality aspect of the research is that it determines the importance of blockchain dimensions in the field of agriculture and from an applied point of view,it introduces the maturity model of blockchain in supply chain management. 展开更多
