Background: Minimal hepatic encephalopathy (MHE) is defined as hepatic encephalopathy (HE) without symptoms on clinical/neurological examination, but with deficits in some cognitive areas that can only be measured by neuropsychometric testing. Aim: Our aim was to study serum zinc levels in cirrhotic patients with and without MHE and correlate it with the results of neuropsychological tests and P300 event related potential. Patients and Methods: Fifty-five patients with liver cirrhosis were recruited for the present study. All patients were subjected to full history taking, clinical examination, abdominal ultrasonography, laboratory investigations including liver function tests and serum zinc, psychometric studies (line tracing test and serial dotting test) and P300 event related potential. According to the results of psychometric studies and P300 event related potential, the patients were divided into 3 groups in addition to the control group. Results: Among the 55 patients included in the study, 30 patients had no clinical evidence of HE and 25 patients had overt HE with different grades. In patients with no clinical evidence of HE, psychometric tests and P300 event related potential revealed that 13 patients had MHE, while 17 had no HE. There were significantly lower serum zinc levels in patients with MHE and in cirrhotic patients without HE compared with the healthy controls. Also, zinc levels were significantly lower in higher grades of hepatic encephalopathy. Serum zinc levels showed positive correlation with serum albumin levels and inverse correlation with serial dotting test and P300 latency. Conclusion: Reduced serum zinc level and prolonged P300 latency can serve as predictors of minimal hepatic encephalopathy in cirrhotic patients. Zinc deficiency is common in cirrhotic patients with MHE. These findings may have important prognostic and therapeutic implications in MHE and overt HE patients with zinc deficiency. 展开更多

Background:Zinc-based biomaterials,including biodegradable metal,nanoparticles,and coatings used in medical implants release zinc ions that may increase the whole-body and serum zinc concentrations.The impact of serum zinc concentrations on major health outcomes can provide insights for device design and clinical transformation of zinc-based biomaterials.Methods:This nationally representative cross-sectional study enrolled participants from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES,2011-2014)including 3607 participants.Using unadjusted and multivariate-adjusted logistic regression analyses,two-piecewise linear regression model with a smoothing function and threshold level analysis,we evaluated the associations between elevated serum zinc levels and major health outcomes.Results:Elevated serum zinc levels were significantly associated with an increase in total spine and total femur bone mineral density(BMD).Every 10μg/dL increase was associated with a 1.12-fold increase in diabetes mellitus(DM)and 1.23-fold and 1.29-fold increase in cardiovascular diseases(CVD)and coronary heart disease(CHD),in participants with serum zinc levels≥100μg/dL.It had no significant linear or nonlinear associations with risk of fractures,congestive heart failure,heart attack,thyroid disease,arthritis,osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,dyslipidemia and cancer.Conclusion:Serum zinc levels are significantly associated with increased BMD in the total spine and total femur,and risk of DM,and CVD/CHD among participants with serum zinc levels≥100μg/dL. 展开更多

OBJECTIVES: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the most prevalent chronic autoimmune diseases; it typically involves the hands, wrists, ankles, and eventually all joints. Some studies have reported that zinc serum levels are lower in patients with RA than in healthy individuals. MATERIALS and METHODS: Seventy-nine patients with RAwere selected. The patients were all less than 75 years old and were diagnosed by a rheumatologist. Serum zinc levels were measured using the flame photometry method with a blood sample of 5 mL. The relationship between the average serum zinc level and disease activity was analyzed based on the DAS28 scoring scale for different RA groups. The significance threshold was set atp 〈 0.05. Data analyses were implemented in SPSS 22.0. RESULTS: There was a significant inverse relationship between the serum zinc levels and disease activity. Chi-square tests were used to compare zinc serum levels with respect to disease activity. There were significant differences in zinc levels among three groups of patients with different levels of disease severity, such that disease activity increased as the serum zinc level decreased (p 〈 0.001). CONCLUSION: There was a significant inverse relationship between the serum zinc level and RA activity based on the DAS28 score. Therefore, it is recommended that mineral deficiencies should be addressed by optimizing the zinc supply along with other standard medications in order to reduce RA activity. 展开更多

Zinc oxide nanoparticles were synthesized using bovine serum albumin as stabilizers through a facile one-pot strategy in aqueous media. The morphology and crystal phase of the zinc oxide nanoparticles were determined by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffractograms, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The synthesized ZnO nanoparticles exhibited strong absorption and photoluminescence properties in the visible wavelength region based on the fluorescence and UV-visible spectroscopy. Based on the results, the zinc oxide nanoparticles could effectively degrade the organic dyes through the mediation of the hydroxyl radical under visible light irradiation. Furthermore, the zinc oxide nanoparticles show good recycling stability during the photocatalytic experiments. These results suggested that the as-prepared zinc oxide nanoparticles might be used as a potential photocatalyst to efficiently treat the organic pollutants. 展开更多

SCL and ... 173 simultaneous determinations of serum copper levels (SCL), serum zinc levels (SZL) and copper/zinc ratio (CZR) were made by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in 51 previously untreated lymphoma patients. SCL and CZR were significantly higher in patients before treatment (mean value 22.97 μmol/L, 1.55, respectively) and in those who did not reach complete remission (mean 21.21 μmol/L, 1.36) as compared with the patients in complete remission (mean 16.36 μmol/L, 1.06) or normal controls (mean 15.67 μmol/L, 0.98). The mean value of SCL and CZR of patients in complete remission did not differ significantly from those of normal controls. Patients in stages HI and IV had higher SCL and CZR (mean 25.15 μmol/L, 1.79) than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ (mean 19.30 μmol/L, 1.16). No significant difference in SZL was observed between the patient groups and normal controls. Thus, SCL and CZR may be used as prognostic indicators for monitoring disease activity and response to therapy in malignant lymphoma. 展开更多

创伤性颅脑损伤患者血清锌、维生素E与病情程度及预后的关系

目的探讨创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)患者血清锌、维生素E与病情程度及预后的关系。方法选取2020年1月—2023年8月延安大学附属医院神经外科收治的TBI患者135例为TBI组,根据格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分分为轻度TBI亚组(GCS评分13~15分,54例)、中... 目的探讨创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)患者血清锌、维生素E与病情程度及预后的关系。方法选取2020年1月—2023年8月延安大学附属医院神经外科收治的TBI患者135例为TBI组,根据格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分分为轻度TBI亚组(GCS评分13~15分,54例)、中度TBI亚组(GCS评分9~12分,45例)、重度TBI亚组(GCS评分3~8分,36例),再根据患者90 d预后分为不良预后亚组(35例)和良好预后亚组(100例),另选同期体检健康者100例为健康对照组。采用锌比色法与高效液相色谱法检测血清锌、维生素E水平;比较TBI组与健康对照组和不同病情程度TBI患者血清锌、维生素E水平;采用Spearman相关系数分析血清锌、维生素E水平与GCS评分的相关性;多因素Logistic回归分析影响TBI患者不良预后的因素;绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价血清锌、维生素E水平对TBI患者90 d死亡的预测价值。结果与健康对照组比较,TBI组血清锌、维生素E水平降低(t/P=10.836/<0.001、10.160/<0.001);不同病情程度TBI患者血清锌、维生素E水平比较,轻度TBI亚组>中度TBI亚组>重度TBI亚组(F/P=41.858/<0.001、104.911/<0.001)。135例TBI患者90 d不良预后发生率为25.93%(35/135);血清锌、维生素E水平与GCS评分均呈正相关(r s=0.709/<0.001、0.698/<0.001);GCS评分增加、血清锌升高、维生素E升高为TBI患者不良预后的独立保护因素[OR(95%CI)=0.809(0.690~0.950)、0.706(0.590~0.845)、0.726(0.599~0.880)],基底池异常、中线移位≥5 mm为TBI患者不良预后的独立危险因素[OR(95%CI)=5.989(1.492~24.036)、3.378(1.045~10.922)];血清锌、维生素E水平及二者联合预测TBI患者不良预后的AUC分别为0.783、0.774、0.856,二者联合的AUC大于血清锌、维生素E水平单独预测(Z/P=2.580/0.010、2.727/0.006)。结论TBI患者血清锌、维生素E水平降低,与病情程度加重和预后不良有关,二者联合对TBI患者不良预后有良好的预测价值。 展开更多

血清锌检测对新生儿败血症的诊断价值及临床意义

目的评估新生儿败血症患儿的血清锌水平,探讨其对新生儿败血症的诊断价值。方法采用前瞻性观察研究,纳入新生儿败血症的患儿52例作为研究组,同时期我院产科出生的健康新生儿50例作为对照组。检测新生儿血清锌水平,比较2组间的血清锌水... 目的评估新生儿败血症患儿的血清锌水平,探讨其对新生儿败血症的诊断价值。方法采用前瞻性观察研究,纳入新生儿败血症的患儿52例作为研究组,同时期我院产科出生的健康新生儿50例作为对照组。检测新生儿血清锌水平,比较2组间的血清锌水平和炎性指标水平。结果2组一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组血清锌平均水平(52.6±17.4)μg/dL显著低于对照组(83.2±21.4)μg/dL(P<0.05);早发型败血症(EOS)组血清锌平均水平(50.8±13.2)μg/dL与晚发型败血症(LOS)组血清平均水平(53.4±14.4)μg/dL相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组中患儿白细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组中患儿血清锌水平与淋巴细胞计数呈显著正相关(r=0.537,P<0.05),而与中性粒细胞计数呈显著负相关(r=-0.544,P<0.05)。通过受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析,血清锌预测新生儿败血症的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)是0.812(P<0.05),与CRP(AUC=0.865,P<0.05)相比较低,但仍具有预测诊断的价值,其灵敏度为78%,特异度为76.9%。结论血清锌水平与新生儿败血症存在相关性,新生儿败血症患儿体内存在更高的炎症反应,血清锌的检测对新生儿败血症具有预测价值。 展开更多

为研究膨化饲料中硫酸锌和蛋氨酸锌对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)生长、体成分、锌蓄积、血清生化和抗氧化的影响,实验选用初始体质量为(4.29±0.18)g的草鱼幼鱼480尾,随机分为4组(每组4个重复,每个重复30尾鱼),分别投喂4种饲料... 为研究膨化饲料中硫酸锌和蛋氨酸锌对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)生长、体成分、锌蓄积、血清生化和抗氧化的影响,实验选用初始体质量为(4.29±0.18)g的草鱼幼鱼480尾,随机分为4组(每组4个重复,每个重复30尾鱼),分别投喂4种饲料,在室内循环水养殖系统中养殖8周。对照组饲料(D1)不补充锌,另外三组饲料在对照组的基础上补充60 mg/kg不同形式的锌源,分别为硫酸锌组(D2)、蛋氨酸锌组(D3)、混合组(硫酸锌和蛋氨酸锌分别提供30 mg/kg锌,D4)。结果显示:(1)D2~D4组的生长性能和全鱼锌含量均显著高于D1组,且D2~D4组全鱼粗脂肪含量显著低于D1组,D2~D4组间的生长性能、全鱼体成分和锌含量均无显著差异。(2)D4组血清总蛋白含量和谷草转氨酶活性最高,其次为D2和D3组,D1组最低;D1组谷丙转氨酶活性最高;D4组的甘油三酯含量显著低于D1组。(3)D1组肝脏的CAT活性最低,MDA含量最高。(4)D1组肝脏细胞出现空泡、膜边界模糊、细胞核偏移,锌补充组肝脏形态明显改善。综上结果表明,在饲料中添加60 mg/kg(以锌元素计)硫酸锌、蛋氨酸锌或混合锌(以锌元素计1∶1)都可提高草鱼的抗氧化性能和健康水平,提高草鱼的生长性能;混合锌源对草鱼的健康作用效果更好。 展开更多

腹泻患儿大便轮状病毒检测结果与血清锌及CK-MB水平的关系

目的研究腹泻患儿大便轮状病毒检测结果与血清锌、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平的关系。方法回顾性选取2018年1月至2019年1月邯郸市妇幼保健院收治的94例腹泻患儿,以轮状病毒检测结果进行分组:轮状病毒腹泻患儿43例纳入感染组,非轮状病毒... 目的研究腹泻患儿大便轮状病毒检测结果与血清锌、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平的关系。方法回顾性选取2018年1月至2019年1月邯郸市妇幼保健院收治的94例腹泻患儿,以轮状病毒检测结果进行分组:轮状病毒腹泻患儿43例纳入感染组,非轮状病毒腹泻患儿51例纳入非感染组。比较两组患儿的血清锌与CK-MB水平,观察感染组患儿脱水程度和血清锌与CK-MB水平的关系,分析腹泻患儿血清锌、CK-MB水平与轮状病毒检测的结果的关系,以及血清锌、CK-MB对腹泻患儿轮状病毒感染的诊断效能。结果感染组患儿的血清锌水平为(63.90±13.08)μmol/L,明显低于非感染组[(82.85±9.21)μmol/L],CK-MB水平为(46.68±9.25)U/L,明显高于非感染组[(46.68±9.25)U/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感染组不同脱水程度患儿的血清锌与CK-MB水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着感染组患儿脱水程度越严重,血清锌水平越低,CK-MB水平越高。腹泻患儿血清锌、CK-MB阳性结果与轮状病毒阳性结果的一致性检验Kappa值为0.510、0.513,一致性较高(P<0.05)。腹泻患儿血清锌、CK-MB诊断轮状病毒的敏感度(76.74%vs.81.40%)、特异度(74.51%vs.70.59%)以及诊断符合率(75.53%vs.75.53%)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论轮状病毒引起的腹泻患儿血清中的锌水平显著下降,而CK-MB的水平显著升高,变化随着脱水程度加重而改变更明显。检测血清锌与CK-MB水平对诊断轮状病毒感染有较高的参考价值,对预防小儿因病毒感染引发的心肌炎也具有指导意义。 展开更多

Zinc deficiency is a public health concern and is the most prevalent micronutrient deficiencies in developing countries. The main objective of this study was to assess the prevalence and risk factors of zinc deficiency among infants and preschool children. Based on a community, the cross-sectional study was conducted in East Gojjam between October 2011 and April 2012. Two hundred and forty infants and preschool children were randomly selected in the study. Data on potential determinants of zinc deficiency were collected using a structured questionnaire. Serum zinc concentration was measured using atomic absorption spectrometer. Statistical analysis was done using ANOVA, independent sample student's t-test and linear regression model. The mean serum zinc concentration of infants and preschool children was 62.98 (±13.03) μg/dL in 95% confidence interval (CI) between 61.32 and 64.63 (i.e., 95% CI: 61.32, 64.63). About 57,1% of the subjects were zinc deficient. The main determinants of low serum zinc status of infants and preschool children were age and number of family members living on the same land. Zinc status of older children was 3.67 μg/dL (95% CI: -5.58, -1.77) lower than children who were aged 6-10 months. Serum zinc status of infants and preschool children is decreased by 0.83 p.g/dL (95% CI: -1.36, -0.30) with each additional family member. Food insecurity, dietary diversity, sex, child health, anthropometric indices, maternal education and wealth index were not associated with serum zinc status. Zinc deficiency among infants and preschool children is highly prevalent. Such potential deficiencies require urgent attention, including complementary food preparation education, traditional phytate reduction method and family planning implementation recommended in the study area. 展开更多

Assessment of Toxicity of BSA-conjugated Zinc Oxide Quantum Dots for C2C12 Cells

However, the possible toxic effects of quantum dots remain an issue of debate. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the cytocompatibility of bovine serum albumin (BSA) conjugated zinc oxide QDs for C2C12 cells. In the experiment, ZnO QDs were synthesized by using BSA as the structure directing agent, and the morphology and crystal phase of ZnO QDs were determined by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffractograms and Fourier transform infrared spectrograph techniques. The inverted fluorescence microscope results showed that ZnO QDs were distributed inside the cells. The toxicity of ZnO QDs was assessed by MTT methods, which revealed that ZnO QDs were highly cytocompatible in the concentration less than 200 μM. However, when the concentration of QDs was higher than 1 000 μM ZnO QDs showed significantly toxicity, which was ascribed to generation of free zinc and formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Furthermore, the morphological observations exhibited that cells treated with ZnO QDs showed altered morphology, depolymerized cytoskeleton and irregular-shaped nuclei. This study provides helpful guidances on the future safe use and manipulation of QDs to make them suitable tools in nanomedicine. 展开更多

目的探究补锌辅助西米替丁治疗对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿临床疗效、血清炎性因子和心肌酶谱指标的影响。方法80例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,采取抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用西米替丁治疗,研究组采用补锌辅助西米替丁治疗。比... 目的探究补锌辅助西米替丁治疗对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿临床疗效、血清炎性因子和心肌酶谱指标的影响。方法80例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,采取抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用西米替丁治疗,研究组采用补锌辅助西米替丁治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效,血清炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素(IL-6)]及心肌酶谱指标[血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、谷草转氨酶(AST)]水平。结果研究组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患儿的CRP、PCT、IL-6水平分别为(6.82±1.35)mg/L、(0.36±0.11)μg/L、(27.63±5.74)ng/L,均明显低于对照组的(8.25±1.73)mg/L、(1.20±0.28)μg/L、(34.25±4.69)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患儿的LDH、CK-MB、AST水平分别为(90.78±11.36)、(31.21±6.29)、(22.15±4.08)U/L,均明显低于对照组的(118.49±12.06)、(46.62±6.73)、(28.72±4.30)U/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补锌辅助西米替丁治疗可以有效改善轮状病毒性肠炎患儿炎性反应,减少对患儿造成的心肌损伤,是提高轮状病毒性肠炎患儿临床疗效的一种有效治疗方案。 展开更多

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠血清中蛋白结合态铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)的水平。方法30只成年Sprague Dawley(SD)大鼠随机分为对照组(n=10,普通饲料)和T2DM模型组[n=20,高糖高脂饲料,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导造模],分别取2组大鼠心脏血离心... 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠血清中蛋白结合态铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)的水平。方法30只成年Sprague Dawley(SD)大鼠随机分为对照组(n=10,普通饲料)和T2DM模型组[n=20,高糖高脂饲料,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导造模],分别取2组大鼠心脏血离心检测血清中的Cu、Zn元素总形态及非蛋白结合形态;于0~300μg/L制作Cu、Zn元素的标准曲线,获取检定限和定量限;通过精密度实验,计算Cu、Zn总含量、非蛋白结合态含量及相对标准偏差(RSD);采用连续光源石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测血清Cu、Zn总形态含量和非蛋白结合态含量,计算蛋白结合态含量。结果Cu、Zn元素在标准曲线范围内的相关系数(r)>0.999,RSD均<5%,加标回收率为87%~110%;与对照组相比,T2DM模型组大鼠血清中Cu总形态含量和蛋白结合态含量均升高(P<0.05),Zn总形态含量和蛋白结合态含量均降低(P<0.05),Cu、Zn总形态含量和蛋白结合态元素含量的比值均升高(P<0.05);大鼠血清Cu总形态含量和蛋白结合态含量与Zn总形态含量和蛋白结合态含量呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论T2DM大鼠血清中Cu、Zn总形态变化主要由蛋白结合态变化引起,测定2种元素的蛋白结合态含量较总形态含量可以更好地反映它们在DM过程中的生物学作用。 展开更多

目的 探讨维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者血清锌水平与左心室舒张功能障碍(left ventricular diastolic dysfunction,LVDD)的相关性。方法 单中心横断面研究,选择2018年6月~2020年12月连云港市第一人民医院血液净化... 目的 探讨维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者血清锌水平与左心室舒张功能障碍(left ventricular diastolic dysfunction,LVDD)的相关性。方法 单中心横断面研究,选择2018年6月~2020年12月连云港市第一人民医院血液净化中心96例MHD患者作为研究对象。采用火焰原子吸收法检测血清锌水平。根据心脏超声检查结果将二尖瓣舒张早期峰流速(E)二尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度(e’)比值(E/e’)>15或e’<7cm/s定义为LVDD组(n=52)和非LVDD组(n=44)。比较LVDD组和非LVDD组患者临床资料、实验室指标和超声心动图参数差异。MHD患者血清锌水平与其他指标的关系采用Pearson和Spearman相关分析。影响MHD患者LVDD的因素采用多因素Logistic回归分析。血清锌对MHD患者LVDD的诊断价值采用ROC分析。结果 LVDD组患者血清锌水平为(90.15±10.44)μg/dl,低于非LVDD组患者的(107.42±11.57)μg/dl,差异有统计学意义(t=7.618,P<0.001)。相关性分析结果显示:MHD患者血清锌水平与血红蛋白呈正相关(r=0.263,P=0.017),与二尖瓣舒张早期峰流速(E)与二尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度(e’)比值(E/e’)、舒张末期左心房直径(left atrial diameter,LAD)呈负相关(r=-0.447,P<0.001;r=-0.243,P=0.028)。ROC曲线结果显示:血清锌水平预测MHD患者LVDD的曲线下面积(area under curve,AUC)为0.817(95%CI:0.728~0.892,P=0.015),预测临界值为95.85μg/dl,敏感度为78.44%,特异度为76.02%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示低血清锌水平是影响MHD患者LVDD的独立危险因素(OR=2.014,95%CI:1.414~7.015,P=0.005)。结论 较低的血清锌水平是MHD患者发生LVDD的独立危险因素,血清锌可作为早期筛查MHD患者LVDD的一项有效的血清学标志物。 展开更多

目的:分析高血压病人血清锌指蛋白A20、p53表达及与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法:选取住院行冠状动脉造影检查的高血压病人120例,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠状动脉病变组(病变组)70例和冠状动脉正常组(正常组)50例。根据Gensini评分,将病... 目的:分析高血压病人血清锌指蛋白A20、p53表达及与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法:选取住院行冠状动脉造影检查的高血压病人120例,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠状动脉病变组(病变组)70例和冠状动脉正常组(正常组)50例。根据Gensini评分,将病变组病人分为轻度组40例、中度组20例和重度组10例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组血清p53表达水平,实时荧光定量PCR法检测血清锌指蛋白A20 mRNA表达,并分析二者相关性。采用ROC曲线分析血清锌指蛋白A20 mRNA、p53表达水平对高血压病人发生冠状动脉病变的诊断效能。结果:病变组病人血清A20 mRNA、p53表达和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均明显高于正常组(P<0.01)。病变组中,重度组病人A20 mRNA明显高于轻度组和中度组,中度组亦明显高于轻度组(P<0.01);重度组病人p53高于轻度组(P<0.05)。病变组血清A20 mRNA表达与p53表达水平呈正相关关系(r=0.702,P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清A20 mRNA、p53表达水平联合诊断高血压病人发生冠状动脉病变的曲线下面积为0.799,敏感度76.80%,特异度为78.40%。结论:高血压合并冠状动脉病变病人血清锌指蛋白A20 mRNA、p53表达水平随冠状动脉病变的加重有逐渐升高趋势,且二者呈正相关关系,对诊断高血压病人发生冠状动脉病变具有一定临床价值。 展开更多

目的 观察迁延性腹泻患儿的体液免疫、血清锌水平,并探究口服葡萄糖酸锌对其血清锌、体液免疫功能及疾病复发的影响。方法 选择96例迁延性腹泻患儿作为病例组,按就诊顺序随机分为葡萄糖酸锌组和常规组,每组48例。常规组给予对症治疗,葡... 目的 观察迁延性腹泻患儿的体液免疫、血清锌水平,并探究口服葡萄糖酸锌对其血清锌、体液免疫功能及疾病复发的影响。方法 选择96例迁延性腹泻患儿作为病例组,按就诊顺序随机分为葡萄糖酸锌组和常规组,每组48例。常规组给予对症治疗,葡萄糖酸锌组在常规组基础上口服葡萄糖酸锌口服液。另纳入50例体检正常儿童作为健康对照组。比较健康对照组和病例组血清锌与免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]水平,葡萄糖酸锌组和常规组临床疗效、治疗前后血清锌与免疫球蛋白水平及大便次数复常时间、大便性状复常时间、随访3个月腹泻复发情况。结果 病例组血清锌、IgA、IgM、IgG分别为(52.72±8.13)μmol/L、(0.651±0.252)g/L、(0.725±0.236)g/L、(5.165±1.436)g/L,均低于健康对照组的(70.27±8.76)μmol/L、(1.502±0.356)g/L、(1.814±0.631)g/L、(11.258±1.641)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。葡萄糖酸锌组临床总有效率为93.75%(45/48),显著高于常规组的75.00%(36/48),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,葡萄糖酸锌组血清锌、IgA、IgM、IgG分别为(68.24±8.05)μmol/L、(1.114±0.343)g/L、(1.424±0.602)g/L、(9.847±1.552)g/L,高于本组治疗前的(52.58±8.21)μmol/L、(0.658±0.263)g/L、(0.729±0.232)g/L、(5.211±1.422)g/L和常规组治疗后的(55.25±8.42)μmol/L、(0.678±0.246)g/L、(0.763±0.218)g/L、(5.425±1.466)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组治疗前后血清锌、IgA、IgM、IgG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。葡萄糖酸锌组的大便次数复常时间(6.7±2.0)d、大便性状复常时间(7.5±3.2)d均短于常规组的(9.9±3.1)、(11.3±2.8)d,随访3个月腹泻复发率2.08%(1/48)低于常规组的14.58%(7/48),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 迁延性腹泻患儿存在缺锌和体液免疫紊乱情况,口服葡萄糖酸锌能够快速升高患儿体内血清锌水平,纠正免疫功能紊乱,有助于缩短病程及降低复发率。 展开更多
