BACKGROUND 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT is a commonly used examination method in nuclear medicine.However,patients receiving 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT have insufficient knowledge of this method and worry about the examination re...BACKGROUND 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT is a commonly used examination method in nuclear medicine.However,patients receiving 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT have insufficient knowledge of this method and worry about the examination results.AIM To investigate the effect of teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing on adverse emotion and cooperation in patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examination.METHODS Ninety patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examinations were divided into a study group and a control group using a simple random number table,and 45 cases were allocated to each group.Routine nursing was provided to the control group,and teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing was provided to the study group on the basis of the control group.Heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,self-rating depression scale(SDS),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were assessed before and after the intervention,and examination cooperation and intervention satisfaction were assessed in the two groups before,during,and after the examination.RESULTS Before the examination,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure in the study group were not significantly different from the values of the control group(P>0.05).The results of the study group before and after the examination were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,SDS and SAS scores in the study group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of cooperation was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with the intervention was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing can help maintain the stability of blood pressure and heart rate,relieve negative emotions,and improve the satisfaction and cooperation of patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examinations.展开更多

The nursing staff who work there may be exposed to constant stress from these factors. This study aimed to explore the psychological experience of the nursing staff of the Medical Oncology Department of the Yaoundé General Hospital. Methods: We carried out a cross-sectional study, in June 2017, involving the nursing staff of the Medical Oncology Department of the Yaoundé General Hospital. Results: Sixteen out of 18 nurses were interviewed. All had worked in at least one other department prior to Oncology. The number of years of experience in Oncology ranged from less than one year to 13 years. The choice of the Oncology department was involuntary for 100% of the staff;of these, 62% had intentions of changing departments. Twenty-five percent had applied for a change of department, which was unsuccessful. Stress was expressed by 94% of the staff;93% thought that there was a solution to the stress experienced on a daily basis in the Oncology department. The main solutions proposed to manage this stress were: support for the staff, provision of work materials, and staff training. Conclusion: The nursing staff of the Medical Oncology Department of the Yaoundé General Hospital experiences a high level of stress and are in need of solutions.展开更多
BACKGROUND The emergency department plays a crucial role in providing acute care to patients.Nursing interventions in this setting are essential for improving the continuity of care,enhancing patients’self-care abili...BACKGROUND The emergency department plays a crucial role in providing acute care to patients.Nursing interventions in this setting are essential for improving the continuity of care,enhancing patients’self-care abilities,and reducing psychological symp-toms.AIM To evaluate the effect of nursing interventions in the emergency department on these indicators in an emergency department.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 patients admitted to the emergency department between January 2022 and May 2023.The patients were divided into two groups:The control group(conventional nursing intervention)and the observation group(conventional nursing intervention+emergency department nursing intervention).The two groups were compared regarding continuity of care,self-care ability,psychological symptoms,and satisfaction with care.RESULTS The emergency department nursing interventions significantly improved the continuity of care,enhanced patients’self-care abilities,and reduced psycho-logical symptoms such as anxiety and depression.CONCLUSION Nursing interventions in the emergency department positively impact continuity of care,self-care,and psychological symptoms.However,it is important to acknowledge the limitations of this study,including the small number of studies,variable methodological quality,and the heterogeneity of the study population.Future research should address these limitations and further explore the effects of different types of nursing interventions in the emergency department.Additionally,efforts should be made to enhance the application and evaluation of these interventions in clinical practice.展开更多

Objective:To analyze the effects of providing extended rehabilitation nursing services at home to patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)combined with heart failure(CHF)on psychological improvement and adherence to ...Objective:To analyze the effects of providing extended rehabilitation nursing services at home to patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)combined with heart failure(CHF)on psychological improvement and adherence to medical compliance behavior.Methods:79 patients with CHD with CHF admitted to Sijia Town Central Health Hospital,Haimen District,Nantong City,Jiangsu Province,between June 2021 and June 2023 were selected and grouped according to the randomized numerical table method.The control group(39 cases)was provided with conventional nursing care and extended rehabilitation nursing care at home was provided to the observation group(40 cases).The psychological status,adherence to medical behaviors,cardiac function,and complications between both groups were compared.Results:The scores of anxieties and depression self-assessment scales(SAS,SDS)of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=2.954,3.212;P<0.05);the compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of left ventricular ejection fraction,end-systolic and end-diastolic internal diameters(LVEF,LVESD,LVEDD)of patients in the observation group at 58.02±5.34%,44.49±5.16 mm,and 49.16±5.76 mm respectively were better than those of the control group after nursing care(t=3.205,3.288,2.633;P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extended rehabilitation nursing at home exhibited a psychological regulation effect on CHD with CHF patients,improved their medical compliance,improved cardiac function,reduced the incidence of complications,and had significant application value.展开更多

A bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB software) was used to perform keyword word frequency analysis and generate a keyword co-occurrence matrix. In addition, Ucinet software's Netdraw tool was used to create visualized network diagrams.Results: A total of 27890 articles were retrieved, and word frequency analysis revealed that the highestfrequency keywords consisted of anxiety, depression, the elderly, expectant women, coronary heart disease, diabetes, breast cancer, perioperative period, quality of life, and psychological intervention.Research hotspot analysis revealed that consistent hotspots comprised anxiety, depression, health education, and perioperative period; expectant women became a hotspot during 2010-2012, and quality of life and efficacy became hotspots during 2013-2015.Conclusions: In addition to the care process, clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China have increasingly included the effectiveness of psychological nursing and impact on patient quality of life. Objective:The objective of the study is to investigate the psychological status of nursing staff both working on nonfront line and on the front line during the epidemic period of COVID‑19 and to analyze the influencin...Objective:The objective of the study is to investigate the psychological status of nursing staff both working on nonfront line and on the front line during the epidemic period of COVID‑19 and to analyze the influencing factors related to mental health state,as well as to provide targeted psychological intervening measures for nursing staff in the face of this major public health event.Methods:We used data from January 28,2019,to February 08,2020,on the number of cases who worked in the 3A‑level hospital as nonfront‑line nurses(n=29,54%)and those who worked in Wuhan infectious hospital as the front‑line supporters(n=25,46%)came from the 3A‑level hospital.The participants completed the symptom checklist 90,and the researchers recorded data on demographics,psychological status,and the influencing factors.Results:In our baseline scenario,we estimated that the total symptom index was 1.676±0.654 for nurses who worked on the front line,1.260±0.304 for those who worked as the front‑line reserve nurses,and was 1.486±0.647 for those who worked as the nonfront‑line nurses.The results of correlation analysis show that the factors related to the psychological status of nurses include age,professional title,marital status,and family support;different factors have different effects on psychological status.Conclusion:In the face of major public health emergencies,both front‑line nursing staff and nonfront‑line staff are confronted with different degrees of psychological stress,so effective psychological support should be given to improve the working efficiency and enthusiasm of nurses.展开更多

METHODS: A total of 86 patients with hepatocirrhosis hospitalized in The Sixth Hospital of Handan from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the nursing method. The control group, with a total of 42 patients, were given psychological nursing intervention. The observation group, with a total of 44 patients, were given acupoint massage and psychological nursing intervention. Changes in depression levels, hope levels, and coping style scores were compared between the 2 groups. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in depression, hope level and coping style before the intervention between the 2 groups(P > 0.05). In the observation group, the self-rating depression scale(SDS) score of depression before intervention was 55.16 ± 4.17; and the positive attitude score was 8.40 ± 2.02; the positive action score was 8.33 ± 3.05; and the intimate score was 8.13 ± 2.44. The negative response score was 30.14 ± 3.31, and the positive response score was 30.49 ± 3.26. Before the intervention, the SDS score in the control group was 56.81 ± 4.39, and the positive attitude score was 8.29 ± 1.98. The positive action score was 8.04 ± 2.57, and the intimate score was 8.06 ± 2.31. The total level of hope score was 24.07 ± 3.11. The negative coping score was 30.55 ± 3.06, and the positive coping score was 30.93 ± 3.17. After intervention the SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). The SDS score of the observation group was 36.19 ± 4.19, and the SDS score of the control group was 42.95 ± 3.71. The total level of hope in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after intervention(P < 0.05). The positive attitude score of the observation group was 16.10 ± 2.15, and the score of positive action was 14.74 ± 3.11; the score of intimate relationship was 15.08 ± 5.45; and the total score of hope was 45.71 ± 5.63. The positive attitude score of the control group was 10.92 ± 2.07; the score of positive action was 11.38 ± 3.14; the score of intimate relationship was 10.92 ± 2.33; and the total score of hope was 34.09 ± 5.77. The patients in the observation group had lower response scores after intervention than the control group, and the positive response scores were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The negative response score of the observation group was 20.14 ± 2.19; the positive response score was 38.92 ± 4.33; the negative response score of the control group was 26.61 ± 2.34; and the positive response score was 34.08 ± 2.69. CONCLUSION: Acupoint massage combined with psychological nursing can effectively improve depression in hospitalized patients with hepatocirrhosis, improve the patient's hope level, help patients cope with lifestyle changes from negative to positive, which is worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多

The study aims to learn about the psychological health and counseling situation of nursing students in the post-pandemic era through investigation on the psychological health, resilience and counseling demand of nursi...The study aims to learn about the psychological health and counseling situation of nursing students in the post-pandemic era through investigation on the psychological health, resilience and counseling demand of nursing students by randomly selecting clinical nursing students interned in a Grade III Level A hospital in Guangzhou from June 2020 to January 2021 as the objects of study. The internship can be divided into three stages: initial (1st - 3rd month), middle (4th - 7th month) and final (8th - 12th month). The investigator educated the nursing students about psychological health in the initial stage to improve their adaptability to clinical practice. Then they were given questionnaires including Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and general questionnaires. And this study further completed difference analysis on psychological health and resilience in gender, educational background, internship stages and non-only/only children. It turned out that all factors scored above the national norm except anxiety in nine symptom clusters and three dimensions of CD-RISC. As for the scores of four factors of somatization, interpersonal relationship, hostility and bigotry and three dimensions of tenacity, optimism and strength in the CD-RISC, the difference was considered to indicate statistical significance (P < 0.001). Among factors affecting the psychological health of clinical nursing students, score differences involving somatization and compulsion (P < 0.001, P < 0.05) under different educational backgrounds showed statistically significant. With regard to different clinical stages, there were significant differences in somatization, compulsion, tenacity and strength (P < 0.001, P < 0.05). Finally, the conclusion is drawn that, during the period of pandemic prevention and control, the overall psychological status of clinical nursing students was good, but there remain part of cases with mild psychological problems that cannot be ignored. In the post-pandemic era, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of teaching groups of clinical hospitals to psychological counseling for nursing students.展开更多
文摘BACKGROUND 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT is a commonly used examination method in nuclear medicine.However,patients receiving 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT have insufficient knowledge of this method and worry about the examination results.AIM To investigate the effect of teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing on adverse emotion and cooperation in patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examination.METHODS Ninety patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examinations were divided into a study group and a control group using a simple random number table,and 45 cases were allocated to each group.Routine nursing was provided to the control group,and teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing was provided to the study group on the basis of the control group.Heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,self-rating depression scale(SDS),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were assessed before and after the intervention,and examination cooperation and intervention satisfaction were assessed in the two groups before,during,and after the examination.RESULTS Before the examination,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure in the study group were not significantly different from the values of the control group(P>0.05).The results of the study group before and after the examination were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,SDS and SAS scores in the study group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of cooperation was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with the intervention was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing can help maintain the stability of blood pressure and heart rate,relieve negative emotions,and improve the satisfaction and cooperation of patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examinations.
文摘Objective: To analyze the effect of psychological nursing combined with breathing exercises on lung function of patients with pneumoconiosis, and to analyze the methods. A total of 64 cases of pneumoconiosis admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into the reference group and the experimental group by random numerical table. On the basis of symptomatic treatment, the control group was combined with conventional nursing measures and breathing exercises, while the experimental group was treated with psychological nursing on the basis of the control group, and the pulmonary function indexes and adverse mood of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results: There was no difference in SAS score, SDS score and pulmonary function indexes between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05), and the SAS score in the experimental group was the SDS score was lower than that of the control group, and FEV1, FEV1% and FEV1/FVC were higher than those of the control group, and the P < 0.05 was lower.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of outpatient nursing interventions on the hypoglycemic treatment and psychological emotions of diabetic patients.Methods:148 patients who came to our hospital for outpatient treatment from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 74 cases per group,according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received outpatient nursing intervention based on the control group.The two groups were observed for their effects of hypoglycemic treatment and psychological and emotional improvement before and after outpatient nursing intervention.Results:The health behavior scores of the control group were lower than that of the observation group;the post-intervention fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),and the depression self-rating scale(SDS)of the control group were significantly higher than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Outpatient nursing intervention encouraged patients to comply with healthy behaviors and helped control blood sugar levels.Patients’anxiety,depression,and other adverse psychological states were also improved hence the outpatient nursing intervention is worthy of further promotion.
文摘Background: The world of cancer care is an emotional place, given the severity of the disease being treated, the heavy workload, the suffering of patients, and the high number of deaths. The nursing staff who work there may be exposed to constant stress from these factors. This study aimed to explore the psychological experience of the nursing staff of the Medical Oncology Department of the Yaoundé General Hospital. Methods: We carried out a cross-sectional study, in June 2017, involving the nursing staff of the Medical Oncology Department of the Yaoundé General Hospital. Results: Sixteen out of 18 nurses were interviewed. All had worked in at least one other department prior to Oncology. The number of years of experience in Oncology ranged from less than one year to 13 years. The choice of the Oncology department was involuntary for 100% of the staff;of these, 62% had intentions of changing departments. Twenty-five percent had applied for a change of department, which was unsuccessful. Stress was expressed by 94% of the staff;93% thought that there was a solution to the stress experienced on a daily basis in the Oncology department. The main solutions proposed to manage this stress were: support for the staff, provision of work materials, and staff training. Conclusion: The nursing staff of the Medical Oncology Department of the Yaoundé General Hospital experiences a high level of stress and are in need of solutions.

文摘BACKGROUND The emergency department plays a crucial role in providing acute care to patients.Nursing interventions in this setting are essential for improving the continuity of care,enhancing patients’self-care abilities,and reducing psychological symp-toms.AIM To evaluate the effect of nursing interventions in the emergency department on these indicators in an emergency department.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 patients admitted to the emergency department between January 2022 and May 2023.The patients were divided into two groups:The control group(conventional nursing intervention)and the observation group(conventional nursing intervention+emergency department nursing intervention).The two groups were compared regarding continuity of care,self-care ability,psychological symptoms,and satisfaction with care.RESULTS The emergency department nursing interventions significantly improved the continuity of care,enhanced patients’self-care abilities,and reduced psycho-logical symptoms such as anxiety and depression.CONCLUSION Nursing interventions in the emergency department positively impact continuity of care,self-care,and psychological symptoms.However,it is important to acknowledge the limitations of this study,including the small number of studies,variable methodological quality,and the heterogeneity of the study population.Future research should address these limitations and further explore the effects of different types of nursing interventions in the emergency department.Additionally,efforts should be made to enhance the application and evaluation of these interventions in clinical practice.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with biofeedback on the rehabilitation of patients with anxiety disorders.Methods:100 patients with anxiety disorders in our hospital from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=50)and study group(n=50).The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given psychological nursing combined with biofeedback.The changes of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,symptom score,and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups,but after nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the degree of improvement in the study group was higher than that of the control group.Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05),but after nursing,the scores of stress,crying spells,tremor,and general discomfort in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Besides,before nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05),but after nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological activity,social ability,and material life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the degree of improvement after nursing in the study group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Psychological nursing combined with biofeedback to promote the rehabilitation of patients with anxiety disorders effectively improves the negative emotion of patients,reduces stress,depression,tremor,and general discomfort,and improve the overall quality of life.Therefore,it is worth further popularization.

文摘Objective:To analyze the effects of providing extended rehabilitation nursing services at home to patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)combined with heart failure(CHF)on psychological improvement and adherence to medical compliance behavior.Methods:79 patients with CHD with CHF admitted to Sijia Town Central Health Hospital,Haimen District,Nantong City,Jiangsu Province,between June 2021 and June 2023 were selected and grouped according to the randomized numerical table method.The control group(39 cases)was provided with conventional nursing care and extended rehabilitation nursing care at home was provided to the observation group(40 cases).The psychological status,adherence to medical behaviors,cardiac function,and complications between both groups were compared.Results:The scores of anxieties and depression self-assessment scales(SAS,SDS)of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=2.954,3.212;P<0.05);the compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of left ventricular ejection fraction,end-systolic and end-diastolic internal diameters(LVEF,LVESD,LVEDD)of patients in the observation group at 58.02±5.34%,44.49±5.16 mm,and 49.16±5.76 mm respectively were better than those of the control group after nursing care(t=3.205,3.288,2.633;P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extended rehabilitation nursing at home exhibited a psychological regulation effect on CHD with CHF patients,improved their medical compliance,improved cardiac function,reduced the incidence of complications,and had significant application value.

文摘Objective: To analyze clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China and variation trends in order to provide reference points on the current state of development of clinical psychological nursing and future research hotspots.Method: Clinical psychological nursing research literature sourced from Wanfang Data for the three periods of 2007-2009, 2010-2012, and 2013-2015 were selected as the research sample. A bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB software) was used to perform keyword word frequency analysis and generate a keyword co-occurrence matrix. In addition, Ucinet software's Netdraw tool was used to create visualized network diagrams.Results: A total of 27890 articles were retrieved, and word frequency analysis revealed that the highestfrequency keywords consisted of anxiety, depression, the elderly, expectant women, coronary heart disease, diabetes, breast cancer, perioperative period, quality of life, and psychological intervention.Research hotspot analysis revealed that consistent hotspots comprised anxiety, depression, health education, and perioperative period; expectant women became a hotspot during 2010-2012, and quality of life and efficacy became hotspots during 2013-2015.Conclusions: In addition to the care process, clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China have increasingly included the effectiveness of psychological nursing and impact on patient quality of life. In addition, research hotspots have been influenced by the incidence of illnesses and people's health consciousness.

Methods: 100 cases of urological surgical patients according to the nursing way, each 50 cases were divided into observation group and control group, and control group routine nursing, and the observation group implement rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in combination with psychological nursing, the comparison of two groups of patients with stress index, immune function, mental health, postoperative recovery index and the effect of complications. 文摘Objective:The objective of the study is to investigate the psychological status of nursing staff both working on nonfront line and on the front line during the epidemic period of COVID‑19 and to analyze the influencing factors related to mental health state,as well as to provide targeted psychological intervening measures for nursing staff in the face of this major public health event.Methods:We used data from January 28,2019,to February 08,2020,on the number of cases who worked in the 3A‑level hospital as nonfront‑line nurses(n=29,54%)and those who worked in Wuhan infectious hospital as the front‑line supporters(n=25,46%)came from the 3A‑level hospital.The participants completed the symptom checklist 90,and the researchers recorded data on demographics,psychological status,and the influencing factors.Results:In our baseline scenario,we estimated that the total symptom index was 1.676±0.654 for nurses who worked on the front line,1.260±0.304 for those who worked as the front‑line reserve nurses,and was 1.486±0.647 for those who worked as the nonfront‑line nurses.The results of correlation analysis show that the factors related to the psychological status of nurses include age,professional title,marital status,and family support;different factors have different effects on psychological status.Conclusion:In the face of major public health emergencies,both front‑line nursing staff and nonfront‑line staff are confronted with different degrees of psychological stress,so effective psychological support should be given to improve the working efficiency and enthusiasm of nurses.
文摘OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of acupoint massage combined with psychological nursing on depression and hope level and coping style in hospitalized patients with hepatocirrhosis, and to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment. METHODS: A total of 86 patients with hepatocirrhosis hospitalized in The Sixth Hospital of Handan from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the nursing method. The control group, with a total of 42 patients, were given psychological nursing intervention. The observation group, with a total of 44 patients, were given acupoint massage and psychological nursing intervention. Changes in depression levels, hope levels, and coping style scores were compared between the 2 groups. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in depression, hope level and coping style before the intervention between the 2 groups(P > 0.05). In the observation group, the self-rating depression scale(SDS) score of depression before intervention was 55.16 ± 4.17; and the positive attitude score was 8.40 ± 2.02; the positive action score was 8.33 ± 3.05; and the intimate score was 8.13 ± 2.44. The negative response score was 30.14 ± 3.31, and the positive response score was 30.49 ± 3.26. Before the intervention, the SDS score in the control group was 56.81 ± 4.39, and the positive attitude score was 8.29 ± 1.98. The positive action score was 8.04 ± 2.57, and the intimate score was 8.06 ± 2.31. The total level of hope score was 24.07 ± 3.11. The negative coping score was 30.55 ± 3.06, and the positive coping score was 30.93 ± 3.17. After intervention the SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). The SDS score of the observation group was 36.19 ± 4.19, and the SDS score of the control group was 42.95 ± 3.71. The total level of hope in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after intervention(P < 0.05). The positive attitude score of the observation group was 16.10 ± 2.15, and the score of positive action was 14.74 ± 3.11; the score of intimate relationship was 15.08 ± 5.45; and the total score of hope was 45.71 ± 5.63. The positive attitude score of the control group was 10.92 ± 2.07; the score of positive action was 11.38 ± 3.14; the score of intimate relationship was 10.92 ± 2.33; and the total score of hope was 34.09 ± 5.77. The patients in the observation group had lower response scores after intervention than the control group, and the positive response scores were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The negative response score of the observation group was 20.14 ± 2.19; the positive response score was 38.92 ± 4.33; the negative response score of the control group was 26.61 ± 2.34; and the positive response score was 34.08 ± 2.69. CONCLUSION: Acupoint massage combined with psychological nursing can effectively improve depression in hospitalized patients with hepatocirrhosis, improve the patient's hope level, help patients cope with lifestyle changes from negative to positive, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

文摘Objective:The objective of this study is to explore the mediating role of professional commitment of undergraduate nursing students between positive psychological capital(PsyCap)and learning burnout.Materials and Methods:A cluster sampling method was used to survey 442 students of a bachelor’s degree in freshman to the junior in a medical college in Shaanxi Province.Results:Professional commitment was positively related to positive PsyCap(=0.487,P<0.01),while positive PsyCap and professional commitment were negatively related to learning burnout(r=−0.456,r=−0.411,P all<0.01).There are certain mediating effects of professional commitment in the relationship between positive PsyCap and learning burnout.The mediating effect value of professional commitment is−0.065,accounting for 16.08%of the total effect.Conclusion:Nursing educators in medical colleges and universities should focus on developing and training the positive PsyCap of undergraduate nursing students,thereby enhancing and stabilizing their professional commitment level and reducing the risk of learning burnout.
文摘Objective:To analyze and comprehensively study the clinical effects of humanized psychological nursing model in general surgery nursing.Methods:The study period was from January 2018 to December 2020.A sample of 200 patients who were admitted to The Second People's Hospital of Taizhou City for general surgery were selected.Random lottery grouping was used to divide the subjects into a study group and a control group.The sample within each group was n=100.The patients in the control group were provided with conventional general surgery nursing plan whereas the patients in the study group received the same nursing plan but with addition of the humanized psychological nursing model.The indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Comparing the scores from Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)after nursing intervention,postoperative visual analog scale(VAS),hospital stay,and patient satisfaction with the nursing services between the two groups,the study group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanized psychological nursing model in general surgery nursing had a significant effect in which there were improvements in regard to the patientsJ mental state and their satisfaction with the nursing services.Hence,it is worthy of promotion.
文摘Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease mainly caused by motor disorders, mostly occurring in middle-aged and elderly people. The incidence of PD has been increasing year by year, and up to now, PD is still an incurable disease. However, more and more data show that early implementation of deep brain stimulation and early medical, psychological, social and other interventions can significantly improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time of patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Mental health guidance, cognitive behavioral intervention, psychogenic therapy and scientific nursing for PD patients may improve the functional recovery after Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) for Parkinson’s disease. This paper discusses the nursing and psychological intervention methods of deep brain stimulation (DBS) implantation in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD), aiming to scientifically discuss the clinical effect of nursing psychological intervention and improve the quality of life in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Basic nursing and psychological cognitive behavior intervention measures for PD patients can improve the daily activity ability of PD patients, improve the outcome of PD patients, and effectively improve the satisfaction of PD patients with nursing work, which has certain clinical promotion significance.

文摘The study aims to learn about the psychological health and counseling situation of nursing students in the post-pandemic era through investigation on the psychological health, resilience and counseling demand of nursing students by randomly selecting clinical nursing students interned in a Grade III Level A hospital in Guangzhou from June 2020 to January 2021 as the objects of study. The internship can be divided into three stages: initial (1st - 3rd month), middle (4th - 7th month) and final (8th - 12th month). The investigator educated the nursing students about psychological health in the initial stage to improve their adaptability to clinical practice. Then they were given questionnaires including Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and general questionnaires. And this study further completed difference analysis on psychological health and resilience in gender, educational background, internship stages and non-only/only children. It turned out that all factors scored above the national norm except anxiety in nine symptom clusters and three dimensions of CD-RISC. As for the scores of four factors of somatization, interpersonal relationship, hostility and bigotry and three dimensions of tenacity, optimism and strength in the CD-RISC, the difference was considered to indicate statistical significance (P < 0.001).
