Given the aging society,an increase in social demand,information-and communication technology-driven culture,and government policy support emerges to enable the development of the socialized care services system for the aged(SCSSA).The development of the SCSSA would be a significant step toward addressing China’s aging population.However,the construction of the SCSSA challenges the theories and methods of traditional elderly care service system construction.Specifically,the implementation path for such elderly care service policies is unclear,the necessary technological support is insufficient,and the mechanism for integrating intelligent information technology remains underexplored.Thus,this paper focuses on the needs of the elderly,grounded in the context of the changing elderly care service policies in China,and proposes a research paradigm that integrates system construction and support measure embedding.We then construct the original SCSSA,which includes“material+spirit+medical treatment+healthcare”and propose a method of optimization and iteration.Finally,we build the research framework of systematic support measures from the perspectives of policy reconstruction,institutional embeddedness,and technical support.Our work provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction and dynamic optimization of the SCSSA,thus making a significant contribution that will help China effectively cope with its aging society. 展开更多

Setting: The study was cond... Objectives: To investigate the effect of supportive measures guidelines on nurses’ practices during labor. Methods: A quasi-experimental design (an interventional pre and post-test study). Setting: The study was conducted at obstetric wards and intrapartum units at Nasser Institute Hospital. Sample: All nurses provide guided direct care, there were 40 nurses included in the study. Tools: Three tools were used to collect data named self-administered questionnaire sheet, labor supportive measures’ observational checklists, and nurses’ satisfaction sheet. Results: There was a highly significant improvement in total knowledge and total practical skills among the studied sample pre-intervention compared to immediate post and follow-up intervention (p ≤ 0.01). Additionally, 95% of the studied sample was satisfied with the advanced knowledge included in the guidelines. Conclusion: The supportive measures guidelines had an efficient improving nurses’ knowledge and practices post-intervention. Also, the majority of the studied sample was satisfied with the implemented guidelines. Recommendations: Implementation of labor supportive measure guidelines in different childbirth units to improve nurses’ practice. Further research is required to investigate parturient woman’s satisfaction with the childbirth process after implementing labor supportive measures and the effect of labor supportive measures on childbirth process outcome. 展开更多

The influence of an upper,mined coal seam on the stability of rock surrounding a roadway in a lower coal seam is examined.The technical problems of roadway control are discussed based on the geological conditions existing in the Liyazhuang Mine No.2 coal seam.The stress distribution and floor failure in the lower works after mining the upper coal is studied through numerical simulations.The failure mechanism of the roof and walls of a roadway located in the lower coal seam is described.The predicted deformation and failure of the roadway for different distances between the two coal seams are used to design two ways of supporting the lower structure.One is a combined support consisting of anchors with a joist steel tent and a combined anchor truss.A field test of the design was performed to good effect.The results have significance for the design of supports for roadways located in similar conditions. 展开更多

The impact of a Distributed Denial of Service(DDoS)attack on Soft-ware Defined Networks(SDN)is briefly analyzed.Many approaches to detecting DDoS attacks exist,varying on the feature being considered and the method used.Still,the methods have a deficiency in the performance of detecting DDoS attacks and mitigating them.To improve the performance of SDN,an efficient Real-time Multi-Constrained Adaptive Replication and Traffic Approximation Model(RMCARTAM)is sketched in this article.The RMCARTAM considers different parameters or constraints in running different controllers responsible for handling incoming packets.The model is designed with multiple controllers to handle net-work traffic but can turn the controllers according to requirements.The multi-con-straint adaptive replication model monitors different features of network traffic like rate of packet reception,class-based packet reception and target-specific reception.According to these features,the method estimates the Replication Turn-ing Weight(RTW)based on which triggering controllers are performed.Similarly,the method applies Traffic Approximation(TA)in the detection of DDoS attacks.The detection of a DDoS attack is performed by approximating the incoming traf-fic to any service and using various features like hop count,payload,service fre-quency,and malformed frequency to compute various support measures on bandwidth access,data support,frequency support,malformed support,route sup-port,and so on.Using all these support measures,the method computes the value of legitimate weight to conclude the behavior of any source in identifying the mal-icious node.Identified node details are used in the mitigation of DDoS attacks.The method stimulates the network performance by reducing the power factor by switching the controller according to different factors,which also reduces the cost.In the same way,the proposed model improves the accuracy of detecting DDoS attacks by estimating the features of incoming traffic in different corners. 展开更多

This problem is crucial for radar-to-ESM track fusion and is complicated by the presence of individual systematic errors and measurement errors. In order to improve the track association of radar and ESM sensors, a pseudo-linear filtering algorithm is proposed to estimate the target states and improve the stability of the filter. It is found that, however, the correct probability of radar- to-ESM track association decreases as the radar measurement error decreases, when the pseudo-linear filter is used for ESM sensor filtering. In view of the strange phenomenon, this paper analyzes the reason for it by using the statistic theory and further performs Monte Carlo simulation to verify the analysis. 展开更多

Geotechnical investigations and remediation design for failure of tunnel portal section: a case study in northern Turkey 被引量:7

Mass movements are very common problems in the eastern Black Sea region of Turkey due to its climate conditions, geological, and geomorphological characteristics. High slope angle, weathering, dense rainfalls, and anthropogenic impacts are generally reported as the most important triggering factors in the region. Following the portal slope excavations in the entrance section of Cankurtaran tunnel, located in the region, where the highly weathered andesitic tuff crops out, a circular toe failure occurred. The main target of the present study is to investigate the causes and occurrence mechanism of this failure and to determine the feasible remedial measures against it using finite element method(FEM) in four stages. These stages are slope stability analyses for pre-and postexcavation cases, and remediation design assessments for slope and tunnel. The results of the FEM-SSR analyses indicated that the insufficient initial support design and weathering of the andesitic tuffs are the main factors that caused the portal failure. After installing a rock retaining wall with jet grout columns and reinforced slope benching applications, the factor of safety increased from 0.83 to 2.80. In addition toslope stability evaluation, the Rock Mass Rating(RMR), Rock Mass Quality(Q) and New Austrian Tunneling Method(NATM) systems were also utilized as empirical methods to characterize the tunnel ground and to determine the tunnel support design. The performance of the suggested empirical support design, induced stress distributions and deformations were analyzed by means of numerical modelling. Finally, it was concluded that the recommended stabilization technique was essential for the dynamic long-term stability and prevents the effects of failure. Additionally, the FEM method gives useful and reasonably reliable results in evaluating the stability of cut slopes and tunnels excavated both in continuous and discontinuous rock masses. 展开更多
