文摘Facing the development and change of contemporary urban and rural planning discipline and social talent demand,it is imperative to develop the talent training of urban and rural planning major.Based on the teaching platform,this study constructed a perfect talent training mode,implemented modular teaching,took the occupation as the guidance,carried out the application-oriented talent training,and delivered high-quality professionals to the society.
文摘In the process of cultivating software engineering professionals,the practical teaching of professional courses is an indispensable link.In order to enable students to understand,consolidate and master theoretical knowledge,improve the ability to solve problems by combining theory with practice,and achieve the goal of combining theoretical knowledge with practice.Adopting the planning of through-type training,complete the teaching work of three practical courses of software system design,software system construction,and software product construction.Through the implementation of the plan,the digitization of teaching resources,the virtualization of real enterprises,the intelligentization of teaching guidance,the visualization of teaching process,and the panorama of learning process are realized.By adopting the teaching methods of taskdriven online practice teaching,artificial intelligence-based teaching training support and teaching process,and result big data evaluation,the students’comprehensive practical ability can be improved finally,and the whole practice teaching reform can provide experience for the follow-up reform.

文摘Under the"One Belt One Road”initiative,China and Germany have become closer in cooperation and have made substantial progress in the fields of economy,trade,culture,science,and technology.The close cooperation between China and Germany has raised the demands for diversified German-speaking talents.After years of development and continuous exploration,China's educational institutions with German majors have established a mature talent training model but it is not enough to meet the country's growing demands for applied talents along with the economic development.With the advancement of the national education reform,many majors in various schools are thinking of reform plans suitable for their own development.Although German as a uminor^^language major is not very widely used,it plays an active and effective role in China's trade and cultural exchanges.Hence,there is a need to comprehensively improve students9 overall quality,advocate diversified training methods,adopt German-English bilingualism and professional German teaching methods,increase the cooperation of education between companies and institutions,as well as strive to train more applied German-speaking talents for the country.

文摘Cultivating application-oriented talents have become essential in vocational and higher education.This concept also applies to BIM intelligent construction programs.Based on literature review and general observations,we analyzed the connotation,key points,and value of developing a BIM intelligent construction program based on application-oriented talent cultivation.We also identified problems in the development of the program such as lack of comprehensive planning and the school being the sole authority in program development.Therefore,we proposed several strategies to address these problems,including systematic program development planning and fostering a multi-faceted partnership between schools and the industry.The goal is to provide valuable insights for the development of relevant programs in the new era.

文摘Taking the academic association of the Federation of Life Science Research and Innovation of the College of Life Science and Biotechnology of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as the research platform,it is necessary to organically combine personalized education with the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability.On the basis of unified teaching ideas,we should pay attention to the individual differences of educational objects,eliminate the disadvantages of traditional education,and break the conventional"spoon-feeding"teaching mode.It is necessary to shift from only paying attention to one-way indoctrination to paying attention to the cultivation of students'innovative quality,and to enhance students'interest in scientific research and practical ability of innovation and entrepreneurship through the rich scientific research activities of academic associations.
