Based on the CIPP(context,input,process,and product)model,this paper constructs an index system suitable for evaluating the teaching effect of VBSE(virtual business social environment)practical training from four aspe...Based on the CIPP(context,input,process,and product)model,this paper constructs an index system suitable for evaluating the teaching effect of VBSE(virtual business social environment)practical training from four aspects:context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,and product evaluation.Taking the students participating in VBSE practical training in X university as the survey population,381 valid sample data were obtained through an online questionnaire survey,and the index weights were determined by factor analysis method.The score value of the VBSE practical training teaching effect was calculated based on the evaluation mean value of three indexes.The results showed that the context evaluation score was 1.56,the input evaluation score was 1.54,the process evaluation score was 1.51,and the product evaluation score was 1.48.Subsequently,this paper put forward some countermeasures from the aspects of optimizing course arrangement,improving hardware facilities,and enhancing team cooperation to provide a guideline for improving the effect of VBSE practical training.展开更多

Objective:During the prevention and control of the outbreak of the new coronavirus,an upsurge of online teaching was set off in various teaching institutions.There is a relatively new online teaching method that has s...Objective:During the prevention and control of the outbreak of the new coronavirus,an upsurge of online teaching was set off in various teaching institutions.There is a relatively new online teaching method that has stood out,namely the screen sharing method.The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of live broadcasting and PowerPoint recorded lectures in terms of medical students' mastery of knowledge.Methods:The study was carried out among medical students of class 1806 from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University who were in their clinical years.The students were randomly divided into two groups,in which 15 students were enrolled in the live broadcast lecture group,while 13 were in the PowerPoint recorded lecture group.Each group underwent two weeks of teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.After the second week of the course,a knowledge post-test and satisfaction survey were carried out,and the same test paper was used again 14 days after the previous test.The knowledge post-test and satisfaction survey were carried out using the Dingding intelligent form.Results:With regard to the post-test knowledge,the scores of the students under the two teaching methods were high,indicating that the learning effects from the two methods are similar(p>0.05).In terms of satisfaction,students showed more acceptance to screen sharing lectures(p<0.01).Conclusion:In small-scale online teaching,live lecture with screen sharing is a better and more effective teaching method,and students are more likely to accept this teaching method.展开更多

BACKGROUND With the continuous development and progress of medical technology,the position of surgical nursing in the field of clinical medicine is becoming in-creasingly prominent.As an important branch of the surgic...BACKGROUND With the continuous development and progress of medical technology,the position of surgical nursing in the field of clinical medicine is becoming in-creasingly prominent.As an important branch of the surgical field,the nursing requirements and difficulty of gastrointestinal surgery are also increasing.In order to improve the teaching quality of nursing care in gastrointestinal surgery,many educators and researchers are actively exploring new teaching methods.Among them,the teaching method case-based learning(CBL),scene-simulated learning(SSL),task-based learning(TBL),combining self-evaluation and training mode is considered as an effective method.This method aims to help students to better master knowledge and skills and improve their comprehensive quality by cultivating their self-evaluation ability.AIM To explore the practical effect of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.METHODS Seventy-one nursing interns in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to different teaching modes,they were divided into observation group CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode combined with student self-assessment and control group(conventional teaching mode),of which 36 were in observation group and 35 were in control group.The results of operational skills,theoretical knowledge,nursing students'satisfaction,learning effectiveness questionnaire and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Compared between the two groups,the operational skills and theoretical knowledge scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the total satisfaction ratio of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group in the questionnaire results of learning efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the proportion of thinking ability,subjective initiative and understanding of theoretical knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The use of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in gastrointestinal surgery nursing teaching can improve the operational skills of nursing interns,theoretical knowledge and satisfaction scores of nursing students,improve the results of learning efficiency questionnaire and teaching effect,which can be popularized in clinical teaching.展开更多

Methods: The hospital i...Objective: To evaluate the role of prevention and control strategies for nosocomial infection in a tertiary teaching hospital during the sudden outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Methods: The hospital initiated an emergency plan involving multi-departmental defense and control. It adopted a series of nosocomial infection prevention and control measures, including strengthening pre-examination and triage, optimizing the consultation process, improving the hospital’s architectural composition, implementing graded risk management, enhancing personal protection, and implementing staff training and supervision. Descriptive research was used to evaluate the short-term effects of these in-hospital prevention and control strategies. The analysis compared changes in related evaluation indicators between January 24, 2020 and February 12, 2020 (Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve 2020 to lunar January 19) and the corresponding lunar period of the previous year. Results: Compared to the same period last year, the outpatient fever rate increased by 1.85-fold (P P Conclusion: The nosocomial infection prevention and control strategies implemented during this specific period improved the detection and control abilities for the COVID-19 source of infection and enhanced the compliance with measures. BACKGROUND The teaching mode of fitness exercise prescriptions for college students in physical education conforms to the scientific principles and rules of fitness,which can adapt to the characteristics of students’...BACKGROUND The teaching mode of fitness exercise prescriptions for college students in physical education conforms to the scientific principles and rules of fitness,which can adapt to the characteristics of students’individual physiological functions and stimulate their interest in learning.AIM To analyze the effect of prescribed exercise teaching on the sports quality and mental health of college students.METHODS The participants of the study were 240 students in our class of 2021,of which 142 were men and 98 were women.The 240 students were randomly divided into an experimental group using the exercise prescription teaching model and a control group using the conventional teaching model.The experimental and control groups were divided into four classes of 30 students each.The teaching activities of the two teaching mode groups were strictly controlled,and the same tests were used before and after the experiment to test the subjects’exercise quality(including standing long jump,50 m race,800 m race,sit-ups,sit-and-reach),physical form(including height,weight,Ketorolai index),cardiopulmonary function(including heart rate,blood pressure,spirometry,12-min running distance,maximum oxygen intake)and mental health(SCL-90,including somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoia,psychotic symptoms)to understand the effects of the exercise prescription teaching mode on students’physical and mental health status.RESULTS There were differences in the exercise scores of standing long jump,50 m,800 m/1000 m running,sit-ups,and sit-and-reach in the experimental group after the experiment compared with those before the experiment,and the above indices of the experimental group were different from those of the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).There were differences in body weight and Ketorolai index in the experimental group after the experiment compared to those before the experiment,and the indices of the experimental group were also different from those of the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).After the experiment,there were differences in spirometry,12-min running distance,and maximum oxygen intake in the experimental group compared to those before the experiment,and the indices of the experimental group were also different from those of the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).After the experiment,the indicators of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,and hostility in the experimental group were different from those in the pre-experimental group,and the indexes of the experimental group were also different from those of the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Exercise prescription teaching can mobilize college students’consciousness,enthusiasm,and initiative;expand personalities;enhance physical fitness and improve their mental health more than the conventional fitness exercise prescription teaching method.展开更多

The analysis compared changes in related evaluation indicators between January 24, 2020 and February 12, 2020 (Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve 2020 to lunar January 19) and the corresponding lunar period of the previous year. Results: Compared to the same period last year, the outpatient fever rate increased by 1.85-fold (P P Conclusion: The nosocomial infection prevention and control strategies implemented during this specific period improved the detection and control abilities for the COVID-19 source of infection and enhanced the compliance with measures. This likely contributed significantly to avoiding the occurrence of nosocomial infection.

文摘Objective:To study the application effect of short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode in clinical anesthesia practice.Method:48 students assigned to clinical anesthesia in digestive endoscopy of Shanxi Bethune Hospital from July 1,2022 to April 1,2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(PowerPoint presentation teaching group)and the observation group(short video combined with BOPPPS teaching group),with 24 students in each group.After the internship,the students’theoretical and technical scores were tested,the effects of the two teaching modes were compared,and the students’satisfaction was investigated.Results:The test scores of students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode can significantly improve students’learning interest,operation skills,and memory(P<0.05).The students’satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,the application of short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode has achieved great effect,which is worth further promotion and research.
文摘The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the field of education.As an important link in cultivating students’comprehensive quality and socialist core values,it is necessary to carry out continuous teaching reform and innovation in ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.Based on the concept of AI empowering the teaching reform of ideological and political courses,this study aims to explore how to use artificial intelligence technology to improve the teaching effect and learning experience of ideological and political courses.The research first analyzes the application status of artificial intelligence technology in education,and then discusses the application potential of artificial intelligence in ideological and political courses.Subsequently,the teaching reform strategy of ideological and political courses based on artificial intelligence is proposed,including the use of virtual reality technology,the application of intelligent auxiliary teaching tools to enhance personalized teaching,and the construction of an intelligent learning management system.Lastly,a case analysis is conducted to explore the implementation effect of the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in universities.The results showed that the application of artificial intelligence technology can effectively improve the teaching effect and learning experience of ideological and political courses,and provide new ideas and methods for the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in universities.
文摘Objective:To analyze the feasibility of adopting a combined ladder and case teaching method in otolaryngology nursing teaching.Method:Nursing students in the otolaryngology department were selected.According to the admission time of nursing students,30 nursing students formed a control group(conventional nursing teaching),and 30 nursing students who were admitted later formed an observation group(ladder and case teaching method).The learning performance and teaching effectiveness of nursing students under different teaching methods were analyzed.Result:The academic performance and teaching effectiveness of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the ladder and case teaching method during the teaching of otolaryngology nursing significantly improved the student’s academic performance and teaching effectiveness.This method has great practical value.
文摘BACKGROUND The teaching mode of fitness exercise prescriptions for college students in physical education conforms to the scientific principles and rules of fitness,which can adapt to the characteristics of students’individual physiological functions and stimulate their interest in learning.AIM To analyze the effect of prescribed exercise teaching on the sports quality and mental health of college students.METHODS The participants of the study were 240 students in our class of 2021,of which 142 were men and 98 were women.The 240 students were randomly divided into an experimental group using the exercise prescription teaching model and a control group using the conventional teaching model.The experimental and control groups were divided into four classes of 30 students each.The teaching activities of the two teaching mode groups were strictly controlled,and the same tests were used before and after the experiment to test the subjects’exercise quality(including standing long jump,50 m race,800 m race,sit-ups,sit-and-reach),physical form(including height,weight,Ketorolai index),cardiopulmonary function(including heart rate,blood pressure,spirometry,12-min running distance,maximum oxygen intake)and mental health(SCL-90,including somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoia,psychotic symptoms)to understand the effects of the exercise prescription teaching mode on students’physical and mental health status.RESULTS There were differences in the exercise scores of standing long jump,50 m,800 m/1000 m running,sit-ups,and sit-and-reach in the experimental group after the experiment compared with those before the experiment,and the above indices of the experimental group were different from those of the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).There were differences in body weight and Ketorolai index in the experimental group after the experiment compared to those before the experiment,and the indices of the experimental group were also different from those of the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).After the experiment,there were differences in spirometry,12-min running distance,and maximum oxygen intake in the experimental group compared to those before the experiment,and the indices of the experimental group were also different from those of the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).After the experiment,the indicators of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,and hostility in the experimental group were different from those in the pre-experimental group,and the indexes of the experimental group were also different from those of the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Exercise prescription teaching can mobilize college students’consciousness,enthusiasm,and initiative;expand personalities;enhance physical fitness and improve their mental health more than the conventional fitness exercise prescription teaching method.
