主要研究分段电压对于钛合金表面所制备的微弧氧化膜层特性的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和激光扫描共聚焦显微镜对MAO膜层的结构进行了表征,利用能谱分析(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)对膜层成分进行分析。对比评价了不同分段电压模式下膜... 主要研究分段电压对于钛合金表面所制备的微弧氧化膜层特性的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和激光扫描共聚焦显微镜对MAO膜层的结构进行了表征,利用能谱分析(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)对膜层成分进行分析。对比评价了不同分段电压模式下膜层的厚度、粗糙度和耐蚀性。结果表明,第1阶段电压为320 V氧化时间180 s与第2阶段电压为420 V氧化时间为720 s相比,所形成的膜层粗糙度最小。第1阶段外加电压320 V氧化时间120 s与第2阶段外加电压420 V氧化时间780 s相比,膜层最为致密,耐腐蚀性最好。XRD结果表明,膜层是由TiO2和亚稳态Ti2O3组成。 展开更多

In the as-cast Ti-55 alloy, the intragranular rare earth-rich phase particles are about 1. 0~14 μm in diameter, elliptical, and rich in Nd, Sn, and O. The contents of Nd and Sn on the grain boundaries are higher than those at other sites. The intragranular phases grow preferably at the region on the grain boundaries, which causes the formation of the elliptical morphology of the intragranular phases. 展开更多
