To improve the hit probability of tank at high speed,a prediction method of projectile-target intersection based on adaptive robust constraint-following control and interval uncertainty analysis is proposed.The method...To improve the hit probability of tank at high speed,a prediction method of projectile-target intersection based on adaptive robust constraint-following control and interval uncertainty analysis is proposed.The method proposed provides a novel way to predict the impact point of projectile for moving tank.First,bidirectional stability constraints and stability constraint-following error are constructed using the Udwadia-Kalaba theory,and an adaptive robust constraint-following controller is designed considering uncertainties.Second,the exterior ballistic ordinary differential equation with uncertainties is integrated into the controller,and the pointing control of stability system is extended to the impact-point control of projectile.Third,based on the interval uncertainty analysis method combining Chebyshev polynomial expansion and affine arithmetic,a prediction method of projectile-target intersection is proposed.Finally,the co-simulation experiment is performed by establishing the multi-body system dynamic model of tank and mathematical model of control system.The results demonstrate that the prediction method of projectile-target intersection based on uncertainty analysis can effectively decrease the uncertainties of system,improve the prediction accuracy,and increase the hit probability.The adaptive robust constraint-following control can effectively restrain the uncertainties caused by road excitation and model error.展开更多
Based on the principle of transient perturbation analysis,in this paper,a method to objectively determine the weather pattern formed by sea fog is provided.On the basis of the classification results,the circulation si...Based on the principle of transient perturbation analysis,in this paper,a method to objectively determine the weather pattern formed by sea fog is provided.On the basis of the classification results,the circulation situation,divergence and vertical velocity field,and the vertical profile of temperature and humidity are synthesized and analyzed.The basic characteristics of the circulation and physical field of sea fog under low pressure control(L type sea fog)are obtained,and the results are compared with the sea fog under the control of high pressure(H type sea fog):a)L type sea fogs potential height anomaly disturbance is mainly manifested in the low layer,and its average value is-65.66 gpm,gradually weakening upward;b)L type sea fogs inversion structure is weaker than H type sea fogs when it occurs,the fog layer is thicker and the high relative humidity level is high over the fog layer,while the H type sea fogs fog layer has a relatively obvious dry layer;c)L sea fog has three layers of structure at the vertical direction.The first layer 1000-950 hPa is convergence accompanied by weak rise and subsidence,the second layer 950-850 hPa is divergence accompanied by weak subsidence,and the third layer 850 to 500hPa is gradually strengthened.While there are two layer structures of the H type sea fog.1000 hPa is divergence accompanied by weak rising and sinking movement,950-500 hPa is a uniform subsidence movement.d)Probability density statistical analysis further quantified the vertical movement of L and H type sea fog and the distribution of relative humidity in each layer.These conclusions provide an important reference for forecasting the sea fog in the northwest of the Yellow Sea under the condition of low pressure circulation in summer.展开更多

Studying the bifurcation characteristics of traffic flow systems ...In recent years, the traffic congestion problem has become more and more serious, and the research on traffic system control has become a new hot spot. Studying the bifurcation characteristics of traffic flow systems and designing control schemes for unstable pivots can alleviate the traffic congestion problem from a new perspective. In this work, the full-speed differential model considering the vehicle network environment is improved in order to adjust the traffic flow from the perspective of bifurcation control, the existence conditions of Hopf bifurcation and saddle-node bifurcation in the model are proved theoretically, and the stability mutation point for the stability of the transportation system is found. For the unstable bifurcation point, a nonlinear system feedback controller is designed by using Chebyshev polynomial approximation and stochastic feedback control method. The advancement, postponement, and elimination of Hopf bifurcation are achieved without changing the system equilibrium point, and the mutation behavior of the transportation system is controlled so as to alleviate the traffic congestion. The changes in the stability of complex traffic systems are explained through the bifurcation analysis, which can better capture the characteristics of the traffic flow. By adjusting the control parameters in the feedback controllers, the influence of the boundary conditions on the stability of the traffic system is adequately described, and the effects of the unstable focuses and saddle points on the system are suppressed to slow down the traffic flow. In addition, the unstable bifurcation points can be eliminated and the Hopf bifurcation can be controlled to advance, delay, and disappear,so as to realize the control of the stability behavior of the traffic system, which can help to alleviate the traffic congestion and describe the actual traffic phenomena as well.展开更多
The robust stability study of the classic Smith predictor-based control system for uncertain fractional-order plants with interval time delays and interval coefficients is the emphasis of this work.Interval uncertaint...The robust stability study of the classic Smith predictor-based control system for uncertain fractional-order plants with interval time delays and interval coefficients is the emphasis of this work.Interval uncertainties are a type of parametric uncertainties that cannot be avoided when modeling real-world plants.Also,in the considered Smith predictor control structure it is supposed that the controller is a fractional-order proportional integral derivative(FOPID)controller.To the best of the authors'knowledge,no method has been developed until now to analyze the robust stability of a Smith predictor based fractional-order control system in the presence of the simultaneous uncertainties in gain,time-constants,and time delay.The three primary contributions of this study are as follows:ⅰ)a set of necessary and sufficient conditions is constructed using a graphical method to examine the robust stability of a Smith predictor-based fractionalorder control system—the proposed method explicitly determines whether or not the FOPID controller can robustly stabilize the Smith predictor-based fractional-order control system;ⅱ)an auxiliary function as a robust stability testing function is presented to reduce the computational complexity of the robust stability analysis;andⅲ)two auxiliary functions are proposed to achieve the control requirements on the disturbance rejection and the noise reduction.Finally,four numerical examples and an experimental verification are presented in this study to demonstrate the efficacy and significance of the suggested technique.展开更多
The DC distribution network system equipped with a large number of power electronic equipment exhibits weak damping characteristics and is prone to low-frequency and high-frequency unstable oscillations.The current in...The DC distribution network system equipped with a large number of power electronic equipment exhibits weak damping characteristics and is prone to low-frequency and high-frequency unstable oscillations.The current interpretation of the oscillation mechanism has not been unified.Firstly,this paper established the complete statespace model of the distribution system consisting of a large number of electric vehicles,characteristic equation of the distribution network system is derived by establishing a state-space model,and simplified reduced-order equations describing the low-frequency oscillation and the high-frequency oscillation are obtained.Secondly,based on eigenvalue analysis,the oscillation modes and the influence of the key system parameters on the oscillation mode are studied.Besides,impacts of key factors,such as distribution network connection topology and number of dynamic loads,have been discussed to suppress oscillatory instability caused by inappropriate design or dynamic interactions.Finally,using the DC distribution example system,through model calculation and time-domain simulation analysis,the correctness of the aforementioned analysis is verified.展开更多
In the construction and maintenance of particle accelerators,all the accelerator elements should be installed in the same coordinate system,only in this way could the devices in the actual world be consistent with the...In the construction and maintenance of particle accelerators,all the accelerator elements should be installed in the same coordinate system,only in this way could the devices in the actual world be consistent with the design drawings.However,with the occurrence of the movements of the reinforced concrete cover plates at short notice or building deformations in the long term,the control points upon the engineering structure will be displaced,and the fitness between the subnetwork and the global control network may be irresponsible.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the deformations of the 3D alignment control network.Different from the extant investigations,in this paper,to characterize the deformations of the control network,all of the congruent models between the points measured in different epochs have been identified,and the congruence model with the most control points is considered as the primary or fundamental model,the remaining models are recognized as the additional ones.Furthermore,the discrepancies between the primary S-transformation parameters and the additional S-transformation parameters can reflect the relative movements of the additional congruence models.Both the iterative GCT method and the iterative combinatorial theory are proposed to detect multiple congruence models in the control network.Considering the actual work of the alignment,it is essential to identify the competitive models in the monitoring network,which can provide us a hint that,even the fitness between the subnetwork and the global control network is good,there are still deformations which may be ignored.The numerical experiments show that the suggested approaches can describe the deformation of the 3D alignment control network roundly.展开更多

Through angular ...This research is focused on the singularity analysis for single-gimbal control moment gyros systems (SCMGs) which include two types, with constant speed (CSCMG) or variable speed (VSCMG) rotors. Through angular momentum hypersurfaces of singular states, the passable and impassable singular points are discriminated easily, meanwhile the information about how much the angular momentum workspace as well as the steering capability available is provided directly. It is obvious that the null motions of steering laws are more effective for the five pyramid configuration(FPC) than for the pyramid configuration(PC) from the singular plots. The possible degenerate hyperbolic singular points of the preceding configurations are calculated and the distinctness of them is denoted by the Gaussian curvature. Furthermore, failure problems to steer integrated power and attitude control system (IPACS) are also analyzed. A sufficient condition of choosing configurations of VSCMGs to guarantee the IPACS steering is given. The angular momentum envelops of VSCMGs, in a given energy and a limited range of rotor speeds, are plotted. The connection and distinctness between CSCMGs and VSCMGs are obtained from the point of view of envelops.展开更多

Rectangular four node isoparametric element is used in the finite element formulation. Variation of temperature is neglected for the orthotropic layers of the laminate and for piezolayer. Annular circular plates and rectangular plates with piezoelectric layers mounted and/or integrated are analysed for various parameters. Numerical results are presented for varying the actuator voltage for annular plates with different thicknesses of piezo patches. We show that the states of the second-order system will be stabilized to a region containing the origin. The radius of this region is determined by the control parameters and can be rendered as small as desired. The rigorous stability analysis is also given. Compared with the conventional PD control law, the finite-time control law yields a better disturbance rejection performance. Numerical simulation results show the effectiveness of the method.展开更多

However, almost all of the traditional modal analysis methods view the flexible manipulator as a pure mechanical...Modal analysis is a fundamental and important task for modeling and control of the flexible manipulator. However, almost all of the traditional modal analysis methods view the flexible manipulator as a pure mechanical structure and neglect feedback action of joint controller. In order to study the effects of joint controller on the modal analysis of rotational flexible manipulator, a closed-loop analytical modal analysis method is proposed. Firstly, two exact boundary constraints, namely servo feedback constraint and bending moment constraint, are derived to solve the vibration partial differential equation. It is found that the stiffness and damping gains of joint controller are both included in the boundary conditions, which lead to an unconventional secular term. Secondly, analytical algorithm based on Ritz approach is developed by using Laplace transform and complex modal approach to obtain the natural frequencies and mode shapes. And then, the numerical simulations are performed and the computational results show that joint controller has pronounced influence on the modal parameters: joint controller stiffness reduces the natural frequency, while joint controller damping makes the shape phase non-zero. Furthermore, the validity of the presented conclusion is confirmed through experimental studies. These findings are expected to improve the performance of dynamics simulation systems and model-based controllers.展开更多

In order to know the control mechanism well and get a good control effect, a mathematical model for the variable displacement mechanism is developed according to the geometrical and kinematical information of the compressor. Using the model, the effect of relevant parameters on variable displace control is estimated. It is helpful to make the optimum decision in the flow control of AAC. As the novel displacement control device, the structure and control rule of electronic control valve is introduced. It can get better effect than the conventional pneumatic valves. Principal component model was built and an auto- regressive moving average filter was identified to monitor the performance; an improved T2 statistic was selected as the performance monitor index. When performance changes were detected, diagnosis was done by model validation using recursive analysis and generalized likelihood ratio (GLR) method. This distinguished the fact that the per- formance change was due to plant model mismatch or due to disturbance term. Simulation was done about a heavy oil fractionator system and good results were obtained. The diagnosis result was helpful for the operator to improve the system performance.展开更多

文摘The robust stability study of the classic Smith predictor-based control system for uncertain fractional-order plants with interval time delays and interval coefficients is the emphasis of this work.Interval uncertainties are a type of parametric uncertainties that cannot be avoided when modeling real-world plants.Also,in the considered Smith predictor control structure it is supposed that the controller is a fractional-order proportional integral derivative(FOPID)controller.To the best of the authors'knowledge,no method has been developed until now to analyze the robust stability of a Smith predictor based fractional-order control system in the presence of the simultaneous uncertainties in gain,time-constants,and time delay.The three primary contributions of this study are as follows:ⅰ)a set of necessary and sufficient conditions is constructed using a graphical method to examine the robust stability of a Smith predictor-based fractionalorder control system—the proposed method explicitly determines whether or not the FOPID controller can robustly stabilize the Smith predictor-based fractional-order control system;ⅱ)an auxiliary function as a robust stability testing function is presented to reduce the computational complexity of the robust stability analysis;andⅲ)two auxiliary functions are proposed to achieve the control requirements on the disturbance rejection and the noise reduction.Finally,four numerical examples and an experimental verification are presented in this study to demonstrate the efficacy and significance of the suggested technique.

文摘The DC distribution network system equipped with a large number of power electronic equipment exhibits weak damping characteristics and is prone to low-frequency and high-frequency unstable oscillations.The current interpretation of the oscillation mechanism has not been unified.Firstly,this paper established the complete statespace model of the distribution system consisting of a large number of electric vehicles,characteristic equation of the distribution network system is derived by establishing a state-space model,and simplified reduced-order equations describing the low-frequency oscillation and the high-frequency oscillation are obtained.Secondly,based on eigenvalue analysis,the oscillation modes and the influence of the key system parameters on the oscillation mode are studied.Besides,impacts of key factors,such as distribution network connection topology and number of dynamic loads,have been discussed to suppress oscillatory instability caused by inappropriate design or dynamic interactions.Finally,using the DC distribution example system,through model calculation and time-domain simulation analysis,the correctness of the aforementioned analysis is verified.
文摘In the construction and maintenance of particle accelerators,all the accelerator elements should be installed in the same coordinate system,only in this way could the devices in the actual world be consistent with the design drawings.However,with the occurrence of the movements of the reinforced concrete cover plates at short notice or building deformations in the long term,the control points upon the engineering structure will be displaced,and the fitness between the subnetwork and the global control network may be irresponsible.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the deformations of the 3D alignment control network.Different from the extant investigations,in this paper,to characterize the deformations of the control network,all of the congruent models between the points measured in different epochs have been identified,and the congruence model with the most control points is considered as the primary or fundamental model,the remaining models are recognized as the additional ones.Furthermore,the discrepancies between the primary S-transformation parameters and the additional S-transformation parameters can reflect the relative movements of the additional congruence models.Both the iterative GCT method and the iterative combinatorial theory are proposed to detect multiple congruence models in the control network.Considering the actual work of the alignment,it is essential to identify the competitive models in the monitoring network,which can provide us a hint that,even the fitness between the subnetwork and the global control network is good,there are still deformations which may be ignored.The numerical experiments show that the suggested approaches can describe the deformation of the 3D alignment control network roundly.
文摘This research is focused on the singularity analysis for single-gimbal control moment gyros systems (SCMGs) which include two types, with constant speed (CSCMG) or variable speed (VSCMG) rotors. Through angular momentum hypersurfaces of singular states, the passable and impassable singular points are discriminated easily, meanwhile the information about how much the angular momentum workspace as well as the steering capability available is provided directly. It is obvious that the null motions of steering laws are more effective for the five pyramid configuration(FPC) than for the pyramid configuration(PC) from the singular plots. The possible degenerate hyperbolic singular points of the preceding configurations are calculated and the distinctness of them is denoted by the Gaussian curvature. Furthermore, failure problems to steer integrated power and attitude control system (IPACS) are also analyzed. A sufficient condition of choosing configurations of VSCMGs to guarantee the IPACS steering is given. The angular momentum envelops of VSCMGs, in a given energy and a limited range of rotor speeds, are plotted. The connection and distinctness between CSCMGs and VSCMGs are obtained from the point of view of envelops.

文摘Based on the singular value decomposition theory,this paper analyzed the mechanism of escaping/avoiding singularity using generalized and weighted singularity-robust steering laws for a spacecraft that uses single gimbal control moment gyros (SGCMGs) as the actuator for the attitude control system.The expression of output-torque error is given at the point of singularity,proving the incompatible relationship between the gimbal rate and the output-torque error.The method of establishing a balance between the gimbal rate and the output-torque error is discussed,and a new steering law is designed.Simulation results show that the proposed steering law can effectively drive SGCMGs to escape away from singularities.

文摘Role based access control is one of the widely used access control models.There are investigations in the literature that use knowledge representation mechanisms such as formal concept analysis(FCA),description logics,and Ontology for representing access control mechanism.However,while using FCA,investigations reported in the literature so far work on the logic that transforms the three dimensional access control matrix into dyadic formal contexts.This transformation is mainly to derive the formal concepts,lattice structure and implications to represent role hierarchy and constraints of RBAC.In this work,we propose a methodology that models RBAC using triadic FCA without transforming the triadic access control matrix into dyadic formal contexts.Our discussion is on two lines of inquiry.We present how triadic FCA can provide a suitable representation of RBAC policy and we demonstrate how this representation follows role hierarchy and constraints of RBAC on sample healthcare network available in the literature.

文摘The chattering characteristic of sliding mode control isanalyzed when it is applied in distributed control systems (DCSs).For a DCS with random time delay and packet dropout, a discreteswitching system model with time varying sampling period isconstructed based on the time delay system method. The reachinglaw based sliding mode controller is applied in the proposedsystem. The exponential stability condition in the form of linearmatrix inequality is figured out based on the multi-Lyaponov functionmethod. Then, the chattering characteristic is analyzed for theswitching system, and a chattering region related with time varyingsampling period and external disturbance is proposed. Finally, numericalexamples are given to illustrate the validity of the analysisresult.

文摘The paper presents the research on self-balancing two-wheels mobile robot control system analysis with experimental studies.The research problem in this work is to stabilize the mobile robot with self-control and to carry the sensitive things without failing in a long span period.The main objective of this study is to focus on the mathematical modelling of mobile robot from laboratory scale to real world applications.The numerical expression with mathematical modelling is very important to control the mobile robot system with linearization.The fundamental concepts of dynamic system stability were utilized for maintaining the stability of the constructed mobile robot system.The controller design is also important for checking the stability and the appropriate controller design is proportional,integral,and derivative-PID controller and Linear Quadratic Regulator(LQR).The steady state error could be reduced by using such kind of PID controller.The simulation of numerical expression on mathematical modeling was conducted in MATLAB environments.The confirmation results from the simulation techniques were applied to construct the hardware design of mobile robot system for practical study.The results from simulation approaches and experimental approaches are matched in various kinds of analyses.The constructed mobile robot system was designed and analyzed in the control system design laboratory of Yangon Technological University(YTU).

文摘In this paper,a linear/nonlinear switching active disturbance rejection control(SADRC)based decoupling control approach is proposed to deal with some difficult control problems in a class of multi-input multi-output(MIMO)systems such as multi-variables,disturbances,and coupling,etc.Firstly,the structure and parameter tuning method of SADRC is introduced into this paper.Followed on this,virtual control variables are adopted into the MIMO systems,making the systems decoupled.Then the SADRC controller is designed for every subsystem.After this,a stability analyzed method via the Lyapunov function is proposed for the whole system.Finally,some simulations are presented to demonstrate the anti-disturbance and robustness of SADRC,and results show SADRC has a potential applications in engineering practice.
文摘Shape control and free vibration analysis of piezolaminated plates subjected to electro mechanical loading are evaluated using finite element method. First order shear deformation theory is employed in the analysis. Both extensions as well as shear actuators are considered for piezolaminated plates. Rectangular four node isoparametric element is used in the finite element formulation. Variation of temperature is neglected for the orthotropic layers of the laminate and for piezolayer. Annular circular plates and rectangular plates with piezoelectric layers mounted and/or integrated are analysed for various parameters. Numerical results are presented for varying the actuator voltage for annular plates with different thicknesses of piezo patches. In case of rectangular plate shear actuator is considered for vibration analysis.

文摘In this paper, using finite-time control method, we consider the disturbance analysis of a second-order system with unknown but bounded disturbance. We show that the states of the second-order system will be stabilized to a region containing the origin. The radius of this region is determined by the control parameters and can be rendered as small as desired. The rigorous stability analysis is also given. Compared with the conventional PD control law, the finite-time control law yields a better disturbance rejection performance. Numerical simulation results show the effectiveness of the method.

文摘Modal analysis is a fundamental and important task for modeling and control of the flexible manipulator. However, almost all of the traditional modal analysis methods view the flexible manipulator as a pure mechanical structure and neglect feedback action of joint controller. In order to study the effects of joint controller on the modal analysis of rotational flexible manipulator, a closed-loop analytical modal analysis method is proposed. Firstly, two exact boundary constraints, namely servo feedback constraint and bending moment constraint, are derived to solve the vibration partial differential equation. It is found that the stiffness and damping gains of joint controller are both included in the boundary conditions, which lead to an unconventional secular term. Secondly, analytical algorithm based on Ritz approach is developed by using Laplace transform and complex modal approach to obtain the natural frequencies and mode shapes. And then, the numerical simulations are performed and the computational results show that joint controller has pronounced influence on the modal parameters: joint controller stiffness reduces the natural frequency, while joint controller damping makes the shape phase non-zero. Furthermore, the validity of the presented conclusion is confirmed through experimental studies. These findings are expected to improve the performance of dynamics simulation systems and model-based controllers.
文摘A novel variable displacement compressor (VDC) for automotive air conditioner (AAC) is introduced, which inherits the advantages of common wobble plate type VDC. It has fewer parts and makes less noise, and instead of pneumatic valve the displacement is controlled by electronic control valve. In order to know the control mechanism well and get a good control effect, a mathematical model for the variable displacement mechanism is developed according to the geometrical and kinematical information of the compressor. Using the model, the effect of relevant parameters on variable displace control is estimated. It is helpful to make the optimum decision in the flow control of AAC. As the novel displacement control device, the structure and control rule of electronic control valve is introduced. It can get better effect than the conventional pneumatic valves. And by using this new electronic control device, the optimum systemic control of AAC is available.

文摘A statistic-based benchmark was proposed for performance assessment and monitoring of model predic- tive control; the benchmark was straightforward and achievable by recording a set of output data only when the control performance was good according to the user’s selection. Principal component model was built and an auto- regressive moving average filter was identified to monitor the performance; an improved T2 statistic was selected as the performance monitor index. When performance changes were detected, diagnosis was done by model validation using recursive analysis and generalized likelihood ratio (GLR) method. This distinguished the fact that the per- formance change was due to plant model mismatch or due to disturbance term. Simulation was done about a heavy oil fractionator system and good results were obtained. The diagnosis result was helpful for the operator to improve the system performance.

文摘This paper deals with the iterative learning control (ILC) design for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO),time-delay systems (TDS).Two feedback ILC schemes are considered using the so-called two-dimensional (2D) analysis approach.It shows that continuous-discrete 2D Roesser systems can be developed to describe the entire learning dynamics of both ILC schemes,based on which necessary and sufficient conditions for their stability can be provided.A numerical example is included to validate the theoretical analysis.

文摘The core task of tracking control is to make the controlled plant track a desired trajectory.The traditional performance index used in previous studies cannot eliminate completely the tracking error as the number of time steps increases.In this paper,a new cost function is introduced to develop the value-iteration-based adaptive critic framework to solve the tracking control problem.Unlike the regulator problem,the iterative value function of tracking control problem cannot be regarded as a Lyapunov function.A novel stability analysis method is developed to guarantee that the tracking error converges to zero.The discounted iterative scheme under the new cost function for the special case of linear systems is elaborated.Finally,the tracking performance of the present scheme is demonstrated by numerical results and compared with those of the traditional approaches.

文摘This paper delves into the dynamical analysis,chaos control,Mittag–Leffler boundedness(MLB),and forecasting a fractional-order financial risk(FOFR)system through an absolute function term.To this end,the FOFR system is first proposed,and the adomian decomposition method(ADM)is employed to resolve this fractional-order system.The stability of equilibrium points and the corresponding control schemes are assessed,and several classical tools such as Lyapunov exponents(LE),bifurcation diagrams,complexity analysis(CA),and 0–1 test are further extended to analyze the dynamical behaviors of FOFR.Then the global Mittag–Leffler attractive set(MLAS)and Mittag–Leffler positive invariant set(MLPIS)for the proposed financial risk(FR)system are discussed.Finally,a proficient reservoir-computing(RC)method is applied to forecast the temporal evolution of the complex dynamics for the proposed system,and some simulations are carried out to show the effectiveness and feasibility of the present scheme.
