Study design: A cohort of 384 Spanish workers included in a Post COVID-19 condition or persistent COVID-19 multicenter research was utilized. Place and Duration of Study: This cohort was enlisted in four hospitals (Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre, Madrid;Hospital Universitario Virgen Macarena, Sevilla, Andalucía;Hospital Universitario Gregorio Marañón, Madrid and Complejo Asistencial Universitario de Salamanca, Castilla y León), since 2021 until 2022. Methodology: 384 Spanish workers (176 men and 208 women;aged 20 to 70 years) with Post COVID-19 condition or persistent COVID-19 were included. Descriptive analysis of primary scores was conducted. Given the non-normal distribution of data, the Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests were employed. Spearman and Kendall correlations were employed to assess the relationship between WAI and WAS, also used weighted Kappa to estimate the degree agreement between WAI and WAS. Logistic regression models were utilized to study determinants influencing WAI and WAS, categorized as poor or moderate. Results: WAI had an average score of 32.98 (SD = 10.28), whereas WAS had an average of 5.95 (SD = 2.77). Significant differences were observed in both WAI and WAS across the same variables. Strong and statistically significant correlations were evident between WAI and WAS (rs = 0.83, p < 0.001). All the variables used in the logistic regression model (gender, the sector employment, and previous chronic diseases) were statistically significant in both questionnaires. Conclusion: WAS questionnaire could be used as a tool for reliable assessment of work ability among Spanish workers with Post COVID-19 condition or Persistent CO-VID-19.展开更多

It focused on ability restoration and ability improvement to comprehensively respond to women demand and development. In the process of project implementation,it is recommended to avoid gender segregation, pay close attention to women subsistence ethics, properly treat traditional gender mode, and care about girl growth.展开更多

To illustrate the applicability of the nPLI and rPLI, an occlusal-supporting ability (OSA) score calculated using these indices for the remaining teeth corresponding to Eichner’s subclasses of partial edentulism was charted by numerically assessing the average occlusal support. This OSA score based on the nPLI and rPLI is proposed as a suitable tool for epidemiologic research on the progression of tooth loss and the survival of prostheses. The Ethics Committee for Epidemiologic Study of Hiroshima University approved the study protocol (No. 331).展开更多

The ideological work ability of college counselors is related to the ideological security of colleges and universities, and to the realization of the goal of talent cultivation in Socialist Colleges and universities. College counselors, as the fresh force of ideological education for college students, are the organizers, implementers and guides of the daily ideological and political education and management of College students. In order to do a good job in the ideological work of colleges and universities under the new situation, as the counselor of the backbone of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, the ability to carry out ideological work is directly related to the effectiveness of this work. This paper points out the factors that restrict the ability of counselors to improve their ideology, and conducts an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems. According to the actual situation of counselors themselves, universities and society, they put forward concrete and feasible measures.展开更多

The effects of spherical light-weight aggregates addition on workability, mechanical properties of castables after heated at different temperatures were researched; the microstructure of the aggregates was analyzed by SEM. The result shows that the introduction of spherical light-weight aggregates can significantly improve the flowability and reduce the water addition of the castables. Water demand of the castable is reduced from 18% with the conventional light-weight aggregates to 14% with spherical light-weight aggregates. In addition,light-weight castables prepared by spherical aggregates can keep the same workability within a wider range of water addition. Therefore, spherical aggregates are user-friendly. The introduction of spherical light-weight aggregates is favorable to packing density and mechanical properties of castables, such as cold crushing strength, cold modulus of rupture, hot modulus of rupture at1 200 ℃.展开更多
