The uniqueness, boundedness, positivity, existence and stability of equilibrium point of the model are studied. In this paper, the uniqueness of the solution is discussed under the non-negative initial function and Neumann boundary conditions satisfying a specific space. The boundness of the solution is proved by the comparison principle of parabolic equations, and the positivity of the solution is proved by the strong maximum principle of parabolic equations. Hurwitz criterion and Lyapunov function construction are used to analyze the local stability and global stability of feasible equilibrium points. The results show that the system solution is unique non-negative and bounded. The model is unstable at the trivial equilibrium point E0 and the boundary equilibrium point E1, and the condition of whether the positive equilibrium point E2 is stable under certain conditions is given.展开更多

An ultrasonic scattered field calculating technique is proposed to study the scattering echo from strongly scattered materials in a two-layer medium in this work. Firstly, with the high frequency stationary phase method, the Green's function of two-layer fluid media is derived. And then based on the idea of integral equation discretization, the Green's function method is extended to two-layer fluid media to derive the scattering field expression of defects in a complex medium. With this method, the scattering field of 3D defect in a two-layer medium is calculated and the characteristics of received echoes are studied. The results show that this method is able to solve the scattering P wave field of 3D defect with arbitrary shape at any scattering intensity in two-layer media. Considering the circumstance of waterimmersion ultrasonic non-destructive test(NDT), the scattering sound field characteristics of different types of defects are analyzed by simulation, which will help to optimize the detection scheme and corresponding imaging method in practice so as to improve the detection quality.展开更多

However, the NF-Y gene family members in watermelon, a valued and nutritious fruit, remain largely unknown and their functions have not been characterized. In the present study, 22 ClNF-Y genes in watermelon, 29 CsNF-Y genes in cucumber, and 24CmNF-Y genes in melon were identified based on the whole-genome investigation and their protein properties, gene location, gene structure, motif composition, conserved domain, and evolutionary relationship were investigated. ClNF-YB9 from watermelon and its homologs in cucumber and melon were expressed specifically in seeds. Its expression remained low in the early stages of watermelon seed development, increased at 20 days after pollination(DAP), and peaked at 45–50 DAP. Moreover, the knockout mutant Clnf-yb9 exhibited abnormal leafy cotyledon phenotype, implying its critical role during seed formation. Finally, protein interaction assays showed that ClNF-YB9 interacts with all ClNF-YCs and the ClNF-YB9-YC4 heterodimer was able to recruit a ClNF-YA7 subunit to assemble a complete NF-Y complex, which may function in seed development. This study revealed the structure and evolutionary relationships of the NF-Y gene family in Cucurbitaceae and the novel function of ClNF-YB9 in regulating seed development in watermelon.展开更多

文摘To investigate the effects of self-memory diffusion on predator-prey models, we consider a predator-prey model with Bazykin functional response of self- memory diffusion. 文摘The problem of three-dimensional(3D) acoustic scattering in a complex medium has aroused considerable interest of researchers for many years. Considering the circumstance of waterimmersion ultrasonic non-destructive test(NDT), the scattering sound field characteristics of different types of defects are analyzed by simulation, which will help to optimize the detection scheme and corresponding imaging method in practice so as to improve the detection quality.
文摘Since entering the era of Industry 4.0,the concept of Healthcare 4.0 has also been put forward and explored by researchers. How to use Information Technology(IT)to better serve people’s healthcare is one of the most featured emerging directions in the academic circle. An important field of Healthcare 4.0 research is the reliability engineering of healthcare service.Because healthcare systems often affect the health and even life of their users, developers must be very cautious in the design, development, and operation of these healthcare systems and services. The problems to be solved include the reliability of business process, system functions, and personal healthcare data. The Functional Resonance Analysis Method(FRAM)has been applied in reliability engineering for safety-critical systems in available studies, using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. However, the method has not been applied in the field of digital healthcare services development. Therefore,to narrow the gap,we present in this paper a semi-quantitative functional resonance analysis method to develop reliable healthcare services for diabetics. Moreover, this paper has tried to improve the reliability design of the service-oriented architecture(SOA)of traditional insulin pump therapy by system thinking.
文摘The bending and free vibration of porous functionally graded(PFG)beams resting on elastic foundations are analyzed. The material features of the PFG beam are assumed to vary continuously through the thickness according to the volume fraction of components. The foundation medium is also considered to be linear, homogeneous, and isotropic, and modeled using the Winkler-Pasternak law.The hyperbolic shear deformation theory is applied for the kinematic relations, and the equations of motion are obtained using the Hamilton’s principle. An analytical solution is presented accordingly, assuming that the PFG beam is simply supported.Comparisons with the open literature are implemented to verify the validity of such a formulation. The effects of the elastic foundations, porosity volume percentage and span-to-depth ratio are finally discussed in detail.
文摘A predator-prey model with linear capture term Holling-II functional response was studied by using differential equation theory. The existence and the stabilities of non-negative equilibrium points of the model were discussed. The results show that under certain limited conditions, these two groups can maintain a balanced position, which provides a theoretical reference for relevant departments to make decisions on ecological protection.

文摘Link16 data link is the communication standard of the joint tactical information distribution system(JTIDS)used by the U.S.military and North Atlantic Treaty Organization, which is applied as the opportunistic illuminator for passive radar in this paper. The time-domain expression of the Link16 signal is established, and its ambiguity function expression is derived. The timedelay dimension and Doppler dimension side peaks of which lead to the appearance of the false target during target detection. To solve the problem, the time-delay dimension and Doppler dimension side peaks suppression methods are proposed. For the problem that the conventional mismatched filter(MMF)cannot suppress the time-delay dimension side peaks,a neighborhood MMF(NMMF)is proposed.Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

文摘Vibrio splendidus is an important opportunistic pathogen ubiquitously present in the marine environment, exhibiting virulence to a variety of cultured animals. The extracellular products secreted by V.splendidus are crucial to bacterial survival and virulence. In this study, the secretion of outer membrane vesicles(OMVs)by V.splendidus was determined, purified, and morphologically characterized. The protein composition of OMVs was analyzed by proteomic analysis. The results showed that approximately 120 proteins were contained in these OMVs,including outer membrane proteins, flagellins,ABC transporters, protease, and iron regulation proteins, etc.,which were involved in bacterial motility, formation of biofilms and the cell membrane components, and cellular localization based on their structural molecule activity, passive transmembrane transporter activity, channel activity, neurotransmitter receptor activity, extracellular ligand-gated ion channel activity, glutamate receptor activity,ligand-gated ion channel activity, and transmembrane signaling receptor activity. To explore the biological functions of OMVs in V.splendidus, the effects of OMVs on the bacterial adaption to iron limitation, antibiotic, and the coelomic fluid of the Apostichopus japonicus were confirmed. This study is the first time to show that V.splendidus secretes OMVs,and OMVs carry functional proteins that enhance bacterial survival under various stresses.

文摘The nuclear factor Y(NF-Y) gene family is a class of transcription factors that are widely distributed in eukaryotes and are involved in various biological processes. This study revealed the structure and evolutionary relationships of the NF-Y gene family in Cucurbitaceae and the novel function of ClNF-YB9 in regulating seed development in watermelon.

文摘An EMS(ethy methanesulfonate)-induced lethal etiolated(le)mutant obtained from the rice variety Zhongjian 100 was characterized by lethal etiolated phenotypes, with significantly reduced levels of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll, and carotenoids.Additionally, the mutant displayed a significantly decreased number of chloroplast grana, along with irregular and less-stacked grana lamellae. The le mutant showed markedly diminished root length, root surface area, and root volume compared with the wild type.It also exhibited significantly lower catalase activity and total protein content, while peroxidase activity was significantly higher.Using the map-based cloning method,we successfully mapped the LE gene to a 48-kb interval between markers RM16107 and RM16110 on rice chromosome 3.A mutation(from T to C)was identified at nucleotide position 692 bp of LOC_Os03g59640(ChlD),resulting in a change from leucine to proline.By crossing HM133(a pale green mutant with a single-base substitution of A for G in exon 10 of ChlD subunit)with a heterozygous line of le(LEle),we obtained two plant lines heterozygous at both the LE and HM133 loci.Among 15 transgenic plants,3 complementation lines displayed normal leaf color with significantly higher total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a,and chlorophyll b contents. The mutation in le led to a lethal etiolated phenotype, which has not been observed in other ChlD mutants. The mutation in the AAA+domain of ChlD disrupted the interaction of ChlDle with ChlI as demonstrated by a yeast two-hybrid assay, leading to the loss of ChlD function and hindering chlorophyll synthesis and chloroplast development.Consequently, this disruption is responsible for the lethal etiolated phenotype in the mutant.

文摘This study investigates the size-dependent wave propagation behaviors under the thermoelectric loads of porous functionally graded piezoelectric(FGP) nanoplates deposited in a viscoelastic foundation. It is assumed that(i) the material parameters of the nanoplates obey a power-law variation in thickness and(ii) the uniform porosity exists in the nanoplates. The combined effects of viscoelasticity and shear deformation are considered by using the Kelvin-Voigt viscoelastic model and the refined higher-order shear deformation theory. The scale effects of the nanoplates are captured by employing nonlocal strain gradient theory(NSGT).The motion equations are calculated in accordance with Hamilton’s principle. Finally, the dispersion characteristics of the nanoplates are numerically determined by using a harmonic solution. The results indicate that the nonlocal parameters(NLPs) and length scale parameters(LSPs) have exactly the opposite effects on the wave frequency. In addition,it is found that the effect of porosity volume fractions(PVFs) on the wave frequency depends on the gradient indices and damping coefficients. When these two values are small, the wave frequency increases with the volume fraction.By contrast,at larger gradient index and damping coefficient values, the wave frequency decreases as the volume fraction increases.
