With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the competition among sci-tech talents has become increasingly fierce.Stimulating the innovative vigor of sci-tech talents has become a hot to...With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the competition among sci-tech talents has become increasingly fierce.Stimulating the innovative vigor of sci-tech talents has become a hot topic in theoretical research and policy practice.Based on the data from 246 questionnaires collected from sci-tech talents in Hebei province,this study explored the influence mechanism of an inclusive organizational climate on innovation input from technological talents and verified the mediating effects of innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation.The results indicate that an inclusive organizational climate has a significant positive impact on innovation input,innovation self-efficacy,and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents.Both innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation play a partial mediating role between an inclusive climate and innovation input.This study verified the important role of an inclusive climate in an organization’s human resource management practices and encouraged managers to emphasize enhancing the innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents,thereby continuously improving the level of innovation.展开更多
Coordinative development across various systems,particularly the economic,social,cultural,and human resources subsystems,is a key aspect of urban sustainability and has a direct impact on the quality of urbanization.T...Coordinative development across various systems,particularly the economic,social,cultural,and human resources subsystems,is a key aspect of urban sustainability and has a direct impact on the quality of urbanization.The Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle,comprising Hangzhou City,Huzhou City,Jiaxing City,and Shaoxing City,was the first metropolitan circle approved by the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)as a demonstration of economic transformation in China.To evaluate the coupling coordination degree of the four cities and analyze the coordinative development in three systems(including digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment),we collected panel data during 2015–2022 from these four cities.The development level of the three systems was evaluated by the standard deviation method and comprehensive development index.The results are as follows:(1)the level of coupling coordinated development of the three systems in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle was relatively low;(2)the coupling coordination degree of the four cities in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle showed significant regional differences,among which Hangzhou City was in the leading position,and Huzhou,Jiaxing,and Shaoxing cities made steady but slow progress in the coupling development of the three systems;and(3)the development of digital economy and talent employment needs to be strengthened.This study contributes to the coordinative development of Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle by innovatively focusing on the coupling coordination relationship among digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment,which also meets the industrial layout of Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle.In this way,the optimal allocation and sustainable development of digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle can be achieved.展开更多

Many studies' subjects are concentrated on the higher learning institutions. However, few of them are concerned about application-oriented university students' ICC. So the behavior and role of students' ICC in the overseas study tours in 2016 and 2017 in one of the application-oriented universities in Zhejiang province becomes the main focus. It exams from three aspects: intercultural attitudes, knowledge and behaviors. Basically, students benefit a lot from study tours, especially in the aspect of practical communication, among which, they change from shy, inexperienced learners to be brave, confident, and skilled in the tours. Also, considering the problems of host school are existed, the suggestions proposed by participants that practical courses of destination countries had better be arranged for students to understand and adapt to it beforehand. 文摘In the context of the new era,people’s material living standards have improved and the public’s demand for spiritual life experience is more vigorous,the hotel industry has also ushered in the development of the peak period,and the demand for high-quality hotel management professionals is increasing.The cultivation of hotel management professionals needs to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the hotel industry.Based on the study of the development status and new challenges faced by hotel management education in the new era,this article explores the logic and innovative practice of cultivating hotel management professionals from the aspects of strengthening the construction of hotel management disciplines,constructing new models of talent cultivation,reforming educational concepts,and reshaping the teaching content system.It aims to provide guidelines for the cultivation of hotel management professionals in Chinese universities.

文摘Cultivating application-oriented talents have become essential in vocational and higher education.This concept also applies to BIM intelligent construction programs.Based on literature review and general observations,we analyzed the connotation,key points,and value of developing a BIM intelligent construction program based on application-oriented talent cultivation.We also identified problems in the development of the program such as lack of comprehensive planning and the school being the sole authority in program development.Therefore,we proposed several strategies to address these problems,including systematic program development planning and fostering a multi-faceted partnership between schools and the industry.The goal is to provide valuable insights for the development of relevant programs in the new era.

Double-quality teacher should have enough theoretical knowledge and corresponding professional practice skills. He isnot only competent for teaching theory, but also qualified for the guidance of professional practice. The professional practical ability is the core ability of teachers in the vocational colleges. Teachers of the Application-Oriented Institutes should eventually becomethe double-quality teachers. Therefore, to construct a high level teachers＇ teamwith double-quality teachers is the guarantee to improve the teaching quality of the Application-Oriented Institutes, andthe construction of teaching team is a necessary channel to achieve this goal.

文摘With the emergence of development of international integration,the domestic education also attaches great importance to English discipline.The hospitality management of application-oriented undergraduate universities demands high standard for English.The hospitality management of some domestic undergraduate universities has reformed the traditional English teaching mode and adopted the Full English Teaching mode.However,due to the lack of high-quality English teachers,the single teaching methods,and the lack of support from university for Full English Teaching,the actual effect of Full English Teaching is not ideal.Through investigation and analysis of an undergraduate university,this paper finally puts forward countermeasures against the deficiencies in the Full English Teaching mode so as to improve the professional quality of the teaching staff,adopt diversified teaching means and enhance the school’s support for English teaching.
文摘Since the eighties of the last century,the international higher education community has gradually formed a trend of attaching importance to practical teaching and strengthening the cultivation of application-oriented talents.With the construction demand of application-oriented talents,the requirements for laboratory work in universities to be raised,the traditional laboratory construction environment equipment and the management mode can no longer satisfy the needs of modern education;there exist a lot of problems,such as old environment,aged equipment,backward management system and mode,weak service awareness etc.,it needs to break the old management mode,adopting informatization management,normalizing management system,raising service awareness,strengthening the laboratory publicity,so that the overall level of computer laboratory construction and management would be improved.
文摘Strengthening the team construction of part-time teachers is required by the transformation and development of the universities,the realization of their goals of being developed into an application-oriented universities and their talent cultivation and long-term development.The existing problem regarding the part-time teachers in current application-oriented universities are the low proportion of part-time teachers,a shortage of high level parttime teachers,the absence of relevant laws and regulations,a lack of systematic policies or financial support for part-time teachers as well as the unsound management mechanism with insufficient scientific and reasonable employment scheme for part-time teachers.To strengthen the team construction of the part-time teachers in application-oriented universities,firstly we should improve the existing laws,regulations and policies and broaden the financial support channels.Secondly,we should develop the recruitment channels for part-time teachers and pay attention to introducing high-tech and highly-skilled talents.Thirdly,we should improve the management over part-time teachers and promote their value.Fourthly,it should adopt a people-oriented management concept and establish an effective evaluation and incentive mechanism for part-time teachers.

文摘Short-term overseas study tours, as a new type of cross-cultural autonomy education in the era of globalization, aims to help students improve their intercultural communication competence through tourism and cultural learning. Many studies' subjects are concentrated on the higher learning institutions. However, few of them are concerned about application-oriented university students' ICC. So the behavior and role of students' ICC in the overseas study tours in 2016 and 2017 in one of the application-oriented universities in Zhejiang province becomes the main focus. It exams from three aspects: intercultural attitudes, knowledge and behaviors. Basically, students benefit a lot from study tours, especially in the aspect of practical communication, among which, they change from shy, inexperienced learners to be brave, confident, and skilled in the tours. Also, considering the problems of host school are existed, the suggestions proposed by participants that practical courses of destination countries had better be arranged for students to understand and adapt to it beforehand. Besides, more communication and interactions between students and teachers should be increased to create a more active and relaxed classroom atmosphere, which contribute to mobilize students' initiative and enthusiasm to better become a complementary influence to promote students' ICC.

文摘This paper takes the school-enterprise cooperation between the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC)and Baidu(China)Co.,Ltd.as an example to build the Paddle Paddle(Sichuan)AI Education Innovation Center by enjoying the best of both UESTC and Baidu(China),and cooperating with 16 universities in Sichuan Province.With the support of this center,both the school and the enterprise successfully built a school-enterprise collaborative AI innovative talent training model,which mainly serves the universities,industries,and districts.Furthermore,this training model is able to facilitate the update of the industrial intelligence and the regional economic development in southwest China,and also provide a reference for deep integration of school-enterprise collaboration and the cultivation of innovative talents in electronic information fields.

文摘With the rise of artificial intelligence and the rapid development of industrial applications based on deep learning,the demand for innovative and practical talents is rapidly increased.The cultivation of talents in computer discipline has attracted a lot of attention from universities,research institutions,and Internet giants.Subject contests play a crucial role in cultivating top undergraduate talents.This paper proposes a cultivation model that takes the industry application of deep learning as the background,and guides students to learn,practice,and innovate incrementally from machine learning application to deep learning application by participating in subject contests.It aims to help undergraduates to master the cutting-edge technologies and applications,and ultimately cultivate top,innovative,and practical undergraduate talents in the computer field in the era of artificial intelligence.
