目前基于通用YOLO系列的遥感目标检测算法存在并未充分利用图像的全局上下文信息,在特征融合金字塔部分并未充分考虑缩小融合特征之间的语义鸿沟、抑制冗余信息干扰的缺点。在结合YOLO算法优点的基础上提出GUS-YOLO算法,其拥有一个能够... 目前基于通用YOLO系列的遥感目标检测算法存在并未充分利用图像的全局上下文信息,在特征融合金字塔部分并未充分考虑缩小融合特征之间的语义鸿沟、抑制冗余信息干扰的缺点。在结合YOLO算法优点的基础上提出GUS-YOLO算法,其拥有一个能够充分利用全局上下文信息的骨干网络Global Backbone。除此之外,该算法在融合特征金字塔自顶向下的结构中引入Attention Gate模块,可以突出必要的特征信息,抑制冗余信息。另外,为Attention Gate模块设计了最佳的网络结构,提出了网络的特征融合结构U-Net。最后,为克服ReLU函数可能导致模型梯度不再更新的问题,该算法将Attention Gate模块的激活函数升级为可学习的SMU激活函数,提高模型鲁棒性。在NWPU VHR-10遥感数据集上,该算法相较于YOLOV7算法取得宽松指标mAP^(0.50)1.64个百分点和严格指标mAP^(0.75)9.39个百分点的性能提升。相较于目前主流的七种检测算法,该算法取得较好的检测性能。 展开更多

The polymerization of fused-ring acceptors(FRAs) to afford their corresponding polymeric acceptors for high-performance all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs) has achieved remarkable progress in the past few years.However,due to the high degree of synthetic complexity for the monomer,the high-cost of these polymeric acceptors may limit their commercial applications.Thus,it is urgent to develop inexpensive and high-performance polymeric acceptors for all-PSCs.Herein,two novel polymeric acceptors(PBTzO and PBTzO-2F) have been designed and synthesized by copolymerization of noncovalently fused ring acceptors(NFRAs),which were employed in all-PSCs for the first time.Upon introducing the “noncovalently conformational locks(NoCLs)” in the backbone and selective fluorination of the end-group,photophysical and electrical properties,and solidstate packing properties of the NFRAs have been rationally tuned.As a result,the PBDB-T:PBTzO-2F based devices presented an excellent power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 11.04%,much higher than that of PBTzO based ones due to the increased charge generation and extraction,improved hole transfer and carrier mobilities,and reduced energy loss.More importantly,PBTzO-2F exhibited a much lower synthetic complexity(SC) index and higher figure-of-merit(FOM) values than the high-performance fused-ring acceptor based polymer acceptors(FRA-PAs) due to the simpler structures and more effective synthesis.This contribution provided a novel idea to achieve low-cost and high-performance all-PSCs. 展开更多

Building well-developed ion-conductive highways is highly desirable for anion exchange membranes(AEMs).Grafting side chain is a highly effective approach for constructing a well-defined phaseseparated morphological structure and forming unblocked ion pathways in AEMs for fast ion transport.Fluorination of side chains can further enhance phase separation due to the superhydrophobic nature of fluorine groups.However,their electronic effect on the alkaline stability of side chains and membranes is rarely reported.Here,fluorine-containing and fluorine-free side chains are introduced into the polyaromatic backbone in proper configuration to investigate the impact of the fluorine terminal group on the stability of the side chains and membrane properties.The poly(binaphthyl-co-p-terphenyl piperidinium)AEM(QBNp TP)has the highest molecular weight and most dimensional stability due to its favorable backbone arrangement among ortho-and meta-terphenyl based AEMs.Importantly,by introducing both a fluorinated piperidinium side chain and a hexane chain into the p-terphenyl-based backbone,the prepared AEM(QBNp TP-QFC)presents an enhanced conductivity(150.6 m S cm^(-1))and a constrained swelling at 80℃.The electronic effect of fluorinated side chains is contemplated by experiments and simulations.The results demonstrate that the presence of strong electro-withdrawing fluorine groups weakens the electronic cloud of adjacent C atoms,increasing OH^(-)attack on the C atom and improving the stability of piperidinium cations.Hence QBNp TP-QFC possesses a robust alkaline stability at 80℃(95.3%conductivity retention after testing in 2 M Na OH for 2160 h).An excellent peak power density of 1.44 W cm^(-2)and a remarkable durability at 80℃(4.5%voltage loss after 100 h)can be observed. 展开更多

To elucidate the mechanism by which limonene exerts its effect... Ralstonia solanacearum, the causative agent of bacterial wilt, is a soil-borne pathogen that poses a widespread threat to plants in the Solanaceae family. To elucidate the mechanism by which limonene exerts its effects on R. solanacearum, we first assessed the impact of limonene on the physiological indicators of the pathogen and subsequently analyzed its transcriptome and metabolome. Our findings indicate that limonene has a potent inhibitory effect on R. solanacearum, and it also suppresses the formation of the bacterial community biofilm. Limonene primarily regulates the terpene biosynthesis pathway in R. solanacearum, thereby potentially affecting signal transduction in the pathogen and disrupting its normal growth and development. These results significantly enhance our understanding of limonene’s response to the induction of bacterial wilt and provide a reference for further prevention and control of R. solanacearum. 展开更多

Optical transport networks are now the basic infrastructure of modern communications systems, including the SDH and WDM backbone network of local network operators, in the case of Cameroon. Given the colossal investments required to deploy these networks, particularly related to the cost of equipment (optical fibers, transponders and multiplexers), the optimization of bandwidth and dynamic allocation of resources is essential to control operating costs and ensure continuity of service. Automatic switching technology for optical networks brings intelligence to the control plane to fully facilitate bandwidth utilization, traffic redirection, and automatic configuration of end-to-end services. This paper considers a local network operator’s WDM network without the implementation of the automatic switching technology, develops a network modeling software platform called Graphic Networks and using graph theory integrates a particularity of the automatic switching technology, which is the automatic rerouting of traffic in case of incident in the network. The representative Sierpinski-triangle fractals have been successfully constructed by V-shape molecules in experiments. The molecular Sierpinski triangles formed by molecules with linear backbones have been theoretically predicted but not experimentally discovered. To achieve this goal in the experiment, we used[1,1’;4’,1’’;4’’,1’’’]-quaterphenyl-3,40 0-dicarbonitrile molecules as building blocks and employed cobalt atoms as cements, then successfully obtained metal-organic Sierpinski triangles with an order up to 2 on the Au(111) surface. There are twenty-four types of three-fold coordination nodes formed between the metal atom and organic ligands via coordinate interactions. The coexistence of various nodes is responsible for that the highest order of Sierpinski triangles is limited to 2. 展开更多

Single-ion conducting polymer electrolytes(SIPEs)are promising candidates for high-energy and highsafety lithium-metal batteries(LMBs).However,their insufficient ionic conductivity and electrochemical stability hinder their practical application.Herein,three new SIPEs,i.e.,poly(1,4-phenylene ether ether sulfone)-Li(PEES-Li),polysulfone-Li(PSF-Li),and hexafluoropolysulfone-Li(6FPSF-Li),all containing covalently tethered perfluorinated ionic side chains,have been designed,synthesized,and compared to investigate the influence of the backbone chemistry and the concentration of the ionic group on their electrochemical properties and cell performance.Especially,the trifluoromethyl group in the backbone and the concentration of the ionic function appear to play an essential role for the charge transport and stability towards oxidation,and the combination of both yields the best-performing SIPE with high ionic conductivity of ca.2.5×10^(-4)S cm^(-1),anodic stability of more than 4.8 V,and the by far highest capacity retention in Li‖LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2cells. 展开更多

Self-assembled molecules(SAMs) have shown great potential in replacing bulk charge selective contact layers in high-performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs) due to their low material consumption and simple processing.... Self-assembled molecules(SAMs) have shown great potential in replacing bulk charge selective contact layers in high-performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs) due to their low material consumption and simple processing. Herein, we design and synthesize a series of donor-acceptor(D-A) type SAMs(MPA-BTCA, MPA-BT-BA, and MPA-BT-RA, where MPA is 4-methoxy-N-(4-methoxyphenyl)-N-phenylaniline;BT is benzo[c][1,2,5]-thiadiazole;CA is 2-cyanoacrylic acid, BA is benzoic acid, RA is rhodanine-3-propionic acid) with distinct anchoring groups, which show dramatically different properties. MPA-BTCA with CA anchoring groups exhibited stronger dipole moments and formed a homogeneous monolayer on the indium tin oxide(ITO) surface by adopting an upstanding self-assembling mode. However, the MPA-BT-RA molecules tend to aggregate severely in solid state due to the sp~3 hybridization of the carbon atom on the RA group, which is not favorable for achieving a long-range ordered self-assembled layer.Consequently, benefiting from high dipole moment, as well as dense and uniform self-assembled film,the device based on MPA-BT-CA yielded a remarkable power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 21.81%.Encouragingly, an impressive PCE approaching 20% can still be obtained for the MPA-BT-CA-based PSCs as the device area is increased to 0.80 cm^(2). Our work sheds light on the design principles for developing hole selecting SAMs, which will pave a way for realizing highly efficient, flexible, and large-area PSCs. 展开更多
