4种抛光套装对cercon氧化锆抛光后表面粗糙度的对比研究

目的评价4种不同抛光套装的抛光效果。方法选择合适的氧化锆试件50个,表面使用蓝色金刚砂车针处理至无瑕疵,随机分成5组,每组10个试件。A组为阴性对照组,B组为EVE组,C组为SHOFU组,D组为道邦组,E组为NAIS组,进行逐级抛光。所有试件每级... 目的评价4种不同抛光套装的抛光效果。方法选择合适的氧化锆试件50个,表面使用蓝色金刚砂车针处理至无瑕疵,随机分成5组,每组10个试件。A组为阴性对照组,B组为EVE组,C组为SHOFU组,D组为道邦组,E组为NAIS组,进行逐级抛光。所有试件每级进行一次处理后,均测量试件表面粗糙度Ra值。每组每一级处理后随机选取一个试件放入真空镀膜仪进行表面喷金,在扫描电镜中抽真空后进行表面形貌观测。结果最终Ra值:阴性对照组((1.677±0.066)μm)>SHOFU组((0.357±0.037)μm)>EVE组((0.248±0.051)μm)>道邦组((0.115±0.039)μm)、NAIS组((0.123±0.029)μm)。扫描电镜观察:使用金刚砂车针在试件表面留下的划痕最深且长,使用抛光套装依次处理试件表面可使试件表面逐渐光滑。经过NAIS组及道邦组抛光后的试件表面在镜下划痕最少且较浅。结论道邦及NAIS氧化锆抛光套装的抛光效果最好。 展开更多

Influence of Abutment Material on the Stress of Implant-supported All-ceramic Single Crown 被引量:2

In order to investigate the influence of abutment material on the stress of implant-supported all-ceramic single crown, a 3D finite element model of implant-supported mandibular first premolar was computed by COSMOS/M 2.85 software. Alumina, zirconia, and titanium were used as abutment materials respectively. Vertical 600 N and horizontal 225 N load was applied on the occlusal surface. The results show that the stress distribution of implant-supported single crown was similar for different abutment materials. Maximum stresses within the crown were higher when titanium abutment was used. Maximum stress of titanium abutment was lower than that of ceramic abutment. Within the screw and fixture, maximum stresses had no difference under vertical loading but higher as titanium abutment was used under horizontal loading. There was no difference of maximum stress within the bone when different abutment materials were used. The present findings indicate that the abutment material had no influence on the stress distribution of implant-supported all- ceramic single crown but maximum stress when the titanium abutment was lower than that of ceramic abutment. 展开更多

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of different luting agents on the stress distribution within the crown, abutment and peri-implant bone of implant-supported all-ceramic single crown. A three-dimensional finite element model of an implant-supported single crown for the first premolar of mandible was created by COSMOS 2.85. Resin-modified glass ionomer and two different resin adhesives were used to cement the crown and abutment. Vertical 600 N and horizontal 225 N loads were applied to stimulate the condition of chewing. The stress distributions within the all-ceramic crown, abutment and peri-implant bone were analyzed. The experimental results show that the stress distributions of all-ceramic crown, abutment, implant and peri-implant bone were similar when different luting agents were used. The result of present study indicated that luting agents had no influence on the stress distributions of implant-supported all-ceramic single crown. 展开更多

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effect ofA1203 content on the fracture property of all-ceramics ZrO2. To improve the all-ceramics ZrO2 restoration mechanics properity ,96 samples containing 0,5,10 and 15 wt% of A1203 particles were prepared by cold isostatic pressing (200 MPa) and 1 550 ℃ sintered .The phase was analyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis and the bulk densities of the samples were made using Archimedes principle. Samples were randomly divided into four groups. In each group, 24 specimens were prepared so that the angle between notch and specimen's long axis is 90° and 60°. Notch depths were 1 mm for all samples. Samples were loaded with three-point bending method. 90° cut samples were used to measure fracture toughness while 60°cut samples were used to observe fracture curve by taking points on the fracture extension path under microscope, plotting points on coordinates, generating fitting curve by software "Origin", and analyzing the microstructure of the specimen fracture surfaces by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the increment ofA1203 has insignificant effect on the densification of all-ceramic ZrO2.XRD analysis shows that the specimen is comprised of t-ZrO2 and a- A1203 before fracture while fracture surface is m-ZrO2, t-ZrO2 and a-A1203. ZrO2 containing 10% A1203 has the optimum mechanical properties and unconspicuous crack propagation and distribution. The observations may provide a reference for the materials selection, shaoe design, and production orocess of all-ceramic crown and bridge. 展开更多

Insightful Understanding of the Role of the Mechanical Properties in Defining the Reliability of All-Ceramic Dental Restorations: A Review

Since the last two decades, restorative dentistry has been witnessing an increased acceptance of the use of the well-known all-ceramic materials for the fabrication of single dental restorations, such as inlays, onlay... Since the last two decades, restorative dentistry has been witnessing an increased acceptance of the use of the well-known all-ceramic materials for the fabrication of single dental restorations, such as inlays, onlays, crowns, anterior and posterior fixed partial dentures (PFPDs). These restorations certainly offer the potential for better biocompatibility coupled with superior aesthetic qualities, especially when compared with the conventional prostheses made from porcelain that is fused with metal ceramic restorations. However, brittleness and extreme sensitivity of all-ceramic materials to micro-like defects or cracks that are inherently present, or may grow, in their microstructure during different laboratory fabrication steps, during necessary clinical adjustments, or from post-placement chewing activity, remain major shortcomings of these dental restorations. In fact, many researchers are of the opinion that the improved mechanical properties can significantly improve the lifetime of all-ceramic restorations and result in enhanced reliability. Therefore, efforts of researchers, as well as manufacturers, have been directed towards the improvement of the mechanical properties in order to overcome such limitations. This article reviews the characterization of the most important mechanical properties that can delineate the behavior of all-ceramic dental materials upon loading. These include fracture mechanics, the brittle nature of ceramics, the relationship between microstructural features and fracture behavior, sources of cracks and flaws that may initiate a fracture and the effect of different fabrication procedures and/or clinical adjustments on the mechanical behavior of dental ceramics are also reviewed and discussed. 展开更多

【目的】评价四种不同桩核材料对Cercon CAD/CAM全瓷冠颜色的影响。【方法】在正畸拔除的离体牙上制备四种不同材料的桩核预备体,分为四组(镍铬合金桩核组、金合金桩核组、氧化锆桩核组、纤维桩树脂核组),每组10颗,并根据预备体的外形制... 【目的】评价四种不同桩核材料对Cercon CAD/CAM全瓷冠颜色的影响。【方法】在正畸拔除的离体牙上制备四种不同材料的桩核预备体,分为四组(镍铬合金桩核组、金合金桩核组、氧化锆桩核组、纤维桩树脂核组),每组10颗,并根据预备体的外形制备Cercon CAD/CAM全瓷冠,内冠厚度为0.5 mm,上1.5 mm的饰面瓷。采用Minolta CM-700d分光测色仪于全瓷冠颊面中1/3区域,测试A2色比色片和四组不同桩核材料背景下Cercon CAD/CAM全瓷冠的颜色参数。测量时仪器自动记录下L*a*b*值,每个区域连续测量3次,取平均值。【结果】四组L*a*b*值的差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05),各组色差均不能为肉眼所识别(△E<1.5)。【结论】四种不同材料桩核背景下的L*a*b*值不存在组间差异,表明修复体的颜色不受桩核背景颜色的影响,因此可认为Cercon CAD/CAM是一种遮色性能极佳的全瓷材料。 展开更多

目的:研究不同聚合度牙体设计对cercon全瓷冠边缘适合性的影响。方法:以上颌第一磨牙为实验对象,于牙体釉牙骨质界下2mm处做标记后完全埋入自凝塑料中。将离体牙模型在牙科研磨仪上分别制备成轴面聚合度为4°、8°、12°,... 目的:研究不同聚合度牙体设计对cercon全瓷冠边缘适合性的影响。方法:以上颌第一磨牙为实验对象,于牙体釉牙骨质界下2mm处做标记后完全埋入自凝塑料中。将离体牙模型在牙科研磨仪上分别制备成轴面聚合度为4°、8°、12°,用肩台车针预备成90°肩台,宽约1mm,面为120°~140°。硅橡胶取离体牙印模,翻制树脂代型(日本日进齿科材料有限公司)15个,颈缘打磨光滑,分成3组,每组各5个,分别是牙体聚合度4°(4°组),牙体聚合度8°(8°组),牙体聚合度12°(12°组)。冠粘结后于体视显微镜下(总放大倍数为30)观测并记录冠的边缘间隙。结果:4°Cercon全瓷组的边缘平均间隙为(33.70±5.53)μm,8°Cercon全瓷组的边缘平均间隙为(28.90±9.55)μm,12°Cercon全瓷组的边缘平均间隙为(27.40±4.19)μm。各组间的边缘适合性存在显著差异(P<0.01)。组间两两比较采用简单相关t-检验分析,4°组与8°组间存在显著差异(P<0.05),4°组与12°组间也存在显著差异(P<0.01),而8°组与12°组之间没有显著差异。所有全瓷冠的边缘间隙均<100μm。组间两两比较采用简单相关t-检验分析,4°,8°,12°组间P<0.01,有显著差异,8°与12°组间,P>0.05无显著性差异。结论:随着牙体轴壁聚合度的增大Cercon全瓷组的边缘间隙越小即边缘适合性越好,但聚合度从8°增大到12°全瓷冠的边缘适合性改善不明显。在本实验的研究范围内可以认为8°聚合度可以提供Cercon全瓷组较好的边缘适合性。 展开更多

背景:Cercon氧化锆全瓷修复系统是近年兴起的一种氧化锆陶瓷修复系统。该技术以氧化锆作为底层材料,低温陶瓷作饰面瓷修复患牙,其底层材料的透射率直接影响修复的整体效果。目的:通过对Cercon氧化锆底层材料光谱反射率的测定和分析,对... 背景:Cercon氧化锆全瓷修复系统是近年兴起的一种氧化锆陶瓷修复系统。该技术以氧化锆作为底层材料,低温陶瓷作饰面瓷修复患牙,其底层材料的透射率直接影响修复的整体效果。目的:通过对Cercon氧化锆底层材料光谱反射率的测定和分析,对其颜色变化特点作一定的研究。设计、时间及地点:2008-10/2008-11在四川大学华西口腔医学院,口腔疾病研究国家重点实验室完成。材料:Cercon base氧化锆陶瓷材料为德国DeguDent公司产品。方法:将Cercon氧化锆底层材料切割成标准试件,使用Cercon Heat氧化锆高温烧结炉完全烧结后,打磨抛光,并按照饰面瓷烧结程序烧结,使用PR650光谱光度/色度计测定其烧结前后的光谱反射率,最后采用spss12.0统计学分析软件数据进行统计分析。主要观察指标:对Cercon氧化锆底层材料在烧结前后反射光谱的相关颜色参数进行观察,包括主波长(色相)、兴奋纯(彩度)和光谱反射率。结果:氧化锆粗胚烧结时只是晶相变化,少有化学反应和分子结构的变化,烧结前后为同一物质。氧化锆粗胚烧结时兴奋纯升高(P<0.05),而反射率则下降(P<0.05)。结论:烧结对Cercon氧化锆底层材料的兴奋纯及反射率均有一定影响,氧化锆材料机械性能改变对显色有一定影响。 展开更多

两种方法制作Cercon系统二氧化锆全瓷冠边缘适合性的比较性研究 被引量:3

目的以钴铬金属基底烤瓷冠作为对照组,利用硅橡胶复制冠边缘间隙的方法来研究两种方法制作Cercon系统二氧化锆全瓷冠的边缘适合性,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法选取1个因正畸拔除的无龋的下颌前磨牙,常规行牙体预备,采用双重印模法取模... 目的以钴铬金属基底烤瓷冠作为对照组,利用硅橡胶复制冠边缘间隙的方法来研究两种方法制作Cercon系统二氧化锆全瓷冠的边缘适合性,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法选取1个因正畸拔除的无龋的下颌前磨牙,常规行牙体预备,采用双重印模法取模,复制24个相同尺寸的超硬石膏代型。将代型随机分为3组(钴铬金属烤瓷冠、Cercon CAD/CAM系统二氧化锆全瓷冠、Cercon ClassⅡ激光扫描系统制作二氧化锆全瓷冠),分别制作8个瓷全冠修复体。利用硅橡胶轻体复制冠边缘间隙的测量法进行绝对边缘间隙测量,然后沿冠的颊舌侧和近远中边缘中点切为4份。在体式显微镜下采集绝对边缘间隙的数码图像,进行绝对边缘间隙的测量,将所得数据使用SPSS13.0软件包进行分析。结果 3种绝对边缘间隙的平均值在48.68~98.69μm之间。与对照组比较,CenconCAD/CAM系统二氧化锆全瓷冠、Cencon ClassⅡ激光扫描系统制作的二氧化锆全瓷冠的绝对边缘间隙与对照组相比均具有显著性差异。结论 (1)在本实验条件下,与钴铬金属烤瓷冠相比,Cercon CAD/CAM系统二氧化锆全瓷冠和CerconClassⅡ激光扫描系统制作二氧化锆全瓷冠都显示较小的绝对边缘间隙;(2)Cercon CAD/CAM系统二氧化锆制作的全瓷冠与CerconClassⅡ激光扫描系统制作的二氧化锆全瓷冠相比显示较小的绝对边缘间隙;(3)Cercon CAD/CAM系统二氧化锆全瓷冠、Cercon ClassⅡ激光扫描系统制作二氧化锆全瓷冠和失蜡法制作的钴铬烤瓷冠的绝对边缘间隙均在临床可接受的100μm以内。 展开更多

The objective of this systematic review was to assess tooth wear against ceramic crowns in posterior region in vitro and in vivo. An electronic PubMed search was conducted to identify studies on tooth wear against ceramic crowns in posterior region. The selected studies were analyzed in regard to type of crowns, natural antagonist, measuring protocol and outcome. From a yield of 1 000 titles, 43 articles were selected for full-text analysis; finally, no in vitro and only five in vivo studies met the inclusion criteria. As there is heterogeneity in design, used measuring method, ceramics and analysis-form, a meta-analysis was not possible. Results of these studies are very controversial which makes a scientifically valid comparison impossible. This review indicated that some all-ceramic crowns are as wear friendly as metal-ceramic crowns. Up to now, it has been impossible to associate tooth wear with any specific causal agent. The role of ceramic surface treatment that might be responsible for the changing in rate of tooth wear seems undetermined as yet through clinical trials. The literature reveals that studies on this topic are subject to a substantial amount of bias. Therefore, additional clinical studies, properly designed to diminish bias, are warranted. 展开更多

[Objectives]To explore the difference between the CAD/CAM customized zirconia abutment and the finished titanium abutment in the maxillary anterior region.[Methods]A total of 60 implants were selected from 60 patients who had undergone maxillary single anterior implant implantation in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from July 2017 to July 2018.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(30 patients/group).The observation group used CAD/CAM customized zirconia abutment and all-ceramic crown,while the control group used finished titanium abutment and all-ceramic crown.Twelve months after the crown restoration,mechanical complications,pink esthetic(another spelling of aesthetic)score(PES)and white esthetic score(WES),and patient satisfaction were used as clinical observation indicators to evaluate the restoration effect.[Results]For 12 months after crown restoration,the implant survival rate of the two groups of patients was 100%,and there was no abutment breakage,loosening,falling off,or screw loosening and breakage.The PES and WES of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]CAD/CAM customized zirconia abutment implant restoration in the maxillary anterior region can obtain good esthetic restoration effect in a short term,and has good clinical application effect. 展开更多

目的:探讨不同树脂水门汀对氧化锆陶瓷修复体粘接强度的影响。方法:制备牙本质粘接面样本30个随机分为3组(n=10),并选择Cercon氧化锆陶瓷系统分别与3种树脂水门汀进行配伍,制备相应剪切强度试件和拉伸强度试件,分别记为RU组(Cercon氧化... 目的:探讨不同树脂水门汀对氧化锆陶瓷修复体粘接强度的影响。方法:制备牙本质粘接面样本30个随机分为3组(n=10),并选择Cercon氧化锆陶瓷系统分别与3种树脂水门汀进行配伍,制备相应剪切强度试件和拉伸强度试件,分别记为RU组(Cercon氧化锆与RelyX U200)、CS组(Cercon氧化锆与Clearfil SA Luting)、ME组(Cercon氧化锆与Maxcem Elite Chroma)。采用万能力学试验机检测各试件的最大剪切载荷值及最大拉伸载荷值,计算剪切强度及拉伸强度并进行统计学分析。结果:在剪切强度测试实验中,剪切强度CS组>RU组>ME组;在拉伸强度测试中,拉伸强度CS组>RU组>ME组;CS粘接剂在剪切强度和拉伸强度测试中粘接效果均优于RU和ME组。结论:在氧化锆陶瓷的剪切强度测试及拉伸强度测试中,含有10-MDP的树脂水门汀(Clearfil SA Luting)的粘接强度最大,粘接效果最好,对于氧化锆陶瓷推荐使用含MDP的树脂水门汀。 展开更多
