Electro-hydraulic proportional valve is the core control valve in many hydraulic systems used in agricultural and engineering machinery.To address the problem related to the large throttling losses and poor stability ...Electro-hydraulic proportional valve is the core control valve in many hydraulic systems used in agricultural and engineering machinery.To address the problem related to the large throttling losses and poor stability typically associated with these valves,here,the beneficial effects of a triangular groove structure on the related hydraulic response are studied.A mathematical model of the pressure compensation system based on the power-bond graph method is introduced,and the AMESim software is used to simulate its response.The results show that the triangular groove structure increases the jet angle and effectively compensates for the hydrodynamic force.The steady-state differential pressure at the valve port of the new pressure compensation structure was 0.65 MPa.Furthermore,experimental results show that the pressure difference at the main valve port is 0.73 MPa,and that the response time is less than 0.2 s.It is concluded that the new compensation structure has good pressure compensation response characteristics.展开更多
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional sling suspension method,such as complex structure of suspension truss,large running resistance,and low precision of position servo system,a gravity compensation...In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional sling suspension method,such as complex structure of suspension truss,large running resistance,and low precision of position servo system,a gravity compensation method of lunar rover based on the combination of active suspension and active position following of magnetic levitation is proposed,and the overall design is carried out.The dynamic model of the suspension module of microgravity compensation system was established,and the decoupling control between the constant force component and the position servo component was analyzed and verified.The constant tension control was achieved by using hybrid force/position control.The position following control was realized by using fuzzy adaptive PID(proportional⁃integral⁃differential)control.The stable suspension control was realized based on the principle of force balance.The simulation results show that the compensation accuracy of constant tension could reach more than 95%,the position deviation was less than 5 mm,the position deviation angle was less than 0.025°,and the air gap recovered stability within 0.1 s.The gravity compensation system has excellent dynamic performance and can meet the requirements of microgravity simulation experiment of lunar rover.展开更多
Aiming at the requirement of the full-ocean-depth(operating water depth 11000 m)manned submersible to carry out the gas-tight sampling operation of the abyss seabed sediment,a kind of full-ocean-depth carrier submersi...Aiming at the requirement of the full-ocean-depth(operating water depth 11000 m)manned submersible to carry out the gas-tight sampling operation of the abyss seabed sediment,a kind of full-ocean-depth carrier submersible mechanical hand-held,full-ocean-depth gas-tight sediment sampler(GTSS)with the function of pressure-retaining and coring is designed.Firstly,the volume change model of pressure compensator is established,and it is pointed out that the volume of pressure compensator is about 16.14%equal to the volume of gas-tight sediment sampler(GTSS).Secondly,the pressure compensator is analyzed and calculated,and the relationship between the precharge pressure of the pressure compensator,the nominal volume of the pressure compensator and the pressure holding effect of the gas-tight sediment sampler(GTSS)is studied.The results show that with the increase of gas precharge pressure in the pressure compensator,the final pressure of the sampler also increases.Under the same precharge pressure condition,the larger the nominal volume of the pressure compensator,the greater the final pressure of the sampler.Finally,the air tightness test method is designed by using the developed gas tightness sampler of the full-ocean-depth product,and the change of the final pressure in the gas tight sampler under different precharge pressure is observed.The test results are consistent with the simulation results,indicating the correctness of the pressure compensation system(PCS)model.展开更多

In the fiber winding process,strong disturbance,uncertainty,strong coupling,and fiber friction complicate the winding constant tension control.In order to effectively reduce the influence of these problems on the tens...In the fiber winding process,strong disturbance,uncertainty,strong coupling,and fiber friction complicate the winding constant tension control.In order to effectively reduce the influence of these problems on the tension output,this paper proposed a tension fluctuation rejection strategy based on feedforward compensation.In addition to the bias harmonic curve of the unknown state,the tension fluctuation also contains the influence of bounded noise.A tension fluctuation observer(TFO)is designed to cancel the uncertain periodic signal,in which the frequency generator is used to estimate the critical parameter information.Then,the fluctuation signal is reconstructed by a third-order auxiliary filter.The estimated signal feedforward compensates for the actual tension fluctuation.Furthermore,a time-varying parameters fractional-order PID controller(TPFOPID)is realized to attenuate the bounded noise in the fluctuation.Finally,TPFOPID is enhanced by TFO and applied to control a tension control system considering multi-source disturbances.The stability of the method is analyzed by using the Lyapunov theorem.Finally,numerical simulations verify that the proposed scheme improves the tracking ability and robustness of the system in response to tension fluctuations.展开更多
Given the challenges in managing large deformation disasters in energy engineering,traffic tunnel engineering,and slope engineering,the excavation compensation theory has been proposed for large deformation disasters ...Given the challenges in managing large deformation disasters in energy engineering,traffic tunnel engineering,and slope engineering,the excavation compensation theory has been proposed for large deformation disasters and the supplementary technology system is developed accordingly.This theory is based on the concept that“all destructive behaviors in tunnel engineering originate from excavation.”This paper summarizes the development of the excavation compensation theory in five aspects:the“theory,”“equipment,”“technology,”the design method with large deformation mechanics,and engineering applications.First,the calculation method for compensation force has been developed based on this theory,and a comprehensive large deformation disaster control theory system is formed.Second,a negative Poisson's ratio anchor cable with high preload,large deformation,and super energy absorption characteristics has been independently developed and applied to large deformation disaster control.An intelligent tunnel monitoring and early warning cloud platform system are established for remote monitoring and early warning system of Newton force in landslide geological hazards.Third,the double gradient advance grouting technology,the two-dimensional blasting technology,and the integrated Newton force monitoring--early warning--control technology are developed for different engineering environments.Finally,some applications of this theory in China's energy,traffic tunnels,landslide,and other field projects have been analyzed,which successfully demonstrates the capability of this theory in large deformation disaster control.展开更多

Cold-junction compensation(CJC)and disconnection detection circuit design of various thermocouples(TC)and multi-channel TC interface circuits were designed.The CJC and disconnection detection circuit consists of a CJC...Cold-junction compensation(CJC)and disconnection detection circuit design of various thermocouples(TC)and multi-channel TC interface circuits were designed.The CJC and disconnection detection circuit consists of a CJC semiconductor device,an instrumentation amplifier(IA),two resistors,and a diode for disconnection detection.Based on the basic circuit,a multi-channel interface circuit was also implemented.The CJC was implemented using compensation semiconductor and IA,and disconnection detection was detected by using two resistors and a diode so that IA input voltage became-0.42 V.As a result of the experiment using R-type TC,the error of the designed circuit was reduced from 0.14 mV to 3μV after CJC in the temperature range of 0°C to 1400°C.In addition,it was confirmed that the output voltage of IA was saturated from 88 mV to-14.2 V when TC was disconnected from normal.The output voltage of the designed circuit was 0 V to 10 V in the temperature range of 0°C to 1400°C.The results of the 4-channel interface experiment using R-type TC were almost identical to the CJC and disconnection detection results for each channel.The implemented multi-channel interface has a feature that can be applied equally to E,J,K,T,R,and S-type TCs by changing the terminals of CJC semiconductor devices and adjusting the IA gain.展开更多

Potato seed-monitoring is the premise of its precise planting.But,for anti-dust,anti-vibration performance and durability,the existing photoelectric monitoring schemes have obvious congenital defects.So,a capacitive p...Potato seed-monitoring is the premise of its precise planting.But,for anti-dust,anti-vibration performance and durability,the existing photoelectric monitoring schemes have obvious congenital defects.So,a capacitive precision seed-monitoring idea was proposed in this study.Its theoretical basis is that the variation of dielectric between the capacitor plates will inevitably induce the fluctuation of the detected capacitance value.Therefore,the construction of a space capacitance sensor,and the acquisition of the net capacitance fluctuation caused by the seed spoon passing through the space area of the capacitor plates,were the core focuses of this study.Firstly,the system theory and working principle were introduced.Next,a space capacitance sensor that meets all the requirements was analyzed and constructed.And then,its spatial arrangement was described in detail,and most important of all,the technology roadmap of the net capacitance fluctuation measurement was put forward.For this purpose,MAX038 and GD32F407 were selected to work together to measure the capacitance.In this way,the top value of the space capacitance when a spoon passed through the space capacitance sensor was detected,at the same time,the corresponding grating encoder information was also recorded,so,the net capacitance fluctuation of this process was calculated.Based on this result,normal-seeding,miss-seeding,and multi-seeding were identified.More subtly,with the cooperation of the grating encoder,the position of the seed-metering monitoring point was configured freely.Just for miss-seeding,a predictive impact compensation concept was suggested.Based on the theories above,the software core links related to seed-monitoring and compensation control were analyzed.Finally,a potato planter test bed based on this study was built.Taking the Long-7 cutting potato as test samples,it was found that,the capacitance measurement error was no higher than 0.6%;no misjudgment on miss-seeding was found,however,for normal-seeding and multi-seeding,there was a small amount of identification of the opposite kind was found,but not more than 1.0%and 1.5%,respectively.Because of the flexibility of the seed-metering monitoring point layout,the predictive impact compensation can also be arranged according to actual needs,and the mechanism of the impact compensation system is simple and direct,which makes it cheap and fast.Nevertheless,a lower compensating seed potato tank filling rate is conducive to the average compensation success rate at an acceptable level.This research has laid the engineering foundation for the industrial application of potato non-photoelectric seed-metering monitoring and miss-seeding compensation.展开更多

This research identifies the...Water supply services(WSSs) are critical for the regional water balance and water circulation, but relevant studies have not established the relationship between WSSs and human well-being. This research identifies the scope of areas that benefit from WSSs from an ecosystem service flow perspective. Moreover, the path and quantity of the flow of WSSs are simulated to provide a scientific theoretical basis for ecosystem service management and ecological compensation. The Dongjiang Lake Basin is a national priority river basin in China where ecological compensation pilot programmes concerning water resources are top priorities. Dongjiang Lake Basin experienced an increase and then a decrease in the overall supply of water, with an average net water supply of 1096–1500 mm for the years 1995, 2000, 2005 and 2010. The water demand increased each year in service beneficiary areas(SBAs), varying from 387 to 580 mm. Overall, Dongjiang Lake Basin met the net water demands of the actual SBAs in the lower reaches, but a gap in the water supply and demand emerged gradually. This research provides an understanding of the functional mechanisms for the provision, demand and flow of WSSs and provides a scientific theoretical basis for ecosystem service management and ecological compensation.展开更多
With regard to precision/ultra-precision motion systems,it is important to achieve excellent tracking performance for various trajectory tracking tasks even under uncertain external disturbances.In this paper,to overc...With regard to precision/ultra-precision motion systems,it is important to achieve excellent tracking performance for various trajectory tracking tasks even under uncertain external disturbances.In this paper,to overcome the limitation of robustness to trajectory variations and external disturbances in offline feedforward compensation strategies such as iterative learning control(ILC),a novel real-time iterative compensation(RIC)control framework is proposed for precision motion systems without changing the inner closed-loop controller.Specifically,the RIC method can be divided into two parts,i.e.,accurate model prediction and real-time iterative compensation.An accurate prediction model considering lumped disturbances is firstly established to predict tracking errors at future sampling times.In light of predicted errors,a feedforward compensation term is developed to modify the following reference trajectory by real-time iterative calculation.Both the prediction and compen-sation processes are finished in a real-time motion control sampling period.The stability and convergence of the entire control system after real-time iterative compensation is analyzed for different conditions.Various simulation results consistently demonstrate that the proposed RIC framework possesses satisfactory dynamic regulation capability,which contributes to high tracking accuracy comparable to ILC or even better and strong robustness.展开更多

文摘In the fiber winding process,strong disturbance,uncertainty,strong coupling,and fiber friction complicate the winding constant tension control.In order to effectively reduce the influence of these problems on the tension output,this paper proposed a tension fluctuation rejection strategy based on feedforward compensation.In addition to the bias harmonic curve of the unknown state,the tension fluctuation also contains the influence of bounded noise.A tension fluctuation observer(TFO)is designed to cancel the uncertain periodic signal,in which the frequency generator is used to estimate the critical parameter information.Then,the fluctuation signal is reconstructed by a third-order auxiliary filter.The estimated signal feedforward compensates for the actual tension fluctuation.Furthermore,a time-varying parameters fractional-order PID controller(TPFOPID)is realized to attenuate the bounded noise in the fluctuation.Finally,TPFOPID is enhanced by TFO and applied to control a tension control system considering multi-source disturbances.The stability of the method is analyzed by using the Lyapunov theorem.Finally,numerical simulations verify that the proposed scheme improves the tracking ability and robustness of the system in response to tension fluctuations.

文摘Given the challenges in managing large deformation disasters in energy engineering,traffic tunnel engineering,and slope engineering,the excavation compensation theory has been proposed for large deformation disasters and the supplementary technology system is developed accordingly.This theory is based on the concept that“all destructive behaviors in tunnel engineering originate from excavation.”This paper summarizes the development of the excavation compensation theory in five aspects:the“theory,”“equipment,”“technology,”the design method with large deformation mechanics,and engineering applications.First,the calculation method for compensation force has been developed based on this theory,and a comprehensive large deformation disaster control theory system is formed.Second,a negative Poisson's ratio anchor cable with high preload,large deformation,and super energy absorption characteristics has been independently developed and applied to large deformation disaster control.An intelligent tunnel monitoring and early warning cloud platform system are established for remote monitoring and early warning system of Newton force in landslide geological hazards.Third,the double gradient advance grouting technology,the two-dimensional blasting technology,and the integrated Newton force monitoring--early warning--control technology are developed for different engineering environments.Finally,some applications of this theory in China's energy,traffic tunnels,landslide,and other field projects have been analyzed,which successfully demonstrates the capability of this theory in large deformation disaster control.

文摘A tracking stability control problem for the vertical electric stabilization system of moving tank based on adaptive robust servo control is addressed.This paper mainly focuses on two types of possibly fast timevarying but bounded uncertainty within the vertical electric stabilization system:model parameter uncertainty and uncertain nonlinearity.First,the vertical electric stabilization system is constructed as an uncertain nonlinear dynamic system that can reflect the practical mechanics transfer process of the system.Second,the dynamical equation in the form of state space is established by designing the angular tracking error.Third,the comprehensive parameter of system uncertainty is designed to estimate the most conservative effects of uncertainty.Finally,an adaptive robust servo control which can effectively handle the combined effects of complex nonlinearity and uncertainty is proposed.The feasibility of the proposed control strategy under the practical physical condition is validated through the tests on the experimental platform.This paper pioneers the introduction of the internal nonlinearity and uncertainty of the vertical electric stabilization system into the settlement of the tracking stability control problem,and validates the advanced servo control strategy through experiment for the first time.
文摘Cold-junction compensation(CJC)and disconnection detection circuit design of various thermocouples(TC)and multi-channel TC interface circuits were designed.The CJC and disconnection detection circuit consists of a CJC semiconductor device,an instrumentation amplifier(IA),two resistors,and a diode for disconnection detection.Based on the basic circuit,a multi-channel interface circuit was also implemented.The CJC was implemented using compensation semiconductor and IA,and disconnection detection was detected by using two resistors and a diode so that IA input voltage became-0.42 V.As a result of the experiment using R-type TC,the error of the designed circuit was reduced from 0.14 mV to 3μV after CJC in the temperature range of 0°C to 1400°C.In addition,it was confirmed that the output voltage of IA was saturated from 88 mV to-14.2 V when TC was disconnected from normal.The output voltage of the designed circuit was 0 V to 10 V in the temperature range of 0°C to 1400°C.The results of the 4-channel interface experiment using R-type TC were almost identical to the CJC and disconnection detection results for each channel.The implemented multi-channel interface has a feature that can be applied equally to E,J,K,T,R,and S-type TCs by changing the terminals of CJC semiconductor devices and adjusting the IA gain.

文摘Objective To discuss the problems existing in the compensation of Chinese clinical trial participants and propose some suggestions for improving their rights.Methods The literature related to the participants’right to compensation at home and abroad was searched to study the inadequacy of the compensation right for clinical trial participants in China from four aspects:insurance system,principle of attribution,legal relationship and compensation regulations.Then,some suggestions to improve the participants’right to compensation were proposed.Results and Conclusion China lacks clear legal norms for participants’right to compensation.There are problems such as unclear insurance rules and compensation rules,unclear contractual relationships between parties to clinical trials,and no laws and regulations to rely on for attribution and compensation.China should issue regulatory guidelines related to the right to compensation of participants in clinical trials,so that all parties in clinical trials can have rules to follow if there is the occurrence of injury,which can better protect the rights and interests of the participants.

文摘In the case of third-party tort,due to the lack of clear and detailed provisions on the treatment of employee’s industrial injury insurance payment and tort damage compensation,the judicial theory and practice have brought many disputes.Through combing the current relevant laws and regulations,it can be found that the application of the two systems will lead to the overlapping of industrial injury compensation.This paper analyzes the problems arising from the concurrence of industrial injury compensation and tort compensation using the case of Fu and Li v.a passenger transport company,and puts forward some ideas and suggestions on how to improve the settlement measures of such cases.

文摘Potato seed-monitoring is the premise of its precise planting.But,for anti-dust,anti-vibration performance and durability,the existing photoelectric monitoring schemes have obvious congenital defects.So,a capacitive precision seed-monitoring idea was proposed in this study.Its theoretical basis is that the variation of dielectric between the capacitor plates will inevitably induce the fluctuation of the detected capacitance value.Therefore,the construction of a space capacitance sensor,and the acquisition of the net capacitance fluctuation caused by the seed spoon passing through the space area of the capacitor plates,were the core focuses of this study.Firstly,the system theory and working principle were introduced.Next,a space capacitance sensor that meets all the requirements was analyzed and constructed.And then,its spatial arrangement was described in detail,and most important of all,the technology roadmap of the net capacitance fluctuation measurement was put forward.For this purpose,MAX038 and GD32F407 were selected to work together to measure the capacitance.In this way,the top value of the space capacitance when a spoon passed through the space capacitance sensor was detected,at the same time,the corresponding grating encoder information was also recorded,so,the net capacitance fluctuation of this process was calculated.Based on this result,normal-seeding,miss-seeding,and multi-seeding were identified.More subtly,with the cooperation of the grating encoder,the position of the seed-metering monitoring point was configured freely.Just for miss-seeding,a predictive impact compensation concept was suggested.Based on the theories above,the software core links related to seed-monitoring and compensation control were analyzed.Finally,a potato planter test bed based on this study was built.Taking the Long-7 cutting potato as test samples,it was found that,the capacitance measurement error was no higher than 0.6%;no misjudgment on miss-seeding was found,however,for normal-seeding and multi-seeding,there was a small amount of identification of the opposite kind was found,but not more than 1.0%and 1.5%,respectively.Because of the flexibility of the seed-metering monitoring point layout,the predictive impact compensation can also be arranged according to actual needs,and the mechanism of the impact compensation system is simple and direct,which makes it cheap and fast.Nevertheless,a lower compensating seed potato tank filling rate is conducive to the average compensation success rate at an acceptable level.This research has laid the engineering foundation for the industrial application of potato non-photoelectric seed-metering monitoring and miss-seeding compensation.

文摘Water supply services(WSSs) are critical for the regional water balance and water circulation, but relevant studies have not established the relationship between WSSs and human well-being. This research identifies the scope of areas that benefit from WSSs from an ecosystem service flow perspective. Moreover, the path and quantity of the flow of WSSs are simulated to provide a scientific theoretical basis for ecosystem service management and ecological compensation. The Dongjiang Lake Basin is a national priority river basin in China where ecological compensation pilot programmes concerning water resources are top priorities. Dongjiang Lake Basin experienced an increase and then a decrease in the overall supply of water, with an average net water supply of 1096–1500 mm for the years 1995, 2000, 2005 and 2010. The water demand increased each year in service beneficiary areas(SBAs), varying from 387 to 580 mm. Overall, Dongjiang Lake Basin met the net water demands of the actual SBAs in the lower reaches, but a gap in the water supply and demand emerged gradually. This research provides an understanding of the functional mechanisms for the provision, demand and flow of WSSs and provides a scientific theoretical basis for ecosystem service management and ecological compensation.

文摘With regard to precision/ultra-precision motion systems,it is important to achieve excellent tracking performance for various trajectory tracking tasks even under uncertain external disturbances.In this paper,to overcome the limitation of robustness to trajectory variations and external disturbances in offline feedforward compensation strategies such as iterative learning control(ILC),a novel real-time iterative compensation(RIC)control framework is proposed for precision motion systems without changing the inner closed-loop controller.Specifically,the RIC method can be divided into two parts,i.e.,accurate model prediction and real-time iterative compensation.An accurate prediction model considering lumped disturbances is firstly established to predict tracking errors at future sampling times.In light of predicted errors,a feedforward compensation term is developed to modify the following reference trajectory by real-time iterative calculation.Both the prediction and compen-sation processes are finished in a real-time motion control sampling period.The stability and convergence of the entire control system after real-time iterative compensation is analyzed for different conditions.Various simulation results consistently demonstrate that the proposed RIC framework possesses satisfactory dynamic regulation capability,which contributes to high tracking accuracy comparable to ILC or even better and strong robustness.
