On this basis,it analyzed changes in marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces with the aid of DEA's Malmquist productivity index model. Based on the statistical data of four national agricultural science and technology parks built in Jiangxi Province, this paper constructs an evaluation system consisting of three first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators and 24 three-level indicators. Based on the combined weighting method, the comprehensive scores of the innovation capabilities of the parks are obtained. It is found that the gap in innovation capability of each park is wide, and the radiation-driven function has not yet appeared. It is necessary to promote the improvement of innovation capabilities by promoting the synergy and innovation of agricultural science and technology in the park, encouraging the park to construct agricultural technology business incubators, and building and improving innovation platforms.展开更多

文摘Innovation is the first driving force leading economic and social development,and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important engine for promoting national economic growth.At present,our country is at the critical node of comprehensively deepening reform,decisively building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,and realizing the two centenary goals,and we must firmly grasp the initiative in economic development.College students have always been a barometer of the development of the times,and how innovative and entrepreneurial college students is related to the future and destiny of the country’s economic development.The key to the cultivation of college students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability lies in education,and the key to the effect of education lies in teachers.As an important component and supplement to the faculty of colleges and universities,counselors play a key role in the growth of college students.It can be said that the professional ability construction of college counselors is very important to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and cannot be replaced.From the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this article discusses the development status of domestic and foreign college counselors’professional ability construction,discusses the problems and causes of college counselors’professional ability construction,and proposes a path to optimize the professional ability construction of counselors.
文摘In modern society,good communicative ability is very important;it plays an important part in communication.But as college students,who enter into the society newly,their interpersonal range is expanded constantly;to a certain extent,there are some communication disorders which many students'worries in life and study are relevant to.So this text will analyze the poor communicative ability from internal and external factors.And then give several suggestions about how to cultivate the college students'communicative ability.
文摘For a long time, due to the influence of many factors, College English Teaching in China's colleges and universities has attached to much importance to knowledge imparting, ignoring the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, the teaching effect is unsatisfactory, which is particularly prominent in remote minority areas. This paper analyzes the problems faced by College English Teaching in ethnic minority areas, arguing that it is imperative to cultivate autonomous learning ability of College English in ethnic minority areas. The strategies of cultivating students' autonomous learning ability are discussed in this paper and some suggestions on the scope of application of these strategies are put forward.
