During the period of May to October in1999,systematical studies were giv en to the rate of decomposition of Calamagrostis angustifolia litter,the phosphorus content and weight in decomposed residua of litte r,and phosphorus content in the corresponding soil in the Sanjiang Plain.At the same time,the simulation models were listed in the paper.The results showed that the rate of we ight lost of decomposition of Calamagrostis angustifolia litter is 29.80%and the maximum of daily rate of weight lost i s 0.25%,which appeared in July.The c hange trend of phosphorus content an d weight in the decomposed residua of l itter is to reduce with the decomposing process,when it comes to the day of157,the decrement amount of the both were respectively 57.69mg /kg and 1.6199mg,which were 72.80%and 76.30%of its previous amount.In addition,th ere is a polynomial minus correlatio nship of phosphorus content between the variation in corresponding soil and the decomp osed residua of litter at the corresp onding period.The study will be help ful to further understand the process and mechanis m of biochemical cycling of nutrient elements in wetland ecosystems,in a ddition,it will also be helpful to the restoration and rebuilding of retrogressive wetlands and reasonable development and utilization of wetlands in the Sanjiang Plain. 展开更多

Initially, 42 microorganisms were isolated from decomposed fruits like grapes, mangoes, pineapples, oranges, safeda etc. during summer when temperature reaches up to 37&#176C. Then their growths were checked in YPG medium containing various ethanol concentrations at different time point at 37&#176C. From the preliminary screening, 15 Gram negative bacterial isolates have produced halos or yellow zone around the colonies on YPG agar plate at 37&#176C which indicated acetic acid production capability by those bacteria. Furthermore, acetic acid production rates were determined by titration method and about 3 - 6.9 gm/100ml acetic acid were estimated by using 4% ethanol at 37&#176C by shaking culture for 3 days. Several biochemical analysis revealed that our collection contained huge amount of acetic acid producing bacteria and some of them could be potential candidates for vinegar production. 展开更多

Allelopathy of decomposed maize straw products on three soilborn diseases of wheat and the analysis by GC-MS 被引量:22

In northern China, the soil-born diseases of wheat have been getting more and more serious under a new farming system that returns maize straw to the field. In order to investigate the allelopathy of the decomposed maize straw products on three soil-born diseases of wheat, culture dish and pot experiments were conducted and the compounds in the products were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Culture dish experiments showed that the mycelial growth, sclerotia formation amount and total weight of Rhizoctonia cerealis were promoted at concentrations of 0.03, 0.06 and 0.12 g m L–1 and inhibited at concentration of 0.48 g m L–1 of the decomposed products. No significant effects were found of the product concentrations on average weight of the sclerotia. Mycelial growth of Gaeumannomyces graminis was promoted at almost all concentrations except the highest one. Mycelial growth and spore germination of Bipolaris sorokiniana were significantly inhibited by all concentrations of the decomposed products, with enhanced inhibition effects along with the increased concentrations. The length, number and dry weight of roots together with the root superoxide dismutase activity were promoted by the lowest concentration(0.03 g m L–1), with a synthetic effect index of 0.012, and inhibited by other concentrations. The ion leakage of roots was increased and the root peroxidase activity of roots was lowered by all the treatments. Pot experiments revealed that occurrence of the sharp eyespot was reduced by 0.03 and 0.06 g m L–1 of decomposed products after irrigation. However, the incidence rates and disease indexes were significantly increased by 0.12, 0.24 and 0.48 g m L–1 of decomposed products. The results indicated that incidence rates and disease indexes of the take-all were significantly promoted after being irrigated with the decomposed products, while occurrences of the common rot didn't change, significantly. GC-MS results showed that the compounds of the decomposed products included organic acids, esters, hydrocarbons, amides and aldehydes, with the proportions 25.26, 24.01, 17.22, 14.39 and 7.73%, respectively. Further analysis investigated that the allelochemicals identified in straw decomposed products contained p-hydroxybenzoic acid(9.21%), dibutyl phthalate(6.94%), 3-phenyl-2-acrylic(5.06%), 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzoic acid(2.26%), hexanoic acid(1.73%), 8-octadecenoic acid(1.06%), 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-2-propenoic acid(1.04%), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzoic acid(0.94%) and salicylic acid(0.94%). 展开更多

In order to make full use of salt lake magnesium resources and improve the strength of the thermal decomposed magnesium oxychloride cement(TDMOC), the effects of citric acid on the hydration process and mechanical properties of TDMOC was studied. The hydration heat release at initial 24 h and strengths at 3, 7, and 28 days of TDMOC specimens were conducted. The hydration products and paste microstructure were analyzed by XRD, FT-IR and SEM, respectively. The results showed that citric acid can not only reduce the 24 h hydration heat release and delay the occurring time of second peak of TDMOC, but also produce more 5Mg(OH)2·MgCl 2·8H2O and less Mg(OH)2 in hydration process of TDMOC. More perfect and slender crystals were observed in the microstructure of the TDMOC pastes with citric acid. The results demonstrated that citric acid as an additive of TDMOC can decrease the hydration heat release and increase the compressive strength and flexural strength of TDMOC. The possible mechanism for the strength enhancement was discussed. 展开更多

The effects of H3PO4 and Ca(H2PO4)2 on compressive strength, water resistance, hydration process of thermally decomposed magnesium oxychloride cement(TDMOC) pastes were studied. The mineral composition, hydration products and hydration heat release were analyzed by XRD, FT-IR, SEM and TAM air isothermal calorimeter, etc. After being modified by H3 PO4 and Ca(H2 PO4)2, the properties of the TDMOC are improved obviously. The compressive strength increases from 14.8 MPa to 48.1 MPa and 37.1 MPa, respectively. The strength retention coefficient(Kn) increases from 0.38 to 0.99 and 0.94, respectively. The 24 h hydration heat release decreases by 10% and 4% and the time of hydration peak appearing is delayed from 1 h to about 10 h. The XRD, FT-IR and SEM results show that the main composition is 5Mg(OH)2 ·MgCl2 ·8H2 O in the modified TDMOC pastes. The possible mechanism for the strength enhancement was discussed. The purposes are to extend the potential applications of the salt lake magnesium resources and to improve the mechanical properties of TDMOC. 展开更多

A timescale decomposed threshold regression(TSDTR) downscaling approach to forecasting South China early summer rainfall(SCESR) is described by using long-term observed station rainfall data and NOAA ERSST data. It makes use of two distinct regression downscaling models corresponding to the interannual and interdecadal rainfall variability of SCESR.The two models are developed based on the partial least squares(PLS) regression technique, linking SCESR to SST modes in preceding months on both interannual and interdecadal timescales. Specifically, using the datasets in the calibration period 1915–84, the variability of SCESR and SST are decomposed into interannual and interdecadal components. On the interannual timescale, a threshold PLS regression model is fitted to interannual components of SCESR and March SST patterns by taking account of the modulation of negative and positive phases of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO). On the interdecadal timescale, a standard PLS regression model is fitted to the relationship between SCESR and preceding November SST patterns. The total rainfall prediction is obtained by the sum of the outputs from both the interannual and interdecadal models. Results show that the TSDTR downscaling approach achieves reasonable skill in predicting the observed rainfall in the validation period 1985–2006, compared to other simpler approaches. This study suggests that the TSDTR approach,considering different interannual SCESR-SST relationships under the modulation of PDO phases, as well as the interdecadal variability of SCESR associated with SST patterns, may provide a new perspective to improve climate predictions. 展开更多

A great deal of attention has been focused on discharge plasma as it can rapidly decompose N_2O without additives,which is not only a kind of greenhouse gas but also a kind of damages to the ozone layer.The thermal equilibrium plasma is chosen to combine with catalysts to decompose N_2O,and its characteristics are analyzed in the present paper.The results indicate that NO and NO_2 were formed besides N_2 and O_2 during N_2O decomposition when N_2O was treated merely by discharge plasma.Concentration of NO declined greatly when the discharge plasma was combined with catalysts.Results of Raman spectra analysis on CeO_2,Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_2and Ce_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_2 imply that the products selectivity has been obviously improved in discharge plasma decomposing N_2O because of the existence of massive oxygen vacancies over the composite oxide catalysts. 展开更多

Settlement control of high-speed railways is a key technology in embankment engineering. In order to reveal the engineering characteristics of the deep, completely decomposed granite soil in the Hainan East Ring Railway, four groups of centrifuge model tests were conducted. We studied the settlement properties, under the embankment action, of untreated subsoil, subsoil treated by dynamic compaction, and subsoil reinforced with cement-mixed piles. In particular, we examined the relationship between settlement and time, including the settlement during and after construction. The results show that the Weibull model can describe the relationship between embankment settlement and time well, and that the post-construction settlements of the subsoil meet the requirements of the relevant code. Among the two foundation treatment measures, dynamic compaction is more effective than reinforcement with cement-mixed piles. The tested pressure on the contact surface between embankment and subsoil was obviously different from the commonly used calculated values. 展开更多

The equivalence of the refined theory and the decomposed theorem is given. Using operator matrix determinant of partial differential equation, Cheng gained one equation, and he substituted the sum of the general integrals of three differential equations for the solution of the equation. But he did not prove the rationality of substitute. There, a whole proof for the refined theory from Papkovich?_Neuber solution was given. At first expressions were obtained for all the displacements and stress components in term of the mid_plane displacement and its derivatives. Using Lur’e method and the theorem of appendix, the refined theory was given. At last, using basic mathematic method, the equivalence between Cheng’s refined theory and Gregory’s decomposed theorem was proved, i.e., Cheng’s bi_harmonic equation, shear equation and transcendental equation are equivalent to Gregory’s interior state, shear state and Papkovich_Fadle state, respectively. 展开更多

地震属性蕴含大量储层信息,融合多种地震属性可提高储层预测精度。由于地下地质结构复杂、非均质性强,依据单一的地震属性融合方法难以精细刻画储层特征。为此,提出了一种基于Stacking集成学习的分频地震属性融合储层预测方法。该方法... 地震属性蕴含大量储层信息,融合多种地震属性可提高储层预测精度。由于地下地质结构复杂、非均质性强,依据单一的地震属性融合方法难以精细刻画储层特征。为此,提出了一种基于Stacking集成学习的分频地震属性融合储层预测方法。该方法主要包括3个部分:①根据不同厚度储层的振幅与频率关系,利用多个频率的地震信息,降低地震属性的多解性;②联合相关性分析和无监督聚类技术优选地震属性,剔除冗余属性特征;③利用能够综合多个差异化模型优势的Stacking集成学习模型,融合不同频段的地震属性,提高地震属性的解释精度。将该方法用于渤海湾盆地埕岛油田,并使用线性公式定量分析法进一步评估Stacking模型的泛化效果。结果显示:与单类预测模型相比,Stacking模型的综合预测性能和可靠性均有显著提升;对应的地震属性融合结果高值区形态更加清晰,融合属性与砂体厚度的相关系数可达到0.92,这表明该方法具有良好的应用前景。 展开更多

菹草腐解期上覆水浮游细菌群落动态模拟及其环境驱动因子分析

菹草生长期内可以从水体中吸收大量的营养物质,有效抑制水体富营养化。但在季节交替期,菹草衰亡后,其残体腐解会向上覆水释放大量营养物质,对湖泊生态系统造成瞬时冲击。通过实验室模拟,将菹草分别浸泡在不同稀释比的上覆水中自然腐解,... 菹草生长期内可以从水体中吸收大量的营养物质,有效抑制水体富营养化。但在季节交替期,菹草衰亡后,其残体腐解会向上覆水释放大量营养物质,对湖泊生态系统造成瞬时冲击。通过实验室模拟,将菹草分别浸泡在不同稀释比的上覆水中自然腐解,旨在研究菹草残体腐解过程上覆水水质变化及环境因子对浮游细菌的驱动作用。结果表明:(1)在稀释组(B、C组)中,菹草腐解的氮素均出现了短期冲击(第1天),冲击程度与稀释比呈正相关。(2)上覆水水质越好,浮游细菌共有OTUs(operational taxonomic units,操作分类单元)数量占比越高,且浮游菌群结构受氮素冲击的变化越剧烈。实验第30天时,稀释湖水4倍组(C组)共有OTUs占比为61%,高于原水组(A组,OTUs占比40%)和稀释2倍组(B组,OTUs占比45%)。群落结构的剧烈变化主要通过影响厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobiota)、放线杆菌门(Actinobacteriota)和蓝藻菌门(Cyanobacteria)的相对丰度大小实现。(3)变形杆菌门(Proteobacteria)是整个腐解过程中的第一大优势菌群,A、B、C三组的第一大优势菌门均为变形杆菌门,水质提升有助于厚壁菌门的生长和繁殖,在B组和C组中的第二大优势菌群是厚壁菌门,稀释比越高两类细菌门的总相对丰度越大。(4)总悬浮物、氧化还原电位、浊度和总氮对水体中的细菌群落结构产生显著影响,腐解进程可分为2个时段,环境因子对菌群结构影响的变化与腐解进程有关。因此,相关人员可通过适度收割沉水植物残体,调节水体氮素、浊度等上覆水理化指标,调控水体中细菌的群落结构及优势菌群种类,从而降低季节性水生植物腐解引发的负面影响,最终达到科学管理沉水植物的目的。 展开更多

试验旨在研究添加菌酶对喀斯特地区全株青贮玉米发酵品质和有氧稳定性的影响,为新型青贮菌剂的应用提供参考。以真空袋法青贮全株玉米,设5个试验组和1个对照组,分别为添加等量纯化水(对照组)、植物乳杆菌(试验A组)、纤维素分解菌(试验B... 试验旨在研究添加菌酶对喀斯特地区全株青贮玉米发酵品质和有氧稳定性的影响,为新型青贮菌剂的应用提供参考。以真空袋法青贮全株玉米,设5个试验组和1个对照组,分别为添加等量纯化水(对照组)、植物乳杆菌(试验A组)、纤维素分解菌(试验B组)、纤维素酶(试验C组)、植物乳杆菌+纤维素分解菌(试验AB组)、植物乳杆菌+纤维素酶(试验AC组)。其中植物乳杆菌添加1×10^(5) CFU/g;纤维素分解菌为黑曲霉∶枯草芽孢杆菌=2∶1,添加量为3.0×10^(5)、1.5×10^(5) CFU/g,纤维素酶按0.3%添加。发酵60 d后同时采样并测定全株玉米的发酵特性、乳酸菌数量、营养成分、有氧稳定性指标。结果表明:试验组均有微弱香味,对照组则气味较平淡,综合评分均到达一级;试验组pH均低于4.2,达到优质青贮料标准,C、AC组pH显著低于A、B、AB组(P<0.05);A、B、C组乳酸(LA)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组乙酸(AA)含量高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),丙酸(PA)和丁酸(BA)均未检测出;A、B、C、AB组氨态氮(NH3-N)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组有氧稳定性(AS)时间均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);AB组粗蛋白(CP)显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05);试验组干物质(DM)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);B、AB组粗灰分(Ash)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。采用隶属函数法综合各项指标进行评价,各组优劣排序为AC组>C组>AB组>B组>A组>对照组。说明AC、AB组可有效改善全株青贮玉米的青贮品质,提高有氧稳定性,以AC组效果最好;因此,纤维素分解菌可在一定程度上替代纤维素酶用于全株青贮玉米发酵。 展开更多

在人物新闻图像中,人眼视觉更关注于人脸高频细节部分,为实现含水印的人物新闻图像受到任何微弱攻击情况下均不能完整提取出水印信息,且具有较好的不可感知性,提出了一种Arnold置乱结合离散小波变换(DWT)、正交三角分解法(QR)的脆弱性... 在人物新闻图像中,人眼视觉更关注于人脸高频细节部分,为实现含水印的人物新闻图像受到任何微弱攻击情况下均不能完整提取出水印信息,且具有较好的不可感知性,提出了一种Arnold置乱结合离散小波变换(DWT)、正交三角分解法(QR)的脆弱性图像水印算法。首先将水印图像进行Arnold置乱加密,再提取载体图像B通道中人眼不敏感的低频细节部分进行QR分解,最后将Arnold置乱加密后的水印图像QR分解后嵌入在载体图像矩阵R中每一个元素,使较少的水印信息均嵌入在载体图像的每一个像素中。实验结果表明,该算法在未受攻击情况下平均峰值信噪比(PSNR)为51 dB,归一化相关系数(NC)为1.0,在任何强度的攻击下均无法提取完整水印图像,具有较好的人物新闻图像认证能力。 展开更多

乌梅丸及拆方对溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠炎症因子和神经肽表达的影响

目的观察乌梅丸对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠的作用机制及配伍特点。方法83只SD雄性大鼠随机分为8组,其中空白对照组、全方组、酸味组、苦味组、辛味组、甘味组、阳性药组(给予柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗)各10只,模型组13只。采用4%乙酸灌肠法诱导溃疡性... 目的观察乌梅丸对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠的作用机制及配伍特点。方法83只SD雄性大鼠随机分为8组,其中空白对照组、全方组、酸味组、苦味组、辛味组、甘味组、阳性药组(给予柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗)各10只,模型组13只。采用4%乙酸灌肠法诱导溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。造模24小时后给药,全方组大鼠每日给药量为900 mg/kg,酸味组270 mg/kg,苦味组235 mg/kg,辛味组340 mg/kg,甘味组110 mg/kg,阳性药组300 mg/kg,以10 mL/kg大鼠体质量的容量灌胃给药,每日2次,连续7天。模型组和空白对照组灌以等量生理盐水。通过疾病损伤指数(disease damage inde,DAI)对疾病模型进行评分,黏膜病理损伤通过结苏木素—伊红染色观察。采用ELISA法检测血清炎症细胞因子白介素(interleukin,IL)-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和结肠组织神经肽五羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、胃饥饿素、血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)、P物质(substance P,SP)、神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)、降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRY)水平。结果(1)与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠结肠DAI评分升高(P<0.05);结肠病理损伤明显,可见水肿、充血、炎性浸润,与周围组织粘黏;血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α(P<0.05)升高;结肠组织VIP、SP、胃饥饿素、5-HT、NPY水平显著增加,CGRY水平显著降低(P<0.05);(2)与模型组比较,全方组、各拆方组及阳性药组DAI评分降低(P<0.05),溃疡性结肠炎大鼠的病理损伤得到不同程度的减轻。全方组、各拆方组及阳性药组均能降低血清炎症因子IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平(P<0.05)。全方组、苦味组、阳性药组大鼠结肠组织VIP、SP、胃饥饿素、5-HT、NPY水平显著降低,CGRY水平显著升高(P<0.05)。酸味组大鼠结肠组织VIP、SP、胃饥饿素、5-HT、NPY降低(P<0.05)。辛味组大鼠结肠组织VIP、胃饥饿素、5-HT降低,SP、CGRY水平显著升高(P<0.05)。甘味组大鼠结肠组织VIP、SP、胃饥饿素、NPY降低,CGRY水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论乌梅丸及其拆方可能通过调节神经肽和细胞因子这一机制来干预溃疡性结肠炎,全方对神经肽的作用范围更为广泛,其余各拆方组对部分神经肽具有调节作用,各拆方组能够通过协同作用发挥抗炎作用。 展开更多
