Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of plastic surgery of asymmetric double eyelid.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with asymmetrical double eyelid who underwent plastic surgery in our hospital from Apr...Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of plastic surgery of asymmetric double eyelid.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with asymmetrical double eyelid who underwent plastic surgery in our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into different groups based on different plastic surgery procedures.The control group(n=35 cases)were the patients who underwent double eyelid incision method,and the patients who used embedding double eyelid method were included in the observation group(n=35 cases).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision size,healing time of incision,satisfaction of p1astic surgery and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and incision healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.The intraoperative blood 1oss and incision were less than those of the control group,and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was slightly lower than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For asymmetric double eyelid,it should undergo embedding double eyelid plastic surgery,because the operation time and incision healing time are shorter.And intraoperative blood 1oss and incision size are smal1er,which can improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.展开更多

These ...Background: Traditional full-incision double eyelid blepharoplasty has several significant disadvantages, including slow recovery and bilateral asymmetry, which results in high rates of patient dissatisfaction. These problems can be minimized using improved surgical techniques aimed at reducing tissue damage and bleeding, decreasing operation time, and especially at protecting the subcutaneous capillary network during the operation. We therefore aimed to guard the capillary network and reduce intraoperative bleeding using the practical technique of reverse orbicularis oculi muscle resection.Methods: Fifty cases of double eyelid blepharoplasty with traditional full-incision(group A) and 61 cases of reverse double eyelid blepharoplasty with a preserved capillary network(group B) were divided into two groups from October 1 to December 31, 2021 and from March 1 to May 31, 2022, respectively. The orbicularis oculi muscle was removed reversely from the front of the tarsal plate using double eyelid blepharoplasty, and the muscular membrane and subcutaneous capillary network were preserved. The operation time recorded in previous medical records was checked and compared with that of our novel technique. The recovery of double eyelid blepharoplasty was determined at 1, 4, and 12 weeks after the operation and patient satisfaction was also compared with that in previous medical records of patients in group A.Results: The reverse double eyelid blepharoplasty procedure was less complicated and easier to control than the traditional full-incision double eyelid blepharoplasty methodology. The average operation time of the double eyelid blepharoplasty cases with traditional full-incision was significantly greater than that of the cases of reverse double eyelid blepharoplasty with the capillary network preserved(45.68 ± 5.27 min and 31.11 ± 5.58 min,respectively;t=14.018 9, P=0.000 0). Patient satisfaction was 42% and 78.69%, respectively, at 1 week postoperation(χ~2=15.724 8, P=0.000 1), 62% and 90.16% at 4 weeks post-operation(χ~2=12.490 2, P=0.000 4),and 90% and 95.08%, at 12 weeks post-operation(χ~2=1.061 1, P=0.303 0).Conclusion: Reverse double eyelid blepharoplasty with preserved subcutaneous capillary network effectively decreases the operation time and improves post-operative patient satisfaction. It is a double eyelid blepharoplasty method worthy of popularization.展开更多
The relationship between the self-organization of double vortices (SODVs) and the formation of typhoons was discussed based on six numerical experiments with the Fifth-Generation National Center for Atmospheric Resear...The relationship between the self-organization of double vortices (SODVs) and the formation of typhoons was discussed based on six numerical experiments with the Fifth-Generation National Center for Atmospheric Research/Penn State Mesoscale Model (MM5) and further discussion was made with a real typhoon case. The results showed that there is a critical distance dc for SODVs in baroclinic atmosphere. When the distance between separated vortices is smaller than or equal to dc, the double vortices self-organize into a typhoon-like vortex with two spiral bands. But the double vortices cannot have such organization if the distance between them is larger than dc. The value of dc is about 380 km in the context of ideal conditions in this paper, larger than that achieved in a barotropic model. A typical typhoon case in 2005 (Haitang) was selected to verify the above-mentioned conclusions. It was found that the SODV is one of the important and typical ways for the formation of typhoons.展开更多
Electrochemical CO_(2)reduction into energy-carrying compounds,such as formate,is of great importance for carbon neutrality,which however suffers from high electrical energy input and liquid products crossover.Herein,...Electrochemical CO_(2)reduction into energy-carrying compounds,such as formate,is of great importance for carbon neutrality,which however suffers from high electrical energy input and liquid products crossover.Herein,we fabricated self-supported ultrathin NiCo layered double hydroxides(LDHs)electrodes as anode for methanol electrooxidation to achieve a high formate production rate(5.89 mmol h^(-1)cm^(-2))coupled with CO_(2)electro-reduction at the cathode.A total formate faradic efficiency of both anode for methanol oxidation and cathode for CO_(2)reduction can reach up to 188%driven by a low cell potential of only 2.06 V at 100 mA cm^(-2)in membrane-electrode assembly(MEA).Physical characterizations demonstrated that Ni^(3+)species,formed on the electrochemical oxidation of Ni-containing hydroxide,acted as catalytically active species for the oxidation of methanol to formate.Furthermore,DFT calculations revealed that ultrathin LDHs were beneficial for the formation of Ni^(3+)in hydroxides and introducing oxygen vacancy in NiCo-LDH could decrease the energy barrier of the rate-determining step for methanol oxidation.This work presents a promising approach for fabricating advanced electrodes towards electrocatalytic reactions.展开更多
By using LS-DYNA simulation software,the influences of some structure parameters,such as top cone angle,wall thickness,liner height and height ratio of top cone,of double-angle liner on the jet formation were studied ...By using LS-DYNA simulation software,the influences of some structure parameters,such as top cone angle,wall thickness,liner height and height ratio of top cone,of double-angle liner on the jet formation were studied respectively.Their influences on jet tip velocity,tail velocity and penetration depth were revealed.The simulation results show that the formation is better if the top cone angle is selected as 28°,the wall is 2.6mm,the liner height is 140mm,and the height ratio of top cone is 60%.In large stand-off distance,the jet has a higher tip velocity,and the tip does not break.With the stand-off distance of 8 times of the charge diameter,the experiment penetrating steel target was carried out.The experiment and simulation results are in good agreement.展开更多

This method combines the Hill equation, the Kepler equation, and the geometrical meaning of orbit elements. It creates the redundancy condition to simplify the deducing process, utilizes multiple conditions to solve the orbit elements for the satellite formation, and obtains the analytical relationship of the orbit elements for the formation satellites with the formation parameters and the orbit elements of the reference satellite. Using these formulations, the orbit elements and formation parameters for the formation satellites can be solved for the given orbit elements of the reference satellite. The letter describes the proposed double-ellipse formation for both GMTI and InSAR, and the validity of the formation is demonstrated via simulation.展开更多

It is ...With the help of skew-symmetric differential forms, the hidden properties of the mathematical physics equations that describe discrete quantum transitions and emergence the physical structures are investigated. It is shown that the mathematical physics equations possess a unique property. They can describe discrete quantum transitions, emergence of physical structures and occurrence observed formations. However, such a property possesses only equations on which no additional conditions, namely, the conditions of integrability, are imposed. The intergrability conditions are realized from the equations themselves. Just under realization of integrability conditions double solutions to the mathematical physics equations, which describe discrete transitions and so on, are obtained. The peculiarity consists in the fact that the integrability conditions do not directly follow from the mathematical physics equations;they are realized under the description of evolutionary process. The hidden properties of differential equations were discovered when studying the integrability of differential equations of mathematical physics that depends on the consistence between the derivatives in differential equations along different directions and on the consistence of equations in the set of equations. The results of this work were obtained with the help of skew-symmetric differential forms that possess a nontraditional mathematical apparatus such as nonidentical relations, degenerate transformations and the transition from nonintegrable manifolds to integrable structures.
