Synergistic effects of the entomopathogenic fungus Isaria javanica and low doses of dinotefuran on the efficient control of the rice pest Sogatella furcifera

The rice planthopper,Sogatella furcifera,is a piercing-sucking insect pest of rice,Oryza sativa.It is responsible for significant crop yield losses,and has developed moderate to high resistance to several commonly used chemical insecticides.We investigated the effects of the insect fungal pathogen Isaria javanica,alone and in combination with the chemical insecticide dinotefuran,on S.furcifera under both laboratory and field conditions.Our results show that I.javanica displays high infection efficiency and mortality for different stages of S.furcifera,reducing adult survival,female oviposition and ovary development.Laboratory bioassays showed that the combined use of I.javanica with a low dose(4-16 mg L^(-1))of dinotefuran resulted in higher mortality in S.furcifera than the use of I.javanica or dinotefuran alone.The combined treatment also had more significant effects on several host enzymes,including superoxide dismutase,catalase,peroxidase,and prophenol oxidase activities.In field trials,I.javanica effectively suppressed populations of rice planthoppers to low levels(22-64%of the level in untreated plots).Additional field experiments showed synergistic effects,i.e.,enhanced efficiency,for the control of S.furcifera populations using the combination of a low dose of I.javanica(1×10^(4) conidia mL^(-1))and a low dose of dinotefuran(~4.8-19.2%of normal field use levels),with control effects of>90%and a population level under 50 insects per 100 hills at 3-14 days post-treatment.Our findings indicate that the entomogenous fungus I.javanica offers an attractive biological control addition as part of the integrated pest management(IPM)practices for the control of rice plant pests. 展开更多

Black fungus is a rare and dangerous mycology that usually affects the brain and lungs and could be life-threatening in diabetic cases.Recently,some COVID-19 survivors,especially those with co-morbid diseases,have been susceptible to black fungus.Therefore,recovered COVID-19 patients should seek medical support when they notice mucormycosis symptoms.This paper proposes a novel ensemble deep-learning model that includes three pre-trained models:reset(50),VGG(19),and Inception.Our approach is medically intuitive and efficient compared to the traditional deep learning models.An image dataset was aggregated from various resources and divided into two classes:a black fungus class and a skin infection class.To the best of our knowledge,our study is the first that is concerned with building black fungus detection models based on deep learning algorithms.The proposed approach can significantly improve the performance of the classification task and increase the generalization ability of such a binary classification task.According to the reported results,it has empirically achieved a sensitivity value of 0.9907,a specificity value of 0.9938,a precision value of 0.9938,and a negative predictive value of 0.9907. 展开更多

The objective ways to measure GGT in areas lacking central lab facilities are desirable. This study aims to measure GGT from dried serum spots and its storage from dried serum spots. Method: The study was approved by the institutional ethical committee. One hundred and eighty (180) patients were included in the study. Their blood samples were collected. The serum samples were spotted onto filter paper (Whatman 903) dried and stored at 4°C. The GGT levels were measured on the day of collection and at various time periods to assess the effect of storage. All the analysis was performed on SPSS version 21. Result: The GGT levels measured from fresh serum GGT levels mean (SD) 286.5 (539.4) correlated well with their respective dried serum levels 287.18 (538.2) (P = 0.80). The mean recovery of GGT from dried serum was observed to be 103.3%. A sub-sample (n = 12) was stored at 4°C. The dried serum spots were found to be stable at the end of four weeks using repeated measure analysis of variance (ANOVA) (P = 0.39). Conclusion: This method has the potential to be used for epidemiological or field based studies to assess harms associated with alcohol use. 展开更多

为探究麦芽糊精、海藻糖、阿拉伯胶对冻干生姜粉品质的影响,对添加载体剂后冷冻干燥的生姜粉的得率、物理特性、活性成分、粒径进行测定,用差示扫描量热法分析生姜粉在升温过程中的热流变化,并用傅里叶红外光谱法对特征基团进行分析,结... 为探究麦芽糊精、海藻糖、阿拉伯胶对冻干生姜粉品质的影响,对添加载体剂后冷冻干燥的生姜粉的得率、物理特性、活性成分、粒径进行测定,用差示扫描量热法分析生姜粉在升温过程中的热流变化,并用傅里叶红外光谱法对特征基团进行分析,结果显示:与直接冻干的生姜粉相比,添加载体剂制备的样品的得率、物理特性及活性成分含量均有所提高,阿拉伯胶组得率最高;麦芽糊精组色差、吸湿性最小,生姜蛋白酶活力最高(65.84 U/g),姜辣素含量最高(24.4 mg/g);海藻糖组溶解度最高。DSC曲线显示:添加载体剂的生姜粉玻璃态转化温度均有所提高,其中阿拉伯胶组最高,性质更稳定。通过红外光谱分析,3种生姜粉的主要基团无明显变化。综合考虑,麦芽糊精是冷冻干燥生姜粉生产中保留生化活性和保持功能特性的最佳载体剂。 展开更多

为解决干香菇等级识别技术复杂及识别精度不高的问题,提出了一种基于残差神经网络ResNet18的干香菇等级识别方法。首先将传统的ResNet18中Stem的7×7卷积层替换为3个3×3卷积层串联,保证在感受野保持不变的情况下进一步减小计算... 为解决干香菇等级识别技术复杂及识别精度不高的问题,提出了一种基于残差神经网络ResNet18的干香菇等级识别方法。首先将传统的ResNet18中Stem的7×7卷积层替换为3个3×3卷积层串联,保证在感受野保持不变的情况下进一步减小计算量;其次针对残差块中线性变换和非线性变换不足的问题,引入融合非对称卷积和h-swish激活函数,增加了模型的复杂性,使其能够进行更深层次的特征学习;最后在ResNet18骨干网络中引入高效通道注意力机制,加强模型提取特征的能力。实验结果表明,改进后的ResNet18网络模型准确度达97.04%,相比ResNet18网络模型方法提升了4.81%,且性能优于VGG16、MobileNetV2、DenseNet121、ResNet34等网络模型方法,可提高干香菇等级的识别精度,单幅图像的检测时间为5.91 ms,对干香菇智能分拣过程中的等级识别具有借鉴意义。 展开更多

采用电子鼻及吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(purgeand trap-gaschromatography-massspectrometry,PT-GC-MS)分析3个贮藏温度(10、25、40℃)及4种包装条件(空气、N_(2)、CO_(2)、脱氧)对乌天麻干片的挥发性气味的影响。结果表明:在120 ... 采用电子鼻及吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(purgeand trap-gaschromatography-massspectrometry,PT-GC-MS)分析3个贮藏温度(10、25、40℃)及4种包装条件(空气、N_(2)、CO_(2)、脱氧)对乌天麻干片的挥发性气味的影响。结果表明:在120 d的贮藏期内,不同温度及包装下的乌天麻干片挥发性气味存在一定的差异。温度是影响贮藏期乌天麻干片挥发性气味最主要的因素,低温更有利于保持乌天麻干片挥发性成分。其次是包装条件,在同一温度条件下,脱氧处理更有利于保持乌天麻干片的挥发性气味。随着贮藏时间的延长,不同温度及包装条件下,乌天麻干片中挥发性物质在种类和含量上均发生变化,在120 d贮藏期内,10℃脱氧处理组共检测出挥发性成分29种,总含量为214.52μg/g,醇类占总挥发性成分的54%;酯类占总挥发性成分的14%;烷烃类占总挥发性成分的10%;与对照组的挥发性成分最为接近。综上所述,10℃脱氧包装为乌天麻干片最佳贮藏条件,在该条件下贮藏,乌天麻干片的风味成分损失最小,可在较长贮藏期内有效保留乌天麻干片的风味成分。 展开更多

As an important factor that directly affects agricultural production, the social economy, and policy implementation,observed changes in dry/wet conditions have become a matter of widespread concern. However, previous research has mainly focused on the long-term linear changes of dry/wet conditions, while the detection and evolution of the non-linear trends related to dry/wet changes have received less attention. The non-linear trends of the annual aridity index, obtained by the Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition(EEMD) method, reveal that changes in dry/wet conditions in China are asymmetric and can be characterized by contrasting features in both time and space in China. Spatially, most areas in western China have experienced transitions from drying to wetting, while opposite changes have occurred in most areas of eastern China. Temporally, the transitions occurred earlier in western China compared to eastern China. Research into the asymmetric spatial characteristics of dry/wet conditions compensates for the inadequacies of previous studies, which focused solely on temporal evolution;at the same time, it remedies the inadequacies of traditional research on linear trends over centennial timescales. Analyzing the non-linear trend also provides for a more comprehensive understanding of the drying/wetting changes in China. 展开更多

Anthropogenic Influence on Decadal Changes in Concurrent Hot and Dry Events over China around the Mid-1990s 被引量:1

The frequency and duration of observed concurrent hot and dry events(HDEs) over China during the growing season(April–September) exhibit significant decadal changes across the mid-1990s. These changes are characterized by increases in HDE frequency and duration over most of China, with relatively large increases over southeastern China(SEC), northern China(NC), and northeastern China(NEC). The frequency of HDEs averaged over China in the present day(PD,1994–2011) is double that in the early period(EP, 1964–81);the duration of HDEs increases by 60%. Climate experiments with the Met Office Unified Model(MetUM-GOML2) are used to estimate the contributions of anthropogenic forcing to HDE decadal changes over China. Anthropogenic forcing changes can explain 60%–70% of the observed decadal changes,suggesting an important anthropogenic influence on HDE changes over China across the mid-1990s. Single-forcing experiments indicate that the increase in greenhouse gas(GHG) concentrations dominates the simulated decadal changes,increasing the frequency and duration of HDEs throughout China. The change in anthropogenic aerosol(AA) emissions significantly decreases the frequency and duration of HDEs over SEC and NC, but the magnitude of the decrease is much smaller than the increase induced by GHGs. The changes in HDEs in response to anthropogenic forcing are mainly due to the response of climatological mean surface air temperatures. The contributions from changes in variability and changes in climatological mean soil moisture and evapotranspiration are relatively small. The physical processes associated with the response of HDEs to GHG and AA changes are also revealed. 展开更多

The significant demand for high quality food has motivated us to adopt appropriate processing methods to improve the food nutritional quality and flavors.In this study,the effects of five drying methods,namely,pulsed vacuum drying(PVD),freeze drying(FD),infrared drying(IRD),hot-air drying(HAD)and sun drying(SD)on free amino acids(FAAs),α-dicarbonyl compounds(α-DCs)and volatile compounds(VOCs)in rape bee pollen(RBP)were determined.The results showed that FD significantly released the essential amino acids(EAAs)compared with fresh samples while SD caused the highest loss.Glucosone was the dominantα-DCs in RBP and the highest loss was observed after PVD.Aldehydes were the dominant volatiles of RBP and SD samples contained more new volatile substances(especially aldehydes)than the other four drying methods.Comprehensively,FD and PVD would be potential methods to effectively reduce the quality deterioration of RBP in the drying process. 展开更多

针对目前无法同时对随机多列排布干制哈密大枣进行快速缺陷检测和统计计数问题,该研究设计了一款干制哈密大枣在线检测与计数系统。以干制哈密大枣为研究对象,利用工业相机拍摄传送带上随机排列的多类别缺陷干制哈密大枣视频为数据源,... 针对目前无法同时对随机多列排布干制哈密大枣进行快速缺陷检测和统计计数问题,该研究设计了一款干制哈密大枣在线检测与计数系统。以干制哈密大枣为研究对象,利用工业相机拍摄传送带上随机排列的多类别缺陷干制哈密大枣视频为数据源,采用改进的YOLOv7模型进行干制哈密大枣多类别缺陷检测并将检测结果作为后续多目标跟踪算法的输入;考虑到传送带上干制哈密大枣的外观相似性高以及排列密集等特点,该研究结合ByteTrack多目标跟踪算法的思想,设计了一种多类别干制哈密大枣的画线计数方法,实现了随机排布多类别干制哈密大枣的缺陷检测、准确定位及计数。试验结果表明:1)改进的YOLOv7模型浮点计算量为64.6 G,在干制哈密大枣目标检测数据的测试集上的平均检测精度、召回率、F_(1)平衡分数分别达到了98.03%、93.43%和95.00%,相比YOLOv7模型分别提高了4.40、6.88和7.00个百分点,浮点计算量下降了38.6%;2)基于改进YOLOv7为目标检测器开发的ByteTrack算法计数模型对干制哈密大枣计数的准确率为90.12%。该研究可为干制哈密大枣检测计数和分选分级提供技术支持。 展开更多

【目的】初步探究景迈山古树茶的品质特征。【方法】选取景迈山7个主要村寨茶园,按照一芽两叶的标准采摘制作成晒青毛茶;采用顶空固相微萃取法—气相色谱—质谱法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)对茶样挥发性物质进行筛选和分类,采用常规方法测定理化成... 【目的】初步探究景迈山古树茶的品质特征。【方法】选取景迈山7个主要村寨茶园,按照一芽两叶的标准采摘制作成晒青毛茶;采用顶空固相微萃取法—气相色谱—质谱法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)对茶样挥发性物质进行筛选和分类,采用常规方法测定理化成分,并结合感官审评对茶叶品质进行分析。【结果】共检测出45种香气物质,主要包括醇类、碳氢类、氧杂环类、芳香烃类、酮类、醛类等。筛选出16种具有香气特征的物质,可分为果香、木香(清香)和花香3种类型,除芒景下寨未检测出花香型外,其余村寨均含有上述3种香气特征物质,形成晒青茶的“花蜜香”。景迈山晒青茶平均含水量7.91%,水浸出物含量52.35%,游离氨基酸含量2.67%,茶多酚含量26.75%,可溶性糖含量7.60%,咖啡碱含量49.62 mg/g,没食子酸含量1.62 mg/g,黄酮含量6.50%,总儿茶素含量197.87 mg/g。【结论】景迈山古树茶理化成分含量均存在一定差异,可根据特有香气成分以及理化成分判别茶样来源。研究结果为景迈山古树茶品质预测模型的建立以及品质研究奠定了基础。 展开更多

长期贮藏干枣在不同温度下的吸水和加工特性

干枣(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)是药食兼用的食品原料,其保健功能、贮藏和加工特性备受关注。长期贮藏的干枣脱水严重,果肉变硬、果皮发暗,商品价值降低。该文以分别贮藏约1和13个月的新疆骏枣和灰枣干枣为对象,研究干枣的浸泡吸(复)水的... 干枣(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)是药食兼用的食品原料,其保健功能、贮藏和加工特性备受关注。长期贮藏的干枣脱水严重,果肉变硬、果皮发暗,商品价值降低。该文以分别贮藏约1和13个月的新疆骏枣和灰枣干枣为对象,研究干枣的浸泡吸(复)水的规律及其对干枣加工性能的影响。结果发现,贮藏13个月的骏枣和灰枣的湿基含水量较贮藏1个月的骏枣和灰枣减少了约50%,贮藏时间对果形指数、果肉质地和成分均有一定影响,长期贮藏的干枣仍具有很好的加工利用价值。干枣的吸水曲线大都呈对数曲线的规律,吸水过程受水温和干枣种类影响。低场核磁共振成像(Low-field Magnetic Resonance Imaging,LF-MRI)分析显示,水分主要从枣蒂和表面渗入到枣果内。贮藏约13个月的骏枣和灰枣的干基含水量分别为43.18 g/100 g(T=40℃)和41.06 g/100 g(T=60℃)时,出现轻微软化现象,此时可进行去核和切片加工;当干枣浸泡至干基含水量为129 g/100 g时,果肉软化充分,水分分布均匀,则可进行打浆加工,浆液粒度和色泽均较好。 展开更多

方竹笋不同干燥方式的最适干燥模型及其对笋干外观品质的影响

【目的】探明不同干燥方式对方竹笋干制品(笋干)外观综合品质的影响,为方竹笋的干燥加工提供理论依据。【方法】以新鲜方竹笋为原料,采用热风干燥、远红外干燥、真空干燥、红外干燥、低温真空冷冻干燥5种干燥方式制备方竹笋干制品,运用... 【目的】探明不同干燥方式对方竹笋干制品(笋干)外观综合品质的影响,为方竹笋的干燥加工提供理论依据。【方法】以新鲜方竹笋为原料,采用热风干燥、远红外干燥、真空干燥、红外干燥、低温真空冷冻干燥5种干燥方式制备方竹笋干制品,运用热风干燥Slogistic1模型、远红外干燥Cubic模型等6种常用干燥动力学数学模型对5种干燥方式下方竹笋干燥曲线进行拟合,筛选各种干燥方式的最适数学模型,分析不同干燥方式方竹笋干的色泽、复水比、褐变度及复水后外观品质。【结果】热风干燥Slogistic1模型、远红外干燥Cubic模型、低温真空冷冻干燥Slogistic1模型、真空干燥Cubic模型、红外干燥Cubic模型等5种干燥模型的R 2(决定系数)均在0.98以上,能较好反映相应干燥方式水分随干燥时间的变化规律,是相应干燥方式的最适数学模型。干燥后方竹笋干制品褐变度以远红外干燥处理最低,为0.16;复水率以低温真空冷冻干燥处理最高,为12.14;色差值以低温真空冷冻干燥最低,为18.22,最接近鲜笋色泽;外观品质以低温真空冷冻干燥处理最优,其次是热风干燥。【结论】从经济价值与产品(方竹笋干制品)复水后外观品质综合分析,热风干燥、远红外干燥为方竹笋最佳干燥方式。 展开更多

建立了一步式QuEChERS自动提取和净化技术结合气相色谱-串联质谱同时测定风干牦牛肉中15种N-亚硝胺的分析方法。样品水化后,经乙腈提取,加入4.0 g MgSO_(4)和1.0 g NaCl除水,经十八烷基硅烷(C_(18))和N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)填料净化,采用DB-... 建立了一步式QuEChERS自动提取和净化技术结合气相色谱-串联质谱同时测定风干牦牛肉中15种N-亚硝胺的分析方法。样品水化后,经乙腈提取,加入4.0 g MgSO_(4)和1.0 g NaCl除水,经十八烷基硅烷(C_(18))和N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)填料净化,采用DB-HeavyWAX色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)分离15种N-亚硝胺,在多重反应监测(MRM)模式下进行测定,外标法定量。结果表明,15种N-亚硝胺分离性能良好,在0.1~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r^(2))≥0.999 0;检出限(LOD)为0.05~0.20μg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为0.10~0.50μg/kg;在1倍、2倍和10倍LOQ 3个添加水平下的平均回收率分别为79.4%~102.1%、80.6%~109.5%、83.0%~110.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~16.0%。应用建立的方法检测2种不同加工工艺的市售样品,其中7种N-亚硝胺类化合物(N-亚硝基二甲胺、N-亚硝基二异丁胺、N-亚硝基二正丁胺、N-亚硝基甲基苯胺、N-亚硝基乙基苯胺、N-亚硝基吡咯烷、N-亚硝基二苯胺)均有不同程度检出,平均含量为0.08~20.18μg/kg,且熟制风干牦牛肉中N-亚硝胺的检出率和平均含量均高于传统生制风干牦牛肉。该方法实现了前处理的自动化,相较于其他传统方法,操作简单,实验效率高,人为影响因素小,检测灵敏度高,适用于风干牦牛肉中15种N-亚硝胺的快速测定,为研究肉制品中N-亚硝胺的测定提供了方法支持。 展开更多

改性玉米蛋白粉和肠膜蛋白粉组合替代鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾生长性能、饲料利用和免疫性能的影响

为研究饲料中改性玉米蛋白粉和肠膜蛋白粉组合替代鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾生长性能、饲料利用和免疫性能的影响。试验分别用复合蛋白源替代0、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%鱼粉,共制作了6组等氮等脂饲料,分别命名为CD1(基础料,对照组)、CD2、CD3... 为研究饲料中改性玉米蛋白粉和肠膜蛋白粉组合替代鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾生长性能、饲料利用和免疫性能的影响。试验分别用复合蛋白源替代0、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%鱼粉,共制作了6组等氮等脂饲料,分别命名为CD1(基础料,对照组)、CD2、CD3、CD4、CD5组和CD6组,投喂对虾56 d。结果显示,与CD1组,复合蛋白源替代20%、40%、60%和80%鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾增重率(WG)和特定生长率(SGR)皆无显著影响(P>0.05)。CD6组对虾的WG、SGR、饲料效率(FE)、蛋白质效率(PER)和蛋白质沉积率(PPV)显著低于CD1组(P<0.05)。CD6组试验虾血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和三酰甘油(TG)水平显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),而血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和总蛋白(TP)水平显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。CD6组试验虾肝胰腺谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)、超氧化物过氧化酶(SOD)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)含量显著低于其它各试验组(P<0.05),同时丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,饲料中复合蛋白源能替代部分鱼粉而对凡纳滨对虾的生长性能没有显著影响,然而,复合蛋白源全替代鱼粉会降低凡纳滨对虾的生长性能、饲料利用率、免疫力和抗氧化能力。 展开更多
