Implement Effect and Experience of Health Education Path in Convalescent Nursing of Chronic Hypertension

Objective: to explore the implementation effect and experience of health education path in convalescence and nursing of chronic hypertension. Methods: 100 cases of hypertension recuperators in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups according to numeration table. The conventional group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given health education path nursing. Blood pressure level, self-nursing ability, hypertension treatment effect and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: in the intervention group, the blood pressure level was lower than that of the conventional group, the self-nursing ability was higher than that of the conventional group, the therapeutic effect of hypertension was higher than that of the conventional group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the conventional group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The effect of health education path nursing on hypertension convalescents is exact, and it can effectively control the blood pressure of convalescents, improve the self-care ability of convalescents, reduce complications and improve the effect of hypertension treatment. 展开更多

This paper mainly discussed the path of ecological development education in higher vocational colleges.The research progress of ecological development education in higher vocational colleges at home and abroad was analyzed.The theoretical framework and basic principles of ecological development education in higher vocational colleges were constructed,including the concept of ecological civilization,knowledge system and practical path,etc..It expounded the basic principles of ecological development education from 7 aspects:practicality,systematization,subjectivity,openness,dynamic,pluralism and scientific nature.This paper put forward suggestions for the evaluation and improvement of the ecological development education in higher vocational colleges,emphasizing the establishment of evaluation index system,empirical research and the establishment of long-term mechanism.Finally,suggestions were given to improve the education path of ecological development,such as strengthening practical education,building education system,promoting international development,strengthening industrial integration and using information technology.This paper systematically expounded the theoretical basis,practical path and improvement suggestions of ecological development education in higher vocational colleges,which provided the theoretical guidance and practical reference for promoting the reform and innovation of ecological development education in higher vocational colleges. 展开更多

In recent years,the national higher education reform has proposed the concept of curriculum ideological and political education as a major element.This integration into the standardized training of general practice residents(commonly referred to as general resident training)is an unavoidable trend in the teaching field.Based on the actual situation of our unit at The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University,this paper emphasizes the necessity of incorporating ideological and political education into the general resident training curriculum,despite the absence of pertinent practical experience in how to effectively incorporate such courses into comprehensive residential training.In our hospital,we must assess the ideological and political education in the curriculum of general resident training,proposing a scientific,reasonable ideological and political education concept system for general practice courses,integrating ideological and political education with general practice resident training,and strengthening the team of ideological and political education physicians to teach them to carry out such education,this would foster enthusiasm and initiative.Strengthening admission education and training for general practice resident training,as well as regularly hosting symposiums to share ideas and understand the mission of doctors can provide effective experience for ideological and political education in general resident training courses. 展开更多
