Green plot ratio (GPR), as a three-dimensional indicator, can characterize the ecological benefits of green areas and the ability of green areas to participate in the operation and regulation of urban ecosystems. As an important component of urban green space, the GPR index was added to the two-dimensional index evaluation system to optimize the green space, which can promote the development of low-carbon, healthy and ecological green space. Based on the research of 22 residential districts in the central city of Chongqing, the Leaf area index (LAI) index of common native garden plants in Chongqing was formed to improve the accuracy of green capacity index measurement in Chongqing. The study also took the residential community of Sunrise City in Banan District of Chongqing as an example, and carried out the optimization design practice from four types of residential community green areas: green areas next to houses, road green areas, concentrated green areas, and green areas attached to public service facilities.展开更多

The plants pattern was beautiful and disposition mode was appropriate; arbors, shrubs and grasses had been collocated reasonably and the environment was pretty. The square had been closely connected with the waterscape and the communication space was appropriate in scale, providing residents with an ideal spiritual homeland. Pavements, walls and sketches had centered on the landscape theme, enhancing the artistry of the residential environment. The diversified waterscape was the most characteristic landscape in the residential area, changing the microclimate. The main road in the shape of "S" had optimized the visual route, concretizing landscape layers. Meanwhile, it had found some insufficiencies. It was lack of native characteristic and landscape environments of other areas had been simulated blindly. Waterscape design had overlooked sustainability and overly emphasized artistry. It had not considered landscape effect from multi-angle. The results show that the indicators of seasonal variation,environmental benefit and per capita green space mattered most in the landscape evaluation of residential areas. The richness of flowering plant is weak in the landscape evaluation. With regard to the rapid growth of China’s building area and the increasing energy consumption of buildings, green buildings have become an important issue for balancing economic development and environmental impact....With regard to the rapid growth of China’s building area and the increasing energy consumption of buildings, green buildings have become an important issue for balancing economic development and environmental impact. However, the current evaluation systems for various types of green buildings are often unable to achieve a set of standards in practice due to the distinct regional characteristics of each region. Therefore, in view of the regional characteristics of the climate, terrain, ecology, and economic development in the cold regions of Sichuan, it is important to study the evaluation system of green residential buildings suitable for the cold regions of Sichuan. This article focuses on the regional characteristics of climate, topography, ecology, and economic development in the cold regions of Sichuan, and discusses the limitations of the current standards on the practice of green building in cold regions of Sichuan through a sociological questionnaire survey on the comfort of living in the local population. Then from the two dimensions of the advantages of traditional houses and the particularity of national culture, the strategies for the optimization and improvement of the evaluation index system for green residential buildings in the cold regions of Sichuan were proposed. After comprehensively considering the factors that affect the green residential buildings, including the regional characteristics of the cold regions of Sichuan, and the green performance of buildings, local characteristics and ethnic features were included in the evaluation system. The evaluation index system of green residential buildings in the cold regions of Sichuan, consists of 92 three-level indicators. A professional hierarchical analysis software yaahp was used to establish a multi-level hierarchical model between the indicators, and the indicators were compared with each other layer by layer to clarify the importance of the indicators. Based on this, a judgment matrix for each layer was constructed and obtained. The weight of each indicator is accurate, and the scoring mechanism and grading standards are constructed according to it. Through the calculation, the consistency test of the entire model was passed, thereby confirming the scientificity and rationality of the entire evaluation system.展开更多

A professional hierarchical analysis software yaahp was used to establish a multi-level hierarchical model between the indicators, and the indicators were compared with each other layer by layer to clarify the importance of the indicators. Based on this, a judgment matrix for each layer was constructed and obtained. The weight of each indicator is accurate, and the scoring mechanism and grading standards are constructed according to it. Through the calculation, the consistency test of the entire model was passed, thereby confirming the scientificity and rationality of the entire evaluation system.

文摘With the continuous advancement of urbanization,how to improve the microclimate of urban public space and enhance ecological sustainability has become an important research direction of landscape architecture in the future.Based on Envi-met,taking Min’an Community of Beijing City as research object,three-dimensional space model is established according to its architectural pattern,nature of underlying surface and green space pattern,and the change law of microclimate in the research zone under the existing spatial pattern and the influence mechanism of various factors are analyzed.PMV is taken as evaluation index of thermal comfort,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed,and improvement effect is simulated and improved.

文摘Nowadays,China’s urbanization has entered a new stage,paying more attention to the human settlement environment.The urban environment has been greatly improved,with a new look.However,the contradiction between the old city and the new city has gradually become prominent.The old residential area is the basic composition of the old city.Some old residential areas are in disrepair for a long time,and the supporting facilities are imperfect.There are problems such as single style,chaotic layout,hidden quality hazards,etc.,which are difficult to meet the living standards of modern residents.To solve this problem,from the aspects of the levels involved in the renewal and reconstruction of old residential areas,it should repair the building quality,optimize the housing function and increase the residents’happiness.Based on reconstruction of old residential areas in Congtai District of Handan City,Luochengtou Spinning Machine Yard No.6 of Handan City is taken as the research object.Common strategies in the reconstruction of old residential areas are explored,and the existing problems are updated and transformed.The research could provide reference for renewal design of old residential areas.

文摘This paper explained natural condition and cultural background of "Lanting Shanshui"(landscape surrounding Orchid Pavilion) residential area,discussed the guiding ideology and principle of the programming of landscape environment.In this design,modern architectural form and materials would be combined with Chinese cultural tradition of "pursuit of natural landscape" in the whole residential area,with everything based on people and nature,entrusting landscape with thoughts and cultural connotation.In addition,macroscopically,in the perspective of overall environmental landscape system and landscaping dynamic index,the author analyzed the overall layout of landscapes;and microscopically,the author described in detail the road,pavement,public rest facilities,marks and some other hard facilities,and landscaping plants(including grouping greening,road greening and public greening),waterscape and other soft facilities of landscape designing.
文摘After analysis of location feature of the south of lower reaches of Yangtze River and its construction of urban and rural integration,the paper pointed out harmonious combination between natural and artificial factors had been neglected in planning and design of farmers' residential area at the south of lower reaches of Yangtze River,"regional characteristic" losing,residential area in the form of "city community" and buildings in European style.In view of these problems,relevant planning and design thoughts and methods had been proposed as to how to create "regional characteristic" from the perspective of planning,architecture and landscape design.It discussed with emphasis the importance of construction base type and combination of environment with residential area construction;inspirations and design methods obtained from traditional architectures;and the content of landscape overall planning and specific design.It was hoped to enlighten designers to shoulder social and historical responsibility,make exploration unremittingly,and construct beautiful homelands for people.
